A Qualitative Research about the CRM Experiences of Apparel Brand Customers (의류브랜드 소비자의 고객관계관리 경험에 관한 탐색적 연구 - 남성복, 여성복, 캐주얼, 스포츠의류 소비자의 비교를 중심으로 -)

  • The purpose of this study were 1) to analyze customer relationship management(CRM) based on the online customer experiences by product types (i.e., men's, women's, casual, sports wear), 2) to analyze CRM based on the off-line customer experiences by product type, and 3) to examine customer purchase behavior of fashion products and internet usage behavior by product types. Survey and 1:1 interview were conducted from January 13th to May 16th, 2005. Six consumers from each brand (i.e., 3 loyal customers and 3 general customers) in a total of 24 customers were selected from each product type. For the data analysis, content analysis and descriptive statistics (i.e. frequency) were used. Among the key study findings first, as a result of the on-line CRM experience, the customers of men's wear preferred receiving customized information through e-mail or SMS service. The customers of sports wear preferred receiving a different level of information and participating in customized product service. Second, as a result of the off-line CRM experience, the customers of men's wear need to be encouraged to join a membership at a sales encounter and the customers of women's wear preferred receiving quick information of new products and participating in a design development planning of the merchandising process. Third, the purchasing behavior of the customers of women's wear are influenced mostly by the salesperson and the store atmosphere when they purchase clothes and the customers of men's wear are price-sensitive. The results of this study can be used when fashion brands perform strategic planning and decision making on CRM.

  • The objectives of this study are to understand the factors composing the attributes of mobile social-commerce shopping mall and the characteristics of shopping mall business, and also to verify the effects of those attributes on the shopping satisfaction and shopping mall loyalty. The respondents participating in this study are the consumers who have experiences in purchasing fashion clothing in mobile social-commerce shopping mall within the last one year. The results of this study are as follows. First, the personally-customized service and convenience of shopping mall had positive effects on the social-commerce shopping satisfaction. Second, the personally-customized service and diversity of products had positive effects on the shopping mall loyalty. Third, the reputation of shopping mall of the characteristics of social-commerce shopping mall business had positive effects on the shopping satisfaction and shopping mall loyalty. This study above could provide the important implications for the establishment of marketing strategies for vitalizing the fashion clothing market of social-commerce shopping mall.

  • Due to the popularity of smart phones, interest in individual lifestyle changes and customized services has been increasing. With these request of change, there are seeking the changes of individual customized service system in public institution, museum, science museum etc. Specially museum, art museum and science museum have the common factor like "watching". Unlike art museum, museum and science museum have the purpose of the history and science education, and have a high expectations of combining entertainment and education as a public institution. For this purpose, they need to raise the immersion of display contents, and run parallel with providing more convincing explanation based on age group. Thus the purpose of this paper is that study the way of combining with efficient entertainment and educational function using argument reality.

  • Due to the improvement of quality of life, health care is a main concern of modern people, and the demand for healthcare system is increasing naturally. However, it is difficult to provide customized wellness information suitable for a specific user because there are various medical information on the Internet and it is difficult to estimate the reliability of the information. In this study, we propose a user - centered service that can provide customized service suitable for users rather than simple search function by classifying big data as text mining and providing personalized medical information. We built a big data system and measured the data processing time while increasing the Hadoop slave node for efficient big data analysis. It is confirmed that it is efficient to build big data system than existing system.

  • The National Assembly record is considered one of the most valuable public records because it has great value as a historical evidence of democracy. Therefore, it is not only used as a reference or evidence for work, but also used for academic purposes. Academic information users can improve their intellectual skills in our society, lead to indirect innovation, and provide customized services to them, which can increase the continuous viewing and utilization rate of records management institutions. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to propose a plan to activate the academic information service of the National Assembly Records Preservation Center, which is in charge of the National Assembly records. To this end, interviews were conducted with practitioners in charge of literature research, case studies, and services at the National Assembly Archives and users of academic information. It proposed improving awareness of the National Assembly Archives, strengthening online services, and customized user services.

