Among annual precipitation in Korea (1306.3 mm), 54% of it falls intensively in summer, and only about 12.4% falls in April and May, when the water requirement of wheat is the highest. Korean wheat also could be damaged by soil water excess stress as frozen soil thaws after winter (late Feb-Mar). This study was conducted to evaluate effect of soil water stress on yield and quality of Korean wheat cultivar 'Saegeumgang'. Soil water treatments consisted of 4 treatments; water excess treatment in tilling stage (3.23-3.30), drought treatment in ripening stage (Apr-Jun), irrigation treatment in ripening stage (5.10) and standard condition. There was no significant difference between the treatment conditions for culm length, and the number of spike number was the highest in the order of irrigation in the ripening period (951)> standard cultivation (876)> excess water treatment in the tilling stage (752)> drought treatment in the ripening stage (767/m2). Test weight and Thousand grain weight were 548g/L and 22. lg respectively, which were lower than other treatments, and there was no significant difference between the other treatments. Abortive grain was 5.4kg/10a which was lower than other treatment, and there was no significant difference between the other treatment than other treatments. In drought treatment, protein content was 11.9% which is the highest among all treatments, and SDS-sedimentation value was 27.2ml under drought treatment which was very low compared to other treatments. Therefore, wheat yield and spike number were decreased in excess water condition at tilling stage and drought condition at ripening stage. Furthermore, wheat quality became deteriorate in drought condition at ripening stage.
The experiments were carried out to elucidate the varietal variation of retrogradation in aged cooked rice and its association with some physicochemical properties of milled rice. The fifteen rice materials were selected from forty-three low-amylose japonica and Tongil-type rice cultivars based on palatability and retrogradation of cooked rice stratified by preliminary sensory evaluation of warm and cooled cooked rice. One japonica glutinous rice variety was included for comparison of retrogradation of cooked rice. The $\alpha$-amylase-iodine method was adopted for checking the varietal difference in retrogradation of cooked rice. The desirable checking time for evaluating the varietal difference in deterioration of aged cooked rice was four hours after storing in room temperature and two hours after preserving in refrigerator based on the largest coefficients of variations in degree of retrogradation of cooked rice. The rice cultivars revealing the relatively slow retrogradation in aged cooked rice were Ilpumbyeo, Chucheongbyeo, Sasanishiki, Jinbubyeo and Koshihikari. A Tongil-type rice, Taebaegbyeo, and a japonica cultivar, Seomjinbyeo, showed the relatively fast deterioration of cooked rice. The retrogadation index represented by the percentage of retrogradation difference between warm and cooled cooked rice to original estimates of warm cooked rice was significantly affected by the degree of retrogradation of cooled cooked rice. Generally, the better rice cultivars in eating quality of cooked rice showed less retrogradation and much sponginess in cooled cooked rice. Also, the rice varieties exhibiting less retrogradation in cooled cooked rice revealed higher hot viscosity and lower cool viscosity of rice flour in amylogram. The sponginess of cooled cooked rice was closely associated with magnesium content and volume expansion of cooked rice. The hardness-changed ratio of cooked rice by cooling was negatively correlated with solids amount extracted during boiling and volume expansion of cooked rice. The major physicochemical properties of rice grain closely related to the palatability of cooked rice may be directly or indirectly associated with the retrogradation characteristics of cooked nce. The varietal difference in retrogradation of cooked rice can be effectively classified by scatter diagram on the plane of upper two principal components based on some retrogradation properties of cooked rice. The deteriorated structural change in cooled cooked rice by observing through the scanning electron microscope was more conspicuous in the fastly retrograded cooked rice than in the slower one.
In order to investigate histopathologically the nature of varietal resistance and infection process of the rice bast fungus, Pyricularia oryzae. this experiment was undertaken by using the resistant cultivar Tongil and susceptible cultivars Norin No.6 and Jinheung in 1973 to 1974. 1) It was found that appressorium of the fungus forms not only at 4 hours after incubation under the favorable conditions but also peak of appressorial formation is at 48 hours treatment. Physical stimulus known to be a definite factor for appressorial formation. The optimum temperature range for appressorial infection was at $24^{\circ}C$ to $28^{\circ}C$, and pH was between 4.8 to 8.0 with 6.8 as the optimum. 2) Although percent of appressorial formation on the leaves of resistant Tongil and susceptiible Norin No.6 were only slightly different, there was a remarkable difference between resistant and susceptible cultivars with regard to percent of hyphal infection and index for hyphal extension. Index of hyphal extension was 1.6-2.7 in Tonyil. while in susceptible cultivar was 3.4-6.6. The rate of discoloration of infected cells, a indication of hypersensitivity, was greater in the resistant than in susceptible cultvar. 3) Therefore, it could be concluded that resistance of Tongil cultivar may be attributable to a higher degree of mechanical barriers as well as a higher level of antifungal substance accumulation.

