The status of small and medium-sized enterprises has been changed into more independent business entities rather than simply subcontractor so that the utilization of specialized knowledge has been much more necessary for the survival in the market. However, small and medium-sized enterprises, it is difficult to sufficient investment in knowledge services due to limited resources relative to large enterprises and demand for knowledge services business of government support is growing. For this reason, it is important to measure accurately the demand for knowledge services of small and medium-sized enterprises in knowledge management for effective utilization of knowledge service. In this study, we analyzed previous studies on small and medium-sized enterprises knowledge services that can be utilized in a comprehensive way. As a result, we developed knowledge service needs assessment model based on five critical success factors for continual growth and 12 types of knowledge service. This model has been modified and supplemented through expert meeting using delphi research method and topic modeling analysis using secondary data. This study is attempted to appropriately measure necessary knowledge services for small and medium-sized enterprises so that generated the evaluation model of knowledge service demands, comprehensively dealing with core knowledge services for many kinds of business entities. It is expected that the developed model will be a useful tool to understand and evaluate knowledge services demands of enterprises.

The purpose of this study was to develop and test the validity of the standardized Korean nomenclature of Nursing Outcomes Classification (NOC), developed by Johnson & Maas at the University of Iowa. The four phases of the study were: (1) translation of the NOC into Korean by the research team, (2) four nursing professors and eight nurses with various clinical backgrounds reviewed each nomenclature taking into consideration definitions and nursing activities. The modified Delphi method was used to determine the most appropriate nomenclature for each term; (3) Twenty four academic and clinical experts in nursing were given a questionnaire to rate each Korean nomenclature using a 5 point Likert scale ranging from very inappropriate to very appropriate; (4) the team determined the most appropriate Korean nomenclature for each class of the NOC. The mean validity score of 190 items was 4.54, but several nursing outcome had a score lower than 4.0. They included 'adherence behavior(3.3)', 'ambulation : walking(3.57)', 'transfer performance (3.57)', 'caregiving endurance potential(3.57)'.

The Busan New harbor will be opened by 2011, after which it is expected that the marine traffic volume around this area would Increase significantly and that very large ships such as 12,000 TEU container ships would come into the port. Therefore, it is necessary to build a new ships' routeing by considering these factors. In this paper, environmental circumstances, marine traffics, and the preceding studies have been reviewed and ships' routeing is proposed through experts' opinions and Delphi technique. For the purpose of validation, the proposed ships' routeings are reviewed by several guidelines on the ships' routeing and through simulation studies.

The technical proposal suggested and published by MIC(Ministry of Information and Communication, henceforth MIC) contains too general assessment elements, which causes qualitative and subjective assessment of technical proposals. Thus, in terms of the technical proposal assessment. It lacks In fairness, validity and accuracy. Furthermore, it has a great deal of difficulty in assessment caused by the inconsistency between proposal planning and assessment methods. Also, each company has different writing format, so it is impossible to make use of its maneuvering data for the assessment. To overcome these weaknesses, our research focused on a quantitative evaluation on development organization, which is a part of organizational and administrative part of the technical proposal suggested and published by MIC. In this research, we divided development organization for the technical proposal into organization, teams, and team members, and then studied addition, deletion and merging for the assessment criteria. For the related study, we chose especially CMM(Capability Maturity Model) from a lot of international and national references, which is a model measuring the maturity of organization, and then we focused on Small-CMM which is available in the small-sized organization. We also suggested input form, description method, assessment elements for the quantitative assessment in the chosen developmental organization, and finally we proposed standard referencing criteria for the assessment. Our study concludes that our assessment method are valid and available in comparison with the previous Delphi method through a validity evaluation test.

Purpose - This study attempts to identify the attributes of home meal replacements (HMR) from the perspective of consumers as well as suggest some directions for HMR. Research Design, Data, and Methodology - For the research, food and nutrition professors were interviewed and surveys were completed using the revised Delphi method to identify attributes of HMR. Subsequently, a total of 140 food and nutrition students already aware of HMR were asked to rate the attributes in terms of importance and satisfaction. In addition, Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) was conducted. Results - According to the analysis results, a total of seven key factors were deduced from the attributes ratings and the Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin (KMO) criteria, which is used to verify the appropriateness of the selection of the variables. Conclusion - The findings could be helpful in the future as reference data for HMR producers and distributors to assist in the diagnosis of the status of HMR. Additionally, the data may point to some areas that need greater attention in terms of production as well as marketing.

