This paper proposed a guideline for selecting the arithmetic circuit architecture. The guideline incorpo-rates the new concept of PDSP (power-delay-size product) and the weighting method. HSPICE simulations havc been performed to several full adders in order to prove the validity of the proposed guideline. We applied this guideline to select an optimized FA (full adder) architecture and successfully implemented the DAC's digital blocks.

Reusing is one of the most environmentally friendly recycling methods. For the economical remanufacturing of used cellular phone, the cellular phones should be design for easy disassembly. In this paper, we analyzed the components and connecting elements of cellular phones and developed a guideline for the design of the cellular phones. A software for the disassembly assessment was also developed. Redesigned cellular phone by the developed guideline and its original phone was analyzed by the disassembly assessment software. Disassembly time could be reduced about 40% and reusing rate could be improved about 37%.

Objectives : This study aimed to design manual of guideline book for combined medicaion of the oriental and the western drugs in the disease of the aged. Method : First, we collected informations about guideline book for drug medication, and we investigated wishes of professors who are working for an oriental medicine at universities. Result & Conclusion : 1. The greater part of professors recognized necessity of guideline book for combined medicaion of the oriental and the western drugs. 2. The basic stages of framing guideline book for combined medicaion of the oriental and the western drugs are as follows. The first step is planning of framing guideline book for combined medicaion of the oriental and the western drugs. The second step is organization of framing group and advisory committee for guideline book. The next steps are searching the core of items and making a searching all the literature and estimating the literature. And then, we should complete basic contents of guideline book in a row, and those must be examined thoroughly by external experts. Finally we can make public the guideline book for combined medicaion of the oriental and the western drugs. If there are reform contents in the guideline book, we can amend contents and make public the revision guideline book again. 3. We need guideline information center for combined medicaion of the oriental and the western drugs in the disease of the aged for framing, wide-spread and development of guideline book. 4. We think that the guideline information center should be composed of a steering committee, a committee of controlling informations and advisory committee for guideline book.

크라우드 펀딩은 소셜 펀딩으로도 불리며, 예비 창업자, 메이커스들이 사업자금과 생산자금을 모을 수 있는 창구이다. 최근에 와서 크라우드 펀딩은 높은 성장률을 기록하고 있으며, 정부에서도 각종 관련 지원 정책을 내놓고 있다. 본 연구는 이와 같은 시대적 상황을 배경으로 제품 디자인 중심의 메이커스들을 대상으로 크라우드 펀딩 디자인 진단 가이드라인을 도출하는 것을 그 목적으로 하며, 이를 위해서 문헌 조사 방법, 전문가 인터뷰 방법과 같은 복합적 연구방법을 적용하였다. 문헌조사는 관련 뉴스와 선행연구를 중심으로 조사하였으며, 인터뷰의 경우 관련 전문가 10명을 대상으로 1차와 2차로 나누어서 진행하였다. 문헌 조사 결과 크라우드 펀딩에서 사용 중인 진단 가이드라인에는 디자인과 관련된 내용이 부족하고 세부적이지 못했다. 그 결과 디자인 카피와 제품 사기 문제가 있는 것으로 조사되었다. 그리고 선행연구를 통해서 펀딩 성공을 위해서는 정보전달 글과 이미지가 중요한 요소임을 알게 되었다. 전문가 인터뷰의 경우 1차 인터뷰에서 7명의 전문가가 참여하였으며, 2단계 프로세스의 9개 진단 주제의 가이드라인 초안을 도출하였다. 이후 2차 인터뷰에서는 3명의 진단 경험을 가진 전문가가 참여하여 가이드라인 초안에 대한 검증과 보완과정을 거쳐서 3단계 프로세스의 8개 진단 주제의 최종 크라우드 펀딩 디자인 진단 가이드라인을 만들었다. 본 연구결과는 메이커들 외에 관리자들도 활용할 수 있도록 하였으며, 이를 통해 문제점을 사전에 예방하고 건전한 메이커스 크라우드 펀딩 생태계 조성에 도움이 되기를 기대한다.