This study was undertaken the effect of high temperature and high humidity on protein expression and especially plasma membrane (PM) $H^{+}ATPase$ of umbel with flowers of early cultivar 'Shinsunhwang' and intermediate cultivar 'Maebsihwang' of onion (Allium cepa L.). There were no visible any difference on the protein pattern from before flowering stage to full flowering stage of two onion cultivars, however, seed set stages were revealed induced/deduced protein patterns. At day 18, protein expression pattern of the high temperature and high humidity treatments of two cultivars was significantly reduced compared to controls. Furthermore, various protein expression of the high temperature treatment was more reduced compared to high humidity treatment. PM $H^{+}ATPase$ expression of the control plants of two onion cultivars was clearly shown, but was not detectable under high temperature treatment of the two onion cultivars using western blot analysis. PM $H^{+}ATPase$ expression of the high humidity treatment was faintly detected intermediate cultivar 'Maebsihwang', not early cultivar 'Shinsunhwang'. These results indicate that protein expression pattern and PM $H^{+}ATPase$ under high temperature treatment was considered to be more damaged compared to high humidity.

In Korean high yielding varieties developed by crosses between indica and japonica rice, the most limiting factor for yield may be attributed to the less number of the tillers in the unit area. The goals of this study is to find out the effect of the temperature factors as well as cultural practices on the development and increase of tillers of Dasanbyeo, the high yielding indica crossed japonica cultivar. The effect of temperature was examined under controlled phytotron condition with 6 levels of temperature, 15, 17, 19, 22, 24 and 26$^{\circ}C$, respectively, For the experiment, the leading japonica variety in Korea, Hwaseongbyeo, was used for the check cultivar for the comparison with Dasanbyeo. The high temperature also accelerated the initiation and termination of tiller development. The cultivar difference in the speed of tiller development was observed, for example, more rapid development of tiller in Dasanbyeo than in Hwaseongbyeo was observed at the high temperature range of 24-26$^{\circ}C$, while the vice versa phenomena was observed at lower temperature range of 17-22$^{\circ}C$. The first secondary tiller of Dasanbyeo was observed on the 16, 17, 23, 27 and 38 days after transplanting (DAT) at 26$^{\circ}C$, 24$^{\circ}C$, 22$^{\circ}C$, 19$^{\circ}C$, and 17$^{\circ}C$, respectively. Those of Hwaseongbyeo was 19-22, and 26 DAT at 19-26$^{\circ}C$ and 17$^{\circ}C$, respectively. The last effective tiller of Dasanbyeo was observed on 27-33 DAT for the primary tiller, 20-41 DAT for the secondary tiller. Those of Hwaseongbyeo were 23-40 DAT for primary tiller, and 24-40 DAT for the secondary tiller, and 24-40 DAT for the secondary tiller.

