유럽의 유기농 마케팅 전략에 관한 연구 -독일, 스위스, 오스트리아를 중심으로- (A Study on the Marketing Strategy of Organic Products in Europe - Germany, Swiss, Austria-)

  • This paper describes the market development and marketing strategy of organic products in European Union(EU), where organic products market has grown rapidly due to a variety of factors. According to several surveys environmentally friendly agricultural products widely meet consumers demand, but the corresponding market share in Korea is less than 4.0%. Missing confidence in the authenticity of organic products, high prices compared to other foods, a low density of distribution, and a lack of a uniform label are regarded as hampering factors for market growth. The influence of the image of organic products on market development, however, is analyzed insufficiently by now. This paper therefor aims at investigating the implications of the marketing strategy and image of organic foods on its acceptance by consumers and deriving hints for the development of the market. The actual study is based on a concept of morphological market research, the result refer to Germany, Swiss, Austria.

아동의 정서반응 유형, 정서조절 전략 및 효과 탐색: 정서조절 전략 및 효과와 심리적 안녕감간의 관계 (Children's Emotional Response, Emotion Regulation Strategy and Emotion Regulation Effect: Relationships among the Emotion Regulation Strategy, Emotion Regulation Effect and Psychological Well-being)

  • This study was conducted to investigate children's emotional response, emotion regulation strategy, and emotion regulation effect (regulation effect of strategies), and to determine the relationships among emotion regulation strategy, emotion regulation effect and children's psychological well-being in anger, (ear, and disappointment situations. Emotion regulation strategy recomposed four strategies through factor analysis based on the children's direct answers to the question inquiring on the method used to regulate anger, fear, and disappointment. A total of 359 elementary school children in glades 5 or 6 selected one strategy use to regulate anger, fear, and disappointment. The effect of that selected strategy were estimated. Psychological well-being is evaluated by a questionnaire. The results of this study showed that most of elementary school children used the attention evocation strategy to regulate anger, fear, and disappointment, and this strategy was confirmed to be the most effective. Children's psychological well-being was associated with only emotion regulation effect in anger, fear, and disappointment situations.

  • This thesis is designed to discuss the development of the Korean Academy of Orthopedic Manual Therapy and establish a development strategy for the future. The development has been achieved with the enthusiasm and interest of physical therapists from all over the country over the past 10 years since the establishment and the Academy has been receiving attention from the medical part. The Korean Academy of Orthopedic Manual Therapy will develop a variety of training programs for the research and development of orthopedic manual therapy and will establish a development strategy and master plan for the future in order to lay a foundation for orthopedic manual therapy.

하이테크 신제품 개발 영향요인에 관한 국가간의 실증적 비교연구 (Factors influencing New Products Development in High-tech Industry: A Cross-National Study)

  • The purpose of this research is to develop strategic alternatives for the high-tech products development by comparatively studying characteristics of the industry and R&D structures in Korea and the US. Some of the environmental, strategic, organizational and project teams' characteristics are studied. Data were collected from Korea and US high-tech companies through interviews and questionnaires and event analysis method was used to analyze them. The findings are as follows: First, when the level of market concentration is high, cycle time tends to be longer. Therefore, if there are many competitors in the market, new products development should be swift due to competitive pressures. Second, the developmental strategy should be directed toward the existing customers to speed up new products development. That is, a defensive strategy would result in a shorter cycle time and response time compared to a strategy directed to a niche market. Third, when the level of formalization is high, cycle time tends to be shorter. This means that formal procedures for new products idea development or new products development policies shorten new products development time.

병원전략의 수립과 전개가 병원의 경영과 병원의 성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (An empirical study of the Strategy Development and Deployment effects on the Hospital Management and Hospital Performance)

  • 본 연구는 오늘날 우리나라의 병원에서 사용되는 전략의 경우 어떻게 수립이 되고 전개하는지에 알아보기 위한 실증연구이다. 전략은 기존연구들에서 제시한 것처럼 현재 가지고 있는 내부역량과 외부환경을 고려하여 수립한다고 하였다. 이에 본 연구에서는 우리나라의 9개 국립병원들을 대상으로 하여 전략의 개발과 전개로 나누어 환자만족, 종업원만족, 병원업무에는 어떠한 영향을 주는지를 구조방정식 모형을 이용하여 알아보았다. 그 결과 우리나라의 병원들은 전략을 수립하여 전개함에 있어서 내부의 요인인 종업원만족과 병원업무 외부요인인 환자만족에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 기존의 많은 관련연구들이 제시한 것처럼 우리나라 병원의 경우에도 인건비상승, 원자재 가격의 상승, 외래환자의 감소 등 내부 상황을 고려하고 의약분업, 해외자본의 국내의료시장 진출, 고소득으로 인한 높은 의료서비스의 질의 요구 등 외부상황을 고려하여 전략을 수립하고 전개하고 있다고 할 수 있다. 또한 고객만족, 종업원만족, 업무프로세스를 개선시 각각의 의견을 반영한 전략이 수립되므로 이는 자연히 병원의 성과에 긍정적인 영향을 준다는 연구의 결과가 나타났으며 우리나라의 병원들도 전략을 수립시 내부적인 여러상황을 고려하여 수립하고 전개한다고 할 수 있다.

