초고속 통신망상에서 3차원 동시 형상 설계 (3-Dimensional Concurrent Geometric Modeling on High Speed Network)

  • Data sharing is a major challenge to implement CALS. STEP is the international standard for the product model data exchange among heterogeneous systems and plays a key role in CALS. Advances in computer networks are rapidly changing the product development processes. The network oriented modeling system premises to integrate design activities across the enterprise. To achieve goals of CALS 3-dimensional concurrent modeling that complies international standard is required since integrity and common perception of product data can be assured. This paper presents 3-dimensional concurrent geometric modeling on high speed network using STEP and methodologies.

  • 본 연구는 영국 미국 일본 및 한국의 학교도서관 발전과정에서 학교도서관이 교수와 학습의 자료를 확보하여 정보화 사회에서 인간성과 창조적 정보활용력을 배양하는 학교교육과정의 핵심임을 규명하고 각 국의 최신 기준에서 "직원, 자료, 공간과 시설, 관리 및 협력체제, 학습기법"을 공통요소로 비교 분석하고, 이를 기초로 한국학교도서관 현황을 규명하여 한국 학교도서관 활성화를 위한 기준설정의 모형을 제시하였다.

  • 본 논문은 재난통신 시스템을 실제적으로 활용하기 위해 반드시 필요한 표준운영절차(SOP)를 개발하기 위한 방법론과 전략들을 제시하고자 한다. 따라서 재난안전통신망의 SOP와 연계되는 다양한 요소들을 규명하고 특성을 분석하였고, 이를 기반으로 SOP의 효과적인 개발을 위한 프로세스와 전략을 개발하여 제시하였다. 아울러 개발되는 SOP를 재난안전통신망 구현 기술인 LTE에 반영하여 무선자원 할당의 토대가 되는 우선순위와 QoS가 어떻게 운영되어야 하는지도 제시하였다.

증식률을 고려한 양식어류의 적정 물류재고모델의 연구 (A Study on an Inventory Model for Fish Culture Items with Weibull Ameliorating)

  • This paper is concerned with the development of ameliorating inventory models. The ameliorating inventory is the inventory of goods whose utility increases over the time by ameliorating activation. The term ameliorating inventory is used in this paper at least, since the terminology is not standard well known. This study is performed according to areas; one is an economic order quantity(EOQ) model for the items whose utility is ameliorating in accordance with Weibull distribution, and the other is a partial selling quantity(PSQ) model developed for selling the surplus inventory accumulated by ameliorating activation. The proposed models cannot be solved directly in a closed form, thus we used a computer program and a graphical solution method to obtain the optimal ordering and setting quantity in this paper. Numerical examples to illustrate the effect of ameliorating rate on inventory polices are shown at the end of this paper.

  • In this study, we develop automatic design program, which create 3D model of spur gear and helical gear used VisuaILISP and create helical gear in the CATIA using 2D profile of gear. This model become the standard model, which give not only in itself mold information but also computer processed product with measuring date. Spur gear require mathematical examination of involute curve and trocoidal fillet curve. Automatic design program, which have a mathematical development create the profile of spur gear.

  • The conventional inventory models are concerned with the items of which utilities and amount of numbers are constant over time. But in practice the items in inventory systems are increasing or decreasing. This study is concerned with the development of ameliorating inventory models.   • Temperature prediction model was developed for on-line application to plate rolling mills of POSCO. The adequate boundary conditions of heat transfer coefficients were obtained by comparing the predicted temperature with the measured temperatures taken by measuring system in plate rolling mill of POSCO. In obtaining the boundary condition which minimize the mean and standard deviation of the difference between prediction and measurement, orthogonal array for experimental design was used to reduce the calculation time of large data set. To predict the temperature drop at four edge of plate in one dimensional model, the energy change by heat transfer though directions perpendicular to thickness direction was treated like that by deformation. And the heat transfer through four edge directions was inferred from that through thickness direction with two coefficients of depth and severity of temperature drop at the edge. The boundary condition for the depth and severity of temperature drop were also determined using the measured temperature.

SR-332에 의한 전자식 안정기의 신뢰성 모형 (A Reliability Model of Electronic Ballasts using SR-332)

  • As the level of technology and the standard of living improve, product reliability plays an increasingly significant role. This study has been performed to build a reliability model of electronic ballasts for the low wattage fluorescent lamp. Telcordia SR-332, one of the most widely used reliability specifications, was selected for the model development. We briefly reviewed the basic concepts of the electronic ballast. We then developed a reliability model for the ballast using SR-332 concepts and the reliability has been examined. We further discussed the significance of the first-year failure effect on the mean life.

유연 생산 시스템의 시뮬레이션을 위한 JR-Net 모델링 (Job Resource relation-Net Modeling for the Simulation of FMS)

  • As the level of maunfacturing system automation increases, the issues of modeling and simulation of AMS(Automated Manufacturing System) are becoming more important. Proposed in this paper is the JR-Net(Job Resource relation-Net) modeling framework which naturally mimics the process of designing an AMS by FA(Factory Automation) engineers. Its main purpose is to provide a modeling tool which facilitate modeling work of AMS for FA engineers unfamiliar with simulation modeling. The proposed modeling scheme is based on the extensive observation that typical AMSs are built from the set of 'standard' components(or catalog items). As an application of the proposed model, two real examples of FMS('G7'FMS model plant, RPI FMS) are modeled by JR-Net, and in case of FMS model plant, a simulation program development procedure using JR-Net modeling results is explained. Finally, simulation result of FMS model plant is analyzed.

  • 본 연구에서는 국내의 CM 조기정착을 유도하고 CM 활용에 대한 성공적인 모델을 제시하기 위하여, 향후 지속적으로 성장할 것으로 판단되는 SOC민간투자사업의 CM 운영체계 개발의 필요성 및 여건을 분석하고 개발 방향을 제시하였다. 본 연구에서 제안한 개발의 방향은 크게 (1)SOC민간투자사업 CM업무 표준 프로세스 가이드 개발, (2)SOC민간투자사업 타당성분석 수행 표준 개발, (3)SOC민간투자사업의 단계별 $\cdot$ 기능별 리스크 Check List의 세 가지 이며, 이와 같은 개발을 통하여 추후 CM 제도의 활성화를 위한 모범사례의 제공 뿐 아니라, 국내 건설산업의 효율성제고 등의 효과를 기대할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.
