A lot of Internet shopping malls strive for obtaining a competitive advantage over others in an increasingly tighter electronic marketplace. To this end, understanding customer preference toward products (or services) and administering appropriate marketing strategy is essential for their continuous survival. However, only a few marketing researchers and practicioners focused on this issue, compared with academic and industry efforts devoted to traditional market segmentation. In this paper, we suggest a methodology of conjoint segmentation for electronic shopping malls. Traditional market segmentation methodologies based on customer's profile sometimes fail to utilize abundant information given while navigating around cyber shopping malls. In this methodology, we do not impose information overload to the customer for preference elicitation, but this methodology, we do not impose information overload to the customer for preference elicitation, but capture automatically generated surfing or buying data and analyze them to get useful market segmentation information. The methodology consists of 4-stages: 1) analyzing legacy homepages, 2) data preparation, 3) estimating and interpreting the result, and 4) developing marketing mix. Our methodology was to give useful guidelines for market segmentation to companies working in the electronic marketplace.

앞으로의 국제항공운송업계에서의 항공권 판매 형태는 인터넷을 통한 전자항공권 판매형태가 대세를 이룰 것으로 예측되고 있다. 실제 국제항공운송협회(lATA)에서 2007년 연말까지 전 세계적으로 E-Ticketing을 실시간 할 것을 목표로 한다고 천명한 바 있고 우리나라에서도 내년부터 전면적인 전자항공권 제도가 실시되는 만큼 인터넷 보급이 제대로 되지 않은 일부 국가를 제외하고는 전자항공권 제도는 조만간 전 세계적으로 실시될 것으로 본다. 이러한 전자항공권 제도는 종래의 항공권 판매제도와는 전혀 다른 인터넷이라는 가상공간(Cyber Space)에서 계약이 체결되기 때문에 종전에는 볼 수 없었던 새로운 많은 법적 문제를 야기시키고 있다. 즉 전자항공권의 법적 정의 문제를 비롯하여, 항공권 교부 의무는 어떻게 되는지, 계약 체결시기를 언제로 볼 것인지, 재판관할권 문제는 어떻게 되는지 등의 많은 법적 문제가 전자상거래의 특성과 관련하여 문제가 되고 있다. 우선 이들 가운데 가장 현실적이고 시급한 중요한 문제는 계약체결시기와 재판관할권 문제라고 할 수 있을 것이다. 이 논문에서는 이러한 전자항공권 관련 법적 문제를, 이를 규정하고 있는 새로운 국제항공운송책임조약인 1999년 몬트리올조약에 입각하여 계약체결시기와 재판관할권 문제를 중심으로 살펴보았다. 이울러 이에 대해서 규정하고 있는 국내항공사의 관련운송약관도 살펴보고 그 문제점을 지적하였다. 이제 전자항공권 제도는 우리에게 현실적인 문제가 되었고 앞으로도 계속 확장 및 발전이 예상되는 만큼 이에 따른 법적 연구도 병행되어 나가야 할 것으로 본다.

신기술에 의한 체제정비가 요구되는 시점에서 1999년 채택된 미국 통일전자거래법은 우리나라에 주는 시사점이 크다. 통일전자거래법은 개인간의 거래에서의 지침에 중점을 두는 반면 우리나라의 전자거래기본법과 전자서명법은 정부의 역할을 중시한 것이 특징이다. 통일전자거래법에는 우리나라와 동일하게 전자기록, 전자서명등에 대한 정의가 있고 자동화된 거래, 컴퓨터 프로그램, 전자대리인, 정보, 정보처리시스템, 보안절차등 우리나라에 없는 정의가 들어 있다. 제16조에서 규정하는 양도가능한 기록(Transferable Record)도 우리나라에 없는 특이한 개념이다. 여기서 명시하고 있는 전자어음은 법제정이 있기도 진에 우리나라에 도입하려고 하는 개념으로 금융산업의 지각변동을 예고하는 조항이기도 하다. 우리나라는 사이버몰, 인증기관을 강조하고 소비자의 보호지침을 도입한 것이 미국과 다른 특징이다. 미국의 경우는 각종 분쟁의 경우 법원의 해석을 강조하여 전통적인 사법부우위의 모습을 보여주고 있다. 향후 예상되는 각종 분쟁에 대한 미국의 판례연구는 한국에서도 신속하게 연구되어 적용되어야 할 분야라 하겠다.

Traditionally, postal services that produce and deliver paper-based notices have been the mainstream. The reason is that it has the function of distribution and proof of delivery in the postal delivery system as well as the advantage of information delivery through postal delivery. After all, for the purpose of distribution and proof of delivery, many organizations use paper-based postal notices. However, in recent years, it has been in the spotlight to produce a paper-based postal notice as an electronic notice and deliver information to a mobile device through the Internet. In this paper, we propose a safe interworking method for user identification information required for private institutions to transmit mobile electronic notices. In order for a private institution to accurately deliver an electronic notice to a mobile service subscriber, a means to confirm whether the private institution and the mobile device subscriber are the same person is required. In the mobile electronic notification service, the connecting information provided by the personal identity proofing agency is used as a means of user identification. Connecting information is called a resident registration number on the Internet and is one-way hash information that can only be created by the personal identity proofing agency designated by the government. In order to transmit a mobile electronic notice, it is necessary to share connecting information for the same user identification between the institution that requests the sending of the electronic notice and the institution that processes the sending of the electronic notice. Connecting information is personal information that can uniquely identify a user, and if it is disclosed, damage such as personal information infringement may occur. As such, it is necessary to prevent problems that may arise from misuse and abuse of connecting information as well as increase in the benefits of sending the mobile electronic notice. In this paper, a safe and effective mobile electronic notification service can be performed by suggesting a method for safe interworking of information related to the mobile electronic notification service.

