지역사회중심 가정간호사업 개발 및 평가 (Development & Evaluation of Community-Based Home Care Nursing Service Program)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to construct the structure, process and outcome of community-based home care nursing service and to examine their validity. Method: There were two steps. The first step was developing the structure and process of community-based home care and the second was evaluating the outcome of community-based home care. Home care services were provided to 25 clients who had health problems. Data on these clients were analyzed. Result: According to Albrecht Model, in the developed structure and process of community-based home care, structure contained facility's philosophy, organization, delivery system, steering committee, office, equipments, medical instruments, the home care nurse and client of home care nursing. Process contained classification of client. nursing diagnosis and nursing intervention. The majority of clients were men (56%). The service was used mostly by people aged over 50 (82%). The most frequent nursing diagnoses were altered urinary elimination (23.2%). impaired skin integrity (21.8%) and risk for infection (17.6%). Nursing interventions included wound care (16.7%), tube care (15.1%) and catheter care (14.5%). Conclusion: Several strategies are suggested from this study: first, activate a referral system within the national health care system: second, increase public information on home care nursing: third, develop home care nursing services for elderly people: and fourth, construct a cooperation system between home care services and social welfare services.

니트제품 생산업체의 제품기획 및 니트조직 활용에 관한 연구 (A Study on He Design Process and Knit Structure in Knit Production)

  • The purpose of this research is to investigate the actual conditions of the manufacturer's design processes. Questionnaires were sent out, and 57 interviews were used as research methods including designers, programmers, and merchandisers working for a knit manufacturer in Seoul, followed by a frequency analysis using SPSS 12.0. The results are as follows: knitted fabric goods were the top choices in casual wear. Brand image depended on 'elegance', 'modernity', and 'romanticism', among other lifestyle pursuits. The distribution ratio of the 'basic' and the 'trendy' knit was at 3:7 or 7:3, while the ratio of 6:4 or 4:6 was more common. Knit structure was proven to be the most important factor in the changes in designs. Style and yam ranked second and third, respectively. In addition, details (embroidery and beading), color, pattern, and processing were among the other factors, in order of importance. Based on the difficulty in designing and manufacturing knitted fabric goods, 'manufacturing cost:' 'lack of a manufacturing facility for small production,' and 'limited delivery time' were among the reasons cited in the questionnaire. These results appeared to have been caused by small-scale manufacturers or small-scale manufacturing facilities that made small volume production difficult. The results of the interviews on knitted fabrics that were most frequently used and with the highest sales volumes showed that plain, lace, links & links, miss, and 1:1 rib were ranked accordingly for S/S use, while jacquard, cable, 1:1 rib, links & links, milano, plain, and half cardigan were ranked accordingly for F/W use.

  • 건설프로젝트를 수행하는 과정에 있어 계약당사자간에 다양한 계약방식에 기초하여 시설물 건설에 요구되는 업무 또는 서비스를 제공하고 있으나, 건설사업의 주요 성과지표라 할 수 있는 비용, 일정, 안전등의 측면에서 계약방식에 따라 발생할 수 있는 성과의 차이에 대한 실증적 인 비교연구는 미흡한 실정이다. 건설사업이 다수의 건설전문조직과 계약을 기반으로 운영되는 프로젝트라는 특성을 고려할 때 계약방식의 유형에 따라 사업성과에 대한 차이를 비교분석 함으로써 계약방식 선정에 대한 적정 의사결정을 지원하는데 유효한 자료를 제공할 수 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 건설계약방식 중 실비정산방식과 총액계약방식을 대상으로 건설사업의 주요 성과에 대한 비교 분석을 시도하였다. 계약방식별 프로젝트 성과는 미국 Construction Industry Institute(CII)의 Benchmarking and Metrics(BM&M) 프로그램에서 활용하는 성과측정기준을 기초로 비용, 공정, 안전, 변경, 재작업(rework) 등 5개 분야를 대상으로 하였다. 또한 계약방식으로 인한 각종 성과지표의 차이가 통계적 의미를 지니고 있는가를 판단하기 위하여 통계적 기법인 t-test를 이용하여 데이터의 유의성을 분석하였다.

