  • The brand and product awareness of Korean electronics companies in the North American market has grown significantly and North American consumers has been recognized as an innovative technology products good performance of Korean electronics appliances. The consumer need of energy saving has led to a rise in market share because Korean electronics appliances have the excellence in energy saving aspects. The expansion of smartphones and mobile devices and the development of smart grid technology can affect electronics market. Domestic companies are continuously develop new product to provide consumers convenient with a variety of additional features combined consumer products. This study proposes a convergence model for sales prediction of electronic appliances using sales data of A company from the North American market. We develop the convergence model for sales prediction based on based on artificial neural network and genetic algorithm. In addition, we validate the superiority of the proposed convergence model by comparing the prediction performance of traditional prediction models.

  • I would like to analyze the customers accommodation availability of the provisional 'smart board,' having specific mode and style, as a circulation platform of digital contents with using a statistic model in order to find a way and means to activate legal circulation of convergence individual products. The smart board means a circulation platform for both users' convenience and copyright protection, by being conveniently able to upload personal convergence digital contents or apply various licence to the uploaded contents according to the purpose of use. Under these premises of the smart board, this paper is going to focus on verifying to find out which factors, such as users' profile attributes, contents using behaviors, awareness of licence and etc, influence on the intention of using the smart board of general users by using a logistic regression model.

  • X-rays with shorter wavelengths than ultraviolet light have very good penetration power. It is convergence in industrial and medical fields has been used a lot. n particular, in the industrial field, various researches have been conducted on the detection of foregin body inside metal that can occur in the production process of products such as metal using x-ray, a non-destructive inspection device. Detectors are becoming increasingly popular for the popularization of DR (Digital Radiography) photography methods that digitally acquire X-ray video images. However, there are cases where foreign body detection is impossible depending on the sensor noise and sensitivity inside the detector. When producing a metal product, since the defective rate of the produced product may increase due to contamination of the foreign body, accurate detection is necessary. In this paper, we provide a correction model for X-ray images acquired in order to improve the efficiency of defect detection such as foreign body inside metal. When applied to defect detection in the production process of metal products through the proposed model, it is expected that the detection of product defects can be processed accurately and quickly.

The study proved that the national reputation has positive impacts on the purchase intention of Korean products. However, the Korean celebrity reputation has not statistically affected the intention of purchasing Korean products. In other words, it confirmed that the country of origin effect of Korea is affecting purchases of products from the countries concerned. Therefore, based on the country's reputation for Korea in Kazakhstan, it is believed that the promotion activities of Korean products will encourage consumers to make purchases.

  • This study investigated the antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects of Galla Rhois (Rhus verniciflua) on LPS (lipopolysaccharide)-stimulated human osteoblastic cells (MG-63). The aim of this study was to evaluate the LPS induced nitric oxide (NO) production and antioxidant radical in human osteoblast-like MG-63 cells. Therefore, the present work indicate that Galla Rhois extracts may be an ideal candidate for further research into their use for dental caries prevention component as well as, natural plant-based products. This suggested that 80% methanol and hexane extracts of Galla Rhois were inhibited NO generation and 1,1-diphenyl-2-pirylhydrazyl (DPPH) radical. Therefore, 80% methanol and hexane extracts of Galla Rhois may be utilized as a good source of protection against inflammation and oxidative stress. This study is intended to pursue wellness convergence in quality of life in the excavations in natural ingredients to create a variety of oral products with fewer side effects, cheap oral products for the dental treatment.

  • There is a big attention to digital convergence products(DCP) nowadays. However, consumers' response on the DCP is not always positive. These products may not match consumers' value and consumers may not know how to use them, because the DCP is generally innovative products. DCP marketers should learn that why consumers do not purchase them. Thus, this paper examines and identifies the consumers' purchase-avoiding psychological factors and antecedents on DCP. In detail, It is empirically checked that how the relationship between purchase-preventing factors such as complexity, incongruence, uncertainty, and unreasonability and purchase-avoiding psychological factors such as dissonance, innovation resistence, and perceived loss is. Also, these purchase-avoiding psychological factors' influence on the purchase-intention is empirically checked. As results, complexity and incongruence have an effect on the innovation resistence significantly. Uncertainty and unreasonability influence perceived loss variable. Unreasonability also influences consumers' cognitive dissonance variable. Additionally, cognitive dissonance have an influence on innovation resistence positively, and such innovation resistence influence consumer's purchase-intention negatively. Therefore, marketers should think twice about the roles of these purchase-preventing factors before launching.

  • Retail stores are mostly relying their product management on handwriting. This handwriting management is limited and poor at managing the status of stocking and releasing. Also, to confirm real-time product status, additional statistic system is required. POS system developed to overcome foresaid problems is operating only in big and special stores because of expensive price and limited space. Therefore, new automated management system which has low installation price needs to be developed and adopted instead of handwriting management system. In this paper, we developed real-time product management system which can manage the products in retail stores by utilizing NFC function in mobile device.

  • Objectives: The objective of the study was to investigate the factors related to non-use of interdental care products (ICP) in adolescents. Methods: The 2019 Korean Youth Risk Behavior Web-based Survey was used, examining 57,303 subjects. Complex-sample chi-square test and logistic regression analyses were performed to identify differences in ICP according to sociodemographic characteristics and oral health behavior and to determine the factors related to non-use. Results: The ICP non-use rate was 70.9%. Factors related to the non-use of ICP were middle or low economic status (OR=1.367 and 1.677). The other significant variables were less than one tooth brushing per day (OR=1.542), no scaling within 12 months (OR=1.631), and receiving dental treatment either once or two times or more (OR=1.757 and 2.195). Conclusions: To increase the ICP usage rate, continuous attention is needed from schools and families in addition to interventions at the national level.
