국가지준점 망조정 성과를 활용한 최적 국가 좌표계 변환 모델 결정 (Optimal National Coordinate System Transform Model using National Control Point Network Adjustment Results)

  • 본 연구의 주요 목적은 서로 다른 측지기준계인 동경측지계와 세계측지계간의 좌표 변환을 위한 연구이다. 이를 위하여 Bursa-Wolf 모델, Molodensky-Badekas 모델 및 Veis 모델을 이용하여 7변환 계수를 결정하였다. 또한 동경데이텀으로부터 세계측지계로 변환하기 위한 다중회귀식 방법도 적용하였다. 공통점 중에서 비상사성인 과대 오차인 점을 분석하고 제거하여 935점의 국가기준점 성과를 변환 계수 결정을 위한 공통점으로 이용하였다. 각 모델별로 결정한 변환 계수를 적용하여 상사 변환에 의한 3, 4등 삼각점 9,917점에 대한 좌표변환을 수행하였으며 변환 정확도를 평가하였다. 그 결과, Bursa-Wolf 모델과 Molodensky-Badekas 모델을 이용하여 결정한 변환 계수가 Veis 모델에 비하여 더 적합하다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 다중회귀식에 의한 변환 정확도는 상사 변환 모델보다는 다소 저하되는 경향을 보였다. 변환 계수의 추정 정밀도와 변환 정확도 및 변환 잔차의 패턴을 분석한 결과, 최적의 국가 좌표변환 모델은 Molodensky-Badekas 모델이라고 판단된다.

  • An artificial neural network(ANN) modeling is presented using the Input-output power characteristics of SMES. When using the ANN which functions as a model-free system, network construction and determination of learning parameters are carefully chosen to represent the complicated nonlinear input-output relation from the black-boxed SMES system. The proposed ANN-based SMES model is applied to analyse the power system stability and the simulation results provide the property of this approach.

  • In this paper, we design the optimal satellite-tracking antenna $H_{\infty}$ control system using genetic algorithm(GA). To do this, we give gain and dynamics parameters to the weighting functions and apply GA with reference model to the optimal determination of weighting functions and design parameter ${\gamma}$ that are given by Glover-Doyle algorithm which can design $H_{\infty}$ controller in the state space. These weighting functions and design parameter ${\gamma}$ are simultaneously optimized in tile search domain guaranteeing the robust stability of closed-loop system. The effectiveness of this satellite-tracking antenna $H_{\infty}$ control system is verified by computer simulation.

  • In this paper we design the model following ${\mu}$-synthesis control system for optimal fuel-injection of diesel engine using genetic algorithms. To do this, we give gain and dynamics parameters to the weighting functions and apply genetic algorithms with reference model to the optimal determination of weighting functions that are given by D-K iteration method which can design ${\mu}$-synthesis controller in the state space. These weighting functions are optimized simultaneously in the search domain selected adequately. The effectiveness of this ${\mu}$-synthesis control system for fuel-injection is verified by computer simulation.

Bacillus subtilis SN7이 생성한 조항균 물질의 단회 경구투여 독성 시험 및 4주 반복 경구투여 용량 결정 시험 (Single Oral Dose Toxicity Test and Four Weeks Repeated Oral Dose Determination Test of Crude Antifungal Compounds Produced by Bacillus subtilis SN7 in Rats)

  • To provide information on the safety of crude antifungal compounds produced by Bacillus subtilus SN7 isolated from Meju, we carried out an acute (single) oral dose toxicity test and 4 week repeated oral dose determination test on crude antifungal compounds in male and female Sprague Dawley rats. In the acute toxicity test, rats were treated with crude antifungal compounds produced by Bacillus subtilus SN7 orally at increasing dose levels (500, 1,000, and 2,000 mg/kg) and observed for 2 weeks. In the repeated-dose 28-day oral dose determination study, rats were orally administered doses of 500, 1,000, and 2,000 mg/kg daily for 4 weeks. There were no test article-related deaths or abnormal clinical signs in the two studies. In the 4 week repeated oral dose determination test, there were also no significant differences in clinical signs, body and organ weight changes, or any other hematological and biochemical parameters between the control and treated groups. The results suggest that the crude antifungal compounds produced by Bacillus subtilus SN7 up to a dosage level of 2,000 mg/kg are not toxic in male and female rats.

