격자 정방형화 방법을 이용한 박판 성형해석의 효율개선 (Efficiency Enhancement in Sheet Metal Forming Analysis with a Mesh Regularization Method)

  • This paper newly proposes a mesh regularization method for the enhancement of the efficiency in sheet metal forming analysis. The regularization method searches for distorted elements with appropriate searching criteria and constructs patches including the elements to be modified. Each patch is then extended to a three-dimensional surface in order to obtain the information of the continuous coordinates. In constructing the surface enclosing each patch, NURBS(Non-Uniform Rational B-Spline) surface is employed to describe a three-dimensional free surface. On the basis of the constructed surface, each node is properly arranged to form unit elements as close as to a square. The state variables calculated from its original mesh geometry are mapped into the new mesh geometry for the next stage or incremental step of a forming analysis. The analysis results with the proposed method are compared to the results from the direct forming analysis without mesh regularization in order to confirm the validity of the method.

Interconnecting Nanomaterials for Flexible Substrate and Direct Writing Process

  • Direct write technologies provide flexible and economic means to manufacture low-cost large-area electronics. In this regard inkjet printing has frequently been used for the fabrication of electronic devices. Full advantage of this method, which is capable of reliable direct patterning with line and space dimensions in the 10 to 100 um regime, is only made with all-solution based processing. Among these printable electronic materials, silver and copper nanoparticles have been used as interconnecting materials. Specially, solutions of organic-encapsulated silver and copper nanoparticles may be printed and subsequently annealed to form low-resistance conductor patterns. In this talk, we describe novel processes for forming silver nanoplates and copper ion complex which have unique properties, and discuss the optimization of the printing/annealing processes to demonstrate plastic-compatible low-resistance conductors. By optimizing both the interconnecting materials and the surface treatments of substrate, it is possible to produce particles that anneal at low-temperatures (< $200^{\circ}C$) to form continuous films having low resistivity and appropriate work function for formation of rectifying contacts.

  • Macular degeneration and glaucoma are representative age-related retinal diseases that rank second and third in the prevalence of retinal diseases, and are a kind of degenerative neurological disease. Irreversible visual acuity and visual field damage may occur, and the number of patients is rapidly increasing as the population ages. Since this retinal disease is a chronic disease, continuous drug treatment is required. There are various drug delivery methods for treatment, but direct injection of the drug into the intravitreal is the most effective for continuous delivery of the drug over a long period of time. In order to solidify Dexamethasone, a retinal disease treatment, and insert it into the primary intravitreal, it is important to develop a technology to miniaturize the treatment and an applicator to deliver the treatment. In this study, a mold technology was developed to integrate the cannula and hub, which are one part of applicator. In addition, surface treatment was performed on the outside of the cannula to improve the bonding strength between the cannula and the hub, and the bonding strength according to each condition was analyzed through a tensile test.

  • Among the various manufacturing processes of composites, the tape lay-up process of thermoset prepreg has many advantages compared to autoclave or hot press forming. It has a high potential to process automation and continuous fabrication .. Fiber placement developed as a logical combination of filament winding and automated tape placement to overcome some of the limitations of each manufacturing method. Fiber placement uses a compaction device to apply direct contact between the incoming materials in the fiber placement head and Heat is added to the materials at the nip point of the compaction roller.   • In order to cope with the requirements of smaller patterns, larger surfaces and lower costs in the fields of displays, optics and energy, greater attentions is now being paid to the development of micro-pattern machining technology. Compared with flat molds, roll molds have the advantages of short delivery, ease of manufacturing larger surfaces, and continuous molding. This paper presents the state-of-the-art of the micro pattern machining technology on the roll molds and introduces some research results on the machining process technology. The copper and nickel-phosphorous-alloy plating process, machining process technology for uniform micro patterns. micro cutting simulation and the real time monitoring system for micro machining are summarized. The developed technologies have led the complete localization of the prism sheets and will be applied to the direct forming process with succeeding research & development.

  • A two-photon induced photoreduction process suggests a possibility for fabricating complicated metallic microstructures which can be applied to 3-D micro-circuits and optical devices, etc. The process employs the photoreduction of silver ions in a metallic solution which is composed of metallic salt ($AgNO_3$) and watersoluble polymer ((poly(4-styrenesulfonique acid) 18wt. % in $H_2O$, $(C_8H_8O_3S)_n$)). In this process, the improvement of the resolution and the uniformity of fabricated metallic structures are important issues. To address these problems, continuous forming window (CFW) is obtained from a parametric study on the conditions of laser power and scanning velocity and the direct seed generation (DSG) method is proposed. Silver nano particles are uniformly generated in a metallic solution through the DSG method, which enables the decrease of a laser power to trigger the photoreduction of silver ions as well as the increase of metal contents in a metallic solution. So the two-photon induced photoreduction property of a metallic solution is improved. Through this work, precise silver patterns are fabricated with a minimum line width of 400 nm.

