텍스트마이닝을 이용한 미용성형 주요 요인에 관한 연구 (A Text Mining Approach to the Analysis of Key Factors for Cosmetic Plastic Surgery)

  • Recently, the growth of beauty industry such as plastic surgery and beauty is continued every year in Korea. With the increased interest in appearance based on the improvement of life standard and the development of media, people's perception of cosmetic plastic surgery is changing. Now, as the service for consumer satisfaction based on their desire, the perception of plastic surgery medical service is changed to the high value-added industry with the high growth potential. Thus, this study aims to suggest the strategies for providing the medical service that could satisfy customers, by drawing the factors cognized as important when customers aim to get the cosmetic plastic surgery, and then additionally analyzing the relationships of those factors. On top of performing the topic modeling based on customers' comments data of social commerce related to cosmetic plastic surgery, this study also conducted the network analysis for visualizing the relations of each keywords. The drawn main factors were divided by applying the sub-categories of the SERVQUAL theory, and the additional characteristics of plastic surgery were shown by referring the relevant previous researches. Moreover, the interview with the cosmetic plastic surgery specialists (plastic surgeons) and customers who actually received the plastic surgery, helped the understanding of the interpretation of each factor and the actual relevant phenomenons. The significance of this study is to draw and discuss the main factors that should be observed by Korean cosmetic plastic surgery medical institutes, by mining and analyzing the opinions of customers interested in the cosmetic plastic surgery and procedure with the use of topic modeling. In other words, the quality of medical service of cosmetic plastic surgery could be improved by presenting the key factors that could be considered by the cosmetic plastic surgery medical service suppliers and also the actual strategies.

20세기 남성패션에 나타난 상징적 의미에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Symbolic Meaning in the 20th Century Men's Fashion)

  • The purpose of this study is to review the symbolic meaning in 20th century men’s fashion through analyzing of social environment factors. After recent industrial society, men had expressed their privilege, prestige and social power according to fashion. Men's fashion at the beginning of the 20th century was emerged as the images of robustness and strictness with perfect cutting, thick and stick fabric and dark color that were influenced by british style. It was symbolic meaning of authority orientation which showed the superiorities of social and sex classes. It was beginning of change according to social phenomena. The world war Ⅰ,Ⅱ and change of lifestyle by material affluence in automobile industry mollified rules of men's fashion. It showed a serenity of living. Also, the growth of young culture changed trickle-down of men's fashion into bottom-up and showed opposition for elite culture in fashion. These change particularly became acceleration by Individualism, open-society and the collapse of sex class. Men expressed sexual and inherent desire for fashion that was no longer concerned with symbolizing of authority but rather with pleasure pursuit.

21세기 소비자 문화 트렌드 특성 연구 (A Study on the Characteristics of the Costumer's Cultural Trend)

  • $21^{st}$ century customer is voluntary actor, who has hegemony of communication based on digital surrounding. They are co-creator dismantling boundary between production and spending, and digital homonarrance of digital storyteller acting on the emotion. What is more, they prove the utility of 5 sense, value, experience, and story in market. 20th century Me generation is changing into We generation, who overcomes a sense of alienation and aim at smart life style for harmonious symbiosis with earth environments. Customer cultural trends are as follow as that 1) personalization of taste and experience, 2) spreading and sharing about personal use and experience, 3) consumption centered the value, 4) retreat and healthcare, 5) counter trend comes into the reaction about the forceful major trend. Contemporary customer changes essence of the life on the ground of emotion, symbol, image, and value not a commodity, function, and logos, and demands into change about direction of business to mostly enterprises. Customer's need and desire are on the increase as various emotion and value. Therefore, change of customer cultural trend is barometers for the growth and development of new fashion industry in $21^{st}$ century.

