The present study is about a brand development strategy that utilizes Korean traditional patterns. The global culturenomics phenomenon confirms the value of the cultural aspects of design when a national brand is established. People succeed with their unique aesthetic sense and reinterpret it in a modern view, and this design acts as today's national brands. In this way, people used traditional patterns and original designs, along with regional characteristics and formative style, in developing their designs. However, due to recent changes in the global environment, modern people live in an "untact" world, and consumption culture shifted toward online marketing. In this environment, where one is isolated from social activities, there needs to be a strong image that can dramatically change the mood of one's home. I would like to re-examine the Dan-Chung pattern, whose painting depends on the aesthetic characteristics of architecture to protect the wooden members of the framework in traditional architecture. The pattern and color of Dan-Chung, coated in traditional architecture, differs by the type of construction used, which includes a palace, a Buddhist temple, and a Confucianism Dan Chung. The Geummoon pattern contains aesthetic factors to add solemnity to the Main Buddhist Halls, which contain Buddha. This is a new medium that continues the current traditions instead of remaining in the past. Among different Dan Chung patterns, Geummoon has magnificent decoration consisting of the highest grade materials and unique composition; therefore, it is suitable to be reinterpreted in modern terms. The same pattern can be interpreted in different ways with different colors, so there is a great aesthetic impression in the Geummoon pattern. The value of preservation for exploration and theoretical study of the traditional pattern is important, but recreating the pattern into modern formative art can present a new angle of view and national brand, bearing pride in our cultural assets. The study used multidimensional molding methods for realistic presentation after going through the two-dimensional design process. The significant value of Korean molding beauty which hangs onto the past will play a crucial role in establishing our national brand.
The commemorative AR postage stamps which are the world first presented at The YEOSU EXPO 2012 has had meaning of communicating with future in this present from a convergence that the most analog medium is using now and that the AR is cutting edge of digital technology. The AR stamps printed 10 kind out of 33 commemorative stamps. These have great significance that is artistic value than that is world first. The applied AR images are not only expressed 3D real images but also artic represented and signifying each stamp images from visualized creativity process, and build 'new art space' that is new concept between on real(analog) and virtual(digital). This study analyzes meaning of images and then makes concept of AR contents design. The processing is designed and considered the meaning of architectures and environments, and the regional specific feature of the Yeosu with surrealistic graphic concept. The 10 of deducted images were expressed after AR coding such as visual arts. This study realized markerless 3D image tracking AR stamps and deducted research result are; the first, it was able to figure out how to realize AR in the process of registering the reference images, coordinating transformation, and hybriding AR on the stamps for the mobile devices. The second, it was able to be seeked a possibility of new virtual exhibition space. The third, it was able to know possibility of satisfaction of immersing with visual formativeness and usability with informativity.
With fast advancement of fine machineries and semiconductor industries in recent decades, the ultra-cleaning of organic chemicals, submicron particles from contaminated unit equipments and products such as silicon wafers becomes one of the most important steps for further advancement of such industries. To date, two kinds of ultra cleaning techniques are used; one is the wet-cleaning and the other is the dry cleaning. In case of wet cleaning, removal of organic contaminants and submicron particles is made by DIW with additives such as $H_2O_2$, $H_2SO_4$, HCl, $NH_4OH$ and HF, etc. While the wet cleaning method is most widely adopted for various occasions, it is inevitable to discharge significant amount of toxic waste waters in environment. Dry cleaning is an alternative method to mitigate environmental pollution of the wet cleaning with maintaining comparable degree of cleaning to the wet cleaning. Although there are various concept of dry cleaning have been devised, the dry cleaning with environmentally-benign solvent such as carbon dioxide proven to show high degree of cleaning from the contaminated porous surface as well as from the bare surface. Thus, special global attention has been placing on this technique since it has important advantages of simple process schemes and no environmentally concern, etc. Thus, this article critically reviews the state-of-the-art of the supercritical fluid drying with emphasis on the thermo-physical characteristics of the supercritical solvent, environmental gains compared to other dry cleaning methods, and the generic aspects of the basic design and processing engineering.
