An f-coloring of a graph G = (V, E) is a coloring of edge set E such that each color appears at each vertex v $\in$ V at most f(v) times. The minimum number of colors needed to f-color G is called the f-chromatic index $\chi'_f(G)$ of G. Any graph G has f-chromatic index equal to ${\Delta}_f(G)\;or\;{\Delta}_f(G)+1,\;where\;{\Delta}_f(G)\;=\;max\{{\lceil}\frac{d(v)}{f(v)}{\rceil}\}$. If $\chi'_f(G)$= ${\Delta}$f(G), then G is of $C_f$ 1 ; otherwise G is of $C_f$ 2. In this paper, the classification problem of complete graphs on f-coloring is solved completely.
By using a complete rate constant($k_e$) which treats a solvent (water) as a reactant, and a conventional rate constant($k_c$), which ignores the solvent in describing the rate, the parameters ${\Delta}V^{\neq}_s,\;{\Delta}H^{\neq}_s\;and\;{\Delta}S^{\neq}_s$ were introduced. These quantities represent the volume change, the enthalpy change, and the entropy change accompanying the electrostriction which occurs when solvent molecules condense on the activated complex. The authors measured the rates of the solvolysis of benzoyl chloride in water-acetone mixtures at $15^{\circ}$ to $30^{\circ}C$ and 1 bar to 2500 bars. Applying the authors' theory to the experimental results, the parameters, ${\Delta}V^{\neq}_s,\;{\Delta}H^{\neq}_s\;and\;{\Delta}S^{\neq}_s$ were evaluated, and it was found that they are all negative, indicating that water dipoles condense on the activated complex. They also proposed the following equations: ${\Delta}H^{\neq}_c\;=\;{\Delta}H^{\neq}_e\;+\;{\Delta}H^{\neq}_s\;and\; {\Delta}S^{\neq}_c\;=\;{\Delta}S^{\neq}_e\;+{\Delta}S^{\neq}_s\;,\;where\;{\Delta}H^{\neq}_c\;and\;{\Delta}H^{\neq}_c\;and\;{\Delta}S^{\neq}_s $are the activation enthalpy change and the activation entropy change for the conventional reaction rate, respectively, and ${\Delta}H^{\neq}_e$ and ${\Delta}S^{\neq}_e$ are the corresponding quantities for the complete reaction rate. The authors proposed that for the $SN_1$ type, all the quantities, ${\Delta}V^{\neq}_s,\;{\Delta}S^{\neq}_s\;,{\Delta}H^{\neq}_s\;and\;{\Delta}S^{\neq}_s$ are comparatively large, and for the $SN_2$ type, these quantities are smaller than for the $SN_1$ type, and occasionally the case ${\Delta}S^{\neq}_e$ < 0 occurs. Using these criteria, the authors concluded that at high temperature, high pressure and for a high water content solvent, the SN_1$ type mechanism predominates whereas in the reversed case the $SN_2$M type predominates.
The rate constants for the solvolysis reactions of p-methoxybenzylchloride in ethanol-water mixtures were determined at 2$^{\circ}$ and 10$^{\circ}C$ up to 1600bar. Rates of reaction were increased with increasing temperature and pressure, and decreased with increasing solvent composition of ethanol mole fraction. From the rate constants, the values of the activation parameters (${{\Delta}V_o}^{\neq},\;{\Delta}{\beta}^{\neq},\;{\Delta}H^{\neq},\;and\;{\Delta}S^{\neq}$) were evaluated. The values of ${{\Delta}V_o}^{\neq}$ and ${\Delta}{\beta}^{\neq}$ exhibit the extremum behavior at about 0.30 mole fraction of ethanol. This behavior is discussed in terms of solvent structure variation. From these results, it could be postulated that the reaction proceeds through $S_N1$ mechanism.

