소독멸균 방법에 따른 초음파 스케일링 팁에 부착된 세균의 양상 (Morphological aspect of the attached bacteria by the sterilization method of the ultrasonic scaling tip)

  • Objectives: The purpose of the study was to investigate the bacterial morphology attached on ultrasonic scaler tips using no cleansing solution, alcohol cotton, liquid chemical disinfecting agent, and autoclave method. Methods: Scaling tip was applied to the mouth and the ultrasonic scaler tips were assigned to four groups. Group 1 was control group with no cleansing solution. Group 2 was treated with alcohol cotton. Group 3 was treated with 2% green Y-Na solution in liquid chemical disinfecting agent, and Group 4 was sterilized by autoclave method. Live bacteria were observed by phase contrast microscopy. The scanning electron microscopy(SEM) revealed the morphological characteristics of scaler surface. The type of attached bacteria were analyzed using SPSS 21.0 program. The data were analyzed by one-way analysis of variance(ANOVA) and Tukey's post-hoc test. Results: The types of sterilization methods had influences on the bacterial viability. The numbers of cocci, bacilli, spiral form bacteria, and filamentous bacteria was observed in $89.00{\pm}3.60%$, $29.67{\pm}3.51%$, $3.33{\pm}0.57%$ and $1.67{\pm}0.57%$ in control group, $31.67{\pm}3.51%$, $63.33{\pm}4.04%$, $2.00{\pm}1.00%$ and $1.67{\pm}0.57%$ in alcohol cotton group, $69.67{\pm}4.50%$, $12.33{\pm}2.51%$, 0% and 0% in liquid chemical disinfecting agent group, and 0.0%, 0.0%, 0.0% and 0.0% in autoclave method group. The clean surface of ultrasonic scaler tip was shown on SEM by autoclave method. Conclusions: The most effective sterilization method of ultrasonic scaler tip was the autoclave method. Autoclave method is the most effective sterilization method and can reduce the cross-infection in the dental clinic.

  • 본 연구는 난독증과 학습장애 관련 연구 동향과 키워드 네트워크 분석을 통한 관련 변인의 중심성을 알아보는데 그 목적이 있다. 2008년부터 2018년까지 학술교육학술정보원에서 제공하는 학술연구정보서비스 사이트 데이터베이스를 활용하여 연구 목록을 수집하였다. 분석대상으로 선정된 407편의 연구 주제는 키워드 클렌징 작업을 거쳐 KrKwic 프로그램을 이용하여 주요 키워드를 추출하였고 키워드 간 연결중심성을 시각화를 하기 위해 NodeXL프로그램을 활용하였다. 분석결과 다음과 같은 연구결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 난독증과 학습장애 연구주제 총 72개의 키워드가 추출되었고 주요키워드에는 학습장애, 읽기장애, 난독증, 중재반응모형 순으로 제시하고 있었다. 둘째, 난독증과 학습장애의 관련 매개 키워드 중심성을 분석한 결과 학습장애가 국내 난독증 및 학습장애 관련 연구에서 주요한 키워드로 볼 수 있다. 이러한 연구결과를 통해 난독증과 학습장애와 관련해 정량적 분석과 정성적 분석을 절충한 연구동향 분석방법을 제시하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다고 할 수 있다.

데이터마이닝 기법을 이용한 사상체질 판별함수에 관한 연구 (Study on Classification Function into Sasang Constitution Using Data Mining Techniques)

  • In this study, when we make a diagnosis of constitution using QSCC Ⅱ(Questionnaire of Sasang Constitution Classification). data mining techniques are applied to seek the classification function for improving the accuracy. Data used in the analysis are the questionnaires of 1051 patients who had been treated in Dong Eui Oriental Medical Hospital and Kyung Hee Oriental Medical Hospital. The criteria for data cleansing are the response pattern in the opposite questionnaires and the positive proportion of specific questionnaires in each constitution. And the criteria for variable selection are the test of homogeneity in frequency analysis and the coefficients in the linear discriminant function. Discriminant analysis model and decision tree model are applied to seek the classification function into Sasang constitution. The accuracy in learning sample is similar in two models, the higher accuracy in test sample is obtained in discriminant analysis model.

