본 논문에서는 에너지 데이터 플랫폼에서의 데이터 거래 가이드라인을 연구 및 제안한다. 타 산업에서의 데이터 플랫폼들의 현황과 에너지 데이터 플랫폼 구조를 분석하여 에너지 데이터 거래에서의 이해관계자를 정의한다. 또한, 타 산업에서의 데이터 거래가이드를 분석하여 에너지 거래 가이드 구성요소와 거래 계약 거래 원칙을 정의한다. 에너지 데이터 거래 가이드의 구성 요소로는 데이터 거래 이해관계자 정의, 데이터 거래 유형, 데이터 거래 유형별 거래 계약 원칙, 데이터 구매 및 판매비용 산정 방안, 데이터 플랫폼 이용료 산정 방안, 데이터 거래시 법적 쟁점으로 구성된다. 본 연구에서는 데이터 거래 이해관계자 정의, 데이터 거래 유형, 데이터 거래 유형별 거래 계약 원칙에 대해 정의하였다.

Objectives: The demand for hospice has been increasing among patients with cancer. This study examined the current hospice referral scenario for terminally ill cancer patients and created a data form to collect hospice information and a modified health information exchange (HIE) form for a more efficient referral system for terminally ill cancer patients. Methods: Surveys were conducted asking detailed information such as medical instruments and patient admission policies of hospices, and interviews were held to examine the current referral flow and any additional requirements. A task force team was organized to analyze the results of the interviews and surveys. Results: Six hospices completed the survey, and 3 physicians, 2 nurses, and 2 hospital staff from a tertiary hospital were interviewed. Seven categories were defined as essential for establishing hospice data. Ten categories and 40 data items were newly suggested for the existing HIE document form. An implementation guide for the Consolidated Clinical Document Architecture developed by Health Level 7 (HL7 CCDA) was also proposed. It is an international standard for interoperability that provides a framework for the exchange, integration, sharing, and retrieval of electronic health information. Based on these changes, a hospice referral scenario for terminally ill cancer patients was designed. Conclusions: Our findings show potential improvements that can be made to the current hospice referral system for terminally ill cancer patients. To make the referral system useful in practice, governmental efforts and investments are needed.

Tree algorithms have been widely developed for regression problems. One of the good features of a regression tree is the flexibility of fitting because it can correctly capture the nonlinearity of data well. Especially, data with sudden structural breaks such as the price of oil and exchange rates could be fitted well with a simple mixture of a few piecewise linear regression models. Now that split points are determined by chi-squared statistics related with residuals from fitting piecewise linear models and the split variable is chosen by an objective criterion, we can get a quite reasonable fitting result which goes in line with the visual interpretation of data. The piecewise linear regression by a regression tree can be used as a good fitting method, and can be applied to a dataset with much fluctuation.

Purpose - The concept of lifetime job has disappeared, and men are interested in business foundation to work continuously with similar jobs. The value of business foundation is thought to be important in accordance with the viewpoint of society, government, individuals and family. Research design, data, and methodology - The economic exchange between South Korea and China has been expanded, and they are likely to play an important role in entry into China by business foundation in accordance with economic exchange between the two countries. As Korean residents inflow overseas, small businessmen business foundation shall be given attention scientifically and Korean Chinese business foundation shall be given attention as well. Results - The study investigated the effects on psychological characteristics and small business foundation motives upon business foundation will by using models. Self-efficacy and self achievement had positive influence upon small business foundation of Korean Chinese. The use of control variable had explanatory power (29.6%). Conclusions - The findings would help the government's small business foundation system to promote small business foundation and to be a guide for expansion in Korean Chinese's small business markets. An education program should be developed to strengthen Korean Chinese's self efficacy considering psychological characteristics.

In an effort to decrease aviation accident worldwide, development of aviation safety management has been sought through aviation index and standardization, both by establishing SMS(Safety Management System). It also needs to be done in the domestic. both study on SMS which ICAO recommends and setting the top priority safety goal, each differently classified by nations. Accordingly, defining safety index and developing continuous monitoring approach. Aircraft accident reporting system in Air Force does not operate in a open approach method due to its uniqueness related to mission achievement. Therefore, limits of utilizing the recent worldwide aircraft data sharing and analyzing results to prevent accident is inevitable. This paper introduces an overview of ECCAIRS 5 which become the standard for the recent worldwide aviation safety reporting and data exchange system. Also using ECCAIRS 5, aircraft accident cases of the Air Force are classified such as accident type, year, month, occurrence category, and flight phase. The result of the study will provide a guide line for utilizing the civil system in prevention of future military aviation accidents.

