  • An Airport is important space and even stands for the country because diverse people from other countries use a variety of facilities in the gateway to the country. Therefore, It is urgent for those people to increase efficiency and convenience of its usage and also. It's worth accumulating those know-how and technologies. In this situation, Incheon International Airport aiming to be a hub of north-east Asia need to focus more on restructuring general process of passenger's travel based on PI perspectives then simply improving a process of passenger's travel and have been trying to realize the process based on Innovation perspectives with following precess innovation consisting 5 steps And to conclude, this study will help Incheon International Airport to be innovative in a system of passenger's travel service related to a utility of airport and then achieve a hub Airport of North-East Asia.

  • Today, companies and social actors at the beginning of the Fourth Industrial Revolution are focusing on active innovation and efforts to adapt to rapidly changing environmental changes. Design thinking refers to creative strategies designers utilize during the process of designing. Design thinking is also an approach that can be used to consider issues and resolve problems more broadly than within professional design practice, and has been applied in business and to social issues. However, there are some limitations in the design thinking methodology during the project in the field. This paper presents a novel design - thinking process that incorporates a lean start - up based business model into the design thinking process. We conducted a case study to verify the effectiveness of our new design thinking process in social innovation projects. In this paper, it is meaningful to suggest and verify a new process that combines business model Zen to complement the limit of design thinking. It will also provide guidelines for design thinking projects as tools for social innovation.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the moderating role of customer and supplier participation in the relationship between new product/service development processes and product/service innovation. The research result shows that the high customer participation plays the moderating role in the relationship between strategy design and product/service innovation. Thus, if customers give ideas in the strategy design process, the probability of new product/service innovation will be increased. The conclusions and implications are discussed.

  • This study examined the relationship between calling, organizational commitment, and innovation behavior among 302 current teachers. The main results are as follows. First, calling had a positive effect on the organizational commitment. Second, calling did not significantly affect innovation behavior. Third, Organizational commitment had a statistically significant positive effect on innovation behavior. The result of the study suggests that in order to enhance the teacher's innovation behavior, it is necessary to clarify the calling of the teacher's own work and make him/her feel so that it can lead to the desire and willingness to actively realize the organization's goals and values.

  • For the most domestic small and medium sized enterprises, having found no solution of the growth. For most companies do overcome stagnation phenomenon in the growth phase, stratagy of the technical innovation is very important. In this paper, we will study the concept of growing pains and stagnation cause of domestic small and medium sized enterprises. Through this, classifying small and medium sized enterprises growing step and find out the factors that to lead technical innovation for growth. we suggest plan for stratagy to continue the growth of small enterprises to mid-sized enterprises a standpoint of the technical innovation at each growth step.

  • Digital library system is an area of multimedia data production system which can differentiate itself from the traditional libraries. While the major role of the traditional libraries is servicing the customers, digital library system is a total system which produces new-formatted knowledge from the existing and new information, and servicing the knowledge to the customers. Thus digital library system must incorporate open and standardized document formats such as SGML, and make the knowledge shareable among the other digital library systems. In order to do show the efficient implementation for the effective digital library system, a technical alternative will be introduced as performing the Digital Library Pilot project.

It is ever evolving and creating a revolutionary stand for different professions as well. Accounting is considered to be one of the oldest and traditional professions. The rules and methodology of this profession has remained uniform for a long period of time. But due to the advent of the digital technology accounting industry is experiencing some great changes. Challenges for the accounting profession are reflected in the need for rapid adaptation and transformation of business practice and business processes. Gradually it was difficult to manage the accounting of large firms without having any machine help. This profession faced a lot of challenges and required the need to adapt technology. The requirements of finance and digital accounting, as well as the requirements of regional and international financial and accounting integration, require proactive preparation, taking full advantage of the advantages as well as limiting the impacts. disadvantage.   • Recently, in the global financial transaction field, global transactions using computer systems and server hubs between foreign exchanges beyond the one-dimensional offline transactions and two-dimensional online transactions have been actively conducted. In the previous research by Lee Hyung-wook and Lee Min-jae (2018), as the globalization has accelerated following the development of digital technology and the expansion of ubiquitous communication network, the role of companies, the attribute of economic value creation and economic structure are being reorganized. It is said that O2O (Online to Offline) transactions are increasing due to the development. As a result, a new financial transaction paradigm is emerging that solves the inconveniences of existing financial services and enhances speed and convenience. Considering the global network trend and the rapidly developing and evolving digital bank environment, the necessity of utilizing the business platform model is emerging. However, despite this necessity, there are very limited cases in which such an attempt has been applied in practice. Accordingly, this study seeks to explore the business platform of the new financial transaction system. Specifically, the case study systematically examines the actual implementation of a unique network connection model with Koscom's global investment bank, which is currently in charge of the domestic financial transaction system, and improves ICT innovation performance and process through this. I would like to suggest a solution. In particular, this study analyzed a variety of business model construction and use cases by pursuing a platform connection with digital banks, which has recently been increasingly in demand. Therefore, this study intends to pursue the original and long-term profitability of the company by utilizing ICT innovation and platform business model, and also analyzes the convenience and excellence of trading for institutional and individual investors using the platform of digital bank. The implications of this study are significant in that it explores and explores the actual cases of ICT innovation and additional digital bank platform-connected business models based on this, and suggests a unique and preemptive business strategy of the company in the future.

  • Our basic objective in this paper is to identify a relationship among services, technology level, and service innovation activities using service science approach. The empirical tests are two-fold: first, to find out a difference in the level of service innovations, depending on the service levels and vice versa; second, to investigate the relationship between technology level and service activities and between technology level and service innovation activities. The results of the study are as followed: (1) Service innovation activities are different depending on service activities. (2) Service activities are different depending on service innovation activities. (3) Differences between technology level and service activities and between technology level and service innovation activities do not exist. These findings have implications for both research and practice.
