4년제 간호교육 평가표준안 개발연구 (A Study of the Standard Evaluation of Baccalaureate Nursing Education)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the appraising frame and the accreditation system of universities in both Korea and the United Sates, as well as developing a standard plan to appraise 4 year nursing education institutions in Korea. Research design of this study was descriptive comparative research. The results of the research can be divided into six fields, educational purposes, educational courses, students, faculty, facility .equipments and administration.finance in Korea. Then the results were further categorized into seven fields : mission and governance, faculty, students, curriculum and instruction, resources, educational effectiveness and integrity. Thus Korean appraising frames were suggested to have eight fields of standard. The fields are philosophy and purposes of educational institution, educational courses and instruction, students, faculty, facility .equipments, adminstration.finance, educational effectiveness and integrity.

동해연안의 주택경관 유형별 인지 평가에 관한 연구 (A Study on evaluation of recognition with type of Housing landscape in Donghae Seaside)

  • This study is derived from relation between the natural landscape and architectural landscape. The type of landscape in Donghae seaside consist of three; Road, Mountain, Seaside. And we selected three landscapes about individual housing; Western, Traditional, Modern. This paper is analyzed 18-simulation scenes, which evaluated with semantic differential method in using 12-bipolar adjectives. The results of this study are as follows(ref: table 6). 1)The housing of western style do not correspond with landscape of Road, but landscape of mountain and seaside were suitable to the western style. 2)Mountain in Donghae seaside harmonizes with housing of traditional style. 3)Even though the housing of modern style were marked low assessment in three landscape, we found out relation, modern housing was well-matched with load landscape.

한국 중간관리자를 대상으로 한 행태적 집단 의사결정 과정에 관한 연구 (A Descriptive Study of the Korean Managers' Small Group Decision-Making Process: An Interaction Process Analysis)

  • This paper presents an analysis of Korean middle managers' decision-making processes. The sample included the observations of decisions made by 17 groups with 5 to 7 members each. The 5 hour-long, in average, decision processes were analysed by a modified system of Fisher's(1970) Interaction Process Analysis. The results showed that Korean managers followed alternative-focused decision processes, as opposite to value-focused ones. That is, the decision-making groups showed a strong trend to elaborate on alternative generation and evaluation right after the situation analysis. They tended to discuss the objectives of decision and relevant criteria only to resolve conflicts arisen during the evaluation process of alternatives. The analysis also showed that a decision proposition was more frequently followed by negative responses than positive ones and by interpretative evaluations than substantiative ones. The lessons from this study suggest a direction for the development of group decision support systems tailored for Korean cultural characteristics. This study is also meaningful as the first observation and empirical analysis of Korean middle managers' decision-making processes.

광고평가와 광고관여에 따른 광고효과 연구 -패션잡지의 캐주얼 의류광고를 중심으로- (A Study on Advertising Effects by Advertising Evaluation and Advertising Involvement -Focused on Casual Wear Advertisements of Fashion Magazine-)

  • The purposes of this study was to identify the evaluative dimensions of advertising and to examine the effect of evaluative dimensions of advertising on advertising effects(attitude to advertising/buying intention). The subjects used for the study were 202 female university students. Through the pretest, 15 casual wear brand's advertisements were selected and presented as stimuli. The questionnaire was employed and descriptive statistics, factor analysis, t-test, paired t-test and multiple regression analysis were used for data analysis. The results of this study were as follows. First, 5 evaluative dimensions of advertising were identified; model, message, product, brand and image. The dimension of advertising evaluated most positively was image. Second, the dimensions of advertising that significantly affected the attitude to advertising were model, message and image, whereas the dimensions that affected buying intention were product and brand. The influence of the evaluative dimensions of advertising on the attitude to advertising were different according to advertising involvement.

C2C 전자상거래 구매시 고객 서비스 요인과 만족도에 관한 연구 -패션 제품을 중심으로- (A Study on the Evaluation of Consumer Satisfaction on the Purchase through the C2C Electronic Commerce-Focusing on the Fashion Products-)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the customer service factors and evaluation of consumer satisfaction on the purchase through the C2C E- commerce, focusing on the fashion goods. 190 college students who have purchased products via C2C E-commerce were surveyed. For data analysis, descriptive statistics, 1-test, Pearson's correlations, and multiple regression were used. As the results, 50.5% of respondents have purchased fashion products through C2C. Out of 4 C2C characteristics factors. there was statistically the significant difference in only 'entertainment factor' between males and females. All five SERVQUAL's factors used for measuring service factors in this study were correlated to customer satisfactions scores. Also. results of multiple regression revealed that assurance, empathy, and reliability were significantly to related to customer satisfaction. Based on these results, fashion marketing strategy for C2C development would be suggested.

The Effect of Methods of Estimating the Ability on The Accuracy and Items Parameters According to 3PL Model

  • This study aimed to test method on the accuracy of estimating the items parameters and ability, using the Three Parameter Logistic. To achieve the objectives of the study, an achievement test in chemistry was constructed for third-year secondary school students in the course of "natural sciences". A descriptive approach was employed to conduct the study. The test was applied to a sample of (507) students of the third year of secondary school in the "Natural Sciences Course". The study's results revealed that the (EAP) method showed a higher degree of accuracy in the estimation of the difficulty parameter and the abilities of persons higher than the MML method. There were no statistically significant differences in the accuracy of the parameter estimation of discrimination and guessing regarding the difference of the two methods: (MML) and (EAP).

