In today's globalized world, there is no transparency in exchanging data and information between producers and consumers. However, these tasks experience many challenges, such as administrative barriers, confidential data leakage, and extensive time delays. To overcome these challenges, we propose a decentralized, secured, and verified smart chain framework using Ethereum Smart Contract which employs Inter Planetary File Systems (IPFS) and MongoDB as storage systems to automate the process and exchange information into blocks using the Tendermint algorithm. The proposed work promotes complete traceability of the product, ensures data integrity and transparency in addition to providing security to their personal information using the Lelantos mode of shipping. The Tendermint algorithm helps to speed up the process of validating and authenticating the transaction quickly. More so in this time of pandemic, it is easier to meet the needs of customers through the Ethermint Smart Chain, which increases customer satisfaction, thus boosting their confidence. Moreover, Smart contracts help to exploit more international transaction services and provide an instant block time finality of around 5 sec using Ethermint. The paper concludes with a description of product storage and distribution adopting the Ethermint technique. The proposed system was executed based on the Ethereum-Tendermint Smart chain. Experiments were conducted on variable block sizes and the number of transactions. The experimental results indicate that the proposed system seems to perform better than existing blockchain-based systems. Two configuration files were used, the first one was to describe the storage part, including its topology. The second one was a modified file to include the test rounds that Caliper should execute, including the running time and the workload content. Our findings indicate this is a promising technology for food supply chain storage and distribution.

Efforts to build metaverse platform services and expand profit structure are developing in a more realistic direction. The metaverse, which has been centered on 'creation and economy' and 'discovery', will evolve into an 'experience' metaverse, creating tangible business effects where satisfaction with the user experience leads directly to purchase. In this paper, the condition of the avatar used as a medium of economic activity between the metaverse platformer and the user and the business utilization plan were sought. In addition, a new 'metaverse business model' was proposed based on 'experience, discovery, creation and economy', and in particular, it was intended to lay the foundation for the experience metaverse to further develop in the form of 'business experience'. In addition, a survey was conducted on the 'application of metaverse service and avatar' targeting the MZ generation, the main customer base of the current metaverse service. In order to provide a service that satisfies the user, it was concluded that the appearance of the avatar needs to be changed according to the purpose and function. Accordingly, we propose an 'selective switch mode' that can change the avatar's appearance at the desired timing according to the 'experience' and 'purchase purpose' of each metaverse service area. In addition, by strategically utilizing the 'Digilog' psychology, we believe that it will be possible to promote the influx of new users while increasing the loyalty of existing users to the platform. Through the establishment of 'avatar purchase system' by 'selective switch mode' and 'avatar decorating system' by 'digilog' strategy, the experience metaverse, which has been focused on 'digital twin experience' so far, is As it develops into 'business experience', it is expected that the user experience can be further satisfied.
Fashion vertical platforms offer various content and events to consumers and have established a strong customer base. Especially, they cater to the sensibilities of young customers. This study analyzed the characteristics of a sensuous fashion vertical platform, which enhances expertise and provides customized services. In addition, this study aimed to find out whether consumer innovation modulates the relationship between fashion vertical platform, platform satisfaction, and continuous shopping intention. An online survey was conducted targeting consumers in their 20s and 30s who had experience using fashion vertical platforms, and 222 samples were analyzed. Factor analysis and structural equation model were analyzed using the SPSS 29.0 and Smart-PLS. Smart-PLS analysis results showed that exclusivity, convenience and informativeness did not directly affect continuous shopping intention but showed a complete mediating effect through platform satisfaction. Both the high and low innovative groups demonstrated significant effects of exclusivity on platform satisfaction, and platform satisfaction showed significant effects on continuous shopping intention. A high level of innovation among the consumers showed significant mediating effects on exclusivity, personalization, and continuous shopping intention, as reflected by information on platform satisfaction, and low level of innovation among the consumers showed significant effect on convenience. This study's findings highlight the importance of enhancing exclusivity, convenience, informativeness, and esthetics in fashion vertical platforms, and improving platform satisfaction. These findings will be used to develop marketing strategies that can lead to continuous shopping intentions and provide opportunities for the industry.
Purpose: The purpose of this study is to guide the operation managers who plan daily production of large mass-processing facility that services multi-customers with multi-product, small-batch item characteristics by providing the practical best production quantity and the inventory allowed to build. Methods: Close observation of a subcontract paint-shop operator captured the daily decision process which was reflected in the subcontractor-unique mathematical model and the system dynamics simulation model. Multiple simulations were run to find the practical best production quantity and the maximum allowable stock level of inventory that did not undermine the profit from practical best daily production. Actual data and a few constant values were obtained from the firm under study. Results: While the inventory holding cost for the customer-owned material harms the total profit of the subcontractor, the running cost of the processing facility hinders production in small batches. This balances the maximum possible productions and results in practical best daily production which can be found through simulation runs with actual data. The maximum level of stocked inventory is deduced from the practical best daily production. Conclusion: To build a large volume that enables economy-of-scale production, operators should deal with multi-product small-batch items from multiple customers. When the planned schedule of the time and amount of material in-flow tend not to be reliable, operators can find it practical to execute level production across the planning horizon instead of adjusting to day-to-day in-flow fluctuations.
Service blueprint is used to show the interaction between each service element at a glance and to understand the flow of the whole service centering on the customer at the stage of proposing a new service system. It was proposed in the 1980s before online business was developed. However, current services are changing in a way that provides various forms and channels, and the service blueprint seems to be not enough. To reflect this problem consciousness, we selected PSS among diversified service business models and propose a service blueprint type optimized for each business. After collecting 137 PSS cases to be used in the research, we made a business matrix and classified the cases and selected two representative cases to conduct two experiments. As a result, six types of service blueprint corresponding to the matrix could be derived: online service type, online remote support type, self rental type, online order type, traditional type, and offline support type. The validity of the proposed types of service blueprint was verified to confirm the suitability of those types.