아동을 위한 건강증진 행위에 관한 연구 (A Study on Health promoting behaviors for children)

  • Young children need continuous care and fostering by their family. They help children organize and develop their potential and grow to be and integrated individuals. Children are influenced by then family at first and continuously when they grow up and develop their capability. Especially, mothers spend a lot of time with time to their children, encourage children's growth, give advice, and do their best to take care of their children. The ethnographic study is to understand the patterns and rules of human behaviors. This study utilized this method in order to interpret the maternal health promoting behaviors for their children. The data were collected through the participant observation and direct interview for about 18 months in P city. The participants were 7 mothers, from 32 to 37 years old. They have children of ages 3 to 10 and 1 or 2 children in total. The data were analyzed through the Spradley's Ethnographic method and the results were summarized as follows : The viewpoints which influence maternal health promoting behaviors include “having childlike appearance”. “having childlike character”, “living without illness”, and “eating well”. The maternal health promoting behaviors for children are classified as “adapting to nature”, “supporting of ability”, “sharing with the family”, “training”, and “praying”. The adapting behaviors include “recognizing child's innate character”, “controlling maternal desires”, “preparing natural food”, which includes breast feeding. The supporting behaviors include “recognizing childlikeness”, “empowering”, and “restricting certain actions to preventing accidents”. In order to promote child's health, it is essential to promote mother's health first of all. The sharing with the family includes “promoting family concord or acquaintanceships concord” and “adapting to circumstances beyond family”. The training behaviors include “forming good habits” and “having good moral value”. It is very important to form good habits in childhood. The praying behavior include “waiting for opportunities” and “endeavoring activity to promote child's health”. The above 5 behaviors by mothers appeared to be able to promote children's health. The results of this study can be utilized to provide the basic information necessary to develop the patterns of maternal health promoting behaviors consistent with our culture and can contribute us develop the body of knowledge about the maternal health promotion for children in nursing.

문화마케팅 활동이 기업브랜드 자산에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Cultural Marketing Activities on a Corporate Brand Asset)

  • 본 연구는 최근 들어 부각되고 있는 문화마케팅이 기업윤리와 사회적 책임의 조절효과를 중심으로 기업이미지와 브랜드자산형성에 어떤 영향을 미치고, 문화마케팅이 기업이미지와 브랜드자산을 형성하는 각 유형들 중 어느 부분에 더 밀접한 영향을 주는지에 대한 연구이다. 연구 결과는 다음과 갈다. 첫째, 문화 마케팅활동은 기업브랜드 자산에 간접적인 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 문화 마케팅은 기업브랜드 이미지에 직접적인 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 문화마케팅은 브랜드연상 이미지에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 넷째, 사회적 책임과 기업윤리는 브랜드 충성도에 간접적인 영향을 미쳤다. 다섯째, 기업의 사회적 책임과 기업윤리는 브랜드 이미지에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 여섯째, 기업의 사회적 책임 중 지역사회 활동은 조절변수 역할을 했다. 일곱째, 응답자의 일반적 특성에 따라 기업의 마케팅, 사회적 책임 및 윤리의식, 브랜드 자산에 대한 인식의 차이를 보였다. 위의 결과를 요약해보면 문화마케팅은 기업이미지라는 매개체를 통하여 기업의 브랜드자산 형성에 간접적인 영향을 미치고 있음을 규명할 수 있었다. 이 연구결과는 기업들이 문화마케팅이 가지고 있는 특성과 매체와의 적절한 조화, 지속적이고 장기적인 계획, 브랜드자산 유형과의 연계성을 감안한 전략적 마케팅계획수립의 중요성을 암시해 주고 있다. 또한 상품과 서비스의 생산 및 제공이라는 기업의 경제적 활동이 경제적 결과만을 가져오지 않고 부의 편재, 정경유착 문제, 소비자 안전문제, 공해문제 등의 부정적인 사회적 결과를 가져온다고 인식됨에 따라 경제적 기능으로 한정되는 기업의 역할에 대한 반성을 일게 했다. 이러한 반성으로부터 나타난 것이 기업의 사회적 역할, 즉 기업의 사회적 책임이며, 기업윤리의 실천을 동시에 조화롭게 추구하도록 요청받게 된 것을 확인할 수 있었다.
