로컬푸드 문화체험이 고객 만족도와 충성도에 미치는 영향: 소비자의 지각적 가치를 매개변수로 (How does the Cultural Experience of Local Food Effect to Customer Satisfaction and Royalty?)

  • 최근 글로벌 푸드 시스템의 문제점이 부각되면서 세계적으로 먹거리에 대한 관심이 증대하고 있다. 우리나라도 농업문제와 식품안전문제, 그리고 로컬푸드에 관한 관심이 지자체를 중심으로 부각되고 있다. 본 연구는 최근 농촌 벤쳐 창업의 대표적인 아이템으로 자리 잡고 있는 로컬푸드와 관련된 매장체험을 포함한 교육, 현장체험, 식생활 교육 등 제반의 문화 체험요인이 소비자의 지각된 인지적 가치에 영향을 주는 변인으로 보고, 고객의 만족도 및 충성도에 미치는 상관관계를 알아보는 연구이다. 이러한 관점에서 본 연구는 로컬푸드 문화를 체험한 소비자를 대상으로 Pine & Gilmore의 체험경제이론에서 제시된 5가지 요인(감각적 체험: 교육체험, 감성체험, 오락체험, 일탈체험, 물리적 체험: 환경적 체험) 중, 오락적 체험요인과, 환경적 체험요인을 변수로 설정하였다. 그리고 이 두 가지 요소의 요인별 체험에 의하여 소비자가 지각하는 로컬푸드에 대한 만족도와 충성도가 어떻게 영향을 받는가를 살펴본다. 특히, 단순 매장납품에 집중된 로컬푸드 벤쳐 창업 전략을 로컬푸드와 관련한 소비자교육 등 다각적인 문화적 체험요소와 소비자의 지각적 가치에 의한 매개효과를 함께 제시함으로써, 변수들 간의 상관관계를 파악하고, 로컬푸드에 대한 거버넌스 정책의 활성화와 농촌지역의 경제가치 창출을 위한 시사점을 제시하고자 한다.

  • 본 연구는 급변하는 환경 속에서 생존을 위해 의료기관에 요구되는 브랜드자산관리의 필요성을 강조하기 위해 병원의 디지털고객경험이 브랜드자산에 미치는 영향을 파악하고 나아가 병원의 브랜드자산이 구전의도에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 본 연구는 디지털고객경험이 브랜드자산에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과, 시각적 요인과 브랜드자산, 기능적 요인과 브랜드자산, 고객 서비스 요인과 브랜드자산과의 관계에 대한 경로는 모두 유의한 결과를 보였다. 또한 브랜드자산과 구전의도의 관계에 대한 경로 역시 유의한 결과를 보였다. 이러한 연구결과는 의료기관의 브랜드자산 구축과 기존 고객과의 관계 강화 및 가치창출행위와 관련된 고객의 구전의도를 위해 디지털 서비스 환경의 중요성을 강조하고 디지털 기술을 활용한 고객서비스 및 혜택의 제공을 제안하는 것에 시사점과 연구의 의의가 있다고 할 수 있다.

고객중심의 CRM 구축비교 사례연구 (Customer-Centric CRM Implementation Case Study)

  • In the highly competitive and divers world of financial market, customer is the single most important factor to company's survival. Especially, creating a relationship with valued customers is a key to success. CRM provides the mean to retain high value customers. It takes a prospect of what customers expect. Utilizing those knowledge can help the products and service meet the customers' needs, thereby maximizing customer satisfaction and company's profit. In this report, I am going to suggest a few ways to develop successful CRM in the life insurance industry. First, CRM should innovate the way of communication to keep pace with Web 2.0 era. In other words, the customer's needs should be caught by real-time communication than traditional off-line market research. Thus, the functionality and specification of products can be decided by customer's direct choice so that the customers are able to purchase the understanding and experience of the products. Second, CRM project should consider whether the initial strategy plan can promise the stable growth of customer at the first step. When planning strategy, the project needs to identify what customer wants and how to fulfill the needs with stable growth of the customer. In addition, the CRM should be developed by realizing that customer centric benefits ultimately guarantee the growth of the organization. Third, CRM systems should enhance the organization's ability to take the customer's insight in a 360 degree view and to capture the voice of the customer directly. In order to develop the best matched product package, more precise customer segmentation should be ahead of market segmentation strategy. Forth, the biggest reward from CRM will be a customer royalty program. Many successful banks are already planning and practicing customer royalty strategy. A comprehensive analysis of customers and their behavior allow organization to identify high value potential customers' needs and determine a strategy required to meet those needs. Even life insurance companies such as Prudential Korea are developing products designed for royal customers. Fifth, understanding and managing the experience of customer called Customer Experience Management also can increase customer satisfaction. Measuring only customers' experience and adapting it to marketing strategy make products position in the gap between the customers' expectation and experience not required by market. A key component of CEM is its application across all organizational functions. At last, the direction of change and development of CRM can be defined from the conceptualization of information technology represented by Ubiquitous and Web 2.0. Instead of just managing customer information, companies should take the initiative in personalized system with customer oriented strategy. Furthermore, with the regular communication between CRM stakeholders (Sales-Marketing-IT), customer's demand should be directly reflected to enterprise strategy in real time.