멀티플랙스 영화관 선택속성의 중요도-성취도 분석 (Importance-Performance Analysis of Multiplex Cinema Attributes)

  • 본 연구는 멀티플렉스 영화관 관람객을 대상으로 영화관 선택속성에 대한 중요도 및 성취도를 분석해 보고자 하였다. 이에 멀티플렉스 영화관을 방문하여 영화를 관람하고자 하는 관람객을 대상으로 자료를 수집하여 대응표본 T-test를 실시하였으며 유의한 차이가 있는 속성과 각 선택 속성들 간의 순위를 살펴보았다. 또한 요인분석을 통하여 주요서비스, 인적서비스, 물리적 환경, 보조서비스의 4가지 하위요인을 도출하였으며, IPA(Importance-Performance Analysis)기법을 이용하여 집중 영역, 유지 영역, 저순위 영역, 과잉노력 지양 영역의 항목들을 도출하였다. 분석결과는 아래와 같다. 제 I사분면은 노력집중영역은 상영시간대의 다양성, 상영영화장르의 다양성, 모바일 앱 이용의 편리성, 주차시설의 규모와 편리성으로 나타났다. 제 II사분면인 지속유지 영역은 웹사이트 예매의 편리성, 카드제휴를 통한 할인혜택, 직원의 친절성, 직원의 정확한 서비스 정보전달, 편안한 좌석, 스크린 크기, 영화관 사운드 품질, 주변 환경과의 연계성, 대중교통의 편리성 등으로 나타났다. 제 III사분면인 저순위 영역은 멤버십제도, 직원복장의 단정함, 대기시간을 위한 휴식 공간, 주변접근성, 스넥코너의 다양성, 전반적 청결도로 나타났다. 제 IV사분면은 과잉노력 지양 영역으로 상영관 온도의 적정성과 서비스 숙련도로 나타났다.

효율적인 OLED FAB 경유 반송 개선 알고리즘 (An Efficient Algorithm for Improving Detour in OLED FAB)

  • OLED Display fabrication system is one of the most complicated discrete processing systems in the world. As the glass size grows from $550{\times}650mm$ to $1,500{\times}1,850mm$ in recent years, the efficiency of Automated Material Handling System (AMHS) has become very important and OLED glass manufacturers are trying to improve the overall efficiency of AMHS. Aiming to meet the demand for high efficiency of transportation, various kind of approaches have been applied for improving dispatching rules and facility layout, while simultaneously considering the system parameters such as glass cassettes due date, waiting time, and stocker buffer status. However, these works did not suggest the operational policy and conditions of distribution systems, especially for handling unnecessary material flows such as detour. Based on this motivation, in this paper, we proposed an efficient algorithm for improving detour transportation in OLED FAB. Specifically, we considered an OLED FAB simplifying OLED production environment in a Korean company, where four stockers are constructed for the delivery of Lot in a bay and linked to processing equipments. We developed a simulation model using Automod and performed a numerical experiment using real operational data to test the performance of three operation policies under considerations. We showed that a competitive policy for assigning alternative stocker in case of detour was superior to the current dedicated policy using a specified stocker and other considered policies.

초산모 영아의 월령별 모유수유양상 및 모유수유건강행위실천에 관한 연구 (Breast-feeding & Breast-feeding Health Behavior among first-time mothers)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate breast-feeding and breast-feeding health behavior among korean first-time mothers and to provide basic data for promoting breast- feeding. Data were collected by interview or self report from 444 first-time mothers who visited health clinic center in the area of metropolitan, medium or small city, countryside. and whose infants were under 12 months old from January 2001 to February 2001. The results show that breast-feeding was 31.5% in a week after childbirth, 25.8% in 4 weeks after childbirth, 22.7% in 2 months, 17.8% in 3 months, 14.3% in 6 months, 2.5% in 12 months after childbirth. Breast-feeding rate was very low in Korea and the duration of breast-feeding was very short. Breast-feeding health behavior did not show significant differences by general characteristics of the subjects except area. The subjects in the health clinic center with MCN project did better breast feeding health behavior than the subject in the health clinic center without MCN project. To raise breast-feeding rate, several strategy could be suggested. Systemic education about importance and advantages of breast-feeding and desirable breast-feeding method should be provided to pregnant women and postpartum women. Childbirth leave in the work should be prolonged, and supportive facility such as nursery room should be installed for working mothers. Hospitals should follow the guideline of 'Baby Friendly Hospital Initiative' which was provided by UNISEF and WHO, including rooming-in after delivery.

Evaluation of dose distribution from 12C ion in radiation therapy by FLUKA code

  • Heavy ions have a high potential for destroying deep tumors that carry the highest dose at the peak of Bragg. The peak caused by a single-energy carbon beam is too narrow, which requires special measures for improvement. Here, carbon-12 (12C) ion with different energies has been used as a source for calculating the dose distribution in the water phantom, soft tissue and bone by the code of Monte Carlobased FLUKA code. By increasing the energy of the initial beam, the amount of absorbed dose at Bragg peak in all three targets decreased, but the trend for this reduction was less severe in bone. While the maximum absorbed dose per bone-mass unit in energy of 200 MeV/u was about 30% less than the maximum absorbed dose per unit mass of water or soft tissue, it was merely 2.4% less than soft tissue in 400 MeV/u. The simulation result showed a good agreement with experimental data at GSI Darmstadt facility of biophysics group by 0.15 cm average accuracy in Bragg peak positioning. From 200 to 400 MeV/u incident energy, the Bragg peak location increased about 18 cm in soft tissue. Correspondingly, the bone and soft tissue revealed a reduction dose ratio by 2.9 and 1.9. Induced neutrons did not contribute more than 1.8% to the total energy deposited in the water phantom. Also during 12C ion bombardment, secondary fragments showed 76% and 24% of primary 200 and 400 MeV/u, respectively, were present at the Bragg-peak position. The combined treatment of carbon ions with neutron or electron beams may be more effective in local dose delivery and also treating malignant tumors.