  • The process before the model learning stage in AI R&D can be subdivided into data collection/cleansing-data purification-data labeling. After that, according to the purpose of development, it goes through a stage of verifying the model by performing learning by using the algorithm of the artificial intelligence model. Several studies describe an important part of AI research as the learning stage, and try to increase the accuracy by changing the structure and layer of the AI model. However, if the refinement and labeling process of the learning data is tailored only to the model format and is not made for the purpose of development, the desired AI model cannot be obtained. The latest research reveals that most AI research failures are the failure of the learning data rather than the structure of the AI model. analyzed.

Application of Cost-Volume-Profit Analysis in Decision-Making by Public Universities in Vietnam

  • This paper aims to examine the application of cost-volume-profit (CVP) analysis by public universities in Vietnam. In the context where Vietnam is gradually transferring financial autonomy to public universities, the conduct of a CVP analysis in relation to these public universities is particularly urgent. Research samples were collected in 2018 and 2019 by surveying Vietnamese public universities. After collection, the data is synthesized by excel file, conformity check, data cleansing and data analysis on SPSS software by tools such as Frequency statistics, price statistics, and means. The results show that: (1) universities used the CVP analysis in decision-making, (2) information related to the CVP analysis used for decision-making by administrators remained simplistic and lacked cost-control details, and (3) the application of the CVP analysis by university administrators for decision-making was neither comprehensive nor coordinated. The findings also show that, given the current conditions in Vietnam, increasing the governance in public universities is essential, as is contributing to reducing costs, increasing universities'income, providing the best service to students, and improving the quality of training. The study calls for the flexible application of the CVP analysis, which will provide information to help managers at Vietnamese public universities make the best decisions.

Safety Evaluation of Polyethylene Glycol (PEG) Compounds for Cosmetic Use

  • Polyethylene glycols (PEGs) are products of condensed ethylene oxide and water that can have various derivatives and functions. Since many PEG types are hydrophilic, they are favorably used as penetration enhancers, especially in topical dermatological preparations. PEGs, together with their typically nonionic derivatives, are broadly utilized in cosmetic products as surfactants, emulsifiers, cleansing agents, humectants, and skin conditioners. The compounds studied in this review include PEG/PPG-17/6 copolymer, PEG-20 glyceryl triisostearate, PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil, and PEG-60 hydrogenated castor oil. Overall, much of the data available in this review are on PEGylated oils (PEG-40 and PEG-60 hydrogenated castor oils), which were recommended as safe for use in cosmetics up to 100% concentration. Currently, PEG-20 glyceryl triisostearate and PEGylated oils are considered safe for cosmetic use according to the results of relevant studies. Additionally, PEG/PPG-17/6 copolymer should be further studied to ensure its safety as a cosmetic ingredient.

The WeChat Mini Program for Smart Tourism

  • The WeChat mini program is an application embedded in WeChat that users can use without downloading and installing. After it was officially released in 2017, many travel enterprises have launched their own mini programs on the WeChat platform. This study applies affordance theory to investigate the WeChat mini program's role in tourism activities through social network analysis using the R programming language. The authors searched the topic of "how do you perceive the travel-related WeChat mini program" and then crawled the 200 comments found; 180 comments were analyzed after data cleansing. The results show that travel-related WeChat mini programs play a very important role in Chinese social network tourism activities. This paper found that WeChat played a more active role in various tourism-related interactions with Chinese social networks. Moreover, the results show how affordance theory is applied to the use of WeChat mini programs.

의치사용자의 구강건강, 의치관리 및 의치건강보험 인식에 대한 실태 조사 (Denture wearers' recognition for their oral health status, denture cleansing methods, and insurance health system)

