Objectives: Many governments have imposed-and are still imposing-mobility restrictions to contain the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic. However, there is no consensus on whether policy-induced reductions of human mobility effectively reduce the effective reproduction number (Rt) of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2). Several studies based on country-restricted data reported conflicting trends in the change of the SARS-CoV-2 Rt following mobility restrictions. The objective of this study was to examine, at the global scale, the existence of regional specificities in the correlations between Rt and human mobility. Methods: We computed the Rt of SARS-CoV-2 using data on worldwide infection cases reported by the Johns Hopkins University, and analyzed the correlation between Rt and mobility indicators from the Google COVID-19 Community Mobility Reports in 125 countries, as well as states/regions within the United States, using the Pearson correlation test, linear modeling, and quadratic modeling. Results: The correlation analysis identified countries where Rt negatively correlated with residential mobility, as expected by policymakers, but also countries where Rt positively correlated with residential mobility and countries with more complex correlation patterns. The correlations between Rt and residential mobility were non-linear in many countries, indicating an optimal level above which increasing residential mobility is counterproductive. Conclusions: Our results indicate that, in order to effectively reduce viral circulation, mobility restriction measures must be tailored by region, considering local cultural determinants and social behaviors. We believe that our results have the potential to guide differential refinement of mobility restriction policies at a country/regional resolution.
The purpose of this study is to examine the social perception of disaster safety education for young children based on Textom big data and to explore the direction of young children's disaster safety education. Researchers collected and analyzed online text data using the keywords 'young children+disaster+safety education' from portal websites from 2014 to 2017. The raw data were then subjected to first and second data refinement process. Based on the frequency analysis results, 50 keywords were selected, and the selected keywords were converted into matrix data for network analysis. The results of the study are: first, the most frequently appeared keyword together with young children's disaster safety education was 'education', followed by 'experience', 'kindergarten', 'prevention', and 'school.' Second, keywords with high centrality in the analysis of centrality also were 'education', 'experience', and 'prevention'. In addition, keywords like 'prevention', 'life', and 'evacuation' appear higher in connection-centricity than frequency ranking, which means that the degree of connection between the words is high. These results suggest that young children need education in during early childhood in order to improve their disaster safety skills, and disaster safety education should be accomplished through 'prevention' and 'experience' in early childhood education institutions.
The purpose of this study is to analyze the social perception of invention education center using big data analysis method. For this purpose, data from January 2014 to September 2021 were collected using the Textom website as a keyword searched for 'invention+education+center' in blogs, cafes, and news channels of NAVER and DAUM website. The collected data was refined using the Textom website, and text mining analysis and semantic network analysis were performed by the Textom website, Ucinet 6, and Netdraw programs. The collected data were subjected to a primary and secondary refinement process and 60 keywords were selected based on the word frequency. The selected key words were converted into matrix data and analyzed by semantic network analysis. As a result of text mining analysis, it was confirmed that 'student', 'operation', 'Korea Invention Promotion Association', and 'Korean Intellectual Property Office' were the meaningful keywords. As a result of semantic network analysis, five clusters could be identified: 'educational operation', 'invention contest', 'education process and progress', 'recruitment and support for business', and 'supervision and selection institution'. Through this study, it was possible to confirm various meaningful social perceptions of the general public in relation to invention education center on the internet. The results of this study will be used as basic data that provides meaningful implications for researchers and policy makers studying for invention education.

XQuery query proposed by W3C is one of the standard query languages for XML data and is widely accepted by many applications. Therefore the studies for efficient Processing of XQuery query have become a topic of critical importance recently and the optimization of XQuery query is one of new issues in these studies. However, previous researches just focus on the optimization techniques for a specific XML data management system and these optimization techniques can not be used under the any XML data management systems. Also, some previous researches use predefined XML data structure information such as XML schema or DTD for the optimization. In the real situation, however applications do not all refer to the structure information for XML data. Therefore, this paper analyzes only a XQuery query and optimize by using itself of the XQuery query. In this paper, we propose 3 kinds of optimization method that considers the characteristic of XQuery query. First method removes the redundant expressions described in XQuery query second method replaces the processing order of operation and clause in XQuery query and third method rewrites the XQuery query based on FOR clause. In case of third method, we consider FOR clause because generally FOR clause generates a loop in XQuery query and the loop often rises to execution frequency of redundant operation. Through a performance evaluation, we show that the processing time for rewritten queries is less than for original queries. also each method in our XQuery query optimizer can be used separately because the each method is independent.
Purpose - Franchise industries are significant both socially and economically. However, with increasing interest, there are manifold problems. It is necessary to seek measures for mature operation constantly despite unprepared franchisors, negative perceptions of the media and society toward franchise, and rapid changes in business start-up trends and propensity to consume that make business start-ups difficult. The paper aims to explain the effects of relational commitment and performance on the franchisor's management characteristics and justice in the food service franchise system. Research design, data, and methodology - This is an exploratory survey examining franchising in Korea. Based on a literature synthesis, we extract five constructs: managerial characteristics, support, fairness, trust, and satisfaction. We hypothesize that these factors influence the trust, satisfaction, and performance of franchisees. To examine these hypotheses empirically, we conducted a survey on the database of the Franchising Council of Korea. The study employs data from May to September 2014. In total, 135 completed questionnaires were received, of which 128 were usable. The data was analyzed with SPSS/PC 22.0. First, to test unidimensionality and nomological validity of the measures of each construct, we employed a scale refinement procedure. The result of a reliability test with Cronbach's α and factor analysis warranted unidimensionality of the measures for each construct. In addition, nomological validity of the measures was warranted from the result of the correlation and regression analysis. By analyzing the data, we can confirm most hypotheses. Results - Frist, franchisor characteristics have a positive effect on trust and satisfaction. Second, franchisor fairness has an effect on trust and satisfaction. Third, franchisor support has an effect on satisfaction. Further, the franchisee trust has an effect on satisfaction. Fourth, the satisfaction of a franchisee with a franchisor affects the performance of a franchisee. Finally, there is a possibility that not only franchisee performance but also increasing the credibility and improving the image of the franchisor through communication between franchisor and franchisee can improve franchisees' performance and satisfaction by motivating the franchisee for sustainable growth. Franchisers should endeavor for franchisees to obtain stable revenue with continuous and practical support. They should recognize that they can expand their business by supporting their franchisees. Franchisors should not only instantly respond to franchisees' troubles with interactive communications but also raise the ability of supervisors for better support. Franchisors should share their visions and goals with their franchisees and provide systematic and continuous support based on trust and clear company management. Franchisees should understand franchisors' position as well as participate in establishing the basic franchise system. Contributions - The paper contributes to understanding franchising in Korea. It offers insights and assistance to franchisors hoping to start franchises. This paper explores measurement issues related to franchisee performance by estimating its determinant factors (managerial characteristics, support, fairness, trust, and satisfaction). This study provides franchisors and practitioners planning to extend their franchising business with some practical knowledge.