유비쿼터스 보건의료서비스 활성화지원 법률안의 제안 (Suggestion of Law for Supporting u-Healthcare's Activation)

  • Because Korea has the excellent informational technology, it was expected to be able to improve the accessibility to healthcare and compete with other nations in excellence through u-Healthcare. But we can't complete the excellent u-Healthcare because of the law to be able to use only the tele-counselling between doctor to doctor or doctor to nurse. First of all, we must complete the law to be able to use the improved u-Health containing of telemedicine between doctor to patient. Though other factors, the procurement of safe IT, the credibility to healthcare service provider containing of nutritionist and occupational therapist etc. are prepared for erecting u-Healthcare, we can get the final and decisive u-Health policy only by means of Law for supporting u-Healthcare's Activation. The important sections of Law for supporting u-Healthcare's Activation are as follows. Sec. 4 The Minister for Health, Welfare and Family Affairs and the dean of associated administrative division have to erect the combined plan for u-Healthcare's Activation. Sec. 11 Government and local autonomous entity can support the facility and equipment to be necessitated for using u-Healthcare to improve the medical accessibility of person in the region with poor medicine. Sec. 13 Doctor can support other doctor's medical action through IT and if there are not medical risk, doctor can give medical act directly to the special patients. Sec. 21 If pharmaceuticals is necessitated in u-Healthcare, remote doctor has to send the patient the electronic prescription and the pharmaceutist to receive the electronic prescription has to delivery the pharmaceuticals in accordance with patient's demand.

공공임무를 위한 무인이동체 탑재용 임무소프트웨어 구조 분석 (Analysis of Dedicated Mission Software Architecture for Unmanned Vehicles for Public Mission)

  • 최근 무인이동체를 활용한 서비스 수요가 다양해지고 무인이동체 서비스 시장의 규모가 급격하게 증가하고 있다. 특히 산불 진압, 우편 배송, 시설 관리 등 공공임무 분야에서의 무인이동체 활용 서비스 요구도가 높아지고 있다. 이러한 요구도의 증가와 함께 무인이동체 기반의 다양한 임무 수행을 지원하기 위한 무인이동체 탑재용 임무소프트웨어 개발의 중요도가 갈수록 높아지고 있는 추세이다. 공통화 된 임무소프트웨어 개발을 위해서는 다양한 공공기관에서 공통적으로 필요한 임무 분석을 통해 재사용 가능한 기능들을 라이브러리로 개발하고, 이를 활용하여 무인이동체 관련 기업들이 쉽게 임무소프트웨어를 개발할 수 있도록 구조 설계가 이루어져야 한다. 본 논문에서는 공공임무용 무인이동체 전용 임무소프트웨어 연구 동향에 대해서 언급하고, 소프트웨어 개발을 위한 정형화된 임무소프트웨어의 구조 설계를 제안한다. 마지막으로, 임무소프트웨어와 데이터 플랫폼 간 데이터 전송 아키텍처를 제안한다.

철근 사출 궤적 추적을 위한 시작지점 검출 방법 (Start Point Detection Method for Tracing the Injection Path of Steel Rebars)

  • 최근 제조 공정을 개선하려는 기업들은 스마트 팩토리를 도입, 이에 따른 도약이 특별히 눈에 띈다. 이는 최소한의 수동 제어를 통해 완벽하게 생산시설의 프로세스를 수행하는 스마트 팩토리의 영역을 최대화하고 추론의 오차를 최소화 하는 것이 최종 목적이다. 본 연구는 무인 생산, 관리, 포장, 배송 관리를 위한 프로젝트의 일부로써 무인생산의 자동화 설비의 철근 추적을 통해 롤러의 자동 교정을 수행하기 위해 철근 추적 시작점 검출에 대한 연구이며, 시작지점부터 끝점까지의 위치를 정확히 추적해야 하는 요구사항을 만족해야 한다. 추적성능을 높이기 위해서는 시작점 설정이 주요한데 기존의 시간 기반 검출방법을 통해서는 조도, 분진 등 환경에 따라 추적오류의 발생 확률이 높다. 본 논문에서는 환경에 따른 오차를 줄이기 위해 고속 IR카메라의 평균 밝기 변화를 이용한 시작점 검출 방법을 제안하며, 제안 사항을 통해 15%이상의 성능 향상을 확인하였다.
