This study aimed to elucidate the relationship between the selection attributes and visit motivations of Ningxia wineries and tourist satisfaction and intention to revisit. Utilizing multiple linear regression and simple linear regression models, the study quantitatively analyzed tourists' selection attributes and visit motivations for Ningxia wineries. Factor analysis categorized 12 visit motivation variables into four factors: 'Sensation', 'Educational', 'Companion-Friendly', and 'Experiential'. Additionally, 17 selection attribute variables were classified into four factors: 'Service Quality', 'Environmental', 'Facility', and 'Economic'. Through analyzing the impact of visit motivations on satisfaction and revisit intentions, we have identified the pivotal factors as 'Wine Cultural Education', 'Enhanced Companion-Friendliness', and 'Wine Cultural Experience'. In the analysis of the relationship between selection attributes and revisit intentions, crucial elements involve 'Service Quality provided by the winery"'and 'Environmental of the winery'. Conversely, key influencing revisit intentions include 'Environmental of the winery' and 'Costs and Pricing associated with winery visits'. To ensure the sustainable development of the Ningxia winery industry and promote the enduring growth of rural economies, wineries should place greater emphasis on cultivating wine cultural experiences, artisanal activities, and other project endeavors.

The world industry structure is characterized as service economics concerned with key words of global, information and culture. Developed countries have expanded a value-added of service economics along with rapid growth of service economics. In this change of economic environment in the world, China have converted their strategy of an economic management into coping with the industrial structure of service in the 11th 5-year plan. The purpose of the paper, therefore, is to find out the new commerce strategy of China, and searching for the counter plan of Korea. Chapter 2 begins with the change of economic strategy in China and their cultural factors using service industry. Chapter3 deals with, from the basis of chapter 2, China's service export strategy to abroad and our counter plan that is able to export and expand Korean service and culture industry into China.

본 연구의 목적은 한 지역사회를 중심으로 부모와 아동관계자의 아동권리보장실태에 대한 인식을 살펴보고 아동친화도시를 구성하기 위한 방안을 모색하고자 하는 것이다. 이를 위해 서울시의 한 기초자치단체에서 실시된 조사데이터를 활용하여 놀이, 지역사회 참여, 보건 및 사회서비스, 안전, 교육환경, 주거 부분에서의 인식차이를 확인하였다. 분석 결과, 6개 영역중 교육환경과 주거환경이 상대적으로 잘 보장되고, 지역사회참여는 덜 보장되고 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 아동관계자들은 아동친화적 지역사회를 구성하기 위한 물리적 환경에 있어 더 부정적이었고, 부모는 참여권과 같은 제도적/문화적 환경에 더 부정적인 것으로 나타났다. 이를 바탕으로 본 연구는 다음과 같이 제안했다: 첫째, 아동친화도시를 구성하기 위한 기준 중 물리적 환경은 아동관계자의 기준을 참조하고, 제도문화적 환경은 부모의 기준을 참조해야 한다. 둘째, 지역사회 의사결정구조에 아동, 부모, 아동관계자의 참여를 확대해야 한다.

본 연구는 ICT를 토대로 문화복지에 대한 방향성을 제시하였다. 이를 위하여 정부정책의 방향과 문화복지 서비스 현황에 대해 살펴보고 국내외 문화복지 서비스 사례에 관련하여 사용자 체험을 중심으로 하는 박물관과 미술관을 대상으로 분석하였다. 그 결과 미술관에 비해 박물관은 미디어환경에 따라 많은 변화가 모색되었다. 세부적으로 미디어 1.0시대에는 실제 박물관을 통해 관람되었다면 미디어 2.0시대에는 가상박물관이 나타났다. 이것은 미디어 환경, 대상(전시물), 접근성, 소모성 및 정보성에 있어서 많은 차이가 있음을 알 수 있었다. 끝으로 이를 통해 한국형 ICT 문화복지 서비스 환경변화요소를 제언하였다. 향후, 문화소외계층에게 문화향유에 대한 문화복지 서비스의 확대가능성에 대한 지속적인 연구가 필요하다고 사료된다.

The firms aim to acquire services and costs advantage from logistics outsourcing strategy. But it is very important to select optimum service provider. A checklist of the criteria for the evaluation of service providers follows : service quality, low cost, logistics information system, service network, financial stability, investments in plant and equipment, management attitude and lookout for the future strategic fit, cultural and psychological barriers etc. Also, a 8-step implement of logistics outsourcing strategy will be of help for maximizing benefits of logistics outsourcing. It follows : 1-step : logistics environment analysis, 2-step : check service provider availability, 3-step : logistics outsourcing determinant analysis, 4-step : select of optimum service provider, 5-step : contract with optimum service provider, 6-step : identify of remaining barriers, 7-step : performance of logistics outsourcing, 8-step : evaluation.

The purpose of this research is to example the general trend of the service environment evaluation of the silver town and classify based on the service environment evaluation to suggest a effective method and alternatives fur development companies. The survey population of this study focused on 40s and 50s' middle aged both genders living in the Seoul and national capital region, we used random sampling method. The analytical methods used in this study were frequency, mean, standard deviation, factor analysis, Chi-Squae analysis, ANOVA, cluster Analysis, post-hoc estimation (Duncan test), To verify the reliability of each measure, Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used. As a result of classifying the environment evaluation elements, it was classified into 5 groups for the differentiating strategy on each group. The groups are: life support service type, medical and health support service type, cultural support service type, indifference type, and food support service type.

Confronting with series of environmental problems. caused by urbanization and the constantly improving consciousness of the entire society towards environmental protection, it has become an inevitable trend to develop parks and green space planning that guided by the principle of 'respecting nature, preferring ecology' and integrate function, arts and culture of landscape design. Aiming at specific project, humanized design should be laid stress on. With fundamental functional construction serving as the base, the reflection of cultural content and regional landscape as the characters, using various landscape gardening elements reasonably to enrich space design as well as highlighting leisure and sport function and following the concept 'human-centered', parks and green space filled with natural vitality and cultural spirit can be constructed, people, city and the nature could develop together in harmony.