Comparative Analysis of Differences in Health Condition with Elderly Age Using the Customized Home Modification : Focusing on Community Care Projects (맞춤형 주거환경수정을 이용한 노인의 건강상태 차이비교 분석: 커뮤니티케어 사업을 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of home modification in the community care project on the fall risk environment and the health condition in elderly people aged 65 and over. HOME FAST and WHODAS-K 2.0 were used to evaluate, and it was conducted as a group pre-post experimental study. As a result of implementing the home modification service based on the assessment, the fall risk level showed a statistically significant decrease (p<.01), and in the case of health condition, mobility (p<.01) and social participation (p<.05) was confirmed that it was statistically significantly improved in the domain, showing a positive change in the overall health condition (p<.05). In the future, research using a comprehensive home assessment is needed for more subjects. and a process of selecting subjects prior, expansion of professional manpower infrastructure to providing a quality service is required.

  • This Study explores the reason why the social media like Cyworld, Iloveschool in Korea in the viewpoint if the layered model by interview. As a result the success factor in the viewpoint of layered model, user used social media for fulfilling the need for linking with other users and the social media offers the customized contents to user. Finally the social media dominated the market in advance. Facebook and Kakao talk are good examples of successful media. The failure factors are to care less about what other users want, to limit the expand of platform and not to copy with the change of the media environment. Iloveschool, Cyworld and Twitter are the examples of failure social media in Korean society. This study highlights the importance of the sensitivity of the change of environment. The expert mentioned the importance of 4th industrial revolution technology like AI, Big data and expected that new technology will emerge and the service will be developed by the change of user's taste.

  • The purpose of this study is to provide customized experience learning service platform that enables consumers to easily search for various content information about on - site experiential learning, exhibitions, events, and culture, and to provide services. To provide customized experiential learning information that meets the requirements of the consumer. Beacon technology implemented through this study is a BLE technology that broadcasts a URL in Eddystone format developed by Google. This means that even if a user does not install a separate application, Making it easier and faster to access. Based on this, when the database of local cultural contents is completed, it will be expanded to the whole country, and it is expected that more diverse and high quality self - directed cultural contents experiential learning activity education programs will be provided to consumers by diversifying contents and expanding the market.

  • The purpose of this study was to provide the customized-service program for the family of dementia patients as an family-function reinforcement program. This study was designed to develop the therapeutic recreation program for the family supporting senior with dementia. The therapeutic program consisted of assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation. This study found the followings. First, this study shows the possibility of implication of the therapeutic recreation for the family supporting senior with dementia. Second, the therapeutic recreation program has a strong theoretical background. Third, the therapeutic recreation program has the clear goal, performing activity, intervention strategy. The therapeutic recreation program for the family supporting senior with dementia that this study provides would be valuable basic data for future studies.

A Study on Smart Aging System for the Elderly based on Metaverse (고령자를 위한 메타버스 기반의 Smart Aging 시스템의 연구)

  • Recently, the number of elderly living alone suffering from loneliness and depression is also increasing significantly due to the rapid aging of the population and nuclear families. In this paper, we propose a smart aging system that increases life satisfaction by providing the elderly with the optimal service tailored to the elderly with the help of IT according to their residential environment and health status. It is possible to provide an advanced customized support system for the elderly by fully utilizing IoT, AI, and Metaverse techniques not only for the elderly who want to live an active life in society but also for the elderly who need care in a nursing hospital. The proposed system provides human satisfaction by providing social connection in real space and virtual space in accordance with the residential environment and health status to the elderly suffering from loneliness in hospital (hospital care) facilities and at home. This paper proposes a new path for future-oriented welfare policy for the elderly by providing a user-customized smart aging system by combining AI and Metaverse technology with a rapidly changing social environment.
