마이너루프와 자화의존 모델을 이용한 에버? 함수 생성과 히스테리시스 특성 시뮬레이션 (Everett Function Formulation Using Minor Loops and Magnetization-dependent Model and Hysteresis Characteristics Simulation)

  • In hysteresis simulation, the Preisach model is most widely used as the reliability. However, since the first-order transition curves used in the conventional Preisach model are very inconvenient for actual measurement, many researches have been made to simplify them. In this study, the minor loops obtained along the initial magnetization curve are used to obtain the Everett function used in the Preisach model. In other words, The Everett table is constructed by using the minor loops, and are applied to the magnetization dependent Preisach model to reconstruct the Everett table. In order to minimize the error, the spline interpolation method is used to complete the final Everett table and the hysteresis loop simulation is performed with the Everett table. Furthermore, it is applied to the inductor analysis to perform not only sinusoidal wave and square wave drive but also PWM wave drive considering hysteresis. The validity of the proposed method is confirmed by comparison with simulation and experiment.

  • 연속-시간 델타-시그마 ADC는 별도의 안티-엘리아싱 필터가 필요하지 않고, 이산-시간 델타-시그마 ADC에 비해 적은 전력 소모로 넓은 대역폭의 신호를 처리할 수 있는 등 여러 가지 장점을 가지고 있다. 그러나 델타-시그마 ADC의 특성상 높은 주파수의 클럭으로 신호를 샘플링 하여야 하기 때문에, 이를 낮은 데이터 레이트의 고해상도 디지털 신호로 에일리어싱 없이 낮춰 주기 위한 데시메이션 필터가 복잡하고 고속으로 동작해야 한다. 이 논문에서는 연속-시간 델타-시그마 ADC에 펄스-폭-변조를 적용한 구조를 제안하고 이 구조를 이용함으로써 데시메이션 필터를 룩업 테이블을 이용하여 간단하게 구현할 수 있음을 보인다.

  • In this paper, an exciter current control of a synchronous generator for ships using a compound type digital automatic voltage regulator (DVAR) in order to provide a constant output voltage of the generator is presented. The compound type DAVR is composed of a controller part to adjust output voltage and an power source unit to supply power to the exciter. The controller part, which generates the PWM switching pattern via the PI controller, drives a power MOSFET for bypass to limit the SG's exciter current. The power source unit part is parallel connected to an output terminal of the generator through a reactor and a power CT. The residual magnetic flux of SG provides exciter current to the exciter through the reactor during the initial running or no load state and load current supplies field current to the exciter through the power CT during loading state. This paper confirmed an experiment to verify the validity of compound type DAVR system for controlling output voltage of synchronous generator.

  • This paper presents a study on DSP(TMS320F240) controller design for multi-axes transportation system using BLDC servo motor. This BLDC servo motor controller was realized with DSP(Digital Signal Processor) and IPM (Intelligent Power Module). The multi-axes transportation system needs torque, speed, position control of servo motor for variable action. This paper implements those servo control with vector control and space vector modulation technique. As CPU of controller DSP(TMS320F240) is adopted because, it has PWM(Pulse Width Modulation) waveform generator, A/D(Analog to Digital) converter, SPI(Serial Peripheral Interface) port and input/output port etc. The controller of multi-axes transportation system consists of 3-level hierarchy structure that main host PC manages three sub DSP system which transfer downword command and are monitoring the states of end servo controllers. Each sub DSP system operates eight BLDC servo controllers which control BLDC servo motor using DSP and IPM Between host system and middle digital signal processor communicate with RS-422, between main processor and controller communicate with SPI port.

비례제어밸브용 디지털 앰프.컨트롤러에 대한 연구 (A Study on a Digital Amplifier.Controller for Proportional Control Valve)

  • This study presents the design of digital amplifier.controller for a proportional control valve and the development of PID discrete control scheme by using RCP(Rapid Controller Prototyping) system. RCP system is the device to embed the control code developed in PC into the microcontroller on-site. Ramp input test using the digital amplifier.controller developed in this study was carried out for the proportional control valve of domestic production and Bosch Rexroth respectively. The instability problem occurred around maximum displacement of localized valve spool at ramp input test was solved by supplementing offset current to the duty ratio of PWM(Pulse Width Modulation) driving signal to the solenoid. The comparison of test results between localized proportional control valve and Bosch Rexroth's product shows that the characteristics obtained by ramp input test and static flow gains are alike each other. Two valves are about the same in dead bands and hysteresis characteristics.

