In 1999, the origin concept of blog was introduced in America for sharing information, from the end of 2002. It appealed to people in Korea and also has been developed from the original blog style to the advanced style combining social network service, the reason of unique evolution in Korean blog style is on what the cultural communication method has influenced. Nowadays world is smaller and distance between countries is more and more close than before, by that reason designer peruses global design, but we realize that the globalization should consider local society through blog, therefore this study presents the method of communication and cultural attribute and human relationship that made by old tradition by the means of criticism focused on local culture.

Through the action of Major Barbara, Shaw advocates the improvement of human race and civilization through fabian eugenic socialism in the based on the Galtonian eugenics and social Darwinism in late Victorian period. In the play, Shaw contrasts two ideologies, Barbara's spiritual institutionalized Christianity with Undershaft's worldly power to control the conventional society. For the dramatic purpose, Shaw symbolically combines the power of the munitions maker, the intellect of the scholar and the faith of the Salvationist. Shaw seems to believe that the best way of improving the human society can be comprised by effective eugenic agencies regarded Shavian trinities. In relation to the eugenic discourses for social betterment, this essay explores how Shaw's ideas on social eugenic is perceived in Major Barbara through main characters as spiritual, intellectual and economic agencies in terms of social Darwinism for the progress of the human society. As always, Shaw's evolutionary agencies are disillusionized from the idealistic faith through the realistic awareness of economic facts, which is manifested in their practices to advance the institutional society Shaw attacked. It is obvious that the significant facts of eugenic socialism/social eugenics based on social Darwinism are promoted by Barbara, Cusins and Undershaft in Major Barbara to maintain a worthy evolution of society and humanity.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, the obligatory wearing of masks has led to increased consumer demand and the diversification of mask design. Accordingly, it is necessary to understand the inner meaning and characteristics of masks in the pandemic situation. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to analyze the characteristics of fashionable masks and their new cultural meaning under the COVID-19 pandemic. This research is based on literature review and empirical research. Drawing on an investigation of the historical evolution of masks and their transition under the pandemic (exhibiting differences in mask culture among countries and regions), this study analyzed 54 distinctive fashion masks designed by fashion brands and influencers that appeared from January 2020 to January 2021. The characteristics of fashion masks identified under the influence of the pandemic are as follows: Message delivery on political issues and human rights; psychological defense and expression of individuality; and conspicuous display via luxurious materials and luxury brand logos; moreover, the design of the mask uses the same material, color, pattern, decoration, and other methods as clothing to achieve the overall style. Over the course of the pandemic (and even in post-pandemic lifestyle), fashion masks are becoming more diversified conveying new social and cultural meanings.

The cultural contents are a field that originally has a cycle ranged from producers of various contents and distribution consumption. The various object elements composing of an ecosystem of cultural contents in this cycle, and the search of harmonious relations between these objects is becoming an important issue. The ecological approach on the cultural contents field is not being tried authentically until now, in spite of the expansion of interest and usefulness from its application at present, so there is no detailed discussion on the inside of an ecosystem and itsaction such as confirmation of object elements composing of the ecosystem, interaction principles between objects and object development, principles of co-evolution, etc. achieving common development of all objects composing of the ecosystem. Therefore, the present research aims to confirm object elements composing of the ecosystem of cultural contents through an ecosystem model that has been researched in several fields of the ecosystem and social science, and to seek interaction between objects and each object as well as a development direction of a total ecosystem.

This study is to interpret the construction characteristics and the provenance of soil layers from the Dongnamri site in Baekje Kingdom of Buyeo, Korea. The soil layers is divided into present age layer, Baekje layer and lower part layer, and the soils formed in the Baekje Kingdom period is divided into the Baekje 1st layer and the Baekje 2nd layer according to temporal intervals. The soil layers gradually becomes darker in color and higher in mineral content towards the lower part layer. However, the particular distinction between layers of the soils could not be identified. Additionally, the soil layers show a similar characteristics of mineralogy and geochemical evolution regardless of the layers. This indicates that the sites were made with weathered soil from an identical bed rock, and the site show a similarity to the surrounding soil, indicating its possibility of being the original materials. However, through the analysis of particle size, the first and second Baekje layers occurred that these layers were formed by setting up the soil with high content of sand on the bottom and stacking the soil with high content of silt on top of it.