A Proposed Framework for Evaluating the Return on Investment of E-Learning Programs at Saudi Universities

  • The purpose of this study is to introduce a proposed Framework for Evaluating the Return on Investment (ROI) of E-Learning Programs at Saudi Universities. To achieve this goal, the descriptive analysis methodology is used to analyze the literature review about e-learning and its evaluation from different viewpoints, especially from the ROI-related perspective. As well as the literature reviews related to ROI and the methods of calculating it inside society institutes. This study suggests a conceptual framework for evaluating the ROI of E-Learning Programs at Saudi Universities. This framework is based on the merging process among the analyze, design, develop, implement, and evaluate (ADDIE) model for designing e-learning programs, which gives detailed procedures for executing the program, several evaluating models for e-learning, and the Kirkpatrick model for evaluating the ROI of e-learning. It consists of seven stages (analysis, calculating the costs, design, development, implementation, calculation of the benefits, and calculation of the final ROI).

병원 간호단위관리자의 다면평가($360^{\circ}$ feedback)에 관한 연구 (A Study on $360^{\circ}$ Feedback of Nursing Unit Manager in a Hospital)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop 360 feedback for nursing unit manager based on the current personnel evaluation system and to evaluate the new tool according to evaluation subjects. Total of 277 subjects of nurse unit managers and staff nurses were participated in this study. Method: The study was conducted in three phases each for development, application, and analysis of 360 feedback. SAS program was utilized for data analysis with descriptive statistics, t-test, and analysis of variance. Result: The evaluation criteria of the developed 360 feedback tool consisted of 13 subscales such as professional knowledge, apprehension & judgement, job performance, applicability, creativity, leadership, responsibility, promptness & accuracy, administrative ability & sense of mission, activeness, cooperation, communicability, and general attitude. The internal consistency of the tool was Cronbach's alpha .939. The evaluation score by! peers(M=4.30) was the highest one, followed by self-evaluation(M=4.23), evaluation by supervisor(M=4.17), and evaluation by subordinate(M=4.10). The differences in the total evaluation scores among the subjects supervisor, self, peer, and subordinate were not statistically significant, but significant differences were found in some subscales scores. Conclusion: Further research is required to test the reliability and validity of the $360^{\circ}$ feedback tool, and to test the outcome and the process of $360^{\circ}$ feedback system.

캐주얼 셔츠소재에 대한 주관적 감각과 구매 선호도 평가 (Assessment of Subjective Sensation and Purchasing Preferences for Casual Shirt Fabrics)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the subjective sensations and preference for spring/fall casual cotton shirt fabrics, and to assist in developing shirt fabrics that offer maximum comfort in wearing sensation. The subjects of this study were male and female college students who assessed the tactile sensation of seven types of spring/fall shirt fabrics available on the market: plain weave and rib weave made of cotton and that of cotton mixed fabrics. The subjects were university students between the ages of 20 to 23, who were residing in the city of Cheongju, Korea. The questionnaires related to the fabrics hand were evaluated using a nine point bi-polar scale of 9 descriptive terms. Mean, t-test, F-test and $X^2$ were used for data analysis. The fabric hand evaluation on the seven types of shirts showed a significant difference in all of the 9 descriptive terms. There were partially significant differences in the subjective sensations according to fabric characteristics regarding shirt fabrics. As regards the difference in fabric hand according to gender, female students responded with more receptiveness and sensitivity than male students in the category of woven fabric evaluation. In particular, female students responded with more sensitivity to the sensation of dense and wrinkle sensations. There were significant differences in the purchase preference according to gender regarding casual shirt fabrics. Plain weave fabrics made of cotton was most preferred among male students, whereas rib weave fabrics made of cotton/polyester was most preferred among female students.

간호대학생의 신체이미지, 자아존중감이 대인관계에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Body Image and Self Esteem on Interpersonal Relationship in Nursing Students)

  • 본 연구는 간호대학생의 신체이미지, 자아존중감 및 대인관계 정도와 상관관계를 파악하고 대인관계에 영향을 미치는 요인을 규명하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 2019년 6월 한달간 A시와 Y군에 소재한 대학교의 간호학과 대학생 252명을 대상으로 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 20.0을 사용하여 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson 상관분석, 회귀분석으로 분석하였다. 연구대상자의 대인관계에 미치는 영향요인은 신체이미지의 외모평가, 건강지향, 건강평가로 설명력은 12%이었다. 대인관계에 영향을 미치는 주요한 요인은 건강평가이었으며, 건강지향, 외모평가 순이었다. 따라서 간호대학생의 대인관계 향상을 위해 자신의 건강과 외모에 대한 긍정적 평가와 건강을 지향하는 삶이 되도록 다각적인 중재 프로그램의 개발과 적용이 필요하다.
