도시민의 라이프스타일에 따른 농촌어메니티자원 선호도 분석 (An Affinity analysis for Rural Amenity Resources according to the Life-Styles of Urbanites)

  • The demand of rural tourism industry has increased among the urbanites in South Korea, in due to the increase of leisure activity and the emergence of ageing society. Rural amenity resources are gaining various interests, in the value creation and promotion of tourism. In this study, the propensities of city dwellers were separated by life-style classification, and each affinity to the rural amenity resources was examined in accordance with the separation. A questionnaire survey of urbanites in the southern area of Gyeonggi-do, the most populous province in South Korea, was conducted to analyze the preference of city dwellers about rural amenity resource and life-style of themselves. For statistical verification, $IBM^{(R)}$ $SPSS^{(R)}$ Statistics 20 software was used for frequency, reliability, factor and multiple regression analysis of this research. The results of the statistical analyses found a noticeable characteristic in life-style classification. The affinities of urbanites can be classified into four congregations of life-style factors in this statistical model. Each congregation of the factors was named as 'Self-development-oriented', 'Leisure-oriented', 'Achievement-oriented', and 'Culture-oriented' life-style, to represent the characteristics for convenience' sake. Among these styles, only 'Self-development-oriented' and 'Achievement-oriented' showed the positive correlation with rural amenity resources in the multiple regression analysis. In addition, the rural amenity resources were also analyzed in accordance with the life-styles classification of urbanites. City dwellers showed the highest interest to the 'natural resource management facility resource' in natural resources, the 'traditional heritage resource' in cultural resources, and the 'community resource' in social resources. Meanwhile, they showed less interest to 'agricultural and scenery resources' in natural resources, 'specialty production resource' in cultural resources, and 'cooperative farming' in social resources. These characteristics can be constructed as meaning that the urbanites who concern self-development and achievement of their lives have high interest in rural amenity resources, and the main interest of them is not 'return-to-the-farm'(歸農) but 'return-to-the-home'(歸村).

  • This research was conducted to identify factors that affect work-life balance and happiness among married working couples with a double income. To this end, a survey was administered to 260 married working couples in the Seoul metropolitan region. The analysis of the survey responses using the SPSS (Ver. 21) program yielded several important results. First, the variables that significantly affected work-family balance included the number of family dinners eaten together, meaning of life, efforts to strike a work-life balance, and the availability of social institutions and policies that promote work-life balance. Variables that significantly affected work-leisure balance included meaning of life, number of family dinners eaten together, gender, and the availability of social institutions and policies that promote work-leisure balance. As for work-growth balance, significant variables included meaning of life, communication with colleagues, income, and meaning of work. Finally, variables that significantly affected happiness included meaning of life, income, communication with colleagues, and work-growth balance. Based on these results, follow-up research needs to be conducted on various groups to help determine the factors that will ensure their work-life balance and happiness.

가족봉사단의 봉사활동 경험의 효과 연구 -건강가정지원센터를 중심으로- (A Study on Effectiveness of Service Experience of Family Voluntary Service Group -Focused on Health Family Support Center-)

  • In-depth interview research and qualitative methodology were used to find changes in the experiences of family volunteer activities through the use of the Health Family Support Center. Ultimately, 143 items as sub-concepts, 42 items as sub-categories, and 10 items as subjects were found. I will also suggest alternative basic and primary data. First, using 10 subjects, the following points were evaluated in detail. I looked at what kind of changes in the volunteer activities these subjects experienced after working at the Health Family Support Center, and what the specific underlying reasons were for the changes in their family volunteer experience. These included 'community solidarity', 'family community', 'leisure and culture for the family', 'communication', 'personal relations', 'coping skills', 'growth', 'sympathy', 'positive thinking', 'future plans'. Second, families experienced a feeling of belonging as community members and the family realized the importance of their life, learned communication methods and coping skills. Third, families came to have new opportunities to grow as humans and learned a feeling of sympathy for others. Fourth, families found new paradigms to think positively about their daily life and to establish future plans. We will need more effort to empower family experiences of family volunteer activities that use the Health Family Support Center as well as supporting its staff. The following specific factors were the main mediating factors for using such a facility: family volunteer education, family volunteer service agency consulting, program planning, and managing family volunteers and other services.

  • The purpose of this study is to provide the contents and effective methods of educational program for human resource development focused on the full-time housewives. For this purpose the case interviewed with 24 professionals and management leaders of women education field are performed and 445 questionares from full time housewives who participate in at least one education program are analyzed. The findings of this study are followed. 1. The most preferred programs are sports/health program(28.8%), leisure program(26.5%), household income management program(15.9%), culture/arts program(15.2%) in percentage order. And the first preferred motivation of participation in the programs is the self development(38.4%). 2. The positive effect of program is founded more with participants in family oriented program and society oriented program than in individual oriented program. And the satisfaction degree of participants in family oriented program is higher than in individual/society oriented program. 3. The degree of demands for Program management and program characteristics is higher than the demands for program installations and program supplying methods. 4. In the area of effectiveness methods the demands for program systematization according to program level are most referred.

