In this paper, I proposed the general children's games and showed the design and implementation of children's games which are non-violent, emotionally helpful and good for the development of intelligence. I designed the user interface of the game for children, proposed relevant algorithms, and showed resultant screens of the game. Most of contemporary games are violent to children. To solve such problems, I designed and implemented the game which is not violent but educative and child-friendly. These days, entertainment games or Internet online games have been developed highly biased to children's interest and amusement rather than children's intellectual development. Usually, disabled children are inferior to normal children in movement of their hands and bodies. Therefore, it is hard for them to follow speedy games. This paper shows that the proposed intellectual development of the game can help disabled children not to be violent and to be more intelligent. That was proved by the results through the question investigation. According to the survey, disabled children's any violent actions were not reported after they played this game. Also, this game helped their intellectual development in accordance with the results of this study.

The purpose of this study is to review Korean literature concerning sibling relationships during the last three decades and investigate facts and trends, research issues, and pragmatic and policy issues related to sibling relationship development. Most of the past research has been concerned with the effects of sibling status/structure variables on siblings' individual differences in intellectual, social and personality characteristics. In recent years, however, considerable attention has been focused on the interpersonal relationships between siblings and the factors influencing such relationships. More specifically, sibling relationships and adjustment of siblings of children with disabilities begin to draw attention of researchers and practitioners. This review consists mainly of two parts : one on siblings of children with no disabilities and the other on siblings with one disabled child.

최근 가볍고 사용이 편리한 PET용기의 사용이 급속도로 증가하면서 PET용기에 대한 사용자도 어린이부터 노인, 여성과 남성, 일반인과 장애인 등 다양한 계층의 사람들로 확산되어 사용되어지고 있다. 그러나 대부분 제품들과 마찬가지로 PET용기의 설계도 건강하고 평범한 남자를 기준으로 표준화되어있어 그 기준에 못 미치는 사람 즉, 어린이나 장애인은 CAP을 열 수 없거나 외부의 도움 없이는 마실 수 없는 막연한 상황에 처해지는 경우가 많다. 또한 PET라는 소재의 특성과 생산 COST의 원가절감 때문에 편리성이 강조되더라도 쉽게 디자인을 선택하여 일반인이라 해도 사용 시 곤란한 상황을 겪게 되는 점을 자주 발견할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 문제점들에 착목하여 유니버설 디자인의 관점에서 우선 어린이음료를 대상으로 취학 및 미취학 남여 어린이를 구분하여 사용사례를 통한 조사를 실시하였다. 연구결과로는 문제점에 대한 정성적 분석을 하기 위하여 신뢰성 높은 관찰 방법과 유니버설디자인 원칙에서 결과를 지적하고, 그 대안으로써 PET BOTTLE 디자인을 유니버설디자인의 개념적 접근에서 제시하였다.

In this study, some methods for the organization of space in the welfare center for the disabled are suggested corresponding to the change of welfare paradigm for the disabled, by means of investigating and analyzing the existing organization of space, division of the areas and relevant programs. The results of the study are as follows. 1) The method of the spatial organization in the welfare center for the disabled is divided largely into an area of the welfare complex center used as a facility of uses and an area of the controlling center that manages and makes use of domiciliary welfare. 2) The division of counselling and management is the center for the aforementioned two areas. This division occupying the minimum space in the welfare center has to be expanded. Besides, the space for the volunteers for 'domiciliary welfare' is necessary. This can be administered synthetically along with the room for volunteers in the division of social rehabilitation. 3) It is necessary for the division of medical rehabilitation to have a common waiting area due to its close connection with other treatment rooms. It should be recommended to have it in the water treatment room. It is required to have a parents' waiting area in the treatment room for child rehabilitation. 4) In case of the division of educational rehabilitation, the daytime care center should be closely related to the division of medical rehabilitation. Meanwhile, the classrooms after school have a limited use so that they can be shared with the room for female rehabilitation in the division of social rehabilitation. 5) It is in reality for the division of social rehabilitation to have an expanded area of domiciliary welfare. The room for volunteers for domiciliary welfare should be arranged, too.

본 연구는 우리나라 보육사업의 성과와 과제를 조망하기 위한 보육백서 발간 작업의 일부로서 우리나라 보육의 역사와 보육관련 법들의 주요 특징을 알아보고, 보육현황을 소개함으로써 향후 발전적인 보육정책 방안을 모색하기 위한 정책적 기초자료를 구축하는데 목적을 둔다. 먼저 보육역사 부분에서는 1기 아동복리법 시기, 2기 유아교육진흥법 시기, 3기 영유아보육법 초기, 4기 영유아보육법 전면 개정 이후 등으로 구분하여 전반적인 보육사업의 흐름을 고찰하였다. 둘째, 보육 관련 법 부분에서는 기본법인 영유아보육법과 보육관련법인 유아교육법과 아동복지법 그리고 기타 관련법으로 보건복지부와 그 소속기관 직제, 남녀고용과 일 가정 양립지원에 관한 법률, 장애아동복지지원법, 사회복지사업법에서의 영유아보육 관련 내용을 열거하였다. 셋째, 보육현황 부분에서는 일반 현황, 어린이집 운영 및 보육아동 현황, 어린이집 유형 별 현황 등으로 나누어 살펴보았다.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect solution-focused brief group therapy program on a relationship between developmental disorder children and their parents. The following research question is formulated to address the purpose: (1) Does solution-focused brief group therapy program will improve interaction on parents's "warmth" and "involvement"? (2) Does solution-focused brief group therapy program will improve interaction on child's overall action and relative behavior? (3) Does solution-focused brief group therapy program will improve relationship between the developmental disorder children and their parents? For research, 12 disabled children and their parents are assigned into two groups: Experimental and Control group. Findings are that. (1) The solution-focused brief group therapy program showed positive reaction on "parent's warm heart" but there was no reaction on "involvement". (2) The solution-focused brief group therapy program affect on interaction types of the disabled children. 3) According to self-recorded report, the parents' satisfaction of consultation has been increased by frequency. These results showing that the solution-focused brief group therapy are affected the interaction between developmental disorder and their own parents. Clinically, this outcome shows a significant practical implications on social work intervention.