What is the relationship between city diplomacy and public diplomacy in the United States? Whilst this question is often raised among scholars and practitioners of public diplomacy, a concrete and systematic response to it seems difficult to locate. This paper addresses the question by relying on earlier research based on empirical analysis of data from semi-structured interviews with city officials with international purview in the United States as well as with current and former officials at the U.S. Department of State who have worked on topics related to city diplomacy. The research and analysis that informs this paper and the diagrams it offers are hinged on design principles and adopt an architecture studio style approach to data analysis. Further, multidimensional scaling and correspondence analysis are used to visualize the convergence and divergence between the functions of public diplomacy, as introduced by Nicholas Cull, and the functions of city diplomacy that this paper introduces. This is done to first, provide a framework for understanding the dynamics between city diplomacy and public diplomacy; and second, uncover the policy intervention space that could guide policies for making U.S. city diplomacy and public diplomacy more strategically aligned.

XML이 인터넷상의 데이터 교환의 표준으로 대두되면서 데이터 모델이나 플랫폼에 관계없이 데이터의 전송이 가능하게 되었다. 특히 데이터 중심의 XML문서의 경우 전송시의 부하를 줄이기 위해 DTD 없이 전송되는 경우가 일반적이다. 그러한 이유로 전송받은 XML 데이터를 효율적으로 저장하고 질의를 최적화하며 또한 관계형 데이터베이스에 저장된 기존의 데이터를 XML 형태로 출력하기 위해서는 DTD가 없는 XML 문서로부터 관계형 스키마의 추출이 필수적으로 요구된다. 따라서 이 논문에서는 반구조적 데이터의 스키마 추출기법인 최대/최소 경계 스키마 추출 기법을 이용하여 DTD가 없는 XML문서로부터 관계형 스키마를 생성하고 이를 바탕으로 XML 데이터를 저장하는 방법으로 제시한다. 특히, 반구조적 데이터 최소 경계 스키마를 추출하는데 있어서 기존의 데이터로그보다 효율적인 방법인 시뮬레이션을 제안함으로써 관계형 스키마를 생성하는데 있어서 보다 향상된 방법을 보여준다.

지하철은 수도권 및 주요 광역지자체에서 버스와 함께 대표적으로 수도권 시민이 가장 많이 이용하는 교통수단이이나 관련 연구 결과를 살펴보면 안내표지에 대한 만족도는 낮고, 안내표지 개선이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서는 길찾기에 영향을 주는 안내표지를 대상으로 L자형 역사구조를 가진 시청역과 교대역의 안내표지 설치위치, 설치간격, 설치높이, 설치형식 및 실제 이용자를 대상으로 추적 조사, 설문조사를 수행하였다. 그 결과 시청역 및 교대역 모두 L자형의 역사 구조로 인해 이동거리가 길어 원하는 목적지로 정확하게 이동하고 있는지에 대한 확인을 필요로 하였으며, 두 역 모두 안내표지 설치개수(안내표지 과다 부착, 과소 부착), 안내표지 설치 위치(타 시설물에 가려 잘 안보임, 필요 없는 안내표지 설치), 안내표지 설치 높이(너무 낮거나 높게 설치), 기타(작은 안내표지 글씨 크기, 안내표지 내 너무 많은 정보량 존재) 등의 문제를 갖고 있었다. 이는 공간별 정보의 위계에 대한 고려 없이 모든 정보를 제공함으로써 나타난 결과로 본 연구에서는 지하철 역 내 이동(나가기, 타기, 갈아타기) 공간별/그에 따른 행위를 구분하여 L자형 역사 구조일 경우 공간별 안내표지 설치 유형을 정의하였으며, 이동경로 방향유도에 대한 구체적인 원칙을 제안하였다. 해당 연구는 향후 지하철 역 안내표지 유형 및 배치에 중요한 기초자료로 활용 가능할 것으로 판단된다.

CDISC (Clinical Data Interchanging Standards Consortium) standards are to support the acquisition, exchange, submission and archival of clinical trial and research data. SDTM (Study Data Tabulation Model) for Case Report Forms (CRFs) was recommended for U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulatory submissions since 2004. Although the SDTM Implementation Guide gives a standardized and predefined collection of submission metadata 'domains' containing extensive variable collections, transforming CRFs to SDTM files for FDA submission is still a very hard and time-consuming task. For addressing this issue, we developed metadata based SDTM mapping rules. Using these mapping rules, we also developed a semi-automatic tool, named CDISC Transformer, for transforming clinical trial data to CDISC standard compliant data. The performance of CDISC Transformer with or without MDR support was evaluated using CDISC blank CRF as the 'gold standard'. Both MDR and user inquiry-supported transformation substantially improved the accuracy of our transformation rules. CDISC Transformer will greatly reduce the workloads and enhance standardized data entry and integration for clinical trial and research in various healthcare domains.