본 논문에서는 스피커폰의 통화 음량 평가 방법을 제안하였다. 이 방법은 ITUT P.340과 3GPP TS26.132의 규격을 참고하여 평가 기준을 만들었다. 제안한 평가 기준은 정량적이므로 스피커폰의 품질 수준을 일괄적으로 관리 할 수 있게 되었다. 실험에서 본 논문의 평가 방법이 기존의 감성적 방법보다 향상된 통화 성능을 보였다.

최근 단말기는 MP3, DMB 등 멀티미디어 모듈이 탑재되어 있다. 대부분의 멀티미디어 기능은 이동중에 사용되므로 이어폰으로 음향을 청취하는 것이 일반적이다. 그러나 이어폰의 장시간 사용은 난청과 같은 신체적 부작용이 발생시킨다. 본 논문에서는 단말기 이어폰의 최대 음압 레벨을 측정할 수 있는 평가방법을 제안하였다. 본 연구는 유럽 규격인 EN50332_1를 참고하여 평가 기준을 확립하였다. 제안한 방법은 몇 개의 파라미터를 정량적으로 측정하고 관리함으로써 제조물 책임법 위반 사고를 예방할 수 있다.

본 논문에서는 기존 인증체계의 문제점을 살펴보고 이를 개선하기 위한 방안을 제안한다. 현재 국내에서 금융관련 서비스에서 공인인증서를 사용하는 서비스가 대부분이나 실용성 및 보안 문제로 인해 최근 정부에서는 공인인증서 사용 의무제도를 폐지하기에 이르렀지만 현재 공인인증서를 대체할만한 안전한 수단을 확보하지 못했고 기존의 OTP나 보안카드로 공인인증서의 공백을 메우기에는 역부족이다. 따라서 공인인증서를 대체할 수 있는 인증방안에 대해 제안하고 이를 통해 보다 안전한 인터넷 전자상거래를 유도하고자 한다.

본 논문은 IIS 4.0 웹서버상에서는 ASP와 SQL을 연동한 웹프로그래밍을 통하여 효율적인 자료처리와 환자와 의사간의 on-line 상담, 그리고 off-line 상에서의 진료와 환자가 지정한 약사로의 처방전 전송 및 조제, 그리고 진료데이터의 저장 및 검색으로 인한 반영구적인 진료데이터저장 등 3자(환자, 의사, 약사)간의 상호대화형 원격진료 시스템구현에 대한 내용이다. 또한 본 시스템은 인터넷 기반에서의 3차(환자, 의사, 약사)간의 효율적인 진료와 빠른 처리를 위한 전자진료 차트 및 자료처리에 관한 내용을 제시하고 있다.

The main issues addressed in this paper are as follows : First, this paper makes a distinction among types of e-money, IC card type versus Network type, open-loop type versus closed-loop type, online type versus offline type and accountable type versus unaccountable type, and analysis the clear and accurate criterion. Second, generally speaking, e-money is a claim on originator of e-money and not legal tender, so, delivery of e-money by itself does not relieve of monetary obligation. Between it is not easy to define e-money, by now there are many definitions of e-money, there is a legal uncertainty accordingly and then it is not easy to find proper law applicable to resolve a particular issue. As a result. many problems relating to e-money would be solved through analogical application of the moot proper law among the laws that apply to the cash, check, credit card, or fund transfer after analyzing type of e-money at issue. This paper studies the methods on diffusion of the utilization of electronic money. To diffuse the usage of electronic money, it need; prerequisitely as a basic conditions independence of electronic money, non-reusability, and anonymity. And also as a additional conditions it need; usability in the offline commerce, transferability, divisibility. And now electronic money is used very actively, but still has many Jaw problems such as protections of consumer, law enforcement, supervisory, etc. So electronic money has called as money, but it is sure that electronic money is not a legal tender. So to facilitate the economic function of the electronic monel it is need to supplement the electronic money in the legal sides.

본 논문은 오픈소스를 활용하여 e-Learning 에 필수적인 LMS를 개발 제시 하였다. 이는 MTT 에서 시작된 dotLRN 오픈소스 프로젝트를 한글화 하고, 인터넷 교육 표준안인 SCORM을 수용할 수 있는 모듈을 추가 개발하여 학습자의 학습 상황을 관리할 수 있는 기능을 부여한 것이다. 본 시스템은 공주 대학교 가상 대학의 LMS로서 1년 동안 안정적으로 서비스를 제공하였으며, 이를 기반으로 개발 시스템의 기능과 특정을 알아보고, 특히 학습소요시간을 활용한 학습결과 분석에 대하여 고찰 하고자한다.
