대학생 자원봉사자의 PGA 정규 투어 프로골프대회 참여 만족·불만족 귀납적 내용분석에 따른 제도적 개선 방안 (Systematic improvement method depending on analysis of inductive contents on university volunteers'satisfaction & dissatisfaction on participating in stipulated PGA pro-golf competitions)

  • 본 연구는 PGA 정규 투어 남자프로골프대회에 자원봉사자로 참석한 대학생들의 참여 만족과 불만족에 대한 귀납적 분석 방법을 통하여 내용을 분석 후 결과를 도출하였다. 본 연구의 대상자는 2019년 "2019 더 CJ컵@나인브릿지 골프대회에 자원봉사자로 참여한 대학생을 대상으로 실시하였으며, 300명의 응답자 중 설문내용이 충실하지 못하다고 판단되는 76부를 제외한 224부를 내용분석 하였다. 먼저 참여 만족의 전체 세부영역인 408개의 원자료를 중심으로 2차 귀납적 범주분석을 실시하여 전체 10개의 세부영역과 5개의 일반영역으로 범주화하였다. 구체적으로 살펴보면, 첫째, "골프대회 경험만족"은 골프대회, 골프정보, 골프장으로 구분되었다. 둘째, "선수만족"은 직접관람, 유명선수로 구분되었으며, 셋째, "환경만족"은 장소만족, 시설만족으로 구분되었고, 넷째, "참여만족"은 봉사만족, 유능감 만족으로 구분되었다. 마지막으로 "대인관계 만족"은 세부영역과 동일하게 적용하여 구분하였다. 참여 불만족의 경우 전체 세부영역인 369개의 원자료를 중심으로 2차 귀납적 범주분석을 실시하여 전체 10개의 세부영역과 3개의 일반영역으로 범주화하였다. 구체적으로 살펴보면, 첫째, "대회운영 시스템 불만족"은 세부적으로 업무 체계 불만, 운영 체계 불만, 관리 체계 불만, 전달 체계 불만으로 구분되었다. 둘째, "자원봉사 처우 불만족"은 자원봉사 처우 불만, 업무과다 불만, 근무시간 불만으로 구분되었으며, 셋째, "자원봉사 복지 불만족"은 식음료 불만, 복장불만, 부대시설 불만으로 구분되었다.

Investigating the Factors on Public Transportation System for Citizen Relationship and Sustainability

  • Purpose: The purpose of this paper is to investigate key factors that affect customer dissatisfaction on public transportation system by highlighting the necessity of citizen participation and improved management of advanced technology for sustainability. Research questions applied in this study include following; i) how are factors on dissatisfaction related to types of transportation modes; ii) how do perceived proposed factors affect citizen dissatisfaction; iii) how do the improvement of public transportation service affect the level of expected satisfaction; and iv) how do expected satisfaction affect policy agreement and government trust. Research design, data and methodology: For qualitative research, civil opinions were collected and chi-square analysis was applied using keywords. For quantitative research, online survey was collected and factor and multiple regression analyses were applied. 3) Results: This study found that efficiency of operation system and safety on dissatisfaction showed significant in all three public transportation modes. This study found that perception of government policy and trust on government will increase as expected satisfaction increases. Conclusions: This study provides managerial and policy implications on society and policy makers by addressing necessity of improving strategies for public transportation system with the consideration of citizen relationship management and sustainable development.

프랜차이즈 가맹본부 리더십과 가맹점 마케팅 노력이 가맹점 불만족과 전환의도에 미치는 영향 (Impact of Franchisor Leadership and Franchisee Marketing Efforts on Franchisee Dissatisfaction and Switching Intentions)

  • Purpose - This study aims to examine different impacts of franchisor's leadership and franchisee's marketing efforts on franchisee dissatisfaction and switching intentions, and to investigate how franchisee dissatisfaction plays a mediating role in the relationship between these constructs. This study attempted to fill the gap in the literature by treating the franchisee dissatisfaction as a mediator in the relationship between these constructs, identify how franchisor's leadership and franchisee's marketing efforts have effects on franchisee dissatisfaction, in turn, reduce switching intentions, and provide the managerial implications for building a long-term relationship to achieve mutual goals between franchisors and franchisees Research design, data, and methodology - In order to test the hypotheses, the data were collected from franchisees in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province. The franchisee owners were informed about the purpose of this study by the trained interviewers. The respondents received a letter introducing the purpose of this study and another letter that the owners wrote to encourage their active participation. Among the 300 questionnaires distributed, 260 (86.7%) questionnaires were returned. Of those collected questionnaires, 6 uncompleted responses were excluded, and 254 questionnaires with an effective response rate of 84.7% were coded and analyzed using frequency, confirmatory factor analysis, and correlations analysis, and structural equation modeling with SPSS 21.0 and SmartPLS 3.0. Results - The findings of the study are as follows. First, franchisor leadership had a negative effect on franchisee dissatisfaction, but franchisee marketing efforts did not have a significant effect on franchisee dissatisfaction. Second, franchisee dissatisfaction had a positive effect on switching intentions. Third, franchisor leadership had a negative effect on switching intentions, but franchisee marketing efforts did not have a significant effect on switching intentions. Conclusions - This study researched the franchisor's leadership as a single factor of transformational leadership. Thus, it may have limits in measuring leadership. Future studies shall include emotional, loyal, and transactional leadership. In addition, the future studies shall also research the effect of franchisor's leadership and franchisees' marketing efforts on dissatisfaction and switching intentions. For example, the franchisor's relationship-oriented efforts can be a crucial parameter that reduces dissatisfaction and switching intentions.

