During disaster response, prioritization of limited resources is one of the most important but challenging tasks. At the same time, it is imperative to timely provide to the rescuers with the adequate heavy equipment to facilitate lifesaving operations. However, supply of high demand equipment is usually insufficient during the initial phase of disaster response, challenging lifesaving operations. At the same time, resources outside of the disaster affected zone converge into the area to assist the response efforts, which is the effect of convergence that often made resource coordination challenging in large scale disasters. Meanwhile, the initial condition of the disaster is usually best known by civilians already at the area before and during impact of the disaster. The knowledge of the civilians is not always received and considered by the responding organizations. With the help of these civilians, critical information such as victim location, infrastructure damage, and risk condition could be better know before any response actions are taken. To efficiently collect information and utilize the converging resources, this paper proposes a geospatial information repository for initial condition reporting and update to guide search and rescue operations and deployment of equipment with safety considerations for the rescuers in large scale disaster response scenarios.

Disadvantaged from disaster response training and disaster safety education who people are vulnerable to disasters when faced with disasters. The vulnerability of these disaster response will be linked to the desire for disaster information. Therefore, using smartphone to provide timely disaster information will be an effective disaster response service that enables disaster vulnerable people to avoid disaster efficiently. In particular, the importance of using smartphone as a part of the body will become more and more important in everyday situations when information is acquired through smartphone. In this study, Through a survey of traditional market traders, I can find out that the desire of elderly women, who are weak in disaster, to receive disaster information through smartphone text service is relatively strong. Based on the results of this study, I expect that the opportunity to improve disaster response capability through smartphone text service will be provided to elderly women who are weak in disaster.

Recently, Domestic situation have been occurred lots of accidents related with disaster and safety including Sewolho Accident. Nevertheless there is insufficient about IoT recognition service technics. Furthermore mosf of people aware of M2M and IoT technics, but there is no service system at a whole perspective. Goverment have been discuss about that disaster and saftey but it is hard to construct that service system. In this paper, we suggest a process and technology about IoT recognition service on disaster and safety.

This study contains the fire protection safety of the public-utilization shops. The toll of fires in the public-utilization shops is so heavy in spite the less occurency. The shops are mostly compartmented into small rooms by partition wall which hinders the evacuation of the people on fire. This study provides additional requirements on the fire safety of the public-utilization shops needed for human life and property.

Purpose: Since most disaster information systems are centered on non-disabled people, the reality is that there is a lack of disaster information delivery systems for the vulnerable, such as the disabled, the elderly, and children, who are relatively vulnerable to disasters. The purpose of the service is to improve the safety of the disabled and the elderly by eliminating blind spots of informatization and establishing customized disaster information services to respond to disasters through IoT-based integrated control technology. Method: The model at the core of this study is the disaster alert propagation model and evacuation support model, and it shall be developed by reflecting the behavioral characteristics of the disabled and the elderly in the event of a disaster. The disaster alert propagation model spreads disaster situations collected using IoT technology, and the evacuation support model uses geomagnetic field-based measuring technology to identify the user's indoor location and help the disabled and the elderly evacuate safely. Results: Demonstration model demonstration resulted in an efficient qualitative evaluation of indoor location accuracy, such as the suitability of evacuation route guidance and satisfaction of services from the user's perspective. Conclusion: Disaster information and evacuation support services were established for the safety vulnerable groups of mobile app for model verification. The disaster situation was demonstrated through experts in the related fields and the disabled by limiting it to the fire situation. It was evaluated as "satisfaction" in the adequacy of disaster information delivery and evacuation support, and its functional satisfaction and user UI were evaluated as "normal" due to the nature of the pilot model. Through this, the disaster information and evacuation support services presented in this study were evaluated to support the safety vulnerable groups to a faster disaster evacuation without missing the golden time of disaster evacuation.

Wooden cultural heritage is vulnerable to fire, flooding and other hazards. Therefore, an effective disaster prevention and mitigation strategy for them should include preventive measures in a full range of management. These were used to construct a disaster safety system for 508 wooden cultural heritage items by the Cultural Heritage Administration. According to the type of ownership and administration, national and public heritage is controlled by personal management or commissional management. Among them, it is arranged with the safety security institute for important cultural properties. In addition, they have problems of field management with no computerization about the management information for a disaster facility system. Therefore, this study aimed to develop a DB platform that can share information with many users who need to manage cultural heritage. Through a field survey, it is feasible to develop a disaster facility system to provide the information, such as the main data, quantity and location.

When accidents that relate to a large numbers of people occur, such as disasters involving group tours by ship or aircraft, or large-scale chemical leakages, it is very important to know the personal identification of victims and to determine their locations and status. It is true that there will be serious damage or injury to people who engaged especially when information does not transfer properly or people get inaccurate one. In this study, therefore, we analysed the disaster response management system for rescued people of the Sewo ferry sinking accident. Based on the analysis we proposed to improve the real-time disaster management system with ICT(Information & Communication Technology).
