  • 1. Boys and girls in our country are recommended to take 2,400 calorie a day, but the pupils in this school take no more than $500{\sim}600$ calorie from their lunches. They must take 800 calorie a meal. According to the weight ($40{\sim}43kg$, on the average) the necessary calorie a meal is 700. To raise the calorie, the side dish must be reformed from Gimchi or Ggagdugi to protein and fat food. 2. The average distance to the school is not far, but their bags are too heavy (about 5kg). It prevents them from approving their physical constitution. 3. Except the chest of the girls, the degree of the physical development is inferior to that of Kyongkydo, the Development of Education, or that of Japan. In short, the low degree of the physical development is caused by the low calorie and the heavy bags, as shown in Lee & Yonsei.

  • Over the past decades, financial markets have been integrated across countries while income inequality has increased in most countries. This paper studies the effect of financial market integration on income inequality and investigates whether this effect varies with the degree of financial market development. We find empirical evidence that financial market integration and financial market development interact to change income inequality. Specifically, the effect of financial market integration on income inequality is nonlinear, and the degree of financial market development plays an important role. Opening financial markets worsens income inequality in the countries holding the underdeveloped state of financial markets, however, the effect of capital account openness on income inequality is statistically insignificant in the countries with developed financial markets.

  • The 360 degree panoramas are picture of a wide range of images on one screen, so we can see a fairly wide range at a time. In particular, cylinderical panoramas are the most widely used spherical image, and its left and right viewing angles reach 360 degree, so you can observe front, rear, left, and right at once. Using 360 degree panorama, all directions can be monitored at the same time, so all directions can be effectively monitored compared to other methods. In this paper, we develop a system to recognize and track the movement of moving objects on a 360 degree panorama, and then present and verify the experimental results. For this goals, first, we developed a system to recognize moving objects in 360 degree panorama using DoF(Difference of Frame) algorithm. Second, based on the TLD algorithm, we developed an application that can track a specific single moving object in a 360 degree panorama and presented the experimental results.

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the needs of dental hygiene students at a lifelong education center of a three-year-course college for a credit bank system. The subjects in this study were 200 dental hygiene students at a college located in J, which offered courses of a credit bank system. A survey was conducted from May 19 to 23, 2008, to gather data on the acquisition of a bachelor's degree and the credit bank system, and the answer sheets from 184 respondents(92%) were collected. After the collected data were analyzed with SPSS/WIN 12.0 program, the following findings were given: 1. In regard to an intention of taking a bachelor's degree, the largest number of the students investigated(74.5%) intended to do that if they had any chance. As for the reason, 55.6% wanted to get the degree in pursuit of their own personal development. 2. Concerning how to win a bachelor's degree, the largest group that accounted for 63.0% preferred the credit bank systems of college lifelong education centers. 41.8% got interested in the credit bank system mainly because their acquaintances informed them of it. It shows that colleges should reinforce publicity activities if they want to offer the credit bank system. 3. The quality of educational programs and cost had an impact on the choice of an educational institution when they planned to get a bachelor's degree from the credit bank system. Therefore excellent educational programs should be provided, and the government should provide learners with economic help and fund educational institutions. 4. As to comparison of a regular college and the credit bank system as a way to get a bachelor's degree, that was considered to be helpful for finding a job(a mean of 3.39) and for the development of sociability(3.22). That was also deemed to be of use for the improvement of practical job performance, to win public recognition and to be helpful for being well-cultivated, though not many students had those opinions. They took a different view according to academic year(p<.05). 5. Regarding the expected effects of getting a degree from the credit bank system, the greatest group expected it to step up their personal development(3.85). The second largest group expected it to boost job efficacy(3.30), and the students whose academic year was higher had a better opinion. 6. As for future directions for the credit bank system, the largest group put emphasis on the improvement of social perception through intensive P.R. and the enhancement of the qualifications of professors and lecturers(4.02). These opinions were more stressed by the juniors than by the sophomores and seniors, and academic year made a significant difference to their views(p<.05).

  • The objective of this study is to see how a country's level of democracy impacts the relationship between financial development and income disparity. We argue that political regimes, supported by their degree of democracy, are important for various decentralization theories to predict the impact of financial development on income inequality. Our study tests this argument using Vietnam time series data for the period 2000-2020 through the ARDL model. The financial development variable is represented by five proxies, the income inequality variable is represented by the GINI coefficient and the role of democracy is represented by the Freedom House Index. Data serving for the study is taken from data sources with high reliability. The results of the study have strong evidence that (1) financial development has a positive impact on income inequality, (2) democratic government will reduce national income inequality. (3) And a higher degree of democracy tends to mitigate the positive impact of financial development on income inequality. Thus, our study contributes to the literature by providing a new look at the mixed results regarding the relationship between financial development and theoretical income inequality. Finally, the article provides policy implications for the Government of Vietnam.

  • In the study it is assumed that regional characteristics of each Ri within a Myeon are different in certain degrees. This assumption implies that in some case of rural planning, Goon(county) or Myeon may be inadequate as a planning unit. because regional characteristics within Myeon will vary in a considerable degree. The objective of this study is to obtain knowledge relevant to ascertaining planning units by classifying entire number of Ri in Ansung Goon according to the components of regionality, namely the degree of sustaining agriculture and the degree of urbanizing. There was a significant variation among Ri within a Myeon the degree of sustaining agriculture as well as in the degree of urbanizing. In this study it is implied that rural program planning of Goon as a whole seems to be irrelevant. And planning Myeon level programs needs eventually adjustments in such a way of eliminating areas(Ri) which are of inconsistent character. Some planning such as farming cooperation may be efficient if they are to be undertaken at Ri basis. If the program planning include such activities of marketing and cooperative use of facilities, a group of Ri in consistent nature of regionality can be a unit of planning.

  • Hydration is the main reason for the growth of the material properties. A exact parameter to control the chemical and physical process is not the time, but the degree of hydration. Therefore, it is reasonable that development all material properties should be formulated in terms of degree of hydration. Mathematical formulation of degree of hydration is based on combination of reaction rate functions. The effect of moisture conditions as well as temperature on the rate of reaction is considered in the degree of hydration model. This effect is subdivided into two contributions: water shortage and water distribution. The former is associated with the effect of on the progress of hydration. The water needed for progress of hydration do not exist and there is not enough space for the reaction products to form. The latter is associated with the effect of free capillary water distribution in the pore system. Physically absorption layer does not contribute to progress of hydration and only free water is available for further hydration.