Character graphic design of TV screen, the major visual element, has become greatly important in its roles to help viewers understand visual information better and to enhance the qualities of the program. This research is to figure our a way of changing and improving the attributes of TV captions and graphics such as fonts, size, and caption speed appropriate to bigger and better qualified TV screen. Based on two Delphi surveys of graphics experts along with the theoretical studies, this article analyzes the relevance of visual perception to various visual elements of TV screen, and proposes a better plan in visual effects for various media under OSMU (One Source Multi Use).

In terms of both quality of rural lifestyle and cultural awareness, the importance of community facility is being emphasized. Nevertheless, by occasion of graying, population outflow and revenue loss, rural society faces the erosion of community. For these reasons, government is promotion an community space construction project on rural areas which is lack of community facilities. Whereas the projects are just one off thing not include upkeeping, so lots of functional overlapping community facilities are formed in same place. In this study has classified rural community facility remodeling element and designed rural community facility evaluation system of each elements. In order to implement of purpose, it has categorized community remodeling index in rural area by literature analysis and site survey. For setting remodeling rating system, this study analysed preceding research data and conducted a Delphi survey of 30 experts. As a result, this study deducted 29 categories of community remodeling index and 21 categorizes of remodeling rating clause. Taking this result, this study progressed case study on seonheul-ri in Jeju. Implications, limitations and future research directions are presented. It would be groundwork for remodeling system development in rural community facility.

Purpose: With the advent of the era of the 4th industrial revolution, called a new technological revolution, the necessity of fostering future talents equipped with AI utilization capabilities is emerging. However, there is a lack of research on AI education design and competency-based education curriculum as education for business major. The purpose of this study is to design AI education to cultivate competency-oriented AI literacy for business major in universities. Research design, data and methodology: For the design of AI basic education in business major, three expert Delphi surveys were conducted, and a demand analysis and specialization strategy were established, and the reliability of the derived design contents was verified by reflecting the results. Results: As a result, the main competencies for cultivating AI literacy were data literacy, AI understanding and utilization, and the main detailed areas derived from this were data structure understanding and processing, visualization, web scraping, web crawling, public data utilization, and concept of machine learning and application. Conclusions: The educational design content derived through this study is expected to help establish the direction of competency-centered AI education in the future and increase the necessity and value of AI education by utilizing it based on the major field.

Education has recently witnessed a rapid increase in the use of edutech worldwide. This study focuses on Korean workers and explores an edutech-based learning model for vocational education and training. Based on analyses of edutech cases and interviews with edutech experts, a draft edutech model was designed and the validity was evaluated based on two Delphi surveys with a panel of experts in the field. The study's findings suggest that edutech-based employee education and training should prioritize LXP orientation (last CVR=1, last Mean=4.70) , implement adaptive learning through learning analytics (last CVR=1, last Mean=4.90), enhance the human touch effect using edutech (last CVR=1, last Mean=4.90), and emphasize the importance of designing curricula that apply edutech in a step-by-step learning process while incorporating suitable instructional design for the key technologies involved in vocational training programs. In addition, it was revealed that there is a strong need to implement a method that makes each stage of the learning process more effective (before, during, and after). Edutech-based vocational training program should consider the interests of all stakeholders, including learners, instructors, vocational training institutions, and government agencies. Given the promotion of government-sponsored vocational training projects in Korea, the findings of this research are likely to have significant implications for the future of Korea's education and training policies.

An indicator system is an effective way to monitor ongoing safety status. Current aviation safety measurements account for many qualitative technical and lagging indicators. Conversely, quantitative and leading indicators have only a tiny proportion. This research added more quantitative leading indicators and reviewed them to harmonize lagging and leading indicators to measure airport safety and provide an index. The South Korean national gate, Incheon International Airport's indicators, were applied as primary data to verify this research practically. Then, examples from International and national authorities were reviewed and extracted for use. Fifty-five safety specialists participated in the focus group discussion and three rounds of the Delphi survey. Finally, 51 sub-indicators were newly chosen. After this process, weights for each indicator could be assigned using the AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) to provide an integrated index. The result of the simulation with newly added indicators in the past five years (2020-2022) reliable trend showed in indicators and integrated index. Moreover, this allows monitoring the status of the details of indicators and holistic insight. This study considered that it is more suitable for a single company or service provider to use it according to the exact situation than in a macro- and general-purpose at the country or regional level.
