Korea has introduced Korea Emissions Trading Scheme (Korea ETS) since 2015. However, not many companies voluntarily participate in the emissions trading. The goal of this paper is to provide the way to improve the Korea ETS. This study compares the Korea ETS with EU Emissions Trading System, which has been practiced for a decade, and suggests three strategies to activate the Korea Emissions Trading Scheme. The first thing is to encourage more companies to participate in the emissions trading since the number of companies in the emissions trading in Korea is quite limited compared with that of EU. The second thing is to activate the trading of Korean Credit Unit in order to stimulate various emission reduction mechanisms. Currently, the most of the trading in the emissions market is through the Korean Allowance Unit. The third thing is to establish concrete measures to continuously improve the Korea ETS. A comprehensive evaluation of the Korea ETS is needed along with the ongoing convergence with the associated comments. The improvement of Korea ETS would be one of the most efficient ways to compete the climate change, and would also play a role to raise the status of Korea.

본 연구에서는 사이버 주식거래의 도입이 주가 변동성에 어떤 영향을 주었는가를 분석하였다. 기존 연구들이 시장에서 관찰되는 변동성을 대상으로 분석하였는데, 본 연구에서는 시장에서 관찰되는 변동성을 기본적 변동성과 일시적 변동성으로 분해하여 분석하였다. 관측변동성에 대한 분석결과 사이버 주식거래 비중이 50%를 넘어선 기간 C에서 관측변동성이 증가한 것으로 분석결과가 나타났다. 그리고 일시적 변동성은 기간 C에서 유의하게 변화하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 관측변동성이 기간 C에서 증가한 이유가 잡음거래의 증가에 의한 현상이 아니라는 것이다 결론적으로 사이버 주식거래의 증가로 정보가 가격에 신속하게 반영되어 관측변동성이 증가한 것으로 판단할 수 있다.

Online exchange is a cost-effective approach to trade goods and information among multiple sellers and buyers. Shipping industry includes lots of global entities such as shippers, liners, ship owners and shipping agents. Marine insurance companies and ship repairers and many other groups are also supporting the industry. However, international shipping exchanges are located on few cities in the world. Its our motivation that a shipping market can be online so that market participants do the dealing while sitting where they are with more efficient manner, preferable price and larger pool of candidates of trading partners. This paper presents Korean governmental project of building a cyber shipping exchange. The exchange covers ship sale and purchase, charter, insurance, freight futures, repairs, supplying of ships oil and database service. The workflows of each business were analyzed and designed to fit for online environment. The project includes design of trading mechanism, online documents, data flow, data storage and security. Online match making and trading mechanisms such as auction, reverse auction, bid are used. The whole trading process involves multiple organizations and business processes. So, this Paper focuses on how each organization would play their roles so that users can complete transactions with integrated and transparent view. The online exchange selves also as maritime portal site that links to other sites for cooperation vertically or horizontally, and serves database and information in global perspective. 사이버 주식거래가 증가함에 따라 홈트레이딩 시스템을 이용한 주식거래가 활발해지고 있다. 홈트레이딩 시스템은 개인투자자 대다수가 이용하는 방법으로 코스닥에서는 75%도 가장 큰 비중을 차지하고 있으며, 코스피에서도 40%의 점유율을 기록하고 있다. 하지만 홈트레이딩 시스템은 사용자의 속도와 사용자 편의성에 초점을 맞추고 있어 보안기능이 다소 미흡함을 발견하였다. 본 논문에서는 홈트레이딩 시스템 사용시 메모리에 인증정보가 평문으로 남는 취약점을 기반으로 메모리 덤프 툴을 이용하여 주식부정거래 가능성을 분석하고 휴대전화 SMS를 이용한 투채널 인증으로 주식부정거래에 대응할 수 있는 인증기법을 제시한다.

전통적 오프라인 비즈니스에 비하여 e-Business의 특징 중 하나는 고객충성도 개념이 급격한 변화를 겪고 있다는 점이다. 본 연구는 e-Business의 핵심 기반인 정보시스템의 품질이 고객충성도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 분석하였다. 즉, 정보시스템 품질을 시스템 품질, 정보 컨텐츠 품질, 서비스 품질 3개 독립변수로 설정하고, 이러한 변수들이 종속변수인 고객충성도에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 검증하였다. e-Business 중 가장 활성화되고 있는 사이버증권 분야를 조사대상으로 하였으며, 온라인 설문조사와 방문조사에 의하여 8,265명에 달하는 사이버 고객 데이터가 수집되었다. 데이터 분석 결과, 3개 독립변수 모두가 고객충성 도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 그 중에서 시스템 품질이 가장 큰 영향력을 지니고 있는 것으로 분석되었다.