  • Today's rapid industrialization and population concentration in cities lead to a vast economic growth, and consequently, people's increased desire of spending demands abundant and diverse food. As a result in Korea, annual food waste is 4.1 million tons (24.6% of household waste) and daily food waste amount to 11,397 tons which is equivalent to 1,400 loads of 8-ton truck. It is best to recycle toed waste as manure, forage, and fuel than reclamation but separate collection of food waste is very difficult by reason of water content. So only a little portion of food waste from large-scaled restaurants and cafeterias that handle food waste relatively well. requirement for recycling food wastes into forage and manure needless to say, reduction activity is best way. Therefore, large-scaled restaurants and cafeterias need to seek plans to minimize food resource waste thus reducing the cost and waste processing cost by implementing appropriate reduction program.

한국전쟁 포로소설과 젠더, 모성주의, 국가안보 (Gender, Momism and National Security in American POW Fictions of the Korean War)

  • This paper explores how gender, sexuality, momism and national security are intertwined in the POW fictions of the Korean War, revealing the blurred demarcation line of the private and the public during the Cold War era. Works such as Night and Valley of Fire reveal the weakened manhood of the soldiers who were brainwashed or easily succumbed to the enemy during their imprisonment. The novels commonly attribute their weakness to materialism and spiritual corruption prevalent in the society, in addition to mass media including TV. Moreover, a social critic like Phillip Wily provokes the polemical idea of "Momism" which was ardently circulated among some male circles. In Manchurian Candidate, momism is integrated into incest and homosexuality, epitomized by Raymond and his mother. The novel illustrates how momism can be dangerous to national security and devastate the growth of manhood. Mrs. Iselin, a masculinized middle-aged woman, becomes a 'monster' whose overweening desire for power overrides any maternal concern for her son. Such 'monstrosity' exposes the danger of a woman who can castrate a man and manipulate a society. To a certain extent, the same tendency can be found in Turncoat and Night. Both novels reveal how the love of mother brings detrimental impact on boys who become prey to the communist's brainwashing in the POW camps. In short, the POW novels betray society's patriarchal concerns with women's emerging power threatening its ideology.

이야기할머니활동이 노인행복과 삶의 의미와 성장에 관한 현상학적 연구 (A Phenomenological Study on the Elderly's Happiness, Meaning of life and Growth through Storymama Activities)

  • 본 연구는 이야기할머니활동이 노인에게 행복한 삶의 의미와 긍정적인 성장에 미치는 영향에 관한 삶의 경험을 현상학으로 연구하였다. 본 연구 기간은 2021년 3월부터 사전면접을 실시하고 2022년 7월까지 연구 진행하였다. 연구방법은 노년기 여성들이 삶을 있는 그대로 탐구하며 이해하는 작업에 적합한 Colaizzi 현상학 연구방법으로 노인여성 9명을 선정하여 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다. 첫째, 노인의 행복 경험은 욕망충족적인 삶, 비교주의적인 삶, 적응과 대처적 행복한 삶에서는 긍정적 변화에 반응하고 긍정의미를 부여하고 적극적으로 발굴하는 삶을 제공한다. 둘째, 노인은 상향·하향이론의 자기실현적인 삶에서 순간들의 행복을 체험하며 삶의 의미를 경험하였다. 셋째, 노인의 성장은 긍정심리학의 PERMAS의 행복한 변화로서, 긍정정서와 몰입과 긍정관계적인 삶의 의미와 목적으로 삶을 추구하며 성취와 강점으로 삶을 바라보며 성장한다. 본 연구는 65세 이상 이야기할머니활동을 하는 여성 노인을 대상으로 하였기에 연구결과를 일반화하는 데 한계점이 있으므로, 향후 더 다양한 연령층과 다양한 종류의 봉사활동 성장과정을 연구하기를 제언한다.