서울시의 공원 프로그램 운영 특성 (Characteristics of Park Program Operation of Seoul Metropolitan Government)

  • 공원 프로그램으로 시대 변화에 따른 여가욕구의 다양화에 빠르게 대응할 수 있으며, 이용자와 공원과의 관계를 보다 밀접하게 만들 수 있다. 이러한 이유로 서울시는 1997년의 남산 야외식물원 식물교실프로그램 이후 다양한 프로그램을 개발하여 운영하고 있고, 세 개의 공원녹지사업소에 공원여가과를 신설하여 조직적으로 접근하고 있다. 그러나 관련 연구는 공원 이용자에 집중되어 있다. 이에 본 연구는 프로그램 운영 주체를 대상으로 프로그램을 작동시키는 구조를 드러내고자 한다. 구체적 목적은 '1. 관련 법 및 운영 조직과 인력의 구성을 파악하여 서울시 공원 프로그램을 작동시키는 제도적 특성을 진단, 2. 프로그램 운영비의 조달과 집행, 민관 협력 등 운영방식을 분석, 3. 2015년부터 2017년까지 운영된 구체적 프로그램을 분석하여 프로그램 운영의 구조와 프로그램 간의 관계성 파악'이다. 연구 내용을 종합해 볼 때 첫번째 프로그램 운영의 구조에 있어서는 지원법은 체계적이지 못하나 운영 조직은 체계를 갖추어 나가고 있었다. 두번째 운영방식에서 대부분의 예산은 지방정부가 충당하고 있었고, 민간참여의 단계는 낮았다. 세 번째로 프로그램의 특성을 살펴보았을 때 프로그램은 양적으로는 증가되었지만 특정 주제에 집중되어 있었고, 공원시설을 적극 활용하는 프로그램은 적었다. 이러한 연구 결과를 근거로 세 가지 과제를 제안할 수 있다. 첫째는, '공원 및 녹지 등에 관한 법률'에 공원 프로그램에 대한 개념 및 지원에 관한 내용이 포함되도록 해야 한다는 것이다. 두 번째는, 프로그램의 양적 증가에서 질적 향상으로의 변화가 필요하다는 것이며, 마지막은 공원여가문화 활성화를 위해 서울시 푸른도시국을 시민주도 및 여가문화 지향의 조직으로 개편할 필요가 있다는 것이다. 본 연구는 기존의 많은 공원 프로그램 관련 연구와는 달리 프로그램 이용자가 아닌 서비스 제공자인 공원관리청을 연구 대상으로 했다는데 의의를 갖는다. 연구 결과는 서울시뿐만 아니라, 타 지방정부가 수요자가 중심이 되는 공원 관리 및 운영의 방향성을 제시하는데 기여할 수 있을 것이며, 결과적으로는 시민의 가장 가까운 여가공간으로서 공원의 장기적 비전을 마련하는데 도움이 될 것이다.

중년기 주부의 행복감 향상을 위한 심신통합프로그램 개발 연구 - 요가와 차 명상을 중심으로 - (A study to develop a Body & Mind Integration Program to Enhance the Happiness for Middle-aged Housewives -Focused on Yoga and Tea Meditation-)

  • The purpose of this study was to develop a Body & Mind Integration Program that combines yoga and tea meditation, and to prove the fact that it can enhance the happiness for middle-aged housewives. In order to do that, it was devised for a one-group pretest-posttest design and implemented a pretest, a treatment(that was a 12-session program), and a posttest. The results of the 16 middle-aged housewives were used to prove the effect of this program. The main results of this study are as follows: First, physical self-concept(t=-4.609, p<.001), mindful attention awareness(t=-2.804, p<.05) and tea life practices(t=-4.748, p<.001) of the middle-aged housewives have been improved after the implementation of Body & Mind Integration Program. Secondly, the Body & Mind Integration Program has provided the chance for the middle-aged housewives to newly recognize their physical and psychological ability so that they can appreciate their lives more happily and realized their inner strength. In the final analysis, it is the task for all of us to develop and supply the kind of program which helps the middle-aged housewives not only to keep the efforts for their healthy body & mind, but also to get rid of the negative feelings and tensions which happen from personal relationships so that they can find happiness in their lives continuously.

청소년의 행복감 향상을 위한 요가와 차 명상 복합 프로그램 개발을 위한 기초연구 (A Study to develop a Combined Yoga and Tea Meditation program to Enhance the Happiness for Adolescents)

  • This research aimed to determine how a combined yoga and tea meditation program would affect the happiness of adolescents. The investigation was conducted over a total of 11 sessions held twice a week with 15 female middle-school students. Each session lasted 90 min and comprised preparation for 5 min, Hatha yoga for 50 min, tea meditation for 15 min, the expression of feelings for 15 min, and 5 min were allocated to finishing the program and announcing the next session time. A t-test was performed before and after the program to analyze the effects of the program. A goodness of fit test, which is related to the improvement of happiness, was done through a path analysis. As a result, we were able to determine meaningful changes in the t-test scores of happiness, stress, and quality of life. The scores of mindfulness, physical self-concept, and self efficiency changed positively, but meaningful changes were not shown. To derive a final conclusion, we verified the mediator effect with respect to happiness through a structural model. Consequently, physical self-concept was activated as a promoter for improving self-efficiency and mindfulness. Mindfulness was the key factor that improved the happiness of the adolescent subjects.

