지역복지환경에 따른 사회복지시설의 지역분포 불평등 분석 (Analysis of regional inequality of social welfare facilities according to local welfare environment)

  • 본 연구는 인구 10만명 당 사회복지시설수의 지역분포를 집중지수(CI)를 활용하여 시계열로 분석하고 지역복지환경과의 관계를 평가하여 균등한 복지자원 분포를 위한 근거자료로 활용하기 위해 수행되었다. 분석결과와 함의는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 도시와 농어촌간 사회복지시설의 분포차이를 시계열적으로 분석한 결과 농어촌지역에 사회복지시설이 많이 분포하고 있었으며, 농어촌 집중현상은 점차 감소하고 있었다. 둘째, 인구밀도 지역구분에 따른 사회복지시설 집중지수를 산출한 결과 집중지수가 10년간 꾸준히 음(-)의 값으로 나타나서 농어촌 지역에 사회복지시설이 집중된 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 집중지수 절대 값이 감소추세를 보이고 있어서 집중현상은 줄어들고 있었다. 끝으로 지역복지환경과의 관계분석결과 경제여건이 나쁜 지역, 저소득층이 많은 지역, 복지예산 투입이 적은 지역, 사회해체 관련 지표가 나쁜 지역에 사회복지시설이 많이 분포하고 있었다. 대체로 지역복지환경을 고려한 사회복지시설 분포가 이루어지고 있는 것으로 평가된다. 향후 복지자원 지역분포의 불평등과 지역복지환경과의 관계를 지속적으로 모니터링하여 사회복지자원이 지역별로 균형있게 배분될 수 있도록 하여야 할 것이다.

  • This paper proposes a novel and efficient intelligent digital redesign technique for a Takagi-Sugeno (TS) fuzzy system. The term of intelligent digital redesign involves converting an existing analog fuzzy-model-based controller into an equivalent digital counterpart in the sense of state matching. In this paper, we suggest the discretization method based on the dual-rate sampling approximation is first proposed, and then attempt to globally match the states of the overall closed-loop TS fuzzy system with the pre-designed analog fuzzy-model-based controller and those with the digitally redesigned fuzzy-model-based controller. To show the feasibility and the effectiveness of the proposed method, a computer simulation is provided.

  • This paper presents a new linear-matrix-inequality-based intelligent digital redesign (LMI-based IDR) technique to match the states of the analog and the digital T-S fuzzy control systems at the intersampling instants as well as the sampling ones. The main features of the proposed technique are: 1) the affine control scheme is employed to increase the degree of freedom; 2) the fuzzy-model-based periodic control is employed; and the control input is changed n times during one sampling period; 3) The proposed IDR technique is based on the approximately discretized version of the T-S fuzzy system; but its discretization error vanishes as n approaches the infinity. 4) some sufficient conditions involved in the state matching and the stability of the closed-loop discrete-time system can be formulated in the LMIs format.

Real-Time Digital Fuzzy Control Systems considering Computing Time-Delay

  • In this paper, the effect of computing time-delay in the real-time digital fuzzy control systems is investigated and the design methodology of a real-time digital fuzzy controller(DFC) to overcome the problems caused by it is presented. We propose the fuzzy feedback controller whose output is delayed with unit sampling period. The analysis and the design problem considering computing time-delay is very easy because the proposed controller is syncronized with the sampling time. The stabilization problem of the digital fuzzy control system is solved by the linear matrix inequality(LMI) theory. Convex optimization techniques are utilized to find the stable feedback gains and a common positive definite matrix P for the designed fuzzy control system Furthermore, we develop a real-time fuzzy control system for backing up a computer-simulated truck-trailer with the consideration of the computing time-delay. By using the proposed method, we design a DFC which guarantees the stability of the real time digital fuzzy control system in the presence of computing time-delay.

삼각 부등식을 이용한 온라인 VQ 코드북 생성 방법 (Online VQ Codebook Generation using a Triangle Inequality)

  • 본 논문에서는 실시간으로, 문서, 웹 페이지, 블로그, tweet 등 텍스트 정보와 센서, 머신데이터등 IoT의 데이터가 생성되는 상황에서 새로 추가되는 데이터들을 기존에 만들어진 VQ 코드북에 추가시키면서, 기존 VQ 코드북 모델을 실시간으로 갱신하기 위한 온라인 VQ 코드북 생성 방법을 제안한다. 기존에 일괄 작업으로 만들어진 VQ 코드북의 성능을 저하시키지 않으면서, 새로 추가된 데이터를 활용하여 VQ 코드북을 점진적으로 수정하는 방식으로 삼각 부등식을 활용하여 높은 정확도와 속도를 보일 수 있었다. 테스트 데이터에 적용한 결과 일괄 작업과 유사한 성능을 보이면서, 다른 온라인 K-Means 보다 빠른 속도를 보였다.

This method applies to the helicopter systems which are the nonlinear plant and determine the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.
