The present paper attempts to account for temptation of quit excercise of dance sports participant. purpose of this study is to find out the relationship among the Partner Violence experiences of dance sports participant, their temptation of quit excercise, their embarrassment and desire of accomplishment. The results of this study are as follows; First, there are differences in temptation of quit exercise according to personal characteristics. Second, after the analysis of the original structural model proposed in order to explain temptation of quit exercise of dan sports participants, it was found out that the modified model eliminating inappropriate factors, such as results which is a measurement variable of temptation of quit exercise. Third, in the following order, these factors had more relative influences on temptation of quit exercise of dance sports participants. Based on the above explanation, it was found out that partner violence experiences, embarrassment, and desire of accomplishment had direct causality with the temptation of quit exercise. Therefore, it is necessary to prevent and react appropriately to the possible violence of partner in order to lower the temptation of quit exercise of dance sports participants. Also, it is required for coaches and administers to make active and consistent efforts ro improve positive desire of accomplishment.

This study researched the effect of initial expenses for food service business and shop characteristics on the motive of starting business through questionnaires(from April to May, 2008). The results are as follows. First, for the hypothesis, 'the motive of starting business depends on its initial expenses', the significance probability of good commercial area was .015 and that of retirement was .020, showing statistically significant difference. F values were 2,889 and 2.734 each, which showed significant difference by 0.001. Second, for the hypothesis, 'the motive of starting business depends on shop characteristics', the significance probability of the accomplishment desire, the future stability and the retirement were .011, .009, and .025 each, showing statistically significant difference. F values were 2,616, 3.034 and 3.177 each, showing significant difference by .001. Lastly, initial expenses for business and shop characteristics showed significant difference according to the demographical variables on the motive of starting business. This study shows the problem of starting business with no extra funds. It is important to reflect the opinions of founders about the commercial building lease protection law for them to concentrate on business. The founders should research for menu and systems and be aware of the tendency of the industry for sure.

The purpose of this study was to lay emphasis on the importance of a restaurateur's role and qualities as well as to provide the restaurateur information necessary to effectively run a restaurant. To address the purpose, this study analyzed the qualities of a restaurateur and determined the influence they have on the business results, via conducting a survey with 117 restaurateurs from June 11th to June 26th 2011. In summary, male restaurateurs were higher in the vision directivity, desire to learn, accomplishment, challenge and pro-activity than their female counterparts, with a significant difference of p<0.05. According to their ages, the surveyees showed significant differences in the vision directivity (p<0.05), desire to learn (p<0.01), challenge (p<0.01) and pro-activity (p<0.01). In addition, also the survey revealed that the qualities of a restaurateur had a significant influence on financial performance, a sense of satisfaction and business results (p<0.001). The questionnaire resulted in the following: first, the vision directivity (p<0.05) and the challenge (p<0.05) affected the financial performance; second, the challenge had influence on the sense of satisfaction; and last, the vision directivity (p<0.05) and the challenge (p<0.05) had an effect on the business results. Thus, the study concluded that restaurateurs need two qualities: (i) the vision directivity in order to meet their goals and to have a higher business results and (ii) the challenge to try new managing methods in order to cope with the ever-changing environment.

This study is on the variation of characters' role and desire in the series animation. For this study, Greimas Actant Model is used to analyze characters' role and behavior and Maslow's Motivation Theory is used to analyze the changing pattern in their desire. Finally, Joseph Campbell's Monomyth or Hero's Journey is used to analyze the whole narrative through all the series. For this analysis, this study chose series animation as a case, The study shows that the desire of the protagonist of series animation keeps escalating for higher values. On the contrary, the other characters' desire don't show any consistency. This result can be explained with monomyth frame. The escalation of the desire in natural because the whole series is a three consecutive episodes about the story of a person's turning over a new leaf and reunion of the parted family. Also, the escalation is originally plotted by the protagonist's expectation role in monomyth's three steps; self-awareness, accomplishment and ultimate freedom.

