When choosing a gift for the other person what does that person like? It falls into a happy worry. Choosing the right gift for someone else associated with me is not easy in the personalized world gradually. In this paper a smart phone app is developed for reducing conflicts and saving time to choose gifts. It may help improve a person's satisfaction. It can reduce the worry and time required for buying a gift. It may also be used to make future interpersonal relationships and vitalize the relationships. For the gift recommendation in accordance with the preferences of the person through the process in accordance with the classification of each category can recommend an appropriate gift. The appropriation of the gift is updated to reflect the continuing satisfaction by recommendation status decided by the pre-survey. Any gift is recommended using the formula calculating the priority to recommend reflect a variety of weights. In addition, it is possible to increase the utilization of the app via the fusion between the e-commerce system.

This study conducted research on the actual condition of multicultural education in universities and multicultural competence among university students. The overall results are discussed by two sections as follows: The average score of multicultural competence is 3.49, above moderate. The students who rate their multicultural competence high are those who have been abroad, lived in aborad, had foreign friends, or had communicative ability in foreign languages. There were significant differences in multicultural competence among students based on gender and major. Based on the overall results of the study, the several suggestions were made by the researcher as follows: Universities should support students' overseas volunteer program and encourage students to participate in domestic volunteer program for multicultural background groups.

So far, various researches have been conducted on evaluation of e-learning software, but subjective evaluation criteria are formed according to the classification presented from the viewpoint of the researcher rather than systematized form according to related standards. In addition, standards for software evaluation are continuously being supplemented for practical use, so it is urgent to establish evaluation bases by establishing evaluation criteria. Therefore, in order to establish the quality evaluation standard of e-learning software, this study analyzes the quality requirements of e-learning software based on the usability system among the quality characteristics of ISO/IEC 25000 series. This evaluation standard is distinguished by the fact that the evaluation standard of e-learning software that reflects the latest trend of related standardization has been established and practical utilization has been improved. It can be used effectively for quality evaluation and certification of e-learning software in the future.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of job-demands on social worker's organizational commitment. Espically this study focused on the moderating effect of LMX between job-demands and organizational commitment. The sample consisted of 189 social workers in 33 Senior Welfare Centers. The date was analyses using descriptive and multiple regression methods. The major findings of the study firstly were job-demands had negative effect on the social worker's organizational commitment and LMX had positive effect on the social worker's organizational commitment. Secondly, LMX had mederating effect between job-demands and organizational commitment. All these findings were discussed on Social Welfare Center and research.

The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship between nurses' spirituality and attitude toward terminal and to provide basic data for enhancement of the quality of terminal care in geriatric hospitals. Data analysis was done with SPSS/WIN 18.0 program and included t-test, ANOVA, scheffe test, Pearson's Correlation Coefficient. Results: The subjects' spirituality was significantly correlated with attitude toward terminal care in geriatric hospital. Conclusion: This study suggests the need for nursing education program and development of a variety of intervention strategies to help them to achieve a positive attitude toward terminal care in terms of geriatric hospital by familiarizing themselves with the concept of spirituality.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the similarities and differences between motivation and usage according to morphological differences between Facebook and Instagram. The formative differentiation of third-generation SNS such as intuitive image and limited network poses the necessity of recognizing individual service users as distinct groups in SNS research. Therefore, this study was conducted to analyze the differences of motivation and usage, according to the motivation of using Facebook and Instagram by 255 university students. As a result, 7 factors were found as motivation for SNS use, and there were therein motivational differences between Facebook and Instagram users. This study is expected to contribute to the prediction of user's attitude change according to the morphological evolution of SNS in the future, and to expand the application to such related fusion research as GUI design and corporate PR marketing.

Network access control should be able to effectively block security threats to the IT infrastructure, such as unauthorized access of unauthorized users and terminals, and illegal access of employees to internal servers. From this perspective, it is necessary to build metrics based on relevant standards to ensure that security is being met. Therefore, it is necessary to organize the method for security evaluation of NAC according to the related standards. Therefore, this study builds a model that combines the security evaluation part of ISO / IEC 15408 (CC: Common Criteria) and ISO 25000 series to develop security metric of network access control system. For this purpose, we analyzed the quality requirements of the network access control system and developed the convergence evaluation metric for security of the two international standards. It can be applied to standardization of evaluation method for network access control system in the future by constructing evaluation model of security quality level of network access control system.

The purpose of this research was to figure out how technology management activities are needed to survive in a rapidly changing business environment and how technology management activities affect company performance. Second, Hypothesis 2 was partially adopted that Innovation activities of firms will have mediating effects on the relationship between technology management activities and management outcomes. If the research subjects are expanded nationwide and divided into manufacturing industry, non - manufacturing industry, small and medium enterprise and large enterprise, it will be meaningful from academic point of view and practical point of view.

The visual representation of plants applied to traditional Korean ceramics is based on the consciousness and sentiment of the Korean people, and one can see the auspicious aspirations and exorcisms that people pursued at that time. These symbolic expressions have been extended in new and colorful meanings through the shapes and decorations of ceramics and their fusion. In this study, the phenomena of convergence expression seen in traditional Korean ceramics are divided into type and type, type and decoration, and their special meaning is analyzed. For this purpose, the shapes and decorations of plants used in traditional Korean pottery are considered based on the literature information. Chapter 2 gives a general analysis of plants that have meanings in their shapes and decorations and introduces their meanings. In Chapter 3, based on the characteristics and meanings of plants, it is divided into shapes and shapes, shapes and decorations, and the convergence of decorations and decorations, and presents newly manifested meanings through their fusions.

This study was to develope a vibrotactile display system using windows media player from digital audio signal. WMPlayer10SDK system which was plug-in tool by microsoft windows media player provided its video and audio signal information. The audio signal was tried to be change into vibrotactile display. Audio signal had 4 sections such as 8bit, 16bit, 24bit, and 32bit. Each section was computed its frequency and vibrato scale. And data was transferred to 38400bps network port(COM1) for vibration. Using this system was able to develop the music suit which presented tactile feeling of music beyond sound. Therefore, it may provide cross modal technology for fusion technology of human senses.
