In this study, the aim is to understand the strategy of video content production with the case of the baby shark development process of Pink Fong Company, the content is described about the successful planning and strategy of baby shark which has become a global content, and the main point describes the planning of the production process and marketing strategies for each country. The findings of the conclusions resulted in the application of the standards of globalization and the local understanding of culture as the main factors for content success. If the Pink Pong Company's method is applied through this, it is possible to apply what is the main issue of creative content production Reproduction in the future.

본 연구는 여성의 경력단절예방 및 경제활동촉진을 위한 조직문화를 조성하고자 전남지역의 중소기업에 종사하는 남녀근로자 대상의 직장문화개선 교육 콘텐츠를 개발하고자 하였다. 콘텐츠의 현장활용성, 교안내용의 타당성 및 일관성을 확보하기 위해 실무담당자 및 전문가의 자문회의를 통해 전남지역의 특성을 고려하여 콘텐츠 설계의 방향 및 핵심 내용 구성을 구체화하였다. 교육 콘텐츠는 성인지적 일·생활균형 조직문화의 이해, 성인지적 일·생활균형의 효과, 성인지적 일·생활균형을 위한 실천의 3개 대영역으로 구분하였다. 콘텐츠의 방향은 전직원이 기본적으로 개인, 가족, 기업, 사회의 관점에서 일·생활균형의 의미와 조직문화 개선의 취지를 이해하는 것이다. 전남지역 기업의 일·생활균형의 현황을 제시하면서 직장문화개선과 직접 연관된 일과 생활영역의 세부항목에 대한 이해를 돕고자 하였다. 또한, 일·생활균형의 선순환적 효과와 실천적인 측면에서 각자의 일·생활균형에 대한 권리 이상으로 책임이 함께 이루어져야 함을 강조하였다. 특히 개인적으로 직장뿐 아니라 가정 및 여가생활에서 성평등한 일·생활균형의 개선방안을 모색하고 실천할 수 있도록 지지하고자 하였다. 나아가 다양성을 포괄하는 성인지적 관점에서 여성, 남성, 미(비)혼, 기혼, 청년, 노년, 장애인 등을 대상으로 한 제도 및 프로그램을 사례로 설명하고 조직문화 개선을 위해 우리가 모두 적극적으로 참여해야 함을 강조하였다. 본 연구에서 개발한 성인지적 일·생활균형 교육 프로그램이 여성의 경력단절예방 및 경제활동촉진에 견인차 역할을 할 것으로 기대한다. 이와 더불어 여성새로일하기센터는 기업의 자발적 참여동기를 높이고 일·생활균형 교육 강사의 전문성을 강화하는 방안을 강구해야 할 것이다.

본 논문에서는 불교 신화에 등장하는 10명의 지옥 왕을 주제어에 따라 시각화하는 디지털 콘텐츠를 구현한다. 10명의 지옥 왕은 시왕으로 불리며, 탱화와 같은 유형문화재로서 일반 사찰에서 찾아볼 수 있다. 시왕은 저승 세계를 관장하는 대왕으로 무속 및 불교문화 속에서 다양한 모습으로 전래되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 고문헌에 등장하는 시왕을 지옥별로 그 특징을 분석하여 주제어를 선별하고, 일반인이 특정 주제어를 선택하면 그에 따른 지옥과 왕을 시각적으로 나타내는 디지털 콘텐츠를 구현한다. 응용 분야로는 게임 및 문화 캐릭터의 개발, 전통문화를 활용한 디지털 스토리텔링, 불교문화와 교리 교육, 게임 등에 그 활용을 기대할 수 있다.

This study was conducted to evaluate the influence of Lactobacillus bulgaricus and/or Sterptococcus thermophilus on the fermentation of yoghurt containing 5% (w/v) buckwheat sprouts. The results revealed that after 12 hours of fermentation the appropriate pH, titratable acidity and number of viable cells were attained. At that time, the rutin content of the buckwheat sprout-added yoghurt prepared by the mixed culture method was not changed, but the quercetin content increased greatly. Conversely, the rutin content of yoghurt that only contained Streptococcus thermophilus was decreased while the quercetin content was increased. The total phenol contents as well as the DPPH radical scavenging activities of both the mixed culture and Streptococcus thermophilus yoghurt did not differ significantly. Taken together, the results revealed that the use of a mixed culture of Lactobacillus bulgaricus and Streptococcus thermophilus during the preparation of buchwheat sprout-added yoghurt was desirable due to the decrease in pH and increase in titratable acidity and viable cells that occurred after 12 hr of fermentation. Moreover, phytochemicals in buckwheat sprouts such as rutin, quercetin and phenol compounds were comparatively increased during fermentation and influenced the antioxidant activity in buckwheat sprout-added yoghurt.