In Korean high yielding varieties developed by crosses between indica and japonica rice, the most limiting factor for yield increase may be attributed to the less number of tillers per unit area. The goal of this study is to find out the effect of the environmental factors as well as cultivation practice on the development and increase of tillers of Dasanbyeo, the high yielding indica / japonica hybrid cultivar. The effect of temperature was examined with 3 different light intensity, 220,600, and 1220 $\mu$㏖/s/$m^2$, respectively. For all the experiments, the leading japonica variety in Korea, Hwaseongbyeo, was used fur the check cultivar for the comparison with Dasanbyeo. The increase of the tillers was more prominent in Dasanbyeo than in Hwaseongbyeo at 220 $\mu$㏖/s/$m^2$ of light intensity, while the similar increase of tiller no. was found at 600 $\mu$㏖/s/$m^2$ of light intensity treatment. However, Hwaseongbyeo showed more rapid increase of tiller at 1220 $\mu$㏖/s/$m^2$ of light intensity. The mean number of the primary tiller ranged 5 to 7 in Dasanbyeo, and 2 to 7 in Hwaseongbyeo, showing greater variation in the latter case. However, the secondary tiller number ranged from 2 to 13 for the former, and 2 to 12 for the latter. The earliest initiation of tiller node of Dasanbyeo and Hwaseongbyeo was observed on 6 and 4 days after transplanting(DAT), respectively, at 600 $\mu$㏖/s/$m^2$ of light intensity, while 10, and 7 DAT, respectively, at 1,220 $\mu$㏖/s/$m^2$. No cultivar difference was observed at 600 $\mu$㏖/s/$m^2$ with the 18 DAT. The ratio of effective tiller was lower in Dasanbyeo, ranging from 47 to 55% than in Hwaseongbyeo, ranging from 72 to 100%.

Raising seedlings is important for fruit crops and is especially significant for strawberries as it accounts for 80% of their cultivation. However, there are few studies on raising seedlings of strawberries by hydroponics. Since strawberries show clear differences in growth characteristics based on cultivar, it is necessary to develop suitable fertilizer formula, concentration and pH for each cultivar, and also to examine the amount of nutrient feeding appropriate for each medium type. A key to raising seedlings of strawberries by hydroponics is the development of strategies to manage the concentration of nutrient solution. The mother plants of 'Daewang' strawberries were planted on hydroponics benches filled with cocopeat on March 28, 2012. Three nutrient solution treatments were employed during the term of raising seedlings: a type that supplied EC $0.6dS{\cdot}m^{-1}$ nutrient solution for 30 days and only water for 20 days [0.6 (30) + 20]; a type that supplied EC $1.2dS{\cdot}m^{-1}$ nutrient solution for 30 days and only water for 20 days [1.2 (30) + 20]; and a type that supplied EC $1.2dS{\cdot}m^{-1}$ nutrient solution for 50 days [1.2 (50)]. The plants were then planted on hydroponics benches filled with cocopeat on September 20, and managed with EC $0.6-0.8dS{\cdot}m^{-1}$ strawberry nutrient solution developed by Yamazaki. After planting, shoot growth, flowering rate and fruit quality of the first cluster were investigated. The petiole length, leaf length, leaf width and crown diameter showed the highest grown in the [1.2 (50)] treatment, followed by [1.2 (30) + 20], and then [0.6 (30) + 20], indicating that the higher concentration of nutrient solution was preferable for raising seedlings. However, the growth differences among treatments gradually disappeared as growth continued, and the crown diameter especially grew to exhibit almost no difference at all among treatments. The point of flowering came first in [0.6 (30) + 20], followed by [1.2 (30) + 20] and then [1.2 (50)]. The [0.6 (30) + 20] treatment showed much earlier flowering than other treatments, which implies that low-concentration nutrient solution may be beneficial to the flowering of 'Daewang' strawberries while raising seedlings. There was no statistically significant difference among treatments in fruit length, fruit diameter and fruit firmness. Fruit weight in [1.2 (50)] treatment was significantly higher than other treatments. However, soluble solids of fruit was the lowest in [1.2 (50)] treatment. Together, the results of this experiment imply that it is better to supply EC $0.6dS{\cdot}m^{-1}$ solution for 30 days and then supply only water for 20 days to adequately manage concentration of nutrient solutions during the period of raising seedlings of strawberries by hydroponics.

