According to the World Health Organization, for medical schools to fulfill their obligation of social accountability, it is necessary for medical education, research, and service areas to ref lect the healthcare system's relevance, quality, cost-effectiveness, and equity. This study utilized Boelen and Heck's (1995) social accountability grid model to analyze the degree to which the Accreditation Standards of Korean Institute of Medical Education and Evaluation 2019 (ASK2019) standards apply the World Federation for Medical Education's (WFME) standards. The social accountability characteristics of the former were compared to those of the WFME, the Liaison Committee on Medical Education, and the Australian Medical Council. Experts with experience and certification in medical education and evaluation classified the ASK2019 standards according to the grid model, evaluated social accountability perspectives, and categorized them according to the process, content, and outcome. Of the 92 standards, 61 (66.30%) were selected as social accountability standards; these encompassed all areas. There was a particular focus on outcome-related areas, such as "mission and outcomes," "student assessment," "educational evaluation," and "continuous improvement." Education and quality were the most common (33, 54.11%), followed by 18 standards related to education and relevance. However, the standards on cost effectiveness and equity corresponding to education, research, and service were significantly insufficient. As a result of classification using a logic model, many criteria were incorporated into the process, producing results similar to those of international accreditation institutions. Therefore, to fulfill medical schools' social accountability, it is necessary to develop cost effectiveness and equity standards with reference to grid models and expand them beyond education to include research and service areas. Developing content and outcome standards is also required.

이 연구의 목적은 과학교육 내용표준을 개발하여 과학 교육과정 및 교과서 개발, 그리고 과학수업의 실질적인 영향 및 방향 설정에 도움을 줄 수 있는 기초자료 제공이다. 3학년에서 9학년까지의 과정 동안, 자연 과학 분야에서 학생들이 무엇을 알아야 하고, 무엇을 이해해야 하며, 무엇을 할 수 있는지를 제시하였다. 문헌 및 선행 연구, 설문조사 및 심층 면담 등을 통하여 과학교육 내용표준의 기본틀과 하위 요소를 설정하였다. 과학교육 내용표준은 상황, 구성요소, 성취의 세 부분으로 구분된다. 상황은 학생들에게 있어서 과학이 언제, 어디서, 어떻게 필요한가를 제공할 수 있는 것이다. 구성요소는 학생들이 학교 과학교육을 통해서 배워야 하는 과학의 본성, 과학적 창의성, 과학적 탐구, 핵심내용지식 등으로 이루어진다. 성취는 과학교육을 통해 도달하고자 하는 것을 의미한다. 과학교육 내용표준은 특정 교육과정을 제공하는 것이 아니라, 학교와 지역, 국가 수준에서 어떤 특정한 활동이 과학교육의 이상에 도움이 되는가를 판단하는 준거를 제공하는 것이다. 즉 과학교육 내용표준은 학년군별로 과학교육의 성취 수준을 제시하여 주고, 과학교육 및 교육 목표에 대한 이해를 높이기 위한, 그리고 교육과정의 설계나 교과서를 개발하기 위한 기초 자료로 활용 가능할 것이다.

본 연구에서는 문헌 연구, 설문 조사, 수업관찰 및 교사 면담 등을 통하여 수업평가 기준의 목적, 개발이 필요한 이유, 수업평가 기준의 역할 등을 살펴보았다. 이어서 현장 교사들이 생각하는 수업평가 기준 개발의 바람직한 주체가 누구이며, 수업평가 기준이 개발될 경우 누가 가장 많은 혜택을 받을 것으로 기대하는지를 살펴보고, 나아가 수업평가(기준) 정착을 위한 선결 요건을 고찰하였다. 요약하면, 수업 평가기준은 (1) 초보자를 위한 지침, (2) 숙련된 전문가를 위한 지침서 (3) 개선 노력을 집중할 부분을 파악하는 구조, (4) 교직이외의 다른 공동체들과의 의사소통의 수단이 될 수 있다. 또한, 수업평가는 물론 수업평가 기준 개발의 주체는 교사들이어야 하며, 일반 기준과 차별화 되는 교과별 기준, 즉 과학과 수업평가 기준 개발의 필요성을 논의하였다. 즉, 교과별 수업평가 기준 개발은 교사들의 적극적인 참여와 교육과 관련된 주요 이해당사자들이 폭넓게 참가하지 않고서는 성공하기 어렵다. 이러한 수업 평가기준 개발의 성공 여부는 이러한 평가기준이 일반 공동체, 특히 교육 공동체에 의해 수용되는 수준에 따라 결정될 것이다.

Recently, a hydrogen charging station-related memorandum of understanding (MOU) was signed between Korea Transport Institute and United Arab Emirates (UAE) Ministry of Transport in Abu Dhabi, creating a foundation for exporting green hydrogen charging stations and hydrogen powered public transit buses developed with Korean technology to Abu Dhabi. Reliable construction and operation of the charging stations require a thorough review on associated standards and legal requirements. In particular, it is essential to analyze currently effective standards related to hydrogen production, hydrogen vehicle charging, and hydrogen charging stations. This paper specifically focuses on comparative analysis of hydrogen-related standards in the UAE and the Republic of Korea. Similar to UAE, Korean hydrogen charging station-related standards follow International Organization for Standardization (ISO) standards. From real-life experiences in developing and operating charging stations, even more essence of ISO standards have been adopted in Korean standards than UAE. In particular, ISO standards related to fire prevention are additionally included in Korea. This paper also suggests procedural and administrative strategies for enabling application of Korean hydrogen charging station-related standards in UAE.