In a post-modern society where things exist and events happen in the form of Baudrillardian simulation, alterity of the other is erased and transcendence is denied. Don DeLillo's White Noise depicts what may happen in a society where alterity and transcendence are experienced in the neutral and safe forms. It will be argued in this paper that such phenomena reflect the desire of the self to conquer the others and neutralize the existence of them for the self's enduring safety and accomplishment. However, the attempt must fail due to inevitable death. The invincibility of death reminds one of the limit of his ability and the existence of uncontrollable part of the other. This paper will focus on DeLillo's critique of such a society, the affect of the existence of death as an invincible force, and his message about the way to live under these conditions.

Hotel employees' emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, and decreased sense of accomplishment lead to the Hotel Employees' Burnout Phenomenon(HEBP). Specifically, a higher stress level leads to an increased incidence of burnout among employees. This high level of burnout results in a decreased desire to work, and ultimately results in decreased service provision levels. In order to resolve the phenomenon, a healing program linked to psychotherapy may be introduced. This program would serve at the company level. In addition, encouragement and advice from seniors and colleagues are also needed. The psychological burden should be minimized by encouragement and compliments, rather than by the pressure for service quality improvement. Further, the employees' personal will to overcome the problem must be present.

Everyone has the desire to be well shaped. Modern people in the $21^{st}$ century utilize their external appearance as a tool to express their personalities and social activities for the improvement of cultural life and the acceleration of information transfer. The expression of beauty is a method of communication from the view point of creation in addition to the exchange of meaning & value, and it has become a method of image transfer due to the increased desire for a better appearance. The beauty industry was established in 1948 by the execution of the 1st hairdresser's license test, and has been developed in full scale through the enactment of the public health control act. Therefore, beauty education is currently qualitatively and quantitatively developed, and the educational role of the beauty institute has expanded to include training beauty professionals. Private beauty institutes provide students with beauty related education in preparation for the national technical qualification examinations or private beauty association tests. These beauty education opportunities enable aspiring beauticians to attend various beauty competition events and acquire a sense of accomplishment. The purpose of this study was to determine how the quality of the beauty educational institutes affects the re-registration rate, and to analyze the effect of the beauty educational institutes quality on the intention of re-registrations using a survey. The study results show that variables such as 'lecture satisfaction', 'internal environment satisfaction', 'facility satisfaction', and 'tuition satisfaction' are significantly related to the rate of re-registrations, with 'lectures satisfaction' especially having the largest influence on re-registration.

Purpose - The elderly do not want to know what they want and what happiness is, and have no interest in their society. Thus, many studies have been made to investigate real-life situations and to find a solution. Further studies are needed to investigate the effect of the elderly's dating upon happiness. This study investigated the effects of the elderly's dating upon life satisfaction. Research design, data, and methodology - After coding, SPSS Win18.0 was used. The study was investigated as follows. The subjects were 530 elderly of 3 cities in Chungnam who live without children. A total of 512 questionnaire responses were used after we excluded 18 questionnaire because of incomplete responses. Results - The elderly's date value accounted for 3.22 of 5 in full. In this study, the interviewees (82.3%) said normal or higher level to be satisfied with the date. Conclusions - With the extended life span of the elderly, their chances to retain or make new partners have increased. Considering this trend, social workers and others in senior centers should give health services to the elderly to consult and give educational programs to be free from prejudice and conservative attitudes. Most of the elderly had desire to date but thought that with prejudice and bias.

Since the accomplishment of industrialization and mechanization, human and the nature have gone farther their own way. Human depending on technology have been increasingly expanding and developing their artificial space and as times go by in such a way, estrangement between the human and nature has resulted in dissatisfaction of human's instinctual desire and devastation of human's living. People, to deal with such challenge, begins taking a look at the nature. In introducing the nature into the modern architecture, a physical natural element is often directly taken into or the shape that could be inferred from the nature is taken. The study was intended to identify the characteristics of the pattern introducing the nature into the modern architecture, as mentioned in the former case, which is summarized as follows, Introduction of the nature contains a variety of functions in the space and it creates the new space by integrating the internal and external space which becomes boundaryless integrated space. The boundary in the building tends to be getting more ambiguous, while the space accommodating the nature serves the interface, playing a role of intermediator for both the internal and external space. It functions the open public place that helps build the natural community among the users but taking the nature into the inner space, and it is used to attempt to change the interior of the building or for ventilation lighting or energy-saving purpose. The spatial meaning was found to have varied depending on pattern of the nature introduced. Such conclusions mentioned hereon is expected to help forecast and understand the forthcoming space accommodating the nature when reviewing the pattern of introducing the nature appeared In modern architecture.

