This study intends to provide basic evidence needed to establish plans to help disabled children and youth adapt to school by analyzing factors to influence on their school adjustment. To accomplish this goal, raw data of Survey of Disabled People in 2014 conducted by the Ministry of Health and Welfare was utilized for analysis to identify determining factors among level of school, type of school, type of disability, severity of disability, subjective health status, experience of discrimination on disabled children's school adjustment. Results of the analysis are as follows. Level of school, type of school and severity of disability are influencing factors on disabled children's school adjustment. This result shows that the introduction of peer support programs and expansion of special class and auxiliary personnel are needed to assist disabled students' school adjustment.

This study is to present the rationale and empirical evidence on the individual and the organizational of effectiveness of outplacement consulting was to contribute to the transition and spread awareness about the outplacement consulting. As the result, this awareness of usefulness of the outplacement consulting has positive impact on employability and employability is confirmed that it has positive impact on job performance and enhancing organizational trust. Furthermore, the employment possibilities were found to mediate the relationship between awareness of usefulness of the outplacement consulting and organizational trust and job performance. These results reveals that the outplacement consulting contributes to improve job skills of the organization, which is the result of verifying that leads to organizational performance. Based on these results, I propose transfering awareness and spreading about the outplacement consulting.

In accordance with importance of the economic value of forests and forest use, the paradigm of development and use has emerged as the dominant paradigm of forest policy. As forests are recognized as an important means of Wellness, the government pursues a policy convergence between forest use and conservation. So, this article analyzed whether the change of forestry convergence paradigm is reflected in policy or not. The purpose of this study was to analyze through content analysis and network analysis, whether the new combined text value are fused in how forest policy. According to the results, the function of utilization which is off the traditional forestry industry and recreation, wellness are acquired a greater importance in the 5th plan than 4th plan. But the 5th plan is insufficient to establish of foundation for forestry management and welfare functions. The evidence suggest a sign of sustained paradigm convergency in forest policy of Korea. As the policy implication in establishing national forest master plan, it is necessary to strengthen policy capability to pursue sustainable forestry utilization, which can converge forest use and conservation.

OBJECTIVES Handwashing rate of Korean people was lower than the rates of people in developed countries. The purpose of this study was to investigate handwashing rate, the factors influence people's handwashing behaviors during use of public restroom. METHODS This study used the data of '2013 Korea National Handwashing Survey'. The survey was done through direct observation on the user of subway and train station restroom from September 10 to 12, 2013. RESULTS Factors influencing handwashing with soap were administrative region(OR 0.490-2.255), purpose of toilet use(urination 1.000, defecation 2.505), drying method after handwashing(OR 0.497-3.107). CONCLUSIONS The results of this study will provide the evidence data of national handwashing promotion activities for preventing and controlling communicable diseases.

This paper proposes a virtual and invisible private disk (VIPDISK) technology equipped with the secure storage devices. As a software based security technology, it can create hidden partitions on any data storage device which can not be identified by the windows OS, so the program running on it, does not have any evidence of the existence of the hidden storage space. Under inactive state, it maintains an unexposed secure partition which can only be activated with a matching combination of a unique digital key and a user password to open the decryption tool. In addition, VIPDISK can store data to secure storage device with real-time encryption, it is worry-free even in the case of lost or theft. Simulation results show that VIPDISK provides a much higher level of security compared to other existing schemes.

Organizational Service Orientation is an essential factor to survive competition. So, a number of studies have investigated the impact of service orientation on Job Performance, and many evidence testify with certainty variable. Accordingly, this study investigated the impacts of Service Orientation on Turnover Intention and Organizational Commitment. In addition, this study examined the mediating effects of Emotional Labor. The results of this study are as followings ; First, Service Orientation are negatively related to Turn over Intention. Second, Service Orientation are positively related to Organizational Commitment. Third, Emotional Labor have partially moderated effect on the relationship between Service Orientation and Turnover Intention, Organizational Commitment. These findings provide the theoretical and practical implications.

This study aims to improve the openness of administrative data and to make extensive use of it in the academic and policy development, analyzing the quality requirements as the users' view of administrative data using statistical purposes. Conducted the exploratory analysis on the case of the Transaction-based Price Index of Housing, applying the administrative data of Realestate Transaction Management System in Korea, based on Denmark's 7 quality indicators for the statistical use of administrative data. According to the results of this study, the administrative data could improve the efficacy of the policy by facilitating the collection of the statistical data which help analyzing the actual market situations. On the other hand, the data have some constraints in adding the required items to producing the statistics, or improving the timeliness problem, due to the characteristics focused on the civil service.

In Korea, all investigations of maritime crime such as murder, robbery, drug trafficking, and illegal fishing that have been committed at sea are under the jurisdiction of maritime police. As maritime crimes tend to have more unique cases, cause damage on a larger scale, and be limited to evidence that is possibly contaminated, compared to non-maritime crimes, the cases demand maritime police investigators with a higher level of expertise. However, there is currently a lack of competent investigators in the maritime police, leading to the training of maritime police investigators in training agencies. so many of maritime investigators goes to land police training agency including Korean Police Investigation Academy. Therefore, in order to improve the capabilities of maritime crime investigation we must first gather information and data in relation to maritime crimes to foster more investigation specialists, and establish specialized training agencies offering a training course more focused on maritime crimes.

The purpose of this study was to examine the validity and reliability of the Korean Version of Self-Efficacy Questionnaire (KSE-12), which is used to examine Communication Self-Efficacys for 155 nursing students. To verify the construction factor of the tool, exploratory factor analysis with varimax rotation was performed, resulting in one factors with 12 items. KSE-12 was significantly correlation with GICC (p<.001), and criterion validity was verified. Cronbach's α was .98, showing internal consistency. Therefore, we suggest that it will be useful for the accumulating the evidence data for development of the communication self-efficacy program by using the KSE-12.

The present study determined new value that can be created through the convergence between artificial intelligence technology (AIT) and all industries by deriving and thoroughly analyzing major issues related to artificial intelligence (AI). This study analyzes domestic articles related to AI using topic modeling method based on LDA algorithm. Keywords were extracted from 3,889 articles of eleven metropolitan newspapers, eight business newspapers and major broadcasting companies; articles were selected by searching for the keyword "artificial intelligence". Keywords were extracted by optimizing the relevance parameter λ to improve the measure of pointwise mutual information (PMI), which shows the association among the keywords of each topic, and topic names were inferred from keywords based on valid evidence. The extracted topics widely showed changes occurring throughout society, economy, industries, culture, and the support policy and vision of the government.