The Korea Expressway Corporation announced that road casualties on expressways in 2016 were 262 deaths, a 24% decrease compared to 343 deaths in 2015, thanks to the expansion of rest areas for sleepy drivers. And the installation of large-sized banners containing strong messages such as "dozing while driving means your death" helped to reduce the casualty caused by driving while drowsy by 35% compared to that in 2015. Accordingly, this study tried to analyze the impact of public advertisements designed to prohibit dozing while driving on expressways upon drivers, and to present a direction for improvement of such public advertisements in the future. Based on case studies and library researches, the study contemplated the effects of public advertisements on expressways at home and abroad. It was confirmed that the accident rate has been higher on straight roads than on curved roads and that the framing of negative messages using provocative images or slogans on traffic accidents has been considerably effective. In conclusion, if the installation of outdoor billboards for public advertisements at rest areas for sleepy drivers is institutionalized and the systematic provision of information by road section inside and outside of vehicles via Variable Message Sign (VMS) services on expressways, outdoor billboards, or navigation services (including smartphones) is available, it would be possible to maximize the effect of the public advertisements.
The virtual reality (VR) cartoon is a format of VR contents that leverage the characteristics of webtoons that provides the simple story line and graphical storytelling tools to strategically surmount limitations of VR contents design. The VR cartoon enables people to experience the imaginary three-dimensional space in the webtoon as a real space by the transformation of webtoon contents through VR prototyping. The VR cartoon successfully presents focused environment where people can readily pay attention to the contents without notable motion sickness. People have been familiar with the storytelling strategy in the context of published cartoons and webtoons, likely we've understood the narrative of a movie through the continuous scenes projected in the screen. Indeed, it has been recognized as a popular toolset of communication, where visual images are sequentially delivered by replacing multiple planar spaces to tell a story narrative. While there are discrete panels with the time and space resolution in the graphical cartoons, people can distill a commit closure based on their past experiences. This is a typical "grammar" of the cartoon, which can be extrapolated to the VR cartoon that provides a seminal storytelling strategy. In this article, we review how the storytelling strategy in webtoons has been transformed into that in VR cartoons, and analyze the key components of VR cartoons. We envision that our research can potentially create keystones to produce variety of new VR contents by reflecting various narrative media including cartoon as a 'sequential art'.
The purpose of the study is to analyze the effect relationships among variables focusing on what kinds of characteristics of LOHAS dining space display affect image, trust, satisfaction, and loyalty in hotels, and establish a relationship model. From the survey design and empirical analysis, examining the hypothesis and applying model was analyzed suitable. The results of the study were as follows. First, it was revealed that the LOHAS dining space display has a positive influence on image, trust and satisfaction of hotel. Second, hotel image has a positive influence on customer trust and loyalty. In addition, customer trust has positive impact on customer trust and loyalty. From the results of this investigation, it was found that LOHAS dining space display affects hotel image, trust and satisfaction, and that the customer satisfaction was positively influential on loyalty. As a result, all hypotheses were partly supported. Overall, when LOHAS dining space display was stressed, it affected image, trust, satisfaction, and loyalty in hotels. It was also verified that LOHAS dining space display affects hotel image, trust and satisfaction. Moreover, it was also confirmed that the higher LOHAS dining space display is, the higher hotel image, trust, satisfaction and loyalty will be, thereby improving the service quality provided by employees.