Background and Purpose Through ${\ulcorner}$Dongyi Soose Bowon${\lrcorner}$, Dongmu Lee Je-ma supposed the minds of management for Sasang Constitutional Symptoms, which had been accomplished through several steps from his early writings to ${\ulcorner}$Dongyi Soose Bowon${\lrcorner}$ published in 1901. His basic minds of treatment for disease had been supposed early in ${\ulcorner}$Gyojapyungseongjam${\lrcorner}$ and ${\ulcorner}$Gyukchigo${\lrcorner}$, and had been completed to the Sasang Constitutional Symptoms and the minds of management for it, from ${\ulcorner}$Dongyi Soose Bowon Sasang Chobongyun${\lrcorner}$, ${\ulcorner}$Dongyi Soose Bowon${\lrcorner}$ written in 1894 to ${\ulcorner}$Dongyi Soose Bowon${\lrcorner}$ published in 1901. In this paper, I tried to find the minds of treatment of ${\ulcorner}$Dongyi Soose Bowon${\lrcorner}$, through classifying and researching the early minds of treatment (presented in ${\ulcorner}$Gyojapyungseongjam${\lrcorner}$, ${\ulcorner}$Gyukchigo${\ulcorner}$, ${\ulcorner}$Dongyi Soose Bowon Sasang Chobongyun${\lrcorner}$), and the latter minds of treatment (presented in ${\ulcorner}$Dongyi Soose Bowon${\ulcorner}$ written in 1894, ${\ulcorner}$Dongyi Soose Bowon${\lrcorner}$ published in 1901) Methods It was researched as bibliologically with his writings such as ${\ulcorner}$Gyojapyungseongjam${\lrcorner}$, ${\ulcorner}$Gyukchigo${\lrcorner}$, ${\ulcorner}$Dongyi Soose Bowon Sasang Chobongyun${\lrcorner}$, ${\ulcorner}$Dongyi Soose Bowon${\lrcorner}$ written in 1894, ${\ulcorner}$Dongyi Soose Bowon${\lrcorner}$ published in 1901. Results and Conclusions The conclusions were as follows. 1. At early, Dongmu Lee Je-ma pursued the minds of treatment at the autonomous control through 'Acquaintance and Self-control' based on 'the Knowledge of Nature and Desire', so emphasized 'self-control' as important point in treatment. 2. From ${\ulcorner}$Dongyi Soose Bowon Sasang Chobongyun${\lcorner}$, Dongmu summarized Sasang constitutional symptoms structurally in view of Morpho-imaginary. In ${\ulcorner}$Dongyi Soose Bowon Sasang Chobongyun${\lcorner}$ and ${\ulcorner}$Dongyi Soose Bowon${\lcorner}$ written in 1894, It was described in view of small organ, but in ${\ulcorner}$Dongyi Soose Bowon${\lcorner}$ published in 1901, suggested more updated in view of both large and small organ and to which added the concept of Hot and Cold. 3. Through reinterpreting the concept of interior and exterior disease in ${\ulcorner}$Sanghanrhon${\lcorner}$, the concept of Sasang constitutional symptoms had started as the minds of treatment for individual disease, but in ${\ulcorner}$Dongyi Soose Bowon${\lcorner}$ published in 1901, it was accomplished as the minds of broad management for Sasang Constitutional Symptoms. 4. In ${\ulcorner}$Dongyi Soose Bowon${\lcorner}$ published in 1901, the broad therapeutic prescriptions for management of Sasang constitutional symptoms were proposed newly, according to the accomplishment of Sasang constitutional symptomatic patterns, so these have different aims and are more important than that proposed previously. 5. The control in view of 'Knowledge and Deed' and the minds of management for Sasang constitutional symptoms are the minds and spirits for treantment and prevention against disease, which can maximize the power of autonomous self-treatment and manage all disease broadly.
