In the 4th Industrial Revolution, the healthcare industry is undergoing a paradigm shift from post-care and management systems based on diagnosis and treatment to disease prevention and management based on personal precision medicine. To optimize medical services for individual patients, an open ecosystem for the healthcare industry that allows the exchange and utilization of personal health records (PHRs) is required. However, under the current system of hospital-centered data management, it is difficult to implement the linking and sharing of PHRs in practice. To address this problem, in this study, we present the design and implementation of a patient-centered PHR platform using blockchain technology. This platform achieved transparency and reliability in information management by eliminating the risk of leakage and tampering/altering personal information, which could occur when using a PHR. In addition, the patient-consent system was applied to a PHR; thus, the patient acted as the user with ownership. The proposed blockchain-based PHR platform enables the integration of personal medical information with scattered distribution across multiple hospitals, and allows patients to freely use their health records in their daily lives and emergencies. The proposed platform is expected to serve as a stepping stone for patient-centered healthcare data management and utilization.

최근 IT, 모바일 기술의 발전으로 공간정보는 국민생활과 국가경제의 인프라 역할을 수행하고 있으며, SNS 소셜커머스를 비롯한 많은 어플리케이션에서 공간정보를 활용하여 다양한 서비스를 제공하고 있다. 이와 관련하여 국가 공간정보 서비스를 안정적으로 제공할 수 있는 공간정보 오픈플랫폼 서비스(VWorld)의 등장에 사람들의 관심이 크게 증가하고 있다. 그러나 현재 공간정보 오픈플랫폼 시스템은 실시간 모니터링 시스템이 도입되지 않은 상태로 오픈플랫폼의 실시간 부하 및 사용 현황을 파악하는데 많은 어려움이 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 오픈플랫폼 시스템의 웹 사용자로그정보를 이용하여 데이터 전송량, 네트워크 점유율, 서비스 방문자 수, Hit 건수, 접속 경로, 주요 이용 콘텐츠와 관련된 사용현황을 분석하고 그 결과를 제시하고자 한다. 본 연구에서 제시한 결과가 오픈플랫폼 서비스의 모든 사용 현황을 파악하기에는 부족한 면이 있지만, 해마다 변화하는 오픈플랫폼의 사용현황을 파악하기 위한 기본 자료로, 또한 오픈플랫폼 시스템 확장에 있어서의 기초자료로서 활용이 가능할 것으로 기대된다.

Technological innovation can be both an opportunity and a crisis to take the initiative in the ecosystem, and companies are constantly competing to lead the platform within the ecosystem, including innovation in new products and services, absorption or integration of related industries. To cope with this rapid change in the environment today, it is essential to define the corporate ecosystem and platform business, and to understand the role and characteristics of users. This study seeks to conduct research on the usefulness, enjoyment, technicality, facilitation conditions, and causes of social impact on platform service loyalty to users of Kakao services. And this study will enable platform service providers through apps to use them as the basis for building business strategies in the service introduction phase.

This work presents a test platform for the assessment and benchmarking of modern actuators which have been specifically developed for the new field and service robotics applications. This versatile platform has been designed for the comparative analysis of actuators of dissimilar technology and operating conditions. It combines a modular design to adapt to linear and rotational actuators of different sizes, shapes and functions, as well as those with different load capacities, power and displacement. This test platform emulates the kinematics of robotic joints while an adaptive antagonist-load actuator allows reproducing the variable dynamic loads that actuators used in real robotics applications will be subjected to. A data acquisition system is used for monitoring and analyzing test actuator performance. The test platform combines hardware and software in the loop to allow actuator performance characterization. The use of the proposed test platform is demonstrated through the characterization and benchmarking of three controllable impedance actuators recently being incorporated into modern robotics.

The purpose of this study is to analyze various energy platforms using data in the US and to suggest directions and implications. Some of the leading energy platforms are selected and analyzed based on the opening platform model. We focus on the case analysis of the US utility companies. In case of the horizontal open platform, Green Button sponsor's 'Connect My Data (CMD)' driven by the government invites the utility companies to jointly develop the sponsor's data solution. In case of the vertical open platform, the certification program 'Share My Data (SMD)' allows backward compatibility, because the technical improvement is minimal. The utility companies benchmark Amazon's three-sided market mediation and prefer platform and category exclusivity. For the former, they have data analytics companies like Enervee, Opower and for the latter, they have electronics manufactures and energy service providers (ESPs) like Distributed Energy Resources (DERs). Based on this US case study, we suggest the energy platforms to open their platform for renewable energy supply, energy conservation, high-efficiency products, and residential DER dissemination. To successfully implement the government's energy transition policy, the US platforms should be benchmarked as a business model. Especially, it is needed for them to coordinate a platform ecosystem. To ensure trust in the products and services offered on the marketplace platform, platform's certification program is helpful.