The degradation phenomena induced by hot-carrier injection was studied from the shift of threshold voltage and subthreshold current curve in LDD NMOSFET degraded under different DC stress-biases. Threshold voltage shift ${Delta}V_{tex}$ defined in saturation region was separated into contri butions due to trapped oxide charge $V_{ot}$ and interface traps ${Delta}V_{it}$ generated from midgap to threshold voltage. Under th positive stress electric field (TEX>$V_g>V_d$) condition, the shift of threshold voltage was attributed to the electrons traped ar gate oxide but subthreshold swing was not negative stress electric field ($V_g) condition, holes seems to be injected positive charges so threshold voltage and subthreshold swing were increased.
The current study designs the mission orbit of the lunar CubeSat spacecraft to measure the lunar local magnetic anomaly. To perform this mission, the CubeSat will impact the lunar surface over the Reiner Gamma swirl on the Moon. Orbit analyses are conducted comprising ${\Delta}V$ and error propagation analysis for the CubeSat mission orbit. First, three possible orbit scenarios are presented in terms of the CubeSat's impacting trajectories. For each scenario, it is important to achieve mission objectives with a minimum ${\Delta}V$ since the CubeSat is limited in size and cost. Therefore, the ${\Delta}V$ needed for the CubeSat to maneuver from the initial orbit toward the impacting trajectory is analyzed for each orbit scenario. In addition, error propagation analysis is performed for each scenario to evaluate how initial errors, such as position error, velocity error, and maneuver error, that occur when the CubeSat is separated from the lunar orbiter, eventually affect the final impact position. As a result, the current study adopts a CubeSat release from the circular orbit at 100 km altitude and an impact slope of $15^{\circ}$, among the possible impacting scenarios. For this scenario, the required ${\Delta}V$ is calculated as the result of the ${\Delta}V$ analysis. It can be used to practically make an estimate of this specific mission's fuel budget. In addition, the current study suggests error constraints for ${\Delta}V$ for the mission.
This study investigates the sediment processes the Improved-pneumatic-movable weir through laboratory experiments considering changing channel slopes. Experimental results show that the delta migrates towards the weir and the delta height increases as time passes. Moreover, as the delta approaches the weir, the delta migration speed decreases. As the dimensionless delta location increases, the effective height of dimensionless delta and the dimensionless reservoir capacity increases. Therefore, under the same slope conditions, the sediment deposition volume of the delta is small as the channel slope is mild. This means that the channel slope affects the development of the delta in the upstream of the Improved-pneumatic-movable weir. At the beginning of the experiment, the foreset slope is mild. However, the foreset slope of the delta increases with water depth as the delta migrates downstream. Moreover, as the slope is mild, the ratio of delta front length to delta height is close to 1, and the dimensionless delta height and the dimensionless delta migration speed decrease. As the delta height increases, the water depth, the velocity approaching to the weir and the delta migration speed decrease.
This paper presents a CMOS readout circuit for MEMS(Micro Electro Mechanical System) acceleration sensors. It consists of a MEMS accelerometer, a capacitance to voltage converter(CVC) and a second-order switched-capacitor ${\Sigma}{\Delta}$ modulator. Correlated-double-sampling(CDS) and chopper-stabilization(CHS) techniques are used in the CVC and ${\Sigma}{\Delta}$ modulator to reduce the low-frequency noise and DC offset. The sensitivity of the designed CVC is 150mV/g and its non-linearity is 0.15%. The duty cycle of the designed ${\Sigma}{\Delta}$ modulator output increases about 10% when the input voltage amplitude increases by 100mV, and the modulator's non-linearity is 0.45%. The total sensitivity is 150mV/g and the power consumption is 5.6mW. The proposed circuit is designed in a 0.35um CMOS process with a supply voltage of 3.3V and a operating frequency of 2MHz. The size of the designed chip including PADs is $0.96mm{\times}0.85mm$.

Most of the columns in centrally braced steel frame buildings are usually designed as the gravity columns to reduce connection cost. For a rational seismic performance evaluation of centrally braced steel frame buildings, it is important to properly incorporate in the analysis the P-${\Delta}$ effects arising from the gravity columns. An effective scheme for the P-${\Delta}$ effects modeling due to the gravity columns was illustrated based on the concept of fictitious leaning column. Seismic performance evaluation of inverted V braced steel frames with or without P-${\Delta}$ effects modeling was conducted by following the FEMA 273 NSP (Nonlinear Static Procedure). The problem in estimating dynamic P-${\Delta}$ modification factor (C3) in FEMA 273 was discussed. The results of this study indicated that the P-${\Delta}$ effects should be included in the seismic performance evaluation of centrally braced steel frames. This study also showed that the inverted V braced frames, retrofitted by applying the tie bars to redistribute the inelastic demand over the height of the building, exhibit significantly improved seismic performance.

[ $0.18-{\mu}m$ ] CMOS 1.2-V 2nd-order ${\Sigma}{\Delta}$ modulator with full-feedforward topology is designed. Using full-feedforward topology makes op-amp performance requirements much less stringent, therefore it has been adopted as a good candidate for low-voltage low-power applications throughout the world. Also, ${\Sigma}{\Delta}$ modulator is designed with top-down design approach, therefore various nonideal effects of op-amp are modeled in this paper.

In this paper, I propose a linear time algorithm devised to produce exact solution to NP-complete maximum clique problem. The proposed algorithm firstly, from a given graph G=(V,E), sets vertex $v_i$ of the maximum degree ${\Delta}(G)$ as clique's major vertex. It then selects vertex $v_j$ of ${\Delta}(G)$ among vertices $N_G(v_i)$ that are adjacent to $v_i$, only to determine $N_G(v_i){\cap}N_G(v_j)$ as candidate cliques w and $v_k$. Next it obtains $w=w{\cap}N_G(v_k)$ by sorting $d_G(v_k)$ in the descending order. Lastly, the algorithm executes the same procedure on $G{\backslash}w$ graph to compare newly attained cliques to previously attained cliques so as to choose the lower. With this simple method, multiple independent cliques would also be attainable. When applied to various regular and irregular graphs, the algorithm proposed in this paper has obtained exact solutions to all the given graphs linear time O(n).