  • 본 논문은 동적전압보상기(DVR)의 제어를 위한 우수한 성능의 디지털제어기를 제시하고 제어이득(Control Gain)의 설정에 관하여 논한다. DVR계통의 전력회로를 분석하여 DVR의 운전한계를 찾고 그에 따른 제어목표 및 제어기 구조를 제시한다. 디지털 제어기는 인버터의 PWM 스위칭과 함께 제어시스템의 시간지연을 야기한다. 이러한 시간 지연은 제어시스템의 전달함수를 1차수 높게 하여 제어시스템을 더한층 복잡하고 불안정하게 한다. 본 논문은 제어기의 시간지연을 고려하여 제안된 제어기의 이득을 설정하는 방법을 제시하고 인버터의 스위칭 주파수와 관련하여 출력측 필터요소의 설계지침을 제시한다. 제안된 설계방법에 의하여 전디지털화(Full Digital Control) 된 DVR 시스템을 제작하여 이론을 검증한다.

DSP를 이용한 강압형 DC-DC 컨버터의 원격제어 (A Remote Control of a Buck-typed DC-DC Converter using DSP)

  • 기존의 아날로그 제어방식과는 달리 디지털 제어 방식은 기본적으로 마이크로프로세서를 포함하고 있기 때문에 아날로그 제어방식에서는 할 수 없었던 DC-DC 컨버터 내부 파라미터에 대한 모니터링이 가능하며, 아날로그 제어방식에서는 처음의 사양에 의해 고정된 출력전압을 얻었지만 디지털 제어 방식에서는 PC와 DC-DC 컨버터의 통신을 통하여 사용자가 원하는 임의의 전압을 얻어낼 수 있고 원격제어가 가능하다. 또 한 PC와의 통신을 통해 원거리에 있는 DC-DC 컨버터에 정확한 전압이 출력되고 있는지를 알 수 있는 원격 감시도 할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 DSP(TMS320C31)을 이용한 DC-DC 컨버터를 설계하기 위해 간단한 Buck 컨버터를 구성하였으며, Buck 컨버터는 15V 입력으로부터 DSP의 에뮬레이터를 이용하여 PC상에서 원격으로 0V에서 5V까지 다양한 출력 전압을 만들 수 있다. PWM의 듀티(Duty) 제어를 위한 제어기로써는 DSP를 이용하여 간단하면서도 가장 많이 사용되는 PID제어기 중에서 PD제어기를 사용하였으며, 이 디지털 제어방식 컨버터의 실용성을 검토하기 위해 과도상태의 특성과 정상 상태의 특성을 비교, 분석하여 본 논문에서 설계된 DC-DC 컨버터의 우수성을 확인하였다.

  • The output voltage of a synchronous generator is regulated constantly by field current control of excitation system. Synchronous generator exciter has two type, first one is Drop control type by thyristor and second one is exciter current control type through power output by PWM control. Control method of the second one prevails, but when the power devices have a breakdown, output voltage of the generator rises rapidly. This exciter must have a protection circuit and system is complicated, so reliability is poor Excitation control type which is drop control type control only 10% of the power, so it can be improved precision. When a trouble come to the controller, output voltage of a generator don't rise excessively and the voltage rise about 10%, so it has a excellent reliability. This paper prove stability of the digital AVR.

16 극의 반경방향 전자석을 갖는 자기부상 주축계 연구 (A Study on the Magnetically Suspended Spindle with 16-pole Radial Magnets)

  • Active magnetic hearings allow much high surface speed than conventional ball bearings and therefore greatly suitable for high speed cutting. This paper describes a design and test of an active magnetic bearing system with 16-pole radial magnets. The spindle is originally designed for a CNC lathe and driven by outer motor with 5.5 kW power and maximum speed 10,000 rpm. Considering static load condition and geometric restrictions, radial magnet is designed 16-pole type for smaller outer diameter of the spindle system. Dynamic system characteristics such as natural frequency, critical speed, stiffness, damping and system stabilities are simulated with a rigid rotor model including direct feedback controller. The designed spindle system is realized with digital PIDD controller to compensate phase lag of PWM amplifier and magnet coils. With levitation and step response experiment the control system characteristics are tested, and the spindle is rotated up to 10,000 rpm stab1y.

  • This paper has investigated the sensorless vector control method of induction motor based on the stator flux oriented voltage equation and the digital low pass filter (LPF) with compensator of phase/gain. The Proposed vector control method is easy to decide the stator reference voltages and control of motor, since it is based on stator flux vector But this method has sensitive structure to excessive sensor noise and PWM pulsating components of stator currents because the measured stator currents are directly used to compensate the internal resistive voltage drop at the determination of stator reference voltages. To eliminate the noise sensitive of proposed vector drive, this paper propose the digital LPF with compensator of phase/gain base on orthogonal property of stator current vector in stationary $\alpha$, $\beta$ reference frame. The proposed methods have been simulated and implemented on a sensorless vector drive for 750W three-phase induction motor. The simulation and experimental results demonstrate effectiveness of the proposed methods.