노인복지시설 영양·급식관리자의 교육 참여동기 및 저해 요인 분석 (Analysis of the Participation Reasons and Deterrents on Welfare Facility Dietitians for the Elderly)

  • Objectives: This study analyzed the education participation reasons and deterrents of dietitians who work in welfare facilities for the elderly. Methods: The survey was completed by 144 dietitians working at welfare facilities for the elderly in Korea. The survey was conducted in October, 2018, both on-line and off-line, based on the demographic characteristics, work status on welfare facilities for the elderly, Participation Reasons Scale (PRS) and Deterrents to Participation Scale (DPS-G). The data were analyzed using frequency analysis, descriptive analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, regressive analysis using SPSS ver. 25.0. Results: The reason for participation were divided into three factors: 'Responsibility of professional and self-development ($5.76{\pm}1.04$)', 'Job stability and personal benefits ($4.98{\pm}1.28$)', and 'Interaction and development of professional competencies ($5.85{\pm}1.00$)'. 'Interaction and development of professional competencies' was the highest motivation factor. Also, the deterrents for participation were divided into four factors: 'Dispositional barrier ($2.70{\pm}1.29$)', 'Dissatisfaction of education usability ($3.39{\pm}1.38$)', 'Institutional barrier ($4.21{\pm}1.45$)', and 'Situational barrier ($2.36{\pm}1.30$)'. 'Institutional barrier' showed the highest deterrents factor. In addition, 'Responsibility of professional and self-development' and 'Interaction and development of professional competencies' were negative attributes for 'Dispositional barrier' (p<0.001). Conclusions: These results provide basic data to promote participation in education and contribute to the improvement of their job ability and education capacity of the food and nutrition management of welfare facilities for the elderly.

신입사원의 이직의도에 영향을 미치는 작업환경 변수에 관한 연구 (A Study on Work and Environmental Variables Explaining Newcomers' Turnover Intentions)

  • 본 연구는 신입사원들의 이직의도에 영향을 미치는 작업환경 변수가 무엇인지를 파악하기 위하여 실시되었다. 본 연구를 위해 현 직장이 첫 직장이며 근속기간 6개월 이내인 901명의 신입사원들을 대상으로 온라인 설문을 실시하였다. 다중회귀분석을 통하여 신입사원들의 이직의도에 미치는 작업환경 변수를 분석한 결과 직무부합, 임금불만, 복리후생 불만, 회사에서의 비전, 의사결정참여, 현실적 직무안내, 상사불만, 동료관계, 그리고 업무환경 등의 9개 변수가 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다중회귀분석 과정에서 기업유형과 고용형태가 이직의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 전체 조사대상자들을 중소기업과 대 기업으로, 또한 정규직과 비 정규직으로 구분하여 동일한 회귀분석을 실시한 결과 기업유형과 고용형태에 따라 이직의도를 설명하는데 유의 한 영향을 미치는 변수들은 다소 차이가 있었다. 본 연구의 시사점과 미래 연구에 대해 논의하였다.

인공지능 챗봇 서비스의 만족과 불만족에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Satisfaction and Dissatisfaction in AI Chatbot)

  • 본 연구는 인공지능 챗봇 서비스의 만족과 불만족에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하여 인공지능 챗봇을 활용하여 시장 점유율을 높이고자 하는 기업이 활용할 수 있는 시사점을 제시하고자, ICT서비스의 14개 선호요인을 KANO모델을 통해 분류한 후 어떠한 요인이 인공지능 챗봇의 재사용과 이탈에 미치는지 확인하였다. 연구결과에 따르면 (1) 인공지능 챗봇의 선호요인은 매력적 품질, 필수적 품질, 일원적 품질로 구분되고, (2) 인공지능 챗봇은 각 선호요인의 품질특성에 따라 이용자의 만족과 불만족을 모두 고려한 서비스 전략이 필요하며, (3) 인공지능 챗봇 이용자는 상호작용성을 필수적 품질로 인식하고, 서비스에 대해 불만족하는 경우 적극적인 의견 개진보다는 이탈을 선택한다는 점을 확인하였다. 이 연구결과는 인공지능 챗봇을 활용하여 시장 점유율을 높여가기 원하는 벤처기업은 인공지능 챗봇을 통한 고객과의 소통이 가장 중요하며, 서비스 개선을 위해 고객의 참여를 적극적으로 유도하여야만 한다는 점을 시사한다.