  • This paper describes control algorithm and control structure of vehicle control unit for range-extended electric vehicle equipped with engine-generator system, and specially presents methods which determine optimal operating points and decreases a vibration or a shock for operating the engine-generating system. The vehicle control algorithm is consisted of several parts which are sequence control, calculation of wheel demand torque, determination of operating points, and management of operating points and so vehicle controller has be made possible to efficiently manage calibration parameters. The control algorithm is evaluated by driving test modes, launching performance and operating engine-generator system and so on. In conclusion, this paper present methods for extending a mileage, improving a launching performance and reducing vibration or shock when the engine-generating system is starting or is stopping.

Seismic vulnerability assessment criteria for RC ordinary highway bridges in Turkey

  • One of the most important and challenging steps in seismic vulnerability and performance assessment of highway bridges is the determination of the bridge component damage parameters and their corresponding limit states. These parameters are very essential for defining bridge damage state as well as determining the performance of highway bridges under a seismic event. Therefore, realistic damage limit states are required in the development of reliable fragility curves, which are employed in the seismic risk assessment packages for mitigation purposes. In this article, qualitative damage assessment criteria for ordinary highway bridges are taken into account considering the critical bridge components in terms of proper engineering demand parameters (EDPs). Seismic damage of bridges is strongly related to the deformation of bridge components as well as member internal forces imposed due to seismic actions. A simple approach is proposed for determining the acceptance criteria and damage limit states for use in seismic performance and vulnerability assessment of ordinary highway bridges in Turkey constructed after the 1990s. Physical damage of bridge components is represented by three damage limit states: serviceability, damage control, and collapse prevention. Inelastic deformation and shear force demand of the bent components (column and cap beam), and superstructure displacement are the most common causes for the seismic damage of the highway bridges. Each damage limit state is quantified with respect to the EDPs: i.e. curvature and shear force demand of RC bent components and superstructure relative displacement.

  • To analyze the correlation between drivetrain systems and to optimize the vehicle design with satisfying of the initial design objects, the performance sensitivity analysis through the iterative design procedure must be carried out. In this study, effects of the design parameters for the main components of the parallel type hybrid drivetrain system are analyzed by using the developed method of the vehicle performance simulation, and the basis of the optimal selection of the design parameters from the relation of design constraints and required performances is suggested. In driving control of the parallel hybrid vehicle, power split ratio is the most important factor, and the improved drivetrain system can be constructed through the only change of the algorithm for determination of the power spilt ratio, which is strongly applicable to the driving patterns and the environments. Therefore, Various techniques, such as the change of the weighting factors and the range extended algorithm, are suggested and evaluated in this paper.

  • This paper proposes the structure and parameter optimization technique of fuzzy neural networks using genetic algorithm. Fuzzy neural network has advantages of both the fuzzy inference system and neural network. The determination of the optimal parameters and structure of the fuzzy neural networks, however, requires special efforts. To solve these problems, we propose a new learning method for optimization of fuzzy neural networks using genetic algorithm. It can optimize the structure and parameters of the entire fuzzy neural network globally. Numerical example is provided to show the advantages of the proposed method.

GMAW 공정 중 용접 변수들이 용접 폭에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (The Effects of Welding Process Parameters on Weld bead Width in GMAW Processes)

  • In recent years there has been a significant growth in the use of the automated and/or robotic welding system, carried out as a means of improving productivity and quality, reducing product costs and removing the operator from tedious and potentially hazardous environments. One of the major difficulties with the automated and/or robotic welding process is the inherent lack of mathematical models for determination of suitable welding process parameters. Partial-penetration, single-pass bead-on-plate welds were fabricated in 12mm AS 1204 mild steel flats employing five different welding process parameters. The experimental results were used to develop three empirical equations: curvilinear; polynomial; and linear equations. The results were also employed to find the best mathematical equation under weld bend width to assist in the process control algorithms for the Gas Metal Arc Welding(GMAW) process and to correlate welding process parameters with weld bead width of bead-on-plates deposited. With the help of a standard statistical package program. SAS, multipe regression analysis was undertaken for investigating and modeling the GMAW process, and significance test techniques were applied for the interpretation of the experimental data.