It is very important to assess spatial data quality of a digital map produced through digital map generalization. In this study, as a aspect of spatial data quality maintenance, we examined the tolerate range of theoretical expectation accuracy and established the quality assessment standard in spatial data for the transformed digital map data do not act contrary to the digital map specifications and the digital map accuracy of the relational scale. And, transforming large scale digital map to small scale, if we reduce complexity through processes as simplification, smoothing, refinement and so on., the spatial position change may be always happened. thus, because it is very difficult to analyse the spatial accuracy of the transformed position, we used the buffering as assessment method of spatial accuracy in digital map generalization procedure. Although the tolerated range of generic positioning error for l/l, 000 and l/5, 000 scale is determined based on related law, because the algorithms adapted to each processing elements have different property each other, if we don't determine the suitable parameter and tolerance, we will not satisfy the result after generalization procedure with tolerated range of positioning error. The results of this study test which is about the parameters of each algorithm based on tolerated range showed that the parameter of the simplification algorithm and the positional accuracy are 0.2617 m, 0.4617 m respectively.

Records on Japanese "Comfort Women" have been individually managed by private sectors or institutions, and some are provided as digital archives on the Internet. However, records of digital archives differ in the composition and representation of metadata by individual institutions. Meanwhile, there is a lack of a consistent structure to describe the relationships between and among these records, leading to their fragmentation and disconnectedness. This paper proposes a knowledge model for interlinking the digital archival resources and builds a knowledge graph by integrating the records from distributed digital archives. It derives common elements by analyzing metadata from the diverse digital archives and expresses them in standard vocabularies to semantically describe multiple entities and relationships of the digital archival resources. In particular, the study includes the refinement of collected data to search and thread dispersed records and the enrichment of external data to provide significant contextual information of records. An evaluation of the knowledge graph is performed via a query measuring the (dis)connectivity between the distributed records. As a result, the knowledge graph is capable of interlinking and retrieving fragmented records, providing substantial contextual information on the records with external data enrichment, and searching accurately to match the user's intentions through semantic-based queries.

The barium rich region of the Y-Ba-Cu-O-C system includes a tetragonal perovskite-like phase, which possesses a wide homogeneity region toward yttrium, copper and carbonate ion on the one hand, and toward oxygen, on the other hand. Accounting for vacancies ($\square$-vacancy) this phase could be described by the general formula per unit cell: {Ba$_8$}[Y$_{3-z}$Cu$_{5-x}$$(CO_3)_n$$\square$$_{x+x-n}$]O$_{y{\pm}{\delta}y}$ (*). Here, cube-octahedral sites are represented in braces, while quasioctahedral ones with proper octahedral (Y, Cul), square (Cu2) and triangular (CO$_3$) configuration are shown in square brackets. The formula (*) was confirmed by full-profile Rietveld refinement based on X-ray diffraction data of YBa$_{5}$Cu$_2$O$_y$ (1-5-2 phase). Homogeneity region limits of the phase (*) at 96$0^{\circ}C$ in air were determined to be -0.33$\leq$x$\leq$1.80, 0.33$\leq$z$\leq$2.00, 0$\leq$n$\leq$3.
This study analyzes online news articles and cafe articles on the '5-day Rotation Mask Distribution System', which is emerging as a recent issue due to the COVID-19 incident, to identify the mass media and social media agendas containing media and public reactions. This study figured out the difference between mass media and social media. For analysis, we collected 2,096 full text articles from Naver and 1,840 posts from Naver Cafe, and conducted word frequency analysis, word cloud, and LDA topic modeling analysis through data preprocessing and refinement. As a result of analysis, social media showed real-life topics such as 'family members' purchase', 'the postponement of school opening', ' mask usage', and 'mask purchase', reflecting the characteristics of personal media. Social media was found to play a role of exchanging personal opinions, emotions, and information rather than delivering information. With the application of the research method applied to this study, social issues can be publicized through various media analysis and used as a reference in the process of establishing a policy agenda that evolves into a government agenda.
