The essence of brand identity is to draw an interrelation between user and brand based on user's desire. The housing cultural center is focused on brand identity for satisfaction of user. The purpose of this study is to inquire out the expression characteristics of brand Identity in housing cultural center according to analyze previous studies and case studies. The results of this study are summarized as follows. 'Uniqueness' is directly expressed through brand name or logo or through brand colors. 'Experience' is expressed as auditive expression through stimulation using a body and providing music. 'Relationship' has provided a communication environment or created relationship with brand by leading interaction with others. 'Estheticism' has increased visual satisfactory level by aesthetically sublimating lighting direction or form. 'Functionality' is expressed by providing various programs through smooth flow plan and grafting with the latest technology. 'Non-dailiness' has affected memory territory by inducing curiosity and astonishment through space modification or new and contrasting direction. The housing cultural center needs to be planned as a space where interaction of user and brand will be initiatively activated sensationally and psychologically by pursuing user-oriented brand identity.

본 연구에서는 열처리 온도에 따른 전도 특성을 조사하기 위하여 RF magnetron sputtering을 이용해서 Si기판 위에 SBN 박막을 증착시킨 후, SBN 박막에 $650{\sim}800[^{\circ}C]$의 온도 범위에서 열처리를 하였다. $650[^{\circ}C]$에서 열처리된 박막의 경우 표면 거칠기는 약 0.42[nm]로 나타났으며, -5~+5[V]의 전압 범위에서 누설전류밀도는 $10-5[A/cm^2]$ 이하로 안정된 값을 나타내었다.

Two recent novels on the Korea War, Lark and Termite and The Coldest Night, focus on two particularly disturbing incidents of the Korean War: the No Gun Ri massacre and the battle of the Changjin Reservoir. The novels explore the ways in which these ugly episodes of the war revise the official memory of the Cold War and resonate with the lives of those within the U.S. After excavating and examining the relevance of the Korean War, they simulate the older paradigm of returning to domesticity, reflecting not only the cultural and political tendency of the 1950s but also that of the public responses to the 9/11. This paper intends to read the significance of the treatment of the two novels on the Korean War as well as the limits therein to understand the implications of the shifts in the American public memory of the War.

A critique on Freud's remembering taken place in the 80's and 90s has a significant impact on a paradigm shift: from the discursive constructivism to the neo-empiricism. Along with Marx and Nietzsche, Freud was one of the main intellectual sources in formulating the Cultural Studies, known as the political corrections in the later period of Post-modern era. In the wake of feminism, there was a social happening, namely, a memory restoration, when a woman therapist helped a woman patient to restore the past and come up with her father as the cause of her trauma. Finally, 'the false memory syndrome' brought up a hot issue firing on the controversy about Freudian remembering. Freud as a clinical therapist began to be a sole target to be criticized. Strangely enough, however, Freud was continually utilized by such theorists as Julia Kristeva, Homi Bhabah, and Žižek, while having dissenters like Deleuze, Quattari, and Butler. Of those intellectual claims, this paper focuses on the debates by the dissenters not from the discursive theorists but from the clinical studies: Sulloway, Grunbaum, and Crews. My argument directs to the empirical side of Freud for the conclusion that the dispute on him was a seed of a paradigm shift towards the neo-empiricism, after one century's flourishing of constructivism.

This study started from an interest in the unique history and literature of Okinawa and Jeju Islands. The Battle of Okinawa at a late stage of the Asia-Pacific theatre of World War II, and the indiscriminate violence in the 4.3 Jeju Massacre directly show the shared tragedy of the two islands; furthermore, they are are both located on the frontier of a nation's authority, and thus are symbolic cases. This thesis analyzes Oshiro Tatsuhiro's Island of the Gods and Hyun, Ki Young's Sooni's Uncle, both directly deal with the tragedy of two different but analogous incidents, and question the difference in memory struggle and definitions. Thus, though both novels show a similarity in focusing on and exposing the forbidden memory of mass suicide and massacre, the methods of suggesting the course of memory struggle are different. For example, in contrast to Hyun who took a different approach from the fury, accusations, and violence of South Korea to espoused forgiveness and reconciliation, Oshiro showed the changes in the form of responding to the mainland Japan.

This study originates from the following problematic: Can a social history of design provide a useful methodology for the research and education of Korean design? For the understanding of the modes of socio-cultural approach to design, the chapter 2 compares the narrative mode of designer-centered history promulgated under the influence of Nikolaus Pevsner and that of socio-cultural approach advocated by Adrian Forty. The chapter 3 studies the cases of socio-cultural approach to Korean design through the domestic exhibitions like 'Everyday Life, Memory and History,' 'A Glimpse into the Society through Campaigns,' and 'Design Culture in Korea 1910-1960' which attempted the socio-cultural approach to the visual culture of modern/contemporary Korea. In the chapter 4, this study investigates into the meanings and characteristics of socio-cultural approach in the design research and education, End argues for the necessity of the introduction of qualitative research methodology.