아파트 리모델링 후 거주환경에 관한 연구-거주자의 주생활 중심으로- (A Study on the Occupancy Environment Post Remodeling of Apartment Housing _ Focused on the household of User -)

  • This study researches the dwelling satisfaction about apartment remodeling by inspecting ten apartments located in Gwang-Ju, Jun-Nam province. The method of study is to use the field study method, which is based on cultural anthropology, and the participant observation method at same time. According to the research, we find those things as they follow. First, the participation of residents and the mutual agreement are necessary in the process of the selecting a company. Furthermore it's hard to solve the problem about an uniform design and an inferior construction. These things are the most serious factor in dissatisfaction of resident environment. Second, the space of storage and veranda should be separated for the proper functions and the space for laundry is necessary. The rooms, except bedroom, and the bathroom in the main living room should be used for practical application because they are not used so often and if we make the veranda as a inner space, we've got to make a gardening plan, too. Through this research we find out that the participation of an expert company and residents for enough communication and mutual agreement and the space plan for the satisfaction of occupants are necessary for the proper apartment remodeling.

Study on Satisfaction According to Result of Participants in DIY Woodworking Program

  • This study was the research of the satisfaction of participation in short DIY Woodworking program organized by university as productive leisure activity. It is the study of what satisfactions-factors of the participants are and how the satisfaction is continued with activities of the participants later on, and finally how the satisfaction influences the choice of leisure activity further. Questionnaire is consist of total 41 survey standards like the article for facility, education, service and cost & the demographic contents of the participants. It was executed by the participants in program at sight from Aug. $1^{st}$ and $2^{nd}$ 2008, and the valid samples 156 copies were definitely analyzed. The result of analysis shows first that the majority of the participants in the short leisure program are the beginner who took part in such program for the first time. What them interests are the convenient facility & use of tools. Second, the reasonable fees in terms of material cost & preparation of personal tools influenced positively on satisfaction of participation. Third, the dissatisfaction of participants regarding educational method and service could be solved by that the trainer who makes practical lesson had been informed of the course in advance.

사회공헌 일자리를 통한 베이비붐 세대의 퇴직 후 사회참여 경험에 관한 질적 연구 (A Qualitative Study on the Experience of Social Participation after Retirement of Baby Boomers through Social Contribution Jobs)

  • 본 연구는 베이비붐 세대의 퇴직 후 사회공헌 일자리 통한 사회 참여 경험을 내용분석을 중심으로 알아보았다. 면접을 통한 자료 분석 결과 퇴직 후 사회공헌 일자리에 참여한 베이비붐 세대들은 일하고 싶은 강한 욕구를 나타냈고 일자리 참여로 인해 보람과 자기 계발의 기회가 주어졌으며 이로 인해 가족들도 일자리 참여를 긍정적으로 여겼다. 또한 자조 모임과 커뮤니티를 통해 프로그램을 위한 정보를 공유하고 서로의 관심사를 나누는 사회적 관계를 형성하였다. 그러나 일자리로서는 보수가 너무 적고 매년 면접을 다시 봐야 하는 불안정성과 불연속성에 대한 불만을 드러냈다. 사회공헌 일자리의 미래 방향성에 대해서는 베이비붐 세대의 기술과 전문성을 좀 더 활용할 수 있는 일자리의 필요성과 퇴직 후 소득보장으로서의 가교 일자리 정책과 더불어 제도개선 및 규제개혁을 통한 시장성과 공공성을 지닌 산업의 육성과 지원으로 퇴직 베이비붐 세대의 인적 자원을 적극적으로 활용해야 함이 강조되었다.

유류피해지역의 정부정책에 대한 갈등관리 영향요인에 관한 연구 -태안군 유류피해복원 사업을 중심으로- (A Study on Influential Factors of Conflict Management of Government Policies in Oil Spill Sites -Focusing on the restoration project for oil pollution in Taean-gun)

  • This study looked into conflicts of government policies for oil spill sites which are focusing on Taean-gun after the oil spill in Taean-gun and examined the effects on the conflicts. There are lots of conflicts on the on-going restoration project of fishing ground environment(fishing ground inspection, restoration program development, improvement in fishery biology ecosystem and fishery productivity). For example, these show diverse conflicts between business associates, project processes, business subjects, project participation, and the use of fishing ground. This study found out the first reason of dissatisfaction and conflicts is that there is a difference between groups in terms of political aims and perception. Secondly, lack of communication and cooperation between the center and the provinces, organizations in the provinces, the local government and fishing village cooperatives, fishermen in the fishing industry. Thirdly, the local government and the fishing village head don't show their leadership to improve project performance.