UGC플랫폼 사용자의 경험가치, 사회적자본, 문화적자본이 고객참여와 관계몰입에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구: 자기표현욕구의 조절효과를 중심으로 (A Study on the Effects of UGC Platform Users' Experience Value, Social Capital, and Cultural Capital on Customer Participation and Relationship Commitment: Focusing on the Moderating Effect of the Need for Self-Expression)

  • Purpose - This study aims to investigate the factors (experience value, social capital, cultural capital) affecting users' engagement in UGC platform, and to examine their effect on relationship commitment. The study further attempted to confirm the moderating effect of the need for self-expression. Design/methodology/approach - Data was collected from 230 UGC users through a survey, and the study performed a structural equation model analysis to validate the conceptual model which contains five research hypotheses. Findings - The study found that only service value, one of experiential values, has a significant positive (+) effect on customer engagement and that social capital and cultural capital also have a significant positive (+) effect on customer engagement In addition, customer engagement in the UGC platform was found to have a significant positive (+) effect on the relationship commitment. However, the need for self-expression did not moderate the relationship between customer engagement and relationship commitment. Research implications or Originality - Marketing strategies that can strengthen UGC users' engagement factors can lead up to follow-up research, which finds ways to improve not only users' engagement but also sustained relationship with the UGC platforms.

The Impact of Experience Value on Brand Image, Satisfaction, and Customer Loyalty in Context of Full-Service Restaurants: Moderating Effect of Gender

  • This study performed to identify the relationships among experiential value, brand image, satisfaction and customer loyalty in context of full-service restaurant, and to find the moderating effect of gender on the formulated model. SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 18.0 were employed to conduct frequency analysis, reliability analysis, exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis, and multigroup analysis to examine moderating effect. Results confirmed the validity and reliability and found significant relationships among the constructs. First, two factors of experiential value (e.g., aesthetic and economic value) have positive influence on brand image, satisfaction, and brand image was significant predictor of customer satisfaction. Second, satisfaction was significant antecedent of attitudinal loyalty and the attitudinal loyalty has influence on behavioral loyalty. In addition, current study identified moderating effect of gender between playfulness and brand image even though there was on significant relationship between both constructs. These results will be meaningful for developing marketing strategies and successful business especially for full-service restaurants.

파인다이닝 레스토랑의 서비스 품질이 서비스 가치, 고객 만족에 미치는 영향 연구 (Relationships among the Service Quality, Service Value, and Customer Satisfaction in a Fine Dining Restaurant)

  • This study examined the effects of the service quality of fine dining restaurants on the service value and customer satisfaction by targeting 310 customers with experience in using fine dining restaurants in Seoul. The results of this study are as follows. First, the quality of the physical environment and interactions and the result of fine dining restaurants had positive (+) effects on the service value. Second, the quality of the physical environment and interactions and the result of fine dining restaurants had positive (+) effects on customer satisfaction. Third, the service value had positive (+) effects on customer satisfaction. According to the result of this study, when customers visit fine dining restaurants, evaluations of the service quality, such as interior design, kindness, accessibility, pleasant environment, and good quality of food, are very important elements. The service quality has been verified to be a very important factor when evaluating fine dining restaurants. Overall, the result of this study can be used to develop measures for improving the service quality.