This study aims at investigating the correlation between such variables as a child's family circumstance and personality and that of the child's mathematical ability. For the objects of the study five hundreds and sixteen students (male 273, female 243) were andomly selected from the fifth grade primary school students in the city of Seoul. For the tool of measure the investigation of Korean family circumstances with particular characteristics, the personality test by Chong Pom Mo and Kim Ho Kwon, and the intelligence test by Lee Sang Ro, Chin Whal Kyo and Pyon Chang Jin were employed. For the statistical analysis S. A. S. C., the statistical analysis package of KAIST was employed. The resutis of the test can be summarized as follows. The correlation between the variable of family Circumstance and that of mathematical alility 1) In case of the significance level 0.05 the education of the childs mother and the order of the child's birth have much to do with the perception speed. In case of the significance level 0.1 it makes some difference in the child's perception spead whether the clild's mother has a job or not. 2) In case of the significance level 0.05 the education of the child's father and mother, the father's job and the type of habitation have influence on the child's perception of space. 3) In case of the significance level 0.05 the education of the child's father and mother, the father's job, the order of the child's birth, the type of habitation, their religion, and their cultural, and economic standard have influence on the child's ability of inference. 4) In case of the significance level 0.05 the education of the child's father and mother, the father's job, the type of habitation, their religion and their cultural and economic standard have influence on the child's ability of calculation. 5) In case of the significance level 0.05 any variable of the child's family circumstance has nothing to do with the child's memory. In case of the significance level 0, 1 the type of family and the type of habitation have effect on the child's memory. 6) In case of the significance level 0.05 the education of the child's parents, the jobs of the parents, the type of habtation, their religion, and their cultural and economic standard have influence on the child's linguistic notion. The correlation between the variable of the child's personality and that of the child's mathematical ability 1) In regard to the priority of the variables influencing the child's perception speed, the child's discretion comes first in order, and then sociability and impulsiveness of the child. 2) The child's discretion has effect on the child's space perception. 3) The child's discretion has effect on the child's ability of inference. 4) In regard to the child's ability of calculation the child's discretion comes first in order, and then impulsiveness and sociability of the child. 5) The child's discretion has effect on memory. 6) The child's discretion has effect on the child's linguistic notion.

The May 18 Democratic Movement has been considered to be specific case of the big deviation in social memory among the events that occurred after the Korea War. Compared with other events associated with the democratization movement, the May 18 Democratic Movement is special in that can be achieved various changed meaning. In this study, primary focus will be on the background and logics to show what changed the meaning of the May 18 Democratic Movement from the perspectives of the memorial project. And to investigate influences of change of meaning on perspectives and forms of memorial projects. Recognition and forms of memorial projects on the May 18 Democratic Movement had been largely changed around 2000s. Memorial projects were the aspects that are the logics of the social movements absorbed into the logics of the institutionalization before 2000s. During this period, it was done primarily the discourse of a holy ground for democracy and sanctuarization, had characterized the nature of the struggle of memory. After 2000s, the May 18 Democratic Movement has been interpreted historical resources to create a cultural city and a human rights city. Sometimes the May 18 Democratic Movement was appropriated by local development discourse, and sometimes was adopted as the material of differentiation strategy in the city. Form of memorial projects has also been changed type of struggle of memory to type of heritage industry.

The origin of texts we refer to as literary or artistic may be imagination, but many are based on experiences. In fact, experiences can be the source of artistic imagination since imagination often builds upon experiences. Therefore, the act of verbalizing human experiences using them as raw material can become a great form of art. Transforming past experiences into stories and infusing them with vitality inevitably requires a creative process of reconstruction, which is essentially a literary process. As such, 'Personal Narrative' holds significance as a literary process that weaves facts into stories and shapes them into forms. Individual experiences are stored as personal memories, and these 'personal memories' continuously generate stories. Collections of individual stories are stored as multiple memories, which gradually form 'collective memories' with distinct social and cultural inclinations through the passage of time and invisible yet potent societal and cultural censorship. The problem lies in the fact that individuals may tend to align their own memories with the inclinations of collective memory rather than simply recalling what they personally experienced. In the context of actual history, personal memories and collective memories communicate with each other, producing non-fictional content close to reality and sometimes manifesting as fiction content enriched with imagination. 'Personal Narrative' holds a significant genre as one genre of non-fiction content within our culture.

Cultural goods is carrying nature and value above-mentioned a commodity to what a cultural element was commercialized. And it produced for the purpose of manufacture for popular sales and supply, and holding commercial character. Specially, cultural goods of a museum keeps a good memory to a sightseer, and broaden an educational experience, and the source of profit becomes it to a seller a producer. This cultural goods as they all include the artistic historical figurative background that they are displayed directly and got twisted up to collection have background which became a motive. Cultural goods can acquire cultural difference in globalization and have to be based on the soil of cultural heritage, starting around various cultural materials through practical value to a modern life. Internationally, cultural goods using a culture material development have competitiveness of nation as in it. Therefore, Baekje cultural goods need national and positive aid from the government with the customer satisfaction index considering the modern design, an age group, an internal and external commodity as the difficulty of various commodity development and managing museum shop. Furthermore, like overseas museum shop, if we are practically using on-off line, continuous promoting our commodity, and marketing strategy such as a membership system when buy our cultural goods, a special discount event etc., we can contribute to activate local economy as a museum shop when we have responsibility of the function and the part.