사설안내표지판은 공공디자인의 영역으로 시민들의 편의를 돕고 도시미관을 고려해야 하지만 제도화된 디자인 규정이 없는 행정적인 문제와 관리 주체들의 인식 부족으로 무질서한 난립을 초래하여 도시 미관을 해치고 정보 혼란을 야기하는 주요 원인이 되고 있다. 이러한 문제로 서울시를 비롯한 각 지방 도시들은 사설안내표지판 디자인 관리지침을 만들어 개선사업을 진행하고 있으나 개선 후 안내표지판의 실질적인 디자인 만족도 검증의 연구가 부족한 실정이었다. 이에 본 연구에서는 사설안내표지판의 디자인 관리지침을 만들어 개선 사업을 실시한 대전시를 중심으로 개선 후 표지판의 시각요소, 정보전달, 도시 가로환경에 대한 디자인 만족도에 대해 조사하고 분석해보았다. 분석 결과 시각요소, 정보전달, 도시 가로환경의 모든 항목에서 개선 후 디자인의 만족도가 높게 나타나 긍정적인 평가를 받는 것으로 판단되며 사설안내표지판 디자인 만족도의 실증적 조사에 의의가 있다고 사료된다.

The impacts of guideline for digestives on physicians' prescription of GI medication Clinical practice guidelines provide benefits to physicians, patients, and researchers. It also helps doctors to make decisions in medical services. In many countries, practice guidelines lead to activities of quality improvement and are developed using evidence based methods. This research was to assess the impacts of Korean Medical Association's guideline for digestives on the change of physicians' behavior. This study was progressed as one-group pre-test post-test quasi-experimental design using health insurance claims data. The unit of analysis was institution. Data was analyzed using paired t-test for change of prescription rate before and after the distribution of practice guidelines. And the multiple regression analysis was performed to examine the independent impact of the guideline on the prescribing rate of GI medication. Prescription rates of GI medication per claim by medical institution increased significantly, 1.98%point (from 50.27% to 52.25%) and multivariate regression analysis showed significant increase in the prescription rate of GI medication after the distribution of guideline (p<0.001). In conclusion, the distribution of guideline for digestive might not have the effects on the change in provider's behavior. Furthermore, to activate the use of practice guideline, it would be necessary to educate the contents to physicians as well as to develop practice guideline.

이 연구의 목적은 최근 국내에서 개발된 섬유보강 고강도 콘크리트 설계지침(안)의 저감계수를 적용하여 확보하는 설계의 신뢰도지수를 분석하는 것이다. 설계지침(안) 개발을 위하여 수행된 재료실험 및 부재실험 데이터를 수집하여 재료강도 통계특성 및 부재강도 해석식에 대한 통계특성을 구한다. 재료통계특성과 설계지침(안)의 부재 해석식을 적용한 시뮬레이션을 수행하고 해석식의 통계특성과 종합하여 단면강도에 대한 통계특성을 산출한다. 국내 도로교설계기준과 콘크리트구조기준의 하중조합을 적용한 신뢰도분석을 수행하였으며, 설계지침(안)에서 제시한 재료 및 부재에 대한 저감계수를 적용한 설계는 목표신뢰도 지수를 만족함을 확인하였다.

Purpose: Since most simulation programs take the interface that lists up all the input variables representing all the functionalities, users must know where design variables of an Energy Conservation Measure (ECM) are located and also know what values are appropriate. This is why practitioner designers feel frustrated when they attempt to use simulation. The final objective of this study is to provide a building energy modeling guideline for practitioners in various fields such as architectural design and MEP. Method: As the first step of the modeling guideline, this study provides the Level of Detail (LOD) for simulation modeling of primary ECMs considering the design information available in each design phase. It is prepared by literature review, simulation functionality investigation, and field experts' survey. Result: The proposed simulation LOD offers a milestone at each design phases concerning what design variable and attributes need to be developed with how much of details in order to meet the project goal. Also each design team can set up a simulation usecase considering organizational characteristics based on the proposed LOD.

A guideline to complement safety problem of escape code at the fire controlling design stage was shown by comparing & analysing developed fire controlling countries such as US, UK, Japan, and etc. and appropriateness of improving legislations for building standard of escape code was examined by comparing & analysing escaping time with escape code simulation(SIMULEX, EXDOUS) as the guideline.

I proposed the architectural guideline for educational environment based on design thinking approach to integrate and enhance learners' activities and achievements. The physical environment of design education learning space should be applied by teaching methods and learning activities, especially for STEAM-based convergent education, the architectural space conditions should support the design process based on design thinking. The learning environment conditions influence design education with physical design factors and learners' communication, and the flexible environment based on design thinking, which is crucial for design education. The 3 steps of design thinking experiences also allow students to learn the context of ideas, skills and outcomes. Therefore, I argued that the learning surrounding based on design thinking needs flexible and mobile, connected, integrated, organized, and team-focused environments to support learners' understanding, participation, and collaboration, and to achieve the design process based on research findings. For spaces for convergent learning environments based on design thinking, common design principles should be reviewed, such as coexistence with technology, safety and security, transparency and spatial extension, multi-purpose space and outdoor learning.
