The purpose of this study is to analyze characteristics and expression methods of contemporary art museums from the perspective of 'Rhizome', which is considered under similar context as 'indeterminacy' that represents the characteristics of contemporary public spaces. Methods of this study are as follows. First, necessity of this study is verified by investigating literature data and preceding studies, and by examining the fact that indeterminate characteristic is a new approach to contemporary public spaces. Second, in order to analyze Rhizomic expression in public spaces, analysis criteria are suggested by extracting components of public spaces and spatial characteristics of R150hizome from the literature. Third, Rhizomic characteristics and expression methods used in contemporary art museums are understood based on such analysis criteria. Fourth, when each spatial characteristic is expressed in art museums, the study found out that two factors among 'program', 'circulation', and 'form' are planned out as a mixture. Therefore, 'cohesion' is expressed as 'program' and 'form' in contemporary public spaces viewed from the perspective of 'Rhizome'. Also, 'diversity' is actively expressed through 'program' and 'circulation', and 'non-hierarchy' through 'form' and 'circulation'. Such methods are positive methods of expressing indeterminate contemporary public spaces. Since this study conducted analysis on characteristics and expression methods of public spaces from Rhizomic perspective of contemporary society, such results are deemed valuable in planning out public spaces that reflect the characteristics of contemporary society.

This study is started from a situation of korean construction which has been undergoing diversity. And risk of construction project has been increased recently. The purpose of this study is to propose the model which is able to estimate the proper manpower by eliciting the variable which is offered in the pre-design and construction phase. The existing method of estimate has a problem with calculating exact costs. For this model, it was analyzed the existing manpower estimating model and used historical data of 38 apartment houses, constructed from 2000 to now. Based on these, the regression model of the construction manpower was built. And then the regression model was verified. The result of verification was relatively adequate in the statistics exept for some cases. This regression model will help make it possible for constructor to estimate the deduction of retirement more accurate than existing method.

This research sought to study viewers' perception of migrant women who wed Korean men following these women's level of specialty as shown on multi-cultural TV program by focusing on university students. Post test control group design method was utilized to conduct analysis, which demonstrates that there was a significant difference between the viewers on the professional migrant women and on the non-professional migrant women when it comes to the categories such as, 'Migrant women have specialized skills', 'migrant women have outstanding communication skills' and 'migrant women are independent minded.' Because of the existence (or non-existence) of professional careers as shown on TV program can affect viewers' perception of migrant women, it is necessary to develop measures such as development of expert group's advising system and to guarantee migrant women's diversity.

The aim of this paper is to analyze the relationship between the inspirations and designs of Dries Van Noten's women's collections from 1994 S/S to 2014 F/W. From the research purpose the following questions arise: how are the brands of Dries Van Noten developed and what are the important features? What are 'the roots of inspiration' for Dries Van Noten's women's collections from 1994 S/S to 2014 F/W, and what are the aesthetic criterions of Noten's works? How are the roots of inspiration categorized, what are the features of each category, and how do these roots of inspiration influence the Noten's designs? The paper is a practical reference of how ideas turn to practical works and what is the relationship between inspiration and design. Researchers utilized a qualitative research method to provide a systematic review of the previous studies. To sum it up, roots of inspiration of Dries Van Noten's women's collections can be classified into seven categories: 'ethnic', 'trend & style', 'flowers', 'artists', 'interpretation', 'fabric & pattern' and 'multiple contents'. Through the roots of inspiration, sensibility of Belgium, inquiry of ethnic & oriental, Artists, England, longing of street fashion, 1920's & 1950's trend & style of French high fashion, romanticism, atmosphere of medieval, gypsy, punk and hippie are extracted and applied to the designs through cross impact. The identities of Dries Van Noten's women's collections are fusion and harmony of cross culture and diversity.

This study identifies Japanese study content on heat stroke prevention measures using clothes, provides basic data for quantitative wearing assessment studies, presents a developmental direction for those, and helps invigorate further research. Studies were collected concerning clothing-based heat stroke measures in order to analyze the following factors: current status of heat stroke by industry and working environment, heat stroke and body cooling method, clothing microclimate and air circulation in a hot environment, hot environments and wearable sensors, and heat stress reduction and skin exposure. The current WBGT standard does not consider the diversity of wearing clothes according to the working environment. Therefore, it is preferable to add a correction value in consideration of design, materials, and ventilation to prevent heat strokes. For the heat stroke and body cooling method, wearing water-perfused clothing is effective to reduce heat stress and maintain exercise ability. Changing the material and design of clothing or wearing air-conditioned clothing can improve ventilation and the clothing microclimate. However, further evaluation is needed on the effectiveness of air-conditioned clothing as a heat stroke prevention product. The measurement method using a wearable sensor can provide real-time data on the body response due to working in a hot environment. Therefore, it is an effective alarm for heat stroke. Skin exposure area and heat dissipation efficiency should be considered to prevent heat stroke. Reducing the covering area by exposing the head, neck, and limbs, and wearing breathable material can prevent heat stroke from increased body temperature.

