Currently, the literature contains few studies that describe any potential complications following arthroscopic acromioplasty. Because part of the anterior deltoid originates from the anterior acromion, there is a risk for violation and subsequent iatrogenic rupture or avulsion during this procedure. This type of injury can be a devastating problem for patients that may lead to poor function and debilitating pain. We present a patient with deltoid insufficiency following arthroscopic acromioplasty who elected to proceed with operative management with a planned arthroscopic evaluation of the shoulder followed by an open deltoid repair. At the final follow-up visit 2.5 years postoperatively, the patient reported improved pain from baseline and no residual disability and was able to perform most activities of daily living without difficulty. This case serves as an example of a surgical repair for a deltoid avulsion following arthroscopic acromioplasty. As there is still a lack of standard guidelines, our suture repair technique can be considered one method of treatment for this type of injury.

Objectives: This study investigated how Korean daily newspapers frame the present government's health insurance coverage expansion policy, Moon Jae-in Care. Methods: A contents analysis was conducted to construct news frames represented in the four Korean daily newspapers' editorials and columns on Moon Jae-in Care during from April 2017 to April 2018. News text was classified into three different layers of frames: expressive element, narrative structure, and implied values. Results: The analysis revealed that the frequency of narrative frames was as follows: health system improvement (20.8%), public burden (14.6%), opposition by doctors (14.6%), and populism (12.5%). The financial sustainability accounted for 41.7% of the value frame, followed by procedural legitimation (18.8%), and coverage expansion (16.7%). The results also revealed that reported frames were different among newspapers: Chosun Ilbo tended to report in a negative tone, while Hankyoreh shinmun and Kyunghyang shinmun used a positive tone. Conclusions: This finding suggests that there are salient framings in reports on Moon Jae-in Care. Based on the results, the government needs to present a detailed financing plan on Moon Jae-in Care in detail. I discussed another implication of media frames results.

And for analyze Operational status and system resources of GSDC at n this paper researched and implemented system resource monitor method of gsdc to mobile web environment, in this paper researched and implemented system resource monitor method of gsdc to mobile web environment. Research support system of GSDC operated by scientific linux. Sysstat resource monitoring tools create a daily report through sar(system analysis report), after sadc(system activity data collector) collected system resource utilization information. In this paper, sar reports designed and implemented in mobile web to can visualize in a mobile environment. We do not depend specific OS by implementation of the mobile web. So we are available in variety mobile OS. And through provided visual graph, this system can monitor easily and more conveniently then the existing system.

Serotonin syndrome (SS) is a potentially life-threatening condition that is caused by the administration of drugs that increase serotonergic activity in the central nervous system. We report a case of serotonin syndrome in a patient with chronic pain who was taking analgesic drugs. A 36-year-old female with chronic pain in the lower back and right buttock area had been taking tramadol hydrochloride 187.5 mg, acetaminophen 325 mg, pregabalin 150 mg, duloxetine 60 mg, and triazolam 0.25 mg daily for several months. After amitriptyline 10 mg was added to achieve better pain control, the patient developed SS, which was mistaken for psychogenic nonepileptic seizure. However, her symptoms completely disappeared after discontinuation of the drugs that were thought to trigger SS and subsequent hydration with normal saline. Various drugs that can increase serotonergic activity are being widely prescribed for patients with chronic pain. Clinicians should be aware of the potential for the occurrence of SS when prescribing pain medications to patients with chronic pain.

Objective : The purpose of this study is to report the improvement in a patient who had Tourette syndrome treated with Hoeyeoksan based on Shanghanlun provisions. Methods: The symptoms of the patient were checked on days 14, 34, 62, 82, 103, and 119 after administration of Hoeyeoksan. Tourette syndrome was evaluated using Yale Global Tic Severity Scale (YGTSS), and oversleep and constipation were evaluated using visual analog scale (VAS). In addition, new clinical implications for the interpretation of Shanghanlun provision 318 were reviewed. Results: Daily tics occurred ten times a day for 14 days after the initial diagnosis but decreased to eight times a day after 34 days, six times a day after 62 days, five times a day after 82 days, twice a day after 103 days, and once a day after 119 days after administration of Hoeyeoksan. Oversleep and constipation improved together with Tourette syndrome. Conclusions: In this study, we observed that Hoeyeoksan had a therapeutic effect by improving the chief complaint of the patient. Hence, the interpretation of Shanghanlun provision 318 must include a patient's behavioral and sleep patterns as predisposing factors of Tourette syndrome.

Intractable hiccups are those which persist for more than one month and can often occur in patients with disorders of the central nervous system, such as stroke, epilepsy, or brain tumor. An 80-year-old male patient undergoing conservative hemodialysis for diabetic nephropathy, recently developed paralysis and dysphagia due to central nervous system complications including stroke and epilepsy. He was admitted to the ◯◯ Oriental Medicine Hospital, and treated with herbal medicine (Gyulpijugyeo-tang, Jeonssiigong-san, and Ijin-tang) and electrical acupuncture for 30 days. No side effects were observed during hospitalization. The frequency and duration of hiccups were measured daily and found to reduce, and the effect persisted during his admission. The patient took no other nervous system drugs. In conclusion, Korean medicine like gyulpijugyeo-tang and acupuncture can be effective for patients with intractable hiccups who cannot use alternative drugs or treatment, because of other complications.

Hemorrhagic complications associated with aspirin use occur primarily at skin or gastrointestinal sites but can occasionally occur in the central nervous system. In particular, spontaneous spinal epidural hemorrhage (SSEH) associated with aspirin is very rare. We report a case of low-dose (100 mg daily) aspirin-related SSEH that was successfully treated with medical management. Our case indicates that low-dose aspirin could induce SSEH and that conservative treatment with close observation and repeated imaging studies should be considered in cases with neurological improvement or mild deficits.

This paper reviews a ceiling prediction method based on a mesoscale meteorological modeling system in South Korea. The study was motivated by the tendency of higher model ceiling height than the observed in daily operational forecasts. The goal of the paper is to report an effort to improve the operational ceiling prediction skill by conducting numerical experiments controlling a model parameter. In a case experiment, increasing constant values used in the relationship between extinction coefficients and concentration showed better performance, indicating a short-term strategy for operational local ceiling forecast improvement.

We report the development of solar flux receivers operating at 2.8 GHz to monitor solar radio activity. Radio waves from the sun are amplified, filtered, and then transmitted to a power meter sensor without frequency down-conversion. To measure solar flux, a calibration scheme is designed with a noise source, an ambient load, and a hot load at $100^{\circ}C$. The receiver is attached to a 1.8 m parabolic antenna in Icheon, owned by National Radio Research Agency, and observation is being conducted during day time on a daily basis. We compare the solar fluxes measured for last seven months with solar fluxes obtained by DRAO in Penticton, Canada, and by the Hiraiso solar observatory in Japan, and finally establish equations to convert observed flux to the so-called Penticton flux with an accuracy better than 3.2 sfu.

Trend of wire internet has been transferred to wireless internet gradually due to the spread of mobile phone which made Possible Mobility and portability which wire internet could not afford. Not only front line of business part can access business information but also people can use government information for their daily life without limit of place. The frequent report of larceny and misuse of information has been issued to social sector that the need for IDS considering wire wireless internet. In this paper to design IDS to protect information first, searched wire internet intrusion type, intrusion detection method, and wireless intrusion type. In this paper, first, separate abnormal access at the point of system landing and detect intrusion attack with disguise through mobile wireless internet. Due to the intruder can access system normally with disguise, Circuit Patrol model has been suggested to monitor from intrusion attack.