본 연구는 2013년부터 정부가 추진하고 있는 상상콘텐츠기금 논의의 문제를 확인하고, 디지털 환경에서의 콘텐츠 진흥기금 목적 및 부담 주체를 제시하고자 설계되었다. 본 연구는 프랑스의 새로운 콘텐츠 기금도입 정책과, 부가가치가 콘텐츠 유통 사업자들에게 집중되는 디지털 콘텐츠 생태계의 불균형 문제에 주목하였다. 공존과 균형을 통한 공진화는 생태계의 발전의 필수 요소인 바, 새로운 콘텐츠 기금의 목적은 '콘텐츠 생산 재원조달 활성화와 콘텐츠 산업의 디지털화'에 초점을 맞추어야 하며, 기금 재원은 콘텐츠 유통을 통해 부가가치를 창출하는 디지털 콘텐츠 서비스 사업자 및 스마트 기기 사업자의 역할 분담을 통해 조성되는 것이 바람직하다.

Due to COVID-19, the non-face-to-face content market is growing rapidly. However, most of the non-face-to-face content such as webtoons and web novels are produced based on the traditional culture of other countries, not Korean traditional culture. The biggest cause of this situation is the lack of reference materials for creating based on Korean traditional culture. Therefore, the need for materials on traditional Korean culture that can be used for content creation is emerging. In this paper, we propose a generation model of source data based on traditional folk paintings through the fusion of traditional Korean folk paintings and AI technology. The proposed model secures basic data based on folk tales, analyzes the style and characteristics of folk tales, and converts historical backgrounds and various stories related to folk tales into data. In addition, using the built data, various new stories are created based on AI technology. The proposed model is highly utilized in that it provides a foundation for new creation based on Korean traditional folk painting and AI technology.

This study is intended to suggest a more reasonable and practical method of estimating discount & capitalization rate for valuation of closely-held culture content business, that is, to modify the Buildup Summation Model(which is recommended for the closely-held business by the NACVA) by adopting the weighted ratings in the CT Project Investment Evaluation of the Korea Culture Contents Association to risk factors of the Buildup Summation Model. This method is ease to apply for closely-held culture content business and has advantages in applying the weighted rates based on the characteristics of respective culture contents. And it can make up for the Weighted Average Cost of Capital (WACC) which shows generally low discount rates.

Roridin E, produced by Podostroma cornu-damae, is a mycotoxin with anticancer activity. To increase the content of roridin E, submerged culture conditions were optimized using response surface methodology. Three factors, namely, medium initial pH, incubation time and agitation speed were optimized using a Box-Behnken design. The optimum submerged culture conditions to increase the content of roridin E included a medium with an initial pH of 4.0, an incubation time of 12.90 days, and an agitation speed of 63.03 rpm. The roridin E content in the submerged culture, under the aforementioned conditions, was 40.26 mg/L. The findings of this study can help lower the current price of roridin E and promote its related research.

Purpose: This study is to explore which genre of sports culture contents will show the most consistent growth in the future and analyse the development outlook based on those results. Research design, data, and methodology: Case study was used for this research as it seemed to be the most appropriate approach in order to obtain the most complete and meaningful information from a particular phenomenon. A total of 15 participants were chosen to participate in a semi-structured in-depth interview and the recordings were typed out as text. In order to ensure validity and credibility of findings, peer and member check were conducted. Results: As a result, the sports culture content that is most likely to consistently grow in the future is games. Additionally, it is expected that sports culture contents will develop as new categories of sports culture contents emerge, as the evolution of sports culture content occurs through the combination with technology, as well as the activation of sensual sports contents, and the production of sports culture contents utilizing big data. Conclusions: It is concluded that convergence of sport, cultural contents, and technology will promptly progress, and it will promote the development of sport culture contents and related industry.

Purpose - The corporate culture's energy is recognized to go through the company and facilitate a new balance to realize success, which means that the culture in an environment of various organizations affects the performance of its employees. The purpose of the current research is to investigate the impact of organizational culture on employee performance. Research design, data, and methodology - The current research conducted a qualitative content analysis. The primary research approach applied by qualitative content analysis is an inductive methodology, and this approach is a type of reasoning that seeks the application of logic, which later helps develop a theory that will guide the future research. Result - Research findings of the present study indicated that five solutions to the problems encountered through the execution of culture are attached to how effective the organizational culture are when workers execute. Thus, culture is realized to boost structure, because the structure of an organization elevates the behavior of the organization. Conclusion - Workers will be aware of both the negative and positive implications of executing culture in the organization. Therefore, organization managers must learn that various employees are vital people in their vicinity, and creating a culture that would make a good rapport with them is vital.