BPM(Business Process Management)에 대한 관심이 커지면서 BPM 시스템의 상호운용성을 확보하기 위해 프로세스 모형화, 실행과 운영, 모니터링과 통제 측면에서 여러 표준들이 등장하고 있다. 본 연구의 목표는 BPM 표준의 도입전략을 제시하고, BPM 표준 도입기업이 활용할 수 있는 세부적인 BPM 표준 적용 가이드라인을 개발하는 것이다. 프로세스 모형화 측면의 BPMN(Business Process Modeling Notation), 프로세스 실행과 운영 측면에서의 BPEL(Business Process Execution Language), 모니터링과 통제에 초점이 맞춰진 BPQL(Business Process Query Language) 등의 BPM 표준 도입 전략을 제시하고 각 표준들의 활용 가이드라인을 개발하였다. 본 연구에서 제시한 표준 도입 전략과 활용 가이드라인을 활용하여 기업들은 BPM 표준을 자사의 솔루션에 적용하는 과정에서의 시행착오를 줄임으로써 보다 효율적인 개발이 가능할 것으로 기대된다.

Radio-frequency (RF) amplifiers based on direct current (DC) superconducting quantum interference device (SQUID) have low-noise performance for precision physics experiments. Gain curves of SQUID RF amplifiers depend on several parameters of the SQUID and operation conditions. We are developing SQUID RF amplifiers for application to measure very weak RF signals from ultra-low-temperature high-magnetic-field microwave cavity in axion search experiments. In this study, we designed, fabricated and characterized SQUID RF amplifiers with different SQUID parameters, such as number of input coil turn, shunt resistance value of the junction and coupling capacitance in the input coil, and compared the results.

본 연구는 안전한 학교 실현을 위한 학교의 역할과 책임을 명확히 하기 위하여 학교안전기준의 내용과 형식을 제시하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 학교안전기준이 학교 현장에서 운영하는데 어려움을 교육행정사무관, 장학사, 연구사 총 26명으로 4개의 소그룹으로 나누어 현장 전문가의 의견을 청취하고 관련 자료를 분석하였다. 결과적으로 학교안전기준안에 대한 시도교육청에 재직하고 있는 교육행정사무관, 장학사, 연구사의 심층 면담을 종합적으로 분석하여, 학교안전기준 개발의 필요성, 학교안전기준 내용의 적정성, 학교안전기준 형식의 적절성, 학교안전기준안의 현장 적용성 등 넷 측면에서 결과를 도출하였다. 연구 결과를 토대로 결론을 제시하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 학교안전기준 개발 방향 설정에 관한 내용이다. 둘째, 학교안전기준 체계 및 내용 탐구에 관한 내용이다. 셋째, 학교안전기준 내용 초안 마련에 관한 내용이다.

The safety culture of an organization is the product of individual and group values, attitudes, perceptions, competencies, and patterns of behaviour that determine the commitment to, and the style and proficiency of, an organization's health and safety management. A good safety culture includes effective, appropriate safety management systems; strong safety leadership & commitment from management; participation and involvement of the workforce; and organizational learning and continuous improvement. This paper will introduce the safety culture inspection standards and process in Korea Railway. The main purpose is to get a better understanding of safety culture and to develop measuring tool. First of all we developed the composition factor of safety culture and the question set. And we prepared the base of computerization of safety culture measurement by developing of evaluation standards and weighted value.

전동 조절식 의료용 침대나 수술대는 병원에서 환자의 요양시 또는 진료시 자세유지에 사용되는 유용한 기기이지만, 다양한 기능과 복잡한 기구 메커니즘으로 인해 사용상의 안전사고가 빈번하게 발생하는 의료기기의 하나이다. 본 논문에서는 의료기기로서 승인이 필요한 의료용 침대와 수술대의 안전성과 성능에 관한 일반 요구사항 및 시험방법을 제시한다. 각 항목은 관련 국제규격을 바탕으로 구성한다. 연구의 결과는 식품의약품안전청의 의료기기 인허가시 적용되는 기준규격의 개발에 사용될 수 있다.

최근 초ㆍ중등학교 현장에서는 ICT 활용 교수ㆍ학습에 사용할 수 있는 양질의 멀티미디어 교육자료를 매우 필요로 하고 있다. 이러한 양질의 멀티미디어 교육자료를 개발하기 위해서는 일련의 개발 공정을 설정하고 적절한 시점마다 체계적인 심사를 수행하는 것이 바람직하다. 이에 본 논문에서는 멀티미디어 교육자료를 개발하기 위한 추진 절차를 수립하고 심사가 요구되는 단계를 추출한 후, 각 단계별로 고려해야할 심사 기준을 제시하고자 한다. 이와 같은 각 단계별 심사 기준은 멀티미디어 교육자료의 개발 공정 전체를 체계적으로 관리ㆍ감독할 수 있게 하는 기준 역할을 할 수 있으므로, 보다 양질의 자료를 개발하는데 기여할 수 있을 것으로 본다.