본 연구는 장애아동은 비장애아동과 비교할 때 학대의 위험에 노출될 가능성이 높다는 기존의 연구결과에 근거하여 장애아동부모의 양육스트레스와 학대유발가능성과의 관계를 조사하였다. 서울, 경기, 강원지역에 거주하는 13세 미만의 장애자녀를 둔 150명의 장애아동 부모들이 조사에 참여하였으며, 조사도구는 부모의 양육스트레스정도와 학대행위에 대한 정당성을 묻는 문항들로 구성되었다. 연구결과에 의하면, 장애아동 부모들은 자녀의 장애로 인해 비교적 심한 양육스트레스를 경험하고 있으며, 양육스트레스를 느끼는 정도에 따라 아동학대 행위에 대해서도 태도의 차이를 보이고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 부모의 양육스트레스와 학대행위에 대한 태도와 관련하여 부모의 학력, 수입, 사회활동여부, 정부의 지원여부, 장애인복지서비스 이용여부는 서로 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타나고 있다. 특히, 단계식 다중회귀분석(stepwise multiple regression)을 통해 장애인복지서비스 이용여부와 부모의 사회활동여부는 장애아동 부모의 양육스트레스와 학대행위에 매우 중요한 영향을 미치는 요인으로 나타남으로써 장애아동 부모들을 위한 구체적이고 다양한 지원의 필요성을 제기하고 있다. 본 연구의 결과는 장애아동 부모의 양육스트레스와 아동학대와의 관련 가능성을 제시하고 있다고 보여지며, 부모의 양육스트레스가 아동학대의 주요 원인이 될 수 있다는 기존의 연구들을 종합해 볼 때 앞으로 장애아동부모의 양육스트레스 감소를 위한 적극적인 사회적 개입이 절실하다고 보여진다.

Purpose: This study was conducted to investigate health issues of children with disabilities attending daycare centers, and to identify the way of teachers' management on child health. Methods: A cross-sectional descriptive study design was performed with a convenience sampling of 127 teachers from 19 daycare centers for children with disabilities and 175 teachers from 17 general daycare centers. A survey questionnaire was used to collect data, and the data were analyzed using the SPSS 17.0 program. Results: For the last one month, about 90% of the teachers working in daycare centers for children with disabilities had to care for sick children. When a child is sick, 50% of the teachers tended to contact with the parents of the child. The majority of the teachers caring for sick children experienced difficulties with no one available to give expert health care advice. Conclusion: The results of the study indicate that there are many health issues in daycare centers for children with disabilities and therefore health professionals need to be available to the centers. Specifically, health management services and programs need to be developed and provided for children with disabilities.

본 연구는 DEA 모형을 활용하여 전라지역 중증장애인 거주시설의 운영효율성 및 영향요인 분석을 수행하였다. 첫째, CCR 모형을 이용한 2012년의 효율성 분석을 수행하였으며, 그 결과 12개 DMU가 효율적으로 판명되었고, CCR 평균효율성은 0.85로 전체 DMU의 효율성이 양호함을 확인하였다. 둘째, DEA 모형의 효율성 영향요인 분석을 위해서 Tobit 모형을 이용하여 투입 및 산출변수를 독립변수로 하고 효율성을 종속변수로 하는 회귀분석을 실시하였으며, 그 결과 세부변수의 유의성은 낮았으나, 전체적으로 투입변수는 효율성에 부(-)의 영향력을 보이고 산출변수는 정(+)의 영향력 경향을 보였으며, 운영효율성에서 종사자수 외의 투입변수에서 유의미한 결과가 나타나지 않은 점은 결국 중증장애인 거주시설은 투입변수에 대한 확대보다는 복지 전달체계, 운영환경 및 구조 개선, 프로그램 보완 등의 노력이 필요한 것으로 볼 수 있다.

본 연구는 장애아에 대한 예비유아교사들의 은유를 장애학의 관점을 통해 살펴보는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 부산, 경남지역의 대학교에 재학 중인 예비유아교사 213명을 대상으로 선정하여, 2014년 9월 15일부터 9월 29일까지 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 체계적 은유분석을 바탕으로 범주화 후 수치화하였다. 연구결과, 예비유아교사들의 장애아에 대한 은유는 의료-한계 유형, 의료-다양성 유형, 사회-한계 유형, 사회-다양성 유형의 총 4가지로 범주화되었다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 예비유아교사의 양성과정에서 통합교육의 방향에 대한 고찰과 통합교육의 실시하는 교사로서의 전문성을 높이는데 필요한 기초자료로 활용할 수 있을 것이다.
