인쇄회로기판 검사를 위한 기하학적 영상 왜곡의 보정 방법 (Correction Method for Geometric Image Distortion and Its Application to PCB Inspection Systems)

  • The geometric distortion of image is one of the most important parameters that take effect on the accuracy of optical inspection systems. We propose a new correction method of the image distortion to increase the accuracy of PCB inspection systems. The model-free method is applied to correct the randomly distorted image that cannot be represented by mathematical model. To reduce the correction time of inspection system, we newly propose a grid reduction algorithm that minimize the number of grids by the quad-tree approach. We apply the proposed method to a PCB inspection system, and verify its usefulness through experiments using actual inspection images.

  • Pipe inspection has a great importance to ensure safety for the nuclear power plant. In this paper, we designed visual inspection module for the tube internal, which diameter is 15${\sim}$20mm. And we made inspection module which consisted of CCD camera and light. And the relation between image and real world coordinate is established. Image processing is performed to calculate mapping parameter and analyze the size of defect. For the calculation of mapping parameter, experiment is performed using grid type test pattern. Acquired image is processed to extract image coordinate. Edge detection, thresholding, median filtering and morphology filtering is applied to extract grid pattern. Extracted image coordinate is used to calculate image to real world mapping. Lens distortion was considered and corrected to get exact data. Coordinate transformation data is provided for the users to recognize easily. Experiment was performed using grid type test pattern, we extracted lens distortion parameter and real coordinate of defect point. Radial distortion of lens was corrected but tangential distortion was not considered. As continuum to this study, the tangential distortion of lens is considered and improvement of analy zing technique for the tube internal be explored continuously.

  • 렌즈 왜곡현상은 비전 시스템에 있어 필연적인 현상이며 가격과 시스템의 크기를 줄이기 위한 렌즈의 선택으로 왜곡현상은 점점 더 심해지고 있다. 이와 같은 추세로 왜곡보정의 필요성은 중대한 문제가 되고 있지만 기존의 카메라 모델을 이용한 왜곡보정 방식은 복잡하고 많은 연산이 필요한 문제점이 있다. 비전 검사에서 디지털 이미지의 효과적인 왜곡 보정은 물체 탐지 및 인식의 전제 조건이다. 복잡한 모델링, 대규모 계산과 한계 정보 손실 같은 전통적인 왜곡 보정 알고리즘의 결점을 극복하기위해 본 논문에서는 사진측량적 기법을 보정 기법으로 이용하였다. 이 방법은 표준 격자 배열의 이미지를 이용하여 왜곡 이미지를 보정하는 방법으로, 제안하는 방법을 이용하여 ALC 블럭의 검사 시스템에 실험한 결과 약 4ms의 처리시간을 단축하였으며, 사람의 육안에 의한 검사보다 검사의 에러율이 2.3% 줄어들었다.

Surface flatness and distortion inspection of precast concrete elements using laser scanning technology

  • Precast concrete elements are widely used in the construction of buildings and civil infrastructures as they provide higher construction quality and requires less construction time. However, any abnormalities in precast concrete surfaces such as non-flatness or distortion, can influence the erection of the elements as well as the functional performance of the connections between elements. Thus, it is important to undertake surface flatness and distortion inspection (SFDI) on precast concrete elements before their delivery to the construction sites. The traditional methods of SFDI which are conducted manually or by contact-type devices are, however, time-consuming, labor-intensive and error-prone. To tackle these problems, this study proposes techniques for SFDI of precast concrete elements using laser scanning technology. The proposed techniques estimate the $F_F$ number to evaluate the surface flatness, and estimate three different measurements, warping, bowing, and differential elevation between adjacent elements, to evaluate the surface distortion. The proposed techniques were validated by experiments on four small scale test specimens manufactured by a 3D printer. The measured surface flatness and distortion from the laser scanned data were compared to the actual ones, which were obtained from the designed surface geometries of the specimens. The validation experiments show that the proposed techniques can evaluate the surface flatness and distortion effectively and accurately. Furthermore, scanning experiments on two actual precast concrete bridge deck panels were conducted and the proposed techniques were successfully applied to the scanned data of the panels.

영역교차법, 왜곡각 분류자 및 명암도 상관행렬 특징자를 이용한 실시간 섬유 성량 검사 시스템 (Real-Time Textile Dimension Inspection System Using Zone-Crossing Method, Distortion Angle Classifier and Gray-Level Co-occurrence Matrix Features)

  • 본 논문에서는 섬유 제직 공정시 섬유 제품의 질에 영향을 미칠수 있는 섬유 결함, 결함의 위치 검출 뿐만 아니라 이동중인 섬유의 왜곡각 분류 및 섬유의 밀도를 측정할 수 있는 실시간 섬유 성량 검사 시스템을 구현하였다. 구현된 시스템에서는 잡음 문제와 실시간 처리를 위하여 광학적 렌즈로부터 섬유의 위사 부분만을 추출한 후 영역 교차법을 적용하여 섬유의 밀도를 측정하였으며, 획득된 위사 영상으로부터 평균 기울기와 가우시안 기울기 분류자를 사용하여 고속 이동 섬유 가공 공정시 발생할 수 있는 섬유의 왜곡각 분류를 통해 왜곡각 보정을 하였다. 또한 명암도 상관 행렬 특징자를 이용하여 섬유의 결함 검사와 겸함 위치를 추출하도록 하였다. 제안한 알고리즘을 적용하여 구현한 섬유 성량 검사 시스템은 고속 이동 섬유 가공 공정에 있어서 실시간으로 섬유의 밀도 계산과 섬유 결함 검출이 가능하며 섬유 염색, 제직 및 가공공정에 있어서 섬유의 상태를 모니터링 및 제어함으로써 고품질의 섬유 제품 생산이 가능하다.