디저트카페의 선택속성이 경험가치와 재방문의도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Selection Attributes of Dessert Cafes on Experience Value and Revisit Intention)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of selection attributes of dessert cafes on experience value and revisit intention. A survey was conducted from June 3, 2017 to the June 27th, 2017 with dessert cafe users. Out of 200 responses collected, a total of 157 responses was included for the data analysis. The results from this study are as follows. First, it was found that, the menu features of selective attributes of dessert cafes only affected experience value. However, healthy menu, price, and atmosphere of selective attributes of dessert cafes didn't impact on experience value. Second, experience value of dessert cafes significantly influenced revisit intention. As a result, managers of dessert cafes need to develop an effective marketing strategy to improve the customer experience value so that customers can revisit their dessert cafe and will also develop the unique menu.

Exploring CRM through Technology-enabled Experience in Virtual Environment: The Era of COVID-19

  • Purpose: The purpose of the study is to explore the application of Augmented Reality (AR) technology to enhance interactivity and decision making via technology-enabled experience particularly, in the context of COVID-19. This study investigated effects of perceived utilitarian value, hedonic value, social value, and perceived risk on customer satisfaction with AR technology that are rarely examined in previous studies. Research design, data and methodology: Online survey data was used in the study. This study applied factor analysis and regression analysis to test the hypotheses and employed ANOVA and mediation effect analysis to explore additional findings. Results: The results suggested that customers' perceived usefulness, arousal, social preference, innovativeness, financial risk, and performance risk have statistically significant effect on customer satisfaction. Conclusions: The findings of the study provided managerial and policy implications to develop and advertise the introduction of AR technology with the emphasis on the practical and utilitarian benefits of the technology. The result of this study highlighted the importance of customer relationship management by providing advanced services to customers through AR technology. This study contributes to technology-enabled CRM literature by providing the empirical result to verify the assumption that AR technology can be an effective tool of firms' CRM strategy

음식서비스에 대한 지각된 가치와 고객 만족이 전환 의도와 충성도에 미치는 영향 평가 (Assessing the Effects of Perceived Value and Satisfaction with Foodservice on Switching Intention and Loyalty)

  • The objective for this study was to clarify the relationships between perceived value, customer satisfaction, switching intention, and loyalty for foodservice. A total of 258 questionnaires were completed. Structural equation model was used to measure the causal effect. Results of the study demonstrated that the confirmatory factor analysis result for the data also indicated good model fit. The unrestricted model yielded a significantly better fit to the data than the restricted model. The influences of perceived value on customer satisfaction, switching intention and loyalty were statistically significant. The influences of customer satisfaction on switching intention and loyalty were statistically significant. Moreover, customer satisfaction played a mediating role in the relationship between perceived value and switching intention. Customer satisfaction also played a mediating role in the relationship between perceived value and loyalty. The obvious implication is the need for further consideration of similar composite models. The possible moderating effects of such individual characteristics as risk aversion, involvement, and experience/expertise, or switching cost might be relevant pursuits in future research. Finally, this research illuminates the need for additional research that considers the effect of perceived value and satisfaction on customers' decision-making and corporate profits.

비대면 패션·뷰티 공연의 체험요인이 지각된 가치를 매개로 고객만족에 미치는 영향 (The effect of experience factors of untact fashion·beauty performances on customer satisfaction through perceived value)

  • 본 연구는 Pine과 Gilmore(1998)의 체험경제이론(4E's) 이론을 바탕으로 비대면 패션·뷰티 공연의 체험요인(오락적 체험, 심미적 체험, 일탈적 체험, 교육적 체험)이 지각된 가치를 매개로 고객만족에 미치는 영향에 관하여 분석하였다. 2020년 비대면으로 서울에서 성공적으로 진행된 제15회 '아시아모델페스티벌' 패션·뷰티 공연 관람객을 대상으로 총 230부의 설문지를 배포 및 회수하여 실증분석을 실시하였다. 통계분석 방법으로 SPSS 21.0 통계 프로그램을 사용하였고, 유의수준 p<.05에서 가설검증을 하였다. 연구 결과, 비대면 패션·뷰티 공연의 체험요인이 지각된 가치와 고객만족에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 지각된 가치는 고객만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 매개변수인 지각된 가치는 체험요인이 고객만족에 미치는 영향을 부분 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같이 실증분석을 연구함으로써 실무적인 측면의 시사점을 제시하고 실무자 및 관련 연구에 참고할 수 있는 기초자료를 제공하였다. 하지만 향후 연구에서는 이 연구에서 다루지 못한 변수들의 연구를 통해 학문적 발전에 기여해야 할 것이고, 다양한 비대면 공연을 대상으로 한 연구가 지속적으로 이루어져야 할 것이다.