The research made a study of the spatial characteristics of $m\'{e}diath\'{e}ques$ based on the twelve case studies of the BMVRs constructed with the financial support of the government since 1992 in France. The $m\'{e}diath\'{e}que$ is the community center for local residents to collect information, to have relationship with others and to shape public opinions. Thus it should have easy accessibility, liberal flow plan and the diversity of the newest information. The architectural elements to offer these faculties are summarized as follows. Firstly, the $m\'{e}diath\'{e}que$ as the public facility should have the easy flow plan and the high recognition for visitors. Second, it should be the efficient space for both managers and visitors. thus, it should not need more managers or have the difficulty to move. Third, it should be planed to support the change of the form of information and the needs of the visitors. It, therefore, should have the wide space with no wall and divide the space by movable furnitures. Lastly, it should be the space with the natural light, and it does not need the special artificial lights like museums. It is considered that the planning of the $m\'{e}diath\'{e}que$ should be from the four principles. Additionally, the program of the $M\'{e}diath\'{e}que$ should reflect the each local traits.

Various and complex cultural phenomena have led to many changes in the space. The concept of unconsciousness, among others, and experimental expression technique and the concepts from surrealism that rather attaches great importance to contingency than intentional attempt have been employed in the space. The abstract expression as expressional characteristics of surrealism makes the space ambiguous through the concept of automatism using the approach of indeterminism and double image expression, and represents the space providing diversity through the dualism. In contrast, objective expression, which was based on depaysement, generates the tension and expresses the dramatic situation in such a way and manner which are intentional, distorted transformed, together with heterogenous meanings aligned through the reversal appeared in the techniques of collage and paranoiac-critical method. However if such space accommodating the expressional characteristics of surrealism is approached as superficial concept in analyzing the human's inner consciousness and imaginary society, expression of the ultimate concept contained in the expressional characteristics of surrealism can hardly be achieved. Hence, the spatial analysis from the semiotic approach, instead of unilateral method aimed to convey the meaning only, which creates the signification, was adopted. The study, as effective approach to the space accommodating the expressional characteristics of surrealism, was intended systematically evaluate the concreteness of understanding and generation of meaning through the semiotic method. Greimas' semiotic square analysis to the space plays the important role in generating the spatial meaning, as well as is needed for objective analysis of the importance of various characteristics and methodology which the space contains through the expressional characteristics of surrealism.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the success and failure of the movie made by the original game by comparing the box office environment of the movie made by the original game and to derive the necessary elements to make a good original movie. The specific analytical content studied the specific successes and failure factors of the remake of the game with , , and . Analyzes of the research show that the audience can be divided into game fan and non - game fans, and how to reflect the expectation on both sides of the movie is an important factor in making the movie. Also, games of different styles and genres from other themes can not be created in the same way as remixing movies, but flexible diversity and management are needed. Unconditional scenarios of games or game switching of movies can not be popular among the public, and it is very important to analyze specific target audiences.

Launched in 2017, Loewe Craft Prize is now establishing itself as the most prestigious craft contest in the world. In this study, we noted the background behind the Loewe Craft Prize, which started with a luxury brand, developing into the best contest covering all crafts in a short period of four years. In crafts with various contests around the world, Loewe Craft Prize's interest in craft, which has no limitations on genre diversity and materials, is a result of no contest. This is possible by forming and developing a complex contest, which is differentiated from the existing single-material contest and the distinct values of the crafts possessed by Loewe Craft Prize. In this study, the background of this result was the convergence of materials, the fusion of tradition and modernity, and the convergence of science and crafts, and the tendency of writers and the flow of modern crafts through their works. We also want to find out how the meaning of the expansion of the craft genre affects modern crafts.

Under the background of regional cultural development and cities' diversity, various tourist destinations attract tourists' attention and visit by mining their unique folk culture. As a part of sustainable tourism, gastronomy tourism can provide residents and tourists services only by improving the residents' facilities without damaging the environment. However, the existing gastronomy tourism only makes tourists in the folk scene, and tourists can not overstep the cultural differences caused by intersubjectivity to experience the core of folk culture. This paper attempts to use the observation method, cross-subject study, and case study to study the role of food docent-guided tours in understanding folk culture. Moreover, the docent-guided tour studies how the docent can help tourists go deep into the core of folk culture better to realize the sustainable development goal of gastronomy tourism.
