  • This Research analyzed with itinerary tracking : two of each other shopping sites were selected as research point. Analyzing the result, pedestrian path choice is affected by direction of escalator, visual information of the object, plain form of passage, presence and absence of companion and proportion of spatial knowledge from experience. The factors affecting pedestrian path choice are divided into two groups which are the effects from the environment, and personal characteristics.

우리나라 항만개발정책방향에 관한 연구 (A Study on Ports Development Policies in Korea)

  • Now we are faced on the national policy to aim at the nationwide logistics center in North-East Asia. To come true, Korean ports developments policies are better off going towards integrated governmental supportive system build-up, activated infra-structures, back-yard developments, legal and institutional system, international co-ordination networks system, customer-oriented port management system like one-stop services, and multi-variate financing resources. Above all, Related governmental institutions strongly have self-confidences and devotional efforts to make them all implemented not losing own way.

  • There is only one server available and arriving work require services from this server. Job are processed by the machine one at a time.   • Acknowledging the importance of English as the language of tourism discourse, this paper explores its current standing in the landscape of tourism in Oman. It also investigates its features and functions aimed at promoting the country as a wonderful tourist destination to people around the globe and framing tourism as a customer-oriented industry that meets tourists' interests and needs. To convey these messages the authors examine English tourism discourse in Oman from linguistic, pragmatic and socio-cultural perspectives.

  • The physical distribution service(PDS) is essential to evaluate the business logistics system. The PDS combines the inventory service with the lead time to deliver. This paper is presented to model Mixed Zero-One integer programming which is to determine distribution center location and to allocation products, considering delivery lead time, from given candidate locations to given customer markets. A numerical example is given to demonstrate the applicability of Mixed Zero-One integer programming for Distribution-Location problem.

도시 보건소 보건의료서비스 이용의 결정요인 (Determinants of Health Service Utilization of Urban Health Center)

  • This study was carried out to assess the utilization of urban health center and its related factors among the urban residents. The survey was carried out for 2,394 households in Taegu and Kyongju by the structured questionnaire from 28 March to 4 April and from 2 July to 9 July, 1994. Well trained interviewers visited 2,630 households in Taegu and Kyongju, and interviewed with housewives. Of the target households, 91.0%(2,394 households) were responded through three-time visiting. The major results were summarized as follows : The fourth and fifth decad utilized the health center more frequently than any other age groups.. The lower income group showed higher rate of health center utilization than those in higher income group in Taegu City. The mean length of residence among residents of Kyongju City is longer than those of Taegu City, and the longer length of residence, the higher rate of the health center utilization. Those who are living together with neonate and infant or elderly people showed higher rate of health center utilization than those who are living without neonate and infant or elderly people in both Taegu and Kyongju. The most common reason for visiting the health center was 'low cost'. The major reasons for not visiting the health center were 'not regular customer', 'poor health center facility', and 'low quality of care'. Vaccination, communicable disease control, outpatient care, public hygiene, maternal and child health program were well recognized as health center activities. In logistic regression for the utilization of health center, the significant independent variables were length of residence and recognize the site of health center in both Taegu and Kyongju. The improvement of quality of health service, physical environment of health center and public relations on health center's activities shoulod be considered for reactivation and reingorcement of health center functions.

공급능력 및 재고의 통합적 설계에 관한 연구 (An Integrated Design Problem of A Supply Chain)

  • Consider a supply chain where products are produced at a manufacturing system, shipped to a distribution center, and then supplied to customers. The distribution center controls inventory based on a base-stock policy, and whenever a unit of product is demanded by a customer, an order is released to the production system. Unsatisfied demand is backordered, and the inventory and backordered units are a function of the base-stock level. The manufacturing system is modeled as an M/M/s/c queueing system, and orders exceeding the limited buffer capacity are blocked and lost. The throughput of the manufacturing system and the steady state distribution of the outstanding orders are functions of number of servers and buffers of the manufacturing system. There is a profit obtained from throughput and costs due to servers and buffers of the manufacturing system, and also costs due to inventory positions of the distribution center, and we want to maximize the total production profit minus the total cost of the supply chain by simultaneously determining the optimal number of servers and buffers of the manufacturing system and the optimal base-stock level of the distribution center. We develope two algorithms, one analytical but without guarantee of the optimal solution and one optimal but without complete analytical proofs. The problem integrates strategic problem of the manufacturing system with tactical problem of the distribution center in a supply chain.

  • 최근 들어 인터넷의 발전 및 정보기술의 급속한 발전은 많은 산업에 있어서 급속한 변화를 이끌어 왔다. 가장 급속히 발전한 산업 중 하나가 콜센터이다. 현재 거의 대부분의 공공기관이나 보험회사 등 금융회사, 쇼핑몰 등에서 수많은 콜센터 인력들이 상담을 진행하고 있으나 몰려드는 상담에 비해 상담원의 수가 많이 부족하여 고객 불만으로 확대대고 있다. 또한 상담원을 통한 제품의 홍보, 상품의 광고 등 매출을 유도하는 중요한 채널인 콜센터의 아웃바운드 기능도 부족한 상담인원으로 인해 수많은 업무를 진행하지 못하는 불상사가 발생되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 데이터 마이닝 기법을 이용해서 통화 연결률을 극대화 할 수 있는 최적시간대 및 통화채널 분석 모델방법에 대하여 제안 하였다.

한국형 네트워크 마케팅 기업의 조직문화가 고객 지향성과 서비스지향성에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Influence of the Organizational Culture of Korean Network Marketing Companies on Customer Orientation and Service Orientation)

  • 본 연구는 한국형 네트워크 기업의 구성원들이 지각하고 있는 조직문화 유형이 고객지향성과 서비스지향성에 미치는 영향관계를 확인하고자 2020년 9월 7일부터 25일 까지 약 2주간에 204명을 응신 결과 중 최종 165명에 대한 유효설문결과를 SPSS 24.0 및 AMOS 24.0 통계패키지 프로그램을 활용하여 다음과 같은 결과를 나타냈다. 첫째, 조직문화가 고객지향성에 미치는 영향에 관한 분석결과 조직문화 의 하위 요인인 관계지향문화, 혁신지향문화, 위계지향문화, 과업지향문화유형은 모두 고객지향성에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 즉, 조직문화는 단편적인 어느 하위구성 유형 하나가 아닌 종합적인 작용으로 긍정적 의미부여가 된다는 측면에서 고객지향성에 통계적으로 유의하게 미치고 있음을 알 수 있다. 둘째, 조직문화가 서비스 지향성에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과 조직문화는 서비스지향성에 정(+)의 영향관계를 나타냈다. 즉, 조직문화의 하위 구성요인인 관계지향·혁신지향·위계지향·과업지향은 서비스지향성에 긍정적 요인으로 작용하는 것으로 분석되었다.
