The Construction Standard Production Unit(CSPU) has been used for the standard cost estimate in public and private construction projects. However, It is questionable if the reliability and/or authenticity of the system is acceptable due to the lack of consistent enactment and/or revision procedures. This study identifies informational conditions and issues relative to using daily work report as a data collection method for enacting and/or revising CSPU system, and establishes the measures for improving the daily work report. This study aims on the information constitution of daily job-site report, daily manpower report, wages register for specialty contractors. According to the research results, most of necessary data were included in a daily job-site report. In conclusion, it is investigated that data of daily manpower report and wage register need to be included in a daily job-site report for understanding the current state of worker in the future.

작업일보는 일일 단위로 계획과 실적이 기록되는 문서로 작업내용, 출력인원, 장비 및 자재 현황 등 다양한 정보를 포함한다. 하지만 작업일보가 여러 단계를 거쳐 수기 작성되는 과정에서 정보의 누락 및 왜곡될 수 있고 업무의 중복 문제가 발생하여 단순 보고에 이용되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 기존의 작업일보시스템의 문제를 해결할 수 있는 디지털펜 기반의 작업일보시스템을 개발하고 그 적용성 평가를 위해서 실제 건설 현장에 적용해보았다. 그 결과 높은 문자 인식 정확도(94.610%)를 보여주었다. 그리고 정보를 입력하는 추가 업무가 제거되고 휴대 및 이동이 편리하며 사용을 위한 별도의 교육이 필요 없는 장점이 있었다. 본 연구에서 개발한 시스템은 현행 작업일보시스템의 문제를 해결하여 건설현장 문서업무 및 정보관리 효율 개선에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

건설 프로젝트가 더욱 복잡해지고 대형화함에 따라 정보의 양이 기하급수적으로 증가하고 있는데, 이로 인하여 프로젝트 생애주기간 실적정보를 관리하기 위한 정보 시스템이 필요하다. 특히, 작업일보 시스템은 가장 세부적인 수준에서 다양한 실적정보를 추적 관리할 수 있다는 점에서 매우 중요하다. 그러나 작업 일보 시스템의 프로세스가 시간이 많이 걸리며, 중복업무가 많고, 수집되는 정보표현의 모호성 등으로 인하여 많은 한계를 가지고 있었다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 실적정보를 수집하고 작업일보를 관리하는 프로세스를 향상시키는 것을 목적으로 To-Be 프로세스 모델을 구축하고 이를 검증하기 위해 작업일보 시스템을 개발하였다. 개발된 시스템은 interactive task generator와 작업일보관리 module로 구성되어있으며, 실제 건설프로젝트에서 성공적으로 시험되었다. 이 논문에서는 프로세스 분석, 정보모델 구축, 시스템 특징 등을 포함한 시스템 개발과정이 기술되어 있으며 연구결과와 개선효과도 논의되었다.

본 연구에서는 광산 현장에서 트럭 운전자들이 스마트 기기를 이용해 원석 생산 데이터를 기록하고, 이를 이용해 PC 환경에서 작업일지(운행일지)를 작성할 수 있는 애플리케이션을 개발하였다. 이를 위해 국내에서 가행 중인 4곳의 광산을 연구지역으로 선정한 다음 현장에서 사용하고 있는 작업일지를 확보하였다. 광산별로 작업일지에 포함되는 정보 요소를 분석하였다. 광산별로 작업일지 작성을 위해 기록하는 정보와 양식이 서로 다르므로, 원석 생산 데이터 기록과 작업일지 작성을 위한 애플리케이션은 연구지역 맞춤형으로 4종을 개발하였다. 블루투스 비콘의 신호를 수신하는 방법과 사용자가 직접 애플리케이션을 조작하는 방법으로 원석 생산 데이터를 기록할 수 있다. 기록된 데이터 파일은 클라우드 서버에 업로드되고, 업로드된 파일은 PC 환경에서 작업일지 작성 애플리케이션에 의해 현장에서 사용하는 형태의 작업일지로 변환할 수 있다.

Growing demand for traditional Korean housing, modernized Korean traditional housing (Hanok) was developed as a way of providing Hanok for the public. However, the standard cost data for Hanok has limitations, as it was developed based on single mock-up project actually constructed and verified by another mock-up Hanok. In order to meet these research objectives, daily report composition which is easy-to-use for on-site workers and managers and also easy-to-accumulate standard cost data was developed first. Secondly, access to the system was made easy through a web server. Finally, an automated calculation formula was inserted to allow the last inputted data to be automatically included for adjustment of standard costs. This system was designed from an industry perspective so that any unspecified and nonprofessional users can easily use. For the users, it has an advantage that on-site workers are provided with a daily report system through web server and also they are able to complete such reports through simple input and output without any additional forms.