Housing is not only a basic requirement, but also a method to maintain stability and improve living. In the period of rapid social development which has a significant impact on the aging population, the housing issue is an impediment to Gen Y in Asia. Therefore, solving the housing conundrum is the most effective solution to other social problems. Purpose: This research is conducted to investigate factors influencing housing-option decisions of Gen Y and proposes recommendations to them as well as Governments and the real estate investors. Research design, data, and methodology: The Theory of Planned Behavior was employed with the expanded variables (Financial status, Location, Public services and Government incentives) based on literature review. Results: With 445 valid responses, almost all proposed hypotheses are accepted, which supports the positive interrelationship among variables. In the stage of data processing, we have determined the influence of each factor to the dependent variable "Actual Behavior", thereby helping real estate investors understand their desires, as well as improve the ability to meet customer needs. Conclusion: This is the basis to determine the influence of these factors, thereby providing recommendations to customers and what is more, giving real estate enterprises an insight of customers' demand in order to improve product quality and optimize the benefits of each party.
Purpose - Consumers perceive various risks while using food service franchise stores. Food service franchise stores offer consumers not just menus, but services, physical environment, and prices, which can be perceived as risk to consumers. This means that consumer behavior in foos service franchise stores needs to be studied based on perceived risk theory. Perceived risk consists of performance risk, financial risk, social risk, psychological risk, and time risk. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of perceived risk on satisfaction and trust, and in turn affect loyalty. The results of this study will provide guidelines for marketers to develop strategies to reduce the perceived risk of consumers. Research design, data, methodology - In order to achieve research purposes, the authors developed several hypotheses. Data were through online survey through an online survey firm. A questionnaire survey was distributed to customers who have visited the restaurant in the past three months. The survey was conducted from March 5, 2017 to October 14, 2017. A total of 1,500 people were e-mailed and 260 were returned. A total of 245 items were used in the analysis except 15 of the questionnaire. Data was analyzed by using SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 21.0. Results - The findings of this study are as follows: First, performance risk, economic risk, and psychological risk had negative effects on satisfaction. Social and time risks did not affect on satisfaction. Performance risk and time risk had negative impact on trust. Second, economic, social, and psychological risks did not affect trust, but satisfaction had significant positive effect on trust and loyalty. Third, satisfaction had positive effect on loyalty. Conclusions - The implications of this study are as follows. First, food service franchise marketers should increase their customer loyalty by establishing a risk reduction strategy. Second, there are various risks to customers visiting the store. Therefore, marketers need to analyze the perceived risks of customers. Third, it is also necessary to eliminate the perceived risks of customers. In addition, a restaurant franchise company needs to find a reasonable way to reduce the material cost and present a reasonable menu price.

Railway system as a mass transportation is under progress to smart railway system beyond high speed and automation era. Communication network technology including 5G-R(5th Generation - Railway) mobile communication technology and information convergence technology of Big Data, Deep Learnig, AI(Artificial Intelliegnce) and Block Chain have to be used for implementation and operation of this smart railway system. In this paper, a communication network structure is suggested for this smart railway system. This suggested smart railway commnuication network structure is composed with layered structure of plane unit for safety operation of high speed railway, railway system management and customer services, and also have some complexed function of each plane. Results of this study can be used for smart railway communication network implementation, operation and managements, development of railway communication standards.
The purposes of this study were to measure price elasticities of menu items of a family restaurant, identify differences of price elasticity between subgroups, and provide a comprehensive understanding on price elasticity. 3 menu items of a salad buffet family restaurant in Seoul were selected for analyses, and a questionnaire was developed through literature review and modified after pilot test. The questionnaires for main survey were distributed to 250 customers on their visit to the restaurant, and a total of 139 questionnaires were used for analyses (55.6%). Statistical analyses were conducted using SPSS Win (12.0) for descriptive analyses, t-test, ANOVA, and the main results of this study were as follows. The demands were expected very elastic to the changes in prices of all 3 menu items, and there were significant differences between groups of different company types. In addition, the changes in use were less affected by the changes in menu price when customers were satisfied with each menu item. On the basis of these results, it was concluded that price increases of menu items should be companied by quality improvement of products and services, and differentiated marketing strategy for each segments of customers would be helpful to profitability of the restaurant. Overall, measurement of price elasticity could help to predict customer behaviors on price changes, and give much useful information for managers and marketers of foodservice organizations in development of price strategies.

Task-oriented chatbots prevail in various filed with the artificial intelligent dialogue system. The need for chatbots in customer services is growing, especially in education businesses given that there are many user inquiries and consultation requests. However, current dialogue systems only function as simple reactions or predetermined and frequently used actions. Meanwhile, the research about customized recommendation systems through artificial intelligence is very active with a wide variety of educational content. Although a dialogue system and a recommendation system is a core element in this domain, it has a limitation in that it is being conducted separately. Therefore, we present a study on a recommendation system that can recommend user-customized lectures combined with a dialogue system. With this combination, our system can respond to additional functions beyond these limitations. Through our research, we expect that work efficiency and user satisfaction will be improved by applying chatbots in education domains that are becoming more diversified and personalized.
