There was a considerable difference of the satisfaction with the size-fit depending on age and clinical career. And more than half of nurses were needed the concrete and precise size system. 2) Results of the actual design condition and clothing satisfaction : Nurses wore two-piece pants suits more than classical designed one-piece style. The princess-line, convertible collar and yoke design were preferred for nurse uniform with the high satisfaction. 41.6 percent of respondents used the cap obligatory and the white color and a patterned textile were generally used. The used fabrics were only polyester and cotton/polyester mixed spinning.
This study was aimed to investigate the differences in satisfaction and repurchase intention of leggings focused on women who have ever worn leggings. The participants were women in their 10s-50s who were residing in Busan and Gyeongnam, Korea. The survey was taken between July 3rd and 28th, 2021. A total of 313 questionnaires were completed and used in the statistical analysis. The data were analyzed with 𝛘2-test, t-test, ANOVA, etc. using the SPSS. The leggings wearing by demographic characteristics were significantly different for age, monthly income, and occupation. The factors related to leggings postpurchase satisfaction were identified as reshaping body type and utilization, wearing sensation and functionality, design and price, colorfastness to laundry, and quality. As a result of analyzing the difference for leggings postpurchase satisfaction by demographic characteristics, colorfastness to laundry, and quality were significantly different by marital status, reshaping body type and utilization, design and price, and colorfastness to laundry, and quality were significantly different by age. All postpurchase satisfaction factors were significantly different by monthly income. Design and price, colorfastness to laundry, and quality were significantly different by occupation. The variables influencing the level of leggings satisfaction were wearing sensation and functionality, followed by design and price, reshaping body type and utilization, and colorfastness to laundry and quality. The repurchase intention of leggings was significantly different by age and monthly income. The variables influencing repurchase intention of leggings were design and price, followed by reshaping body type and utilization.
The information content is determined by establishing the system range for each of the FRs and by determing the overlap between system range and the design range (i.e the designer-specified range). However, conventional information content doesn't include designer's intention sufficiently. In this paper, the satisfaction function is presented to embody designer's intention by calculating information contents. The satisfaction function is created in order to deal with the uncertanties involved in determining the design range and the system range in terms of a given physical parameter. So, the satisfaction function help designer to choose the optimal design among many proposed design.
Purpose: This study was done to identify the relationship of perceived health status, leisure satisfaction, loneliness and life satisfaction and to identify predictors of life satisfaction for elders. Method: The research design for this study was a descriptive survey design using a convenience sample. Data collection was done using self-report questionnaires with 297 elders from 6 community health practitioner posts. Data were analyzed using ANOVA, t-test, Pearson correlation coefficients and hierarchical multiple regression with the SPSS Win 18.0 Program. Results: Life satisfaction had significant negative correlations with age (r=-.31, p<.001) and loneliness (r=-.73, p<.001), and positive correlations with monthly spending money (r=.44, p<.001), health status (r=.63, p<.001), and leisure satisfaction (r=.62, p<.001). The explained variance for life satisfaction was 72%. Variables of monthly spending money, health status, leisure satisfaction, and loneliness significantly predicted the degree on life satisfaction of these elders. Conclusion: Findings of this study provide a comprehensive understanding of life satisfaction and related factors for elders in Korea. However, further studies with a larger random sample and more detailed research design are necessary.
Objective: The purpose of this study is to identify visual perception of and satisfaction with the orange peel effect of surface. The orange peel effect is a type of finish on painted or coated surface. Background: Gloss paint sprayed on a smooth surface (such as car body, smart phone, and electric home appliances, etc.) should also dry into a smooth surface. Then, a surface resembling the texture of an orange peel can be caused by some factors. The orange peel effect can degrade user's satisfaction with a product. Method: Visual perception and emotional satisfaction were subjectively evaluated using Likert scale. The significance of orange peel effect on visual perception and satisfaction were then analyzed by the analysis of variance. The correlation between visual perception and satisfaction was also analyzed. Results: Surface roughness significantly influenced visual perception and emotional satisfaction. The level of visual perception increased and emotional satisfaction decreased with the increase of orange peel effect. Emotional satisfaction decreased with the increase of visual perception level. Conclusion: It was identified that orange peel phenomenon on surface was a very important factor for emotional satisfaction. The orange peel effect on the surface of a product should be minimized to improve the emotional satisfaction of the product. Application: The result of this study can be applied to the texture design of the body of a car, smart phones, and electric home appliances, etc.
It is the purpose of the this study to use preliminary data to improve job environment, after looking job satisfaction and environment of interior construction workers. The following were the method of study. First, Through the literature, concept and the main theory on job satisfaction are examined. And It draws elements affecting job environment and satisfaction of interior construction workers. Based on this, we analyze job environment and satisfaction, and find what the satisfaction level is low, after a survey of interior construction workers. According to the survey, the result of the job environment is poor that people are working a lot more than a standard 10-hour day, not paid for it and absence of the education system for future. The larger workplace was in poor job conditions. the result of the job satisfaction is higher in case of smaller workplace or workers with less than 1 year or more than 8 year. As job satisfaction for interior construction score 3.30, it showed relatively higher satisfaction than job environment and satisfaction elements.

The purpose of this study was to investigate Chinese women’s clothing purchase behavior and satisfaction for clothing made in Korea. Data was collected from Chinese women who had made purchases of Koreanmanufactured clothing using the Chinese online shopping mall named ‘TaoBao’. In total, the responses of 439 questionnaires were tabulated and analyzed using the SPSS program 12.0. Results were as follows: 1) Shopping motivation was classified based on two factors: transformation motivation and information motivation. Most Chinese women who purchased clothing made in Korea did so because of information motivation. Results showed that the place of manufacturing origin(i..e Korea) did not negatively impact Korean clothing products at this online shopping mall. 2) Purchase satisfaction was influenced by three factors: quality satisfaction, wearing/management satisfaction, and design satisfaction. Most Chinese women were satisfied with clothing made in Korea in terms of the design factor. 3) There were correlations among Chinese women’s shopping motivation and purchase satisfaction for clothing made in Korea.
This study examined the relationship between job stress, burnout, and job satisfaction perceived by 185 beauty workers. Analysis and structural model analyses were conducted to derive the main results. The results are summarized and presented as follows. First, the job stress perceived by beauty workers has a statistically significant positive effect on burnout. Second, job stress perceived by beauty workers has a statistically significant negative effect on job satisfaction. Third, burnout felt by beauty workers has a statistically significant negative effect on job satisfaction. Through the above results, job stress and burnout should be lowered in order to increase the job satisfaction of beauty workers, and in particular, job stress must effectively be lowered in consideration of the fact that job stress is a determinant that increases burnout and reduces job satisfaction. A method must be discovered to achieve this end.
From the perspective of employees working for public service agencies, we analyzed the causal relationship between service quality, relationship quality, design quality, customer satisfaction, and trust in public services. We conduct statistical analyses on the quality attributes we derived from a critical incident technique(CIT) analysis and build a measurement model, which has a second-order hierarchical structure. Survey data was collected from social work, childcare, and healthcare services. Using a structural equation modeling method, we identify a causal model and simultaneously estimate factor loadings and path coefficients. We find that all the quality dimensions are antecedents to satisfaction and then satisfaction precedes trust. The results show that service quality and design quality mediate in parallel the effect of relationship quality on satisfaction and both relationship and design qualities have stronger effects on satisfaction rather than service quality.