공정 및 작업단위등이 다양하고 복잡한 건설산업에서 작업일보의 관리는 매우 중요하다. 그러나 건설산업 분야의 다양한 건설프로젝트 관리 시스템은 작업 및 작업시 발생하는 정보들을 효율적으로 관리하지 못할 뿐만 아니라 하수급업체와의 연계가 되지 않아 실제적으로 이용되지 못하고 있다. 이것은 하수급업체에 대한 배려 없이 원수급업체 주도로 시스템이 구축/이용되기 때문이다. 이러한 이유로 하수급업체 중심의 시스템이 발전하지 못할 뿐만 아니라 프로젝트 진행에 있어서 발생하는 작업정보의 축적에 있어 누락 및 왜곡이 발생하는 문제점이 발생하고 있다. 따라서 본 논문의 목적은 웹을 기반으로 원수급업체와 하수급업체간 원활한 작업정보 관리 시스템의 개발에 관해 연구/분석하고 모델을 제시하는데 있다.

As construction projects become larger, process plans become more complex, and inadequate process management leads to waste of time and resources. Effective process management requires process management techniques that can identify problems inherent in the process, continuously improve, and reflect interdependent process characteristics. In the field, the day's details by work type and work status are to be entered in the work daily report. However, even when important information is written, it is not directly linked to the overall process management. This study aims to propose specific process management and decision-making plan based on actual worker by visualizing and quantifying the information described in the existing work daily report. It is expected efficient process management to increase reliability and productivity through process management, which can increase the utilization of work daily reports and facilitates organic communication among participants.

현장에서 수행되는 대부분의 공사는 다수의 공종과 다양한 협력업체가 공사를 진행해 나간다. 그러므로 투입노무자 및 자원의 관리 상 변수의 발생이 많아 공사정보관리에 어려운 점이 많다. 이러한 현장공사의 효율적인 관리를 위해서 다양한 공사정보 관리 시스템 들이 제시되고 있으나, 시공업체 중심의 시스템 관리와 협력 업체의 참여도 및 이해도 부족과 영세로 인한 적용 어려움이 문제점으로 나타나고 있다. 또한 현장공사관리에 기초자료로 제공되는 작업일보의 정보들을 수집/분석/관리하는데 상당한 시간과 인력이 소모되고, 이동시 정보손실, 수 작업에 의한 정보의 왜곡 및 신뢰성 저하 등등 다양한 문제점이 나타나고 있다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 기존 협력업체가 작성하는 작업일보의 기능 및 문제점을 분석하고, 작업일보내의 생산성 정보의 흐름 및 생산성 향상 요인을 분석하여, 작업일보의 작성프로세스를 개선하는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다. 더 나아가, 협력업체 중심의 정보입력 및 관리를 통한 공사의 생산성을 향상시킬 수 있는 개선된 작업일보 시스템의 방향을 제시하고자 한다.

A production management system is developed to enhance both the information and productivity of ship and offshore plant deckhouse floor outfitting. The functions of the production management system for the deckhouse floor outfitting were reviewed based on a literature survey of several production management systems with respect to the ship building and architecture fields. This study investigated numerous daily production reports and their application to actual work places to utilize the system development. The developed scanned drawing-based production management (SDPM) system minimizes any loss and/or distortion of work information between the workshop and management office when applying a scanned production drawing to the daily report. The SDPM system increases the data objectivity, as well as intuitiveness of the information generation by adopting an efficient user interface, which makes it possible to perform image annotations on the scanned drawing for the daily production report while simultaneously interacting with the production management database. Applying the system operation to actual deckhouse floor covering work verified that it was feasible to use the SDPM system for production management in the ship outfitting work process.

최근 수행되는 건설프로젝트가 대형화$\cdot$복잡화되면서 많은 공종에서 다양한 협력업체가 투입되게 되며, 기존의 관리 방식으로는 급격히 늘어나는 자원 및 작업의 정보를 관리하는데 한계점이 드러나고 있다. 이러한 현장공사의 효율적인 관리를 위해서 다양한 공사정보 관리 시스템들이 제시되고 있으나, 시공업체 중심의 시스템 관리와 협력 업체의 참여도 및 이해도 부족과 협력업체의 재무, 기술, 관리 측면에서의 영세성으로 인해서 효율적인 적용이 어려운 것으로 나타나고 있다. 또한 현장공사관리에 기초 자료로 제공되는 작업일보의 정보들을 수집/분석/관리하는데 상당한 시간과 인력이 소모되고, 정보의 사용주체와 사업수행단계가 바뀜에 따라 정보가 손실되며, 정보매체 및 입력방법과 입력주체가 바뀜에 따라 정보가 왜곡되고 누락되는 등 다양한 문제점이 나타나고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 현장에서 작성되는 작업일보에서 인력/작업 정보 수집의 현황을 파악하여 작업일보의 기능 및 문제점을 분석하고, 작업일보의 업무 및 정보흐름을 분석하여 개선방향을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다. 더 나아가, 작업일보의 작성프로세스를 개선하고, 협력업체 중심의 정보입력 및 관리를 통한 공사의 생산성을 향상시킬 수 있는 작업일보의 개선방향을 제시하고자 한다.