  • A data error inspection algorithm for wireless digital data communication was developed. Original data converted By wireless digital data error inspection algorithm. Wireless digital data is high possibility to get distortion and lose by noise and barrier on wireless. If the data check damaged and lost at receiver, can't make it clear and can't judge whether this data is right or not. Therefore, by wireless transmission data need the data error inspection algorithm in order to decrease the data distortion and lose and to monitoring the transmission data as real time. This study consists of RF station for wireless transmission, Water Level Meter station for water level measurement and Error inspection algorithm for error check of transmission data. This study is also that investigation and search for error inspection algorithm in order to wireless digital data transmission in condition of the least data's damage and lose. Designed transmitter and receiver with one - chip micro process to protect to swell the volume of circuit. Had designed RF transmitter - receiver station simply by means of ATMEL one - chip micro processing the systems. Used 10mW of the best RF power and 448MHz-449MHz on frequency band which is open to public touse free within the limited power.

  • 최근 전자 산업의 발달로 전자부품이라든지 시스템의 신뢰성 확보를 위하여 많은 검사 시스템이 연구 개발되고 있는데, 특히 X-Ray 시스템은 인간의 시각이 미치지 못하는 물체의 내부 형상 검사가 가능하므로 연구가 활발히 진행중이다. 본 논문에서는 X-Ray 검사 시스템에서 X-Ray를 물체에 투과시켜 Image Intensifier에서 영상 이미지를 받을 때 입력 평면이 구면인 관계로 이미지의 왜곡이 발생하게 되는데, 이 왜곡을 보정하기 위하여 영상증배관의 구조를 수식적으로 모델링하고 관계식을 정리하여 실제 시스템에서 왜곡된 영상이 보정되는 것을 보임으로써 실제 산업 현장에서 보다 정확하고 안정적인 검사 시스템을 개발하는데 근간이 될 수 있도록 한다.

Novel Telecentric Collimator Design for Mobile Optical Inspection Instruments

  • A collimator refers to an optical system that images a collimated beam at a desired point. A resolution target located at a near distance can be converted into a virtual image located at a long distance. To test the resolution for mobile cameras, a large target is placed at a long distance. If a collimator system is used, the target can be placed at a near distance. The space required for a resolution inspection can thus be drastically reduced. However, to inspect a mobile camera, the exit pupil of the collimator system and the entrance pupil of the mobile camera must match, and the stop of the collimator system must be located on the last surface. Because a collimator system cannot be symmetrical with respect to the stop, the distortion becomes extremely large, which can be corrected by combining the collimator symmetrically with respect to the object plane. A novel system was designed to inspect an optical lens on a mobile phone. After arranging the refractive power, lenses were added using the equivalent lens design method. The distortion was reduced to less than 1%. This optical system satisfies a half-field angle of 45° and an optical performance sufficient for inspection.

소형 머신 비전 검사 장비에 기반한 O링 치수 측정 (O-ring Size Measurement Based on a Small Machine Vision Inspection Equipment)

  • 본 논문은 O링의 치수 측정에 있어 고가의 대 중형 머신비전 장비를 대체할 수 있는 소형 머신 비전 검사 장비에 기반한 O링 부품 내 외경 측정 알고리즘을 제안한다. 백라이트 조명하에 하나의 CCD 카메라를 이용하여 측정 평면으로 부터 영상을 획득하는 소형 머신 비전 검사장비에 의해 획득된 영상을 제안한 영상처리 기법 알고리즘을 이용하여 O링의 외경 및 내경치수를 측정한다. 치수 측정의 정확도를 높이기 위해 렌즈계 왜곡 보정과 원근 왜곡 보정을 소프트웨어적 기법으로 보정 하였고 O링 형상을 고려하여 타원정합 모델을 적용하였으며 보다 타원 정합의 신뢰성을 높이기 위해 RANSAC알고리즘을 적용하였다.

정형보철용 금속이 자기공명영상에 미치는 영향 I (Effect of Metals used in Orthopedic on Magnetic Resonance Imaging I)

  • Stainless steel and titanium used for orthopedic prosthetic metal, magnetic resonance imaging was measured quantitatively the extent of distortion. Based on reading tests at varying metal magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) were investigated. To two image acquisition conditions for having three metal bodies mutually quantitative it compared analyzed the image of cross direction and the image of lengthwise. As for the distortion of the magnetic resonance image, as for the distortion of image it became small in the order of Clip, Strainless and Titanium. In addition, with T1WI and T2WI which are image acquisition condition T2WI the distortion of image became small. As for the distortion of the image by the metal, you could see the distortion of image in elliptical shape, the metal a bigger image distortion appeared in many parts. If clinical doctor has the condition of the same operation, use the Titanium material, it can, raising the diagnostic value of magnetic resonance image inspection after the operating from Stainless.