  • 목적: 60세 이상의 의치사용자를 대상으로 구강 건강 상태, 의치 사용 및 관리 실태를 파악하여 올바른 의치 사용과 관리 중요성의 대국민 홍보 및 인식 제고를 위한 기초 자료로 활용하는 것이다. 대상 및 방법: 의치사용자의 구강건강상태, 의치성 구내염 현황 및 의치관리상태에 대해 2017년 8월 21일부터 9월 8일까지 서울 및 4대 광역시(부산, 대구, 광주, 대전)에서 60세 이상 남녀 중 현재 의치(총의치, 국소의치)를 사용하고 있는 자를 500명을 대상으로 조사하였다. 연구는 각 항목들에 대해 개별 면접 조사를 시행하였으며, 사용된 조사 항목은 응답자의 특성 8문항, 틀니 사용 현황 및 불편 경험 6문항, 구강 건강 상태(의치성 구내염 여부) 12문항, 틀니 관리 현황 7문항으로 구성되었다. 결과: 연구대상 의치사용자 중 161명(32.2%)은 본인의 구강 상태가 건강한 편으로 인식하고 있었고, 111명(22.2%)은 보통이라고 인식하고 있었다. 의치성 구내염은 208명(41.6%)에서 인지하고 있었다. 의치건강보험제도에 대해서는 조사대상자의 26.2%(131명)만이 인지하고 있었으며, 조사대상자의 65.4%(327명)의 의치사용자가 잘못된 의치 관리 방법을 사용하고 있었다. 결론: 본 연구에 따르면 의치사용자의 많은 수가 구강건강, 의치관리 및 의치건강보험에 대한 올바른 인식이 부족함을 알 수 있다.

키워드 네트워크 분석을 이용한 연구데이터 관련 국내 연구 동향 분석 (An Analysis of Domestic Research Trend on Research Data Using Keyword Network Analysis)

  • 본 연구는 연구데이터 관련 국내 연구의 동향을 파악하기 위하여 RISS에서 연구데이터 관련 논문을 수집하였으며, 데이터 정제 후 총 58건의 연구논문을 대상으로 134개의 저자 키워드를 추출하여 키워드 네트워크 분석을 수행하였다. 분석 결과, 첫째, 아직까지 국내에서 연구데이터 관련 연구의 수가 58건에 지나지 않아 추후 많은 관련 연구가 진행될 필요가 있음을 알 수 있었다. 둘째, 연구데이터 관련 연구 분야는 대부분 복합학 중 문헌정보학에 집중되어 있었다. 셋째, 연구데이터 관련 저자 키워드의 빈도분석 결과 '연구데이터관리', '연구데이터공유', '데이터리포지터리', '오픈사이언스' 등이 다빈도 주요 키워드로 분석되어 연구데이터 관련 연구는 위의 키워드를 중심으로 진행되고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 키워드 네트워크 분석 결과에서도 다빈도 키워드는 연결 중심성 및 매개 중심성에서 중심적인 위치를 차지하며 관련 연구에서 핵심 키워드에 위치하고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구의 결과를 통하여 최근의 연구데이터 관련 동향을 파악할 수 있었고, 향후 집중적으로 연구해야 하는 분야를 확인할 수 있었다.

텍스트마이닝을 활용한 패브릭 관련 DIY 의류 상품 현황 연구 (A study on the current status of DIY clothing products related to fabric using text mining)

  • This study aims to collect Big Data related to DIY clothing, analyze the results on a year-by-year basis, understand consumers' perceptions, the status, and reality of DIY clothing. The reference period for the evaluation of DIY clothing trends was set from 2012 to 2022. The data in this study was collected and analyzed using Textom, a Big Data solution program certified as a Good Software by the Telecommunications Technology Association (TTA). For the analysis of fabric-related DIY products, the keyword was set to "DIY clothing", and for data cleansing following collection, the "Espresso K" module was employed. Also, via data collection on a year-by-year basis, a total of 11 lists were generated and the collected data was analyzed by period. The following are the findings of this study's data collection on DIY clothing. The total number of keywords collected over a period of ten years on search engines "Naver" and "Google" between January 1, 2012 and December 31, 2022 was 16,315, and data trends by period indicate a continuous upward trend. In addition, a keyword analysis was conducted to analyze TF-IDF (Term Frequency-Inverse Document Frequency), a statistical measure that reflects the importance of a word within data, and the relationship with N-gram, an analysis of the correlation concerning the relationship between words. Using these results, it was possible to evaluate the popularity and growing tendency of DIY clothing products in conjunction with the evolving social environment, as well as the desire to explore DIY trends among consumers. Therefore, this study is valuable in that it provides preliminary data for DIY clothing research by analyzing the status and reality of DIY products, and furthermore, contributes to the development and production of DIY clothing.