This study aims to examine the evolutionary process of the protection-management system for historic monuments and their surroundings in France over one-hundred years. Because France and Korea shared policies and institutions regarding the management of historical monuments (cultural property) along with their surroundings, it is necessary to explore the French experience from a comparative perspective. In France, historical monuments began to be recognized as national heritage according to "the 1913 law" which has continued to evolve for more than one hundred years. In the beginning, a historical monument was preserved as a single building unit; however, since 1943, a new policy has been implemented to preserve sets of historical monuments along with their perimeters of protection zones. Moreover, since 1980, in the context of decentralization, local authorities have been given more roles and autonomy concerning the management of historic monuments and their surroundings. Local authorities have played a key role in the protection-management of historic monuments and their surroundings, and have become more active in the conservation of their architectural heritage, including historic monuments. The central government, however, remains as the headquarters whose rigorous policies provide a solid foundation for the decentralized management system of architectural and cultural heritage, including historic monuments. The final goal in the evolutionary process, then, targets the effective and harmonious integration of the protection-management system for historic monuments and their surroundings into urban and regional planning.

The constant evolution of society, culture and scientific technology, coupled with changes in life style and behavioral patterns, has led mankind to peroeive diverse needs for space. Particularly, the rapid structural change in the field of marketing has entailed changes in techinques for construction and presentation of space for an improved marketing environment. To satisfy such new, diverse needs for space, interior designers will have to redefine the "mankind and environmen( concept and examine their design methodology anew. The question of how to design available space for a certain purpose will remain a daunting task for designers in the future, as it has been in the past. In the pursuit of convenience and conformity to mankind's surroundings, every nation has, in common with other nations, basic design elements, design skills and other factors. In designing camercial space in a particular region, it is essential, however, to have a proper understanding of the social economic and cultural context indigenous to that region, as well as the impact on environmental and ecological change and marketing strategy. This study discusses design metholdology for the comming camercial space on the basis of the space concept and current status in Korea, with major emphasis on Korea's regional characteristics.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the changes and intended meanings of decorations in women pants. Cross correlation was used to analyze 1829 pictures which appeared in national fashion magazines from 1969 to 2005. Three analysis categories were used: 1. type of decoration, 2. style, 3. fabric. The results of this investigation were as follows: (a) the decoration gave salience to the expressive function on the pants by merging different things, (b) the decoration acted on expressive media of new feminine beauty, and (c) the decoration reflected cultural identity through the addition of elements that represents different cultures or subcultures.

Many photosynthetic bacteria capable of hydrogen production were isolated from samples of mud flats of paddy field collected in Kim Hae and Dae Jeo. A strain 230 was selected for the high capability of hydrogen evolution. As the results of examination in physiological, morghological and cultural characteristics, the strain 230 was identified as Rhodopseudomonas sphaeroides.

Wangyun is a prominent scholar in the Qing dynasty. Shuowenshili is his masterpiece study of Shuowenjiezi. Shuowenshili discusses the difference between Fenbiewen and Leizengzi. It emphasizes that meanings to a word tends to help express more exactly. Wangyun's discussion about Gujinzi refers to the phenomenon that in order to recode a word different characters used in different periods. Wangyun's use of Gujinzi is based on the purpose to explain the relationship between characters. Fenbiewen and Leizengzi are specialized term of characters evolution. Wangyun's theory of Fenbiewen, Leizengzi and Gujinzi is the most important linguistics found. He was generous contributions to the linguistics of China. In particular, understanding the meaning and development of Chinese character.