  • 본 연구에서는 중소벤처기업의 기술혁신역량과 신제품개발성과가 상호 인과관계가 있음을 밝히고, 기술혁신역량을 강화하기 위한 수단으로 협업을 도입하면 신제품개발성과가 향상됨을 규명하였다. 연구방법으로는 국내 소재 중소벤처기업 R&D업무에 종사하는 실무담당자들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구결과, 중소 벤처기업의 기술혁신역량에 속하는 기술전략, 기술학습, 그리고 개방형 혁신이 신제품개발성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 즉 신제품개발성과에 미치는 다수의 핵심전략으로서 협업을 선택한 결과, 협업이 신제품개발성과에 영향을 주는 전략임을 규명하였다. 아울러 협업을 도입하면 기술혁신역량이 신제품개발성과를 강화하는데 조절역할을 하는 지도 함께 살펴보았는데, 일반적인 협업은 기술전략 강화에는 직접적인 영향을 미치지 않지만, 협업에 따라서는 기술전략과 개방형 혁신이 강화되어 신제품개발성과의 크기에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 평가되었다.

  • This study was designed to examine various patterns of developmental change in children's recall, strategic behaviors, and meta-memory with a sort-recall task in relation to utilization deficiencies. Memory tasks consisting of 18 pictures were presented individually to 48 seven-year-old children in each of 7 sessions. Sessions 1 and 2 were baseline; Sessions 3 and 4 were for strategy training, including the organization group, the self-regulation group, the organization/self-regulation group and control group. Sessions 5, 6, and 7 were unprompted tests of strategy maintenance. Results showed significant differences between the 4 groups in their recall, strategy repertories and strategy evaluation. Findings were discussed in terms of the analysis of memory strategy and memory development.

  • Nowadays, domestic hospital business is under the great threat from the environmental changes caused by the entrance of foreign hospitals and the technical changes related to information systems. In such a situation, to enhance the competitive edge of a hospital, it is needed to set up a competitive strategy and to construct an efficient information systems to back up the competitive strategy. If the hospital information systems(HIS) is consistent with a competitive strategy backing up, the competitive force of a hospital will be enhanced. For this respect, the influence of the competitive strategy and HIS construction environments on the performance of HIS was examined. The results suggested that if a HIS should be newly constructed or should be restructured, it is necessary to select construction environments of HIS such as physical environments, development methods and development tools to support functional strategy effectively based on the competitive strategy adopted by a hospital.

한국·일본의 패션산업 발전과정 비교를 통한 마케팅 전략 연구 (A Study on Marketing Strategy through Comparison of Fashion Industry Development Process Between Korea and Japan)

  • To study marketing strategy changes caused by Korea fashion industry development process, the fashion marketing strategy changes of Japan, considered as the most similar one of Korea, was compared. At each period, p! roper cost efficiency strategies, product differentiation strategies, and market segment strategies has been selected and applied. The fashion industry foundation period namely practical usage clothing period of Korea follows 10 years after one of Japan. 90's highly sensitive fashion period namely fashion industry growth period follows 5 years after one of Japan. As entering to fashion industry maturity period with global competition, the time difference falls to less than 5 years. With hosting of 2002's World-Cup, Korea's global competitiveness has increased, and it appears to be possible of being fashion market leader in East Asia and Japan's rival on an equal footing.

  • 관광콘텐츠는 관광활성화를 위한 중요한 요소임에도 불구하고, 주목받지 못하고 있어, 인삼을 활용한 문화관광콘텐츠 개발 전략을 살펴보았다. 콘텐츠 개발의 기본방향은 건강을 증진시킬 수 있다는 웰빙적인 요소와 고부가가치 상품개발이며, 개발전략은 대표적인 웰빙상품으로 스토리를 동반해야 하며, 상품을 위한 스토리가 아니라 다목적성의 성격을 띌 수 있는 콘텐츠를 개발해야 하며, 최종 상품형태를 고려하여, 실현가능한 콘텐츠를 개발해야 한다. 마지막으로 지역의 주민들에게 직접적인 이익 및 참여가 보장되어야 한다.
