Some customer data of manufacturing industries have a large number of incomplete data set due to the customer's infrequent purchasing behavior and the limitation of customer profile data gathered from sales representatives. So that, most sophisticated data analysis methods may not be applied directly. This paper proposes a heuristic data analysis method to classify customers in household appliances industries. The proposed PD (percent of difference) method can be used for the discriminant analysis of incomplete customer data with simple mathematical calculations. The method is composed of variable distribution estimation step, PD measure and cluster score evaluation steps, variable impact construction step, and segment assignment step. A real example is also presented.

Despite the growing online exposure of retailes, offline retail channels still outperform online channels in the total retail volume of some countries. There is much interest in the physical layout plans of retail stores to expand sales. Product placement that have a large impact on customer purchasing behavior at offline retailers influences customer movement and sales volume. But in many cases, each retailer relies on unsystematic and autonomous product placement. When multiple products are sold with one purchase, the customer's movement for shopping may be evaluated in terms of customer efficiency and additional impulse purchase. In this paper, the social network is applied to sales data of a retail store and the result is used for evaluation of product placement and customer path. The frequent sales product composition was identified using k-core from sales data in the form of shopping baskets. The location was checked for the identified compositions of products, the spatial variance was measured and the customer's path was identified. With these results, the store arrangement of products was evaluated with appropriate improvement directions. The analysis method of this paper can be an alternative analysis approach for better layout of retail stores.

Therefore, participants in their 20s or older were selected as samples among those who experienced water sports facilities. The survey was conducted non-face-to-face from April 25 to July 15, 2022, and a total of 243 copies of data were used for the final analysis. For data processing, frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, item consistency, correlation analysis, simple and multiple regression analysis were performed using the SPSS (ver. 21.0) program. As a result of this study, first, it was found that the water sports facility servicescape affects the value in the order of convenience, empathy, and facility environment. Second, it was found that customer satisfaction at water sports facilities had an effect on participation behavior. Third, it was found that the water sports facility servicescape affects participation behavior in the order of facility environment, service, convenience, and empathy.
Purchase decision behavior for and satisfaction with apparel among retail buyers and consumers were compared. Kunz's behavioral theory of the apparel fm was the conceptual framework; Oliver's disconfirmation model guided measurement of satisfaction. Buyers and consumers indicated their perceptions about shopping orientations, variables that influenced apparel purchasing decisions, the importance of aspects of customer service and attributes that they expected to find and found when shopping. Surveys were mailed to retailers and consumers identified by random sampling of company lists. Respondents were 66 buyers and 344 consumers. MANOVA revealed differences in retailers 'and consumers' shopping orientations, the influence of variables on purchase decisions, and perceptions of the importance of customer service. Paired sample t tests indicated dissatisfaction for buyers on 10 apparel/shopping attributes and consumers on nine items. Results support the need for vertically integrated manufacturers to redesign strategies that are more appealing to both retail buyers and consumers.
The first purpose of this study is to understand the impact of the emotional intelligence of golf coaches on customer citizenship behavior. The second is to verify the moderating effects of gender roles in the relationship between emotional intelligence and customer citizenship behavior. In order to achieve the research purposes, 5 indoor and outdoor golf driving ranges were selected in Cheongju, and 318 customers were selected as the objects. SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 21.0 software was used. The following were identified as the result of the analysis. First, besides 'Emotional Control' and 'Helping Others' all four sub-factors of the golf coach's emotional intelligence had a noticeable influence on customer citizenship behavior. Second, the influence of emotional intelligence differed according to the gender of coaches. In the case of male coaches, emotional intelligence had an impact on all factors except transmission. In the case of women, it was found that feedback, helping others and emotional control had an impact on all factors except transmission. Therefore, these results show that in-depth research on the emotional intelligence of golf coaches is required. They also suggest that there will be a need to study how the gender of the coach affects customer citizenship behavior.

Mobile social commerce is one of the fastest growing distribution channels in recent years. Therefore, it is important to understand customer's buying behavior in mobile social commerce in order to continuously grow in the competitive mobile social commerce market. To achieve the purpose of this study is to investigate how impulsive buying behaviors are applied in mobile shopping and how factors affect impulse purchasing in online shopping. In order to verify the hypothesis, we surveyed the customers who have experiences of using mobile social commerce and analyzed 280 valid data by Smart PLS 3.0. As a result, it was confirmed that consumers' innovation and purchasing experience influenced impulse purchase in mobile social commerce, and scarcity messages among information attributes affect impulse buying. Through this study, impulsive buying behavior which is a frequently analyzed variable in an online shopping context will be extended to the mobile shopping context. and it will provide practical implications for customer strategy establishment in mobile social commerce market.
The purpose of this paper is to investigate the effects of consumer's preferences for foreign products and extrinsic cues such as brand, country of origin, and corporate reputation on the consumer's evaluation which includes the construct of perceived quality, and loyalty. In addition, this paper is aimed to provide Korean firms insights in strategic approaches about foreign consumers behavior. A conceptual model is developed and empirically tested against a sample of university students in Korea, who have buying experience of products from multinational firms. 290 samples were used for this analysis. Results of multiple regression analysis using SPSS 18.0 show that consumer's preferences for foreign products, brand awareness, and corporate reputation have a significant effect on the perceived quality of the product from multinational firms. The most important factor to influence the perceived quality was found to be a corporate reputation. But country of origin had not significant effect. Also it is found that both product and product related service quality are positive and statistically significant in explaining the customer's loyalty. Implications for increasing perceived quality and customer's loyalty for Korean products in the global market are discussed.

Today's hotel cannot be defined merely as a place of providing food and lodgin. It must be a high level cultural ground serving as a place of rest for the people and as a place of art, culture and communication for the local community. Although each hotel has its own distinctiveness it must share a unified services and product sales strategies with one another in order to raise each other's sales values. The service is evaluated on the basis of the customer's own living standard and social class. There ought to be variety of personal and material services taking the sophistication and complexity of the customer's needs into onsideration. More effective marketing strategy is called for upon knowing such sales strategy and service marketing of the hotel management. Hotel's food marketing must take into consideration the product's simulaneous and vanishing qualities, its dependency upon ordering and its relationship to human services industries. Methods of increasing profit and customer satisfaction management need to be made. Especially the changes in the customer's tourist mind set and eat-out behavior play as important variabls, and the management needs to be reflexive enough to respond quickly to those changes.