본 논문에서는 현재 사이버 상에 존재하는 게임 아이템 거래 시스템과 그에 따른 문제점들을 분석하여, 온라인 게임 아이템의 안전한 거래가 가능한 전자 거래 시스템을 제안한다. 제안 시스템에서 게임 서버는 아이템 인증서를 사용자에게 발급하여, 서로 다른 온라인 게임간 아이템의 교환 및 거래를 가능하도록 한다. 또한 시스템의 문제 발생시 아이템의 복구를 가능하게 한다. 제안 시스템은 거래자들에게 신뢰할 수 있는 안전한 거래 방식을 제공하며, 거래 과정에서 어떤 오프라인 상의 작업도 필요로 하지 않는다.

As number of cyber traders are growing, the uses of technical analyzing indicators in trading increase as well. Parabolic SAR, which indicates changes of trend in the market, is one of the most used indicators by cyber traders. Especially when a market shows a specific trend, it is very useful. However, this indicator often gives late signals and shows less trustful ones in a stable market. This paper proposes a method that give more conservative signals by a composition of Parabolic SAR and Moving Average. The experiment will compare the earning rates of using only Parabolic SAR strategy and of using a composition strategy of Parabolic SAR and Moving Average.

최근 발달된 디지털기기들은 사이버로 연결되어 사용되고 있다. 디지털기기 사용자들은 사이버에 연결된 단말기들을 활용하여 금융결제, 전자상거래 등 활동을 하고 있다. 사이버거래의 활성화와 함께 사용자에 대한 사이버범죄가 증가하고 있다. 사이버범죄의 수사에서 Forensic 증거자료를 확보하여야 한다. 하지만, 디지털 포렌식 증거자료를 분석하기에는 많은 정보가 함유되어 있다. 이러한 많은 디지털정보에서, 사이버범죄에 증거를 확보하기 위한 Script가 효율적인 방안이다. 본 논문 연구에서는 Script를 활용하여, Forensic 증거자료를 확보하는 방안을 연구한다. EnCase를 통한 증거자료 추출과 Script를 활용한 증거자료 확보 방안을 연구한다. 본 연구는 안전한 국민생활을 위한 사이버 보안의 기초자료로 활용될 것이다.

SSE-CMM은 보안엔지니어링을 공학, 보증, 위험 프로세스의 3가지 요소로 나누고 있으며 정보보호 성숙도 평가 모델과 수준을 제시하고 있다. 정보보호 성숙도 측정은 취약점 진단, 위험분석 방법론을 실무 현장에서 사용할 수 있도록 종합적으로 결론을 제시한다. 사이버거래의 일반적인 서비스는 인터넷 뱅킹, 모바일 뱅킹, 텔레뱅킹 등이다. 사이버거래 처리구조의 한 종류인 뱅킹시스템 정보보호 성숙도 측정방법론 연구 목적은 기존의 취약점 진단, 위험분석 방법론을 실무현장에서 사용할 수 있도록 종합적 결론을 제시한다. 안전성과 편리성을 확보하여 이용자들이 사이버 거래를 편리하게 이용할 수 있는 환경을 구축하는 것이 사이버 거래 활성화의 핵심이다. 특히 업무현장에서 정보보호 성숙도 측정을 통한 사이버뱅킹시스템의 안전성을 확보한다면 현장의 실무처리 결과로 많은 효과가 나타날 것으로 기대한다.

The world is now meeting the era of e-commerce by development of information technology and the fast increase of use of internet. So, Korean government prepared "the colligation plan for electronic commerce activating" and WTO decides to prolong no custom on e-commerce till November 2001 when the fourth WTO Ministerial Conference holds a meeting. OECD discussed the construction of intellectual property rights of the global dimension at the Global Forum on January 2001 and reached to research the social influence of B-to-B e-commerce and to pursue the acceleration of e-commerce. UNCITRAL(United Nations Commission on International Trade Law) enacted UNCITRAL Model Law on Electronic Commerce in order to activate e-commerce, and Bolero.net serves electronic Bill of Lading to facilitate cyber trading. The purpose of this paper is to present the direction of confrontation to the these internal and external changes of business environment to Korean enterprises. Off-line enterprises should move fast to e-commerce on the condition that the existing trading at the original markets runs parallel with e-commerce. n needed, off-line enterprises should consider M&A with existing on-line firms. Also, off-line firms make use of Bolero system so that they can carry through paperless trade which means the achievement of efficiency in trading, On-line enterprises should advertise in the form of banner by combination of push and pull styles. B-to-B e-commerce firms should not depend on only the commissions, but they should create characteristic earnings by their peculiar services.