건강가정지원센터의 가족친화문화 프로그램 개발 : 부모자녀가 함께 하는 요리활동 프로그램을 중심으로 (Study on the program development for the family friendly culture in Healthy Families center : focused on the cooking program of parents and children)

  • This study tried to develop and suggest the program for the family friendly culture in Healthy Families Center. This study focused on specially the cooking program on which entire family member can participate. To develop the program two theoretical perspectives were applied : 1. healthy families perspectives and family leisure, 2. child development perspectives. In the process for developing the program the related literatures were investigated and the proceding cases were analized. The developed program consisted of 4 parts : 1. today, I(child) am the chef, 2. today, daddy(or mommy) is the chef, 3. for my parents and for my kids, 4. let's take a familytrip with snacks. This program is to be made suitable for the families with child(ren) in school age. We suggested various strategies for the effective management the program in Healthy Families Center such as the program manual and workbook, the time duration of program, three steps(introduction-performance-closing) of each session and using the professionals. We suggested the pilot performance of this program for the confirmation the effectiveness of the program. The evaluation index can be used before and after the program implementation. Further research needs to investigate the program for another family life cycle, such as the family with the child(ren) of preschool age or youth child(ren). In addition, for the enhancement of professionals quality who lead the program in field the professionals academy or education program need to be offered.

스마트워크 후 조직 문화 변화 연구: 서비스 대기업 'H사' 사례 (Exploring Changes in Organizational Culture after Firm-Wide Institutionalization of Smart Work: Case of a Service Company 'H')

  • 최근 코로나 19의 세계적 대유행 이후로 비즈니스 업무환경이 스마트워크로 급격하게 변하고 있다. 스마트워크는 기본적으로 언제 어디서나 일을 할 수 있는 시스템을 근간으로 하고 있다. 스마트워크가 성공하기 위해서는 이러한 시스템의 구축과 운영 문제가 중요할 뿐만 아니라, 스마트워크 도입이 미치는 조직문화에의 영향을 연구하는 것도 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 한국의 레저 서비스 대기업인 H사에서 경영상 강조하고 있는 조직 문화의 일곱 가지 차원 - 전략적 혁신성, 조직 유연성, 공정한 인사관리, 합리적 의사결정, 조직 활력, 신뢰 협력, 리더십 - 에 있어서 스마트워크 전후로 어떤 변화가 있는지 설문과 인터뷰를 통하여 조사하였다. 조사결과 전략적 혁신성, 조직 유연성, 조직 활력, 신뢰 협력의 네 가지 차원에서는 직원들의 평가가 통계적으로 낮아진 것으로 나타났고, 공정한 인사관리, 합리적 의사결정, 리더십의 측면에서는 큰 변화가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 도입초기 단기적 현상일수도 있어 앞으로의 변화도 관찰할 필요가 있지만, 기업 관점에서 궁극적으로 유연한 업무 환경의 변화를 추구하는데 있어서 직원들로 하여금 전략적 혁신성, 조직 유연성, 조직 활력, 신뢰 협력과 같이 경영상 중요한 조직 문화의 측면에서 적극적으로 준비하고 대응하는 것이 필요함을 시사한다. 조직 활력이 상대적으로 낮아지고, 조직구성원간 신뢰 소통과 협력은 감소하는 것은 굉장히 부정적 변화로서 적극적 관리가 필요하다. 이어진 인터뷰에서는 스마트워크 도입의 성공적 정착을 위해서는 리더십의 역할이 중요하게 나타나고 있어, 향후 일하는 방식의 변화에 따라 경영진 리더십의 역할이 더욱 강조될 것이라는 것을 시사하였다.

A Comparative analysis of the Pre- and Post-Construction Image Analysis of the Nakdong Estuary as Coastal Tourism Resource

  • The purpose of this study is the comparative analysis of Susan citizens' images of Eulsook-do as a coastal tourism destination before and after the construction of a road bridge across the Nakdong estuary in order to analyze local people's changes in leisure patterns. Analysis of the images of a pre-construction Eulsook-do that people aged both 40 and less and 50 and more had on five dimensions showed values higher than zero(0) that suggests neutral image, while their images of a post-construction Eulsook-do showed the shrinking size of pentagon on all five dimensions: ET(Entertainment), CA(Culture & Art), EE(Environment & Ecology), RC(Recreation) and LP(Leports) dimensions. Its pre- and post- construction image analysis conducted 20 years after it came to be built finds that the road bridge construction has led to the ecological, environmental disruption of the coast and the lower Nakdong river, having negative influence on the images of Eulsook-so.