공공도서관 웹사이트를 통해 제공되는 도서관 프로그램 정보는 대부분 비정형 데이터로 서지정보와 같이 체계적으로 생산하고 활용할 수 없어 기존의 도서관 빅데이터 연구나 사례에서 충분히 활용하지 못하고 있으며 웹사이트 개편이나 담당자 변경 시 사라질 위험도 있다. 이 연구에서는 비정형으로 생산되는 공공도서관 문화프로그램 및 커뮤니티 서비스 데이터를 수집, 분석하여 서지데이터와 연계하여 활용할 수 있는 데이터 스키마를 개발하고, 공공도서관 문화프로그램과 커뮤니티 서비스 데이터의 공유 및 활용, 그리고 문화프로그램 기획자인 사서간의 정보 채널로서 역할을 할 수 있는 도서관 빅데이터 플랫폼 구축안을 제시하였다. 이를 통해 서지데이터에 문화프로그램과 커뮤니티 서비스 정보를 연계함으로써 장서 기반 서비스를 확충할 수 있고 도서관 웹사이트에 게재되는 도서관 프로그램 데이터를 도서관 빅데이터 플랫폼으로 통합 관리함으로써 업무의 연속성을 확보하고, 개별 도서관의 특화된 서비스 이력을 체계적으로 관리·보존할 수 있다.

웹 2.0은 정보의 개방을 통해 인터넷 사용자들 간의 정보 공유와 참여를 이끌어내고 이를 통해 정보의 가치를 지속적으로 증대시키는 것으로 누구든지 웹에서 제공하는 각종 데이터를 활용하여 다양한 서비스를 생산할 수 있는 플랫폼으로서의 웹(Web as Platform)환경을 의미한다. 이에 본 논문에서는 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅을 실현하기 위해 도처에 설치되어 있는 임베디드 컴퓨터로부터 정보 및 서비스를 받을 수 있도록 임베디드 환경 지원을 위한 웹 기술을 연구한다. 즉, 웹 2.0의 트랜드인 공유와 개방을 지원하기 위해 임베디드 시스템에 탑재되어 실시간으로 다양한 정보 및 서비스를 다수의 인터넷 사용자에게 제공할 수 있는 Open API 서비스를 제공하는 플랫폼을 설계한다.

클라우드(Cloud) 기술이 적용되는 영역은 기술의 발전과 서비스의 다양화로 점차 확대되고 있다. 방송 플랫폼에도 투자 효율화, 운영 효율화, 서비스 경쟁력 확보 등의 측면에서 클라우드 기술이 도입되고 있다. 최근 국내에서는 클라우드 방송 플랫폼이 UI와 서비스에 도입되면서 서비스 경쟁이 가속화 되고 있다. 클라우드 방송 기술은 단말기의 자원과 소프트웨어 구조에 종속성 없이 서비스를 제공하고, 단말기 별로 분리되어 관리되고 있던 UI와 서비스를 서버기반으로 통합하여 운영될 수 있도록 한다. 논문에서는 클라우드 방송 플랫폼에 대해서 설명하고 적용 효과에 대해서 설명한다.

본 기법(CORD)은 2016년부터 착수한 한국형 e-Navigation사업 중 한화시스템의 대용량 데이터 처리 플랫폼(Data Service Platform, 이하 DSP)의 현장 운용성을 증대시키기 위해 실시간으로 DSP의 상태를 진단하는 알고리즘이다. 항해 중인 선박이 DSP에 요청하는 다양한 서비스에 즉시 응답하기 위해서는 DSP의 논리적, 물리적 오류 발생 가능한 상황을 인지하고 부하를 최소화하여 DSP가 항상 정상상태를 유지하도록 하는 것이 중요하며, 이는 현장 운용성을 극대화, 즉 끊김없는(Seamless) 서비스의 제공과 일맥상통한다. 따라서 DSP의 자원 및 동작 상태를 실시간으로 감시하고 다수의 선박요청을 최적으로 재구성하여 DSP의 정상상태를 유지시키는 기능을 구현함으로써, 선박 요청에 대한 DSP의 응답소요시간의 저감 및 선박 서비스의 제공 성공률을 비약적으로 향상시켜 DSP의 운용성 증가를 실현하게 하였다.

Healthcare lifelog, a personal record relating to disease treatment and healthcare, plays an important role in healthcare paradigm shifts in which medical and information technology converge. Healthcare services based on various healthcare lifelogs are being launched domestically by both large corporations and small and medium enterprises, however, they are being built on an individual platform that is dependent on each company. Therefore, the terms of lifelog data are different as well as the measurement specifications are not uniform. This study proposes a reference model for minimum common data required for sharing and utilization of healthcare lifelog. Literature study and expert survey derived 3 domain, 17 essential items, and 51 sub-items. The model provides definition, measurement data format, measurement method, and precautions for each detailed measurement item, and provides necessary guidelines for data and service design and construction for healthcare service. This study has its significance as a basic research supporting the activation of ecosystem by ensuring interoperability of data between heterogeneous healthcare devices linked to digital healthcare platform.