소상공인의 업종전환과 정부기관의 역할 (The Business Transformation in Small and Micro Businesses and government's role)

  • 경기침체 및 업종 과당경쟁으로 폐업하는 자영업자들이 갈수록 늘어나고 있다. 특히 정부의 소상공인 육성지원 대책을 통해 정책을 펼치고 있으나 업종포화, 소비위축, 자금부족, 대형점포 출현 등의 이유로 소상공인의 폐업률은 매년 증가되고 있으며, 폐업자 증가에 따른 또 다른 특징은 업종전환을 포함한 제 2의 창업 또한 증가 추세에 있는 것이다. 그러나 아직 정부의 지원정책은 미흡한 것으로 분석되어 진다. 본 연구는 소상공인의 업종전환에 관한 현실적이고 신뢰할만한 요인을 추출한 후 소상공인의 지속적인 성장에 도움이 되는 다양한 수익모델을 발굴하기 위한 심층적 연구를 통하여 향후 정부의 소상공인 지원제도에 대한 보다 좋은 정책 방향 모델을 제시하고자 한다.

간호사의 경력몰입에 관한 구조모형 (Structural Model of Nurses' Career Commitment)

  • Purpose: This study was done to construct a hypothetical model to explain the factors influencing career commitment of nurses. Methods: Three factors (individual internal-, job- and career-characteristics) and 8 sub-factors were measured with Likert scales. Data collection was conducted from Jan. 11 to 31, 2011 using self-report questionnaires. Participants(738 nurses) were selected from 6 hospitals in 2 metropolitan cities of South Korea. Collected data were analyzed using SPSS Window 16.0 and Amos 19.0. Results: 1) Among the 3 factors, career commitment was most strongly influenced by career-characteristics. 2) Career commitment wasinfluenced by organizational-career-management but not by personal-career-management. 3) Career commitment was influenced by individual internal-characteristics but not by job-characteristics. 4) Of the 8 sub-factors, career commitment was most strongly influenced by desire-for-growth but not by self-efficiency. Conclusion: The results of this study indicate that in order to improve career commitment of nurses it is necessary to implement custom-made career development policies considering individual characteristics in the organizational level.

건축공사 공종에 따른 진정민원의 유형과 처리에 관한 연구 - 광주 지역을 중심으로 - (A Study on the Types and Solves Plan of Popular Complaint by Construction Work Types - Focus on the Gwang-Ju City -)

  • As construction project is becoming larger, construction progress and works are more various and complex according to recent Korean construction tendency. The growth of construction induces much pollution on the progress of construction and the problems due to the construction pollution are raised into social problem strongly, because it is increasing the need on the quality of lift and the desire of clean environment. This study aimed to seek far the effective solving plan of the construction popular complaints by surveying the real condition of construction popular complaints and analyzing the cause and tansaction period of popular complaints. For this study, the laws related and popular complaints were analysed focusing on the documents in low district offices of Gwangju from 2000 to 2004. As a result, the types of construction popular complaints were divided into 17 and the causes were as follows in order: crack and subsidence of ground(14.90%), infringement of private life(11.55%), noise(10.80%), infringement of a right to sunshine(10.07%) and breakdown(6.7%). Consequently, it is considered that these complaints are occurred by physical and environmental causes.

Critical Factors Affecting Consumer Buying Behaviour of Organic Vegetables in Vietnam

  • In Vietnam, the desire to consume organic vegetables is increasing as people become increasingly concerned about foods that contain several chemicals and toxins that are hazardous to their health. However, numerous subjective and objective factors continue to influence customers' purchase intention and behavior, indicating that this market has not yet reached its full potential. The study analyzes the impacts of trust, price, and convenience on consumers' consumption behavior and frequency of using organic vegetables in Northern Vietnam. We surveyed 312 consumers in the region. After classifying the data, 178 participants have used or regularly used organic vegetables selected for further study. Next, the author applied SmartPLS software with version 3.3 to test the hypotheses and analyze the effects of the observations. The result shows that three main factors affect customers' organic vegetable consumption behavior, especially perceived convenience. This study contributes to the development of comprehensive policy mechanisms and regulations on product traceability. Furthermore, market management authorities must have a strategy in place to inspect the product quality of organic vegetable store chains regularly to build customer trust and support the growth of organic vegetable production and supply chains in Vietnam's northern region.