The objective of this research was to investigate the suitable cultivar for organic strawberry (Fragaria ananassa Duch.) cultivation in Korea. The six strawberry cultivars which were bred and commonly cultivated in Korea as forcing and semi-forcing culture were tested in this experiment. To achieve the objectives, various characteristics of these cultivars were investigated for two consecutive years such as growth habit, yield, fruit quality and occurrence rate of disease/pest. As results of this research, the total yield of 'Seolhyang' was the highest among cultivars tested in both forcing and semi-forcing cultivation. The average of soluble solid contents (SSC) in 'Seolhyang' was $12.0^{\circ}Bx$ that is lower than other cultivars and especially below $10^{\circ}Bx$ after March (high temperature period). But there was not much difference in SSC among 6 cultivars until the end of February. The average of hardness in 'Seolhyang' was 279g/${\phi}5\;mm$ which was a little higher than that of 'Akihime'. Titration acidity (TA) in 'Maehyang' was 0.69% which was the highest value among 6 cultivars. Total fresh/root weight of 'Seonhong' and leaf area of 'Seolhyang' were significant among other cultivars' ones in forcing culture. Growth habits (fresh weight, root weight, leaf area, etc.) showed no significant difference among cultivars in semi-forcing culture. The lowest occurrence rate for powdery mildew and aphids was found in 'Seolhyang', but gray mold was severer than other cultivars. The density of two spider mites was the lowest in 'Redpearl'. We have concluded that 'Seolhyang' is the most suitable cultivar for organic strawberry cultivation by the result of yield, fruit quality and resistance of disease/pest.
Solanaceous crops grown in greenhouses and fields in Korea were surveyed from 1994 to 2000. Sclerotinia rot most severely occurred up to 60% in potato. Incidence of the disease was as high as 20% at its maximum in tomato and 5% in eggplant, but as low as less than 1% in red pepper. Symptoms of Sclerotinia rot commonly developed on stems of the solanaceous crops but rarely on fruits of eggplant and tomato. A total of 169 isolates of Sclerotinia species was obtained from the diseased solanaceous crops. Out of the isolates, 165 isolates were identified as S. sclerotiorum, and the others as S. minor based on their morphological and cultural characteristics. S. sclerotiorum was isolated from all the solanaceous crops, while S. minor was only isolated from tomato. Eight isolates of S. sclerotiorum and two isolates of S. minor were tested for their pathogenicity to the solanaceous crops by artificial inoculation. All the isolates of the two Sclerotinia spp. induced rot symptoms on stems of the solanaceous crops tested, which were similar to those observed in the fields. The pathogenicity tests revealed that there was no significant difference in the susceptibility of the solanaceous crops to the isolates of S. sclerotiorum. However, in case of S. minor, the potato cultivar Sumi was relatively less susceptible to the pathogen.
This experiments were conducted to evaluate suitable plant-type and cultivars for producing fresh pod peanut from late seeding as succeeding crop, compared with early seeding as proceeding crop or single cropping. 12 cultivars according to grain weight and plant types, 6 virginia typed cultivars(ssp. hypogaea) and 6 shinpung typed cultivars(ssp. fastigiata), were used for early and late seedings. The plant growth and yield potential in early seeding were better than those in late seeding. But the ratios of dry/fresh pod and of mature pod in late seeding were higher than those of early seeding. The yield of fresh pod by cultivars in two seeding times showed significant correlation with pod scale such as fresh pod weight, 100-grain weight, and dry seed yield positively, but pod number negatively in early seeding only. Yield of fresh peanut between Virginia and Shinpung types didn't show significant difference in early seeding, but showed in late seeding. Average yield of Virginia typed cultivars showed significantly higher than that of Shinpung typed ones. This yield gap between two plant types was the same tendency on extending seedings to July 20.

제 6 장 손해배상 및 기타사항
제 18 조 (손해배상)
당 사이트는 무료로 제공되는 서비스와 관련하여 회원에게 어떠한 손해가 발생하더라도 당 사이트가 고의 또는 과실로 인한 손해발생을 제외하고는 이에 대하여 책임을 부담하지 아니합니다.
제 19 조 (관할 법원)
서비스 이용으로 발생한 분쟁에 대해 소송이 제기되는 경우 민사 소송법상의 관할 법원에 제기합니다.

1. (시행일) 이 약관은 2016년 9월 5일부터 적용되며, 종전 약관은 본 약관으로 대체되며, 개정된 약관의 적용일 이전 가입자도 개정된 약관의 적용을 받습니다.