As for comics and animation, the specific gravity came to become still larger in all the art fields together with the importance in various image media now which is useful and goes the time of the 21st century new media. Especially the demand of users to the vision culture which develops day by day, Sensitivity Engineering Department is trying to realize the necessity for a sensitivity design acutely together. The influence of the comics which have toxicity most also in Japanese culture in a geographical position like South Korea on it, and animation is the actual condition in the reason which has reached from youth universally to the layer for years, to be inquired systematic to a Korean comics language. This reserch was conducted as we thought sufficient study on various situations are required, and among them, for the reserch of expressions of cartoons's characters, we've divided the expressions of characters that comes out in Japanese cartoons into catagories of "happiness, anger, sadness, pleasure" and "fear, astonishment and dislike" and based on these catagories, we've drawn out the minimum elements to express emotions in cartoon and prepared image-map by relating them with languages that express emotions of people and based on this, we've made a calculating tools on how our readers would read the expression languages. Samples of Japanese cartoons of which we've chosen for the purpose of drawing out the elements of expressions were limited to only published cartoons and we've made a foot steps for expression analysis of animation characters in the future.
This study examines the physiochemical and quality properties of the bread added with soy fiber powder to promote the intake of soy fiber. For this study, the powder for making bread was mixed with soy fiber, wheat flour and SF-1450 and SF-1260 at the ratio of 0~12% each. The ratios of the edible fiber contained in the soy fiber power samples were 72.0% in the SF-1450 sample and 67.8% in the SF-1260 sample. The mixograph characteristics tended to be conspicuons in proportion to the amount of the soy fiber added at midline peak height, width at peak and, width at 8.00. The specific volume of the bread tended to decrease significantly as the amount of the soy fiber increased from 2 to 12%. In terms of crust chromaticity change, L-value increased more significantly in the samples added with 4 to 12% than the control. For a-value, SF-1450 in the samples with 6 to 12% and SF-1260 in the samples with 8 to 12% more significantly decreased than the control. For such characteristics of texture as hardness, SF-1450 in the samples with 10 to 12% and SF-1260 in the samples with 6 to 12% increased more than the control. As discussed above, the sensual characteristics of the white pan bread with soy fiber added tended to be worse as the amount of the additive increased, compared with the control samples. Summing up the results of the physico-chemical analysis and the overall acceptability, those samples with 2~4% of SF-1450 and 2% of SF-1260 were found excellent.

This study aims to analyze modern hairstyle and fashion in the collections in the late 1990s, based on the concepts and characteristics of Minimalism, a buzzword of the art field in the 1960s. This study used qualitative research method, in other words, presenting an analysis framework by studying domestic and foreign books and dissertations on Minimalism and then applying the Internet or visual image to the analysis framework. The result indicates that Minimalism design in modem hairstyle and fashion has four characteristics: simplicity, unity, repetition and spatiality.
By virtue of the development of mass media, the cinema, the composite space art taking the visual and auditory elements together, exhibits the actual life of the realities, thereby having a mutually close relationship to social, cultural and economic fields and continuing to generate the fashion code as well as reflecting the image of the times. Especially, fashion style in movies delivers their image and atmosphere and becomes the means for containing the personality, spiritual world and inner thinking of the characters in the movie and inducing its plot. Therefore, this study was intended to make clear that fashion fuses and shares with a diversity of genres such as movies and the like, becomes the cultural model that proceeds to create a new culture in relation to daily life and induces and presents the trend of contemporary fashion. For this purpose, this study attempted to analyze fashion style in the movie. Lolita is the fiction published by the Russian?American writer Vladimir Nabokov($1899{\sim}1977$) in 1954. It is the fiction that portrays the unethical love between Humbert, a middleaged man, and Lolita, a girl in her 10s. It was cinematized by the director Stanley Kubrick for the first time in 1962 and revived by the movie director Adrian Lyne in 1997. The character of Lolita has a younger look like a girl and looks immature in the movie directed by the movie director Stanley Kubrick and the movie director Adrian Lyne. But the character of Lolita has the commonality that she showed an incomplete female image of having a sexually freewheeling thinking. Thereby, this study sought to prove that the created fashion style of the character in the film not only became the clue to enable us to know the time and space background in the film but also helped the film develop effectively by performing a role of portraying the character in the movie. And it attempted to present that it becomes both the foundation for leading the fashion trend shown in contemporary fashion and the code of mass culture. Fashion style of Lolita in the movie appears to be reflected diversely in mass culture as well as fashion style in the contemporary times.
