The variety of crystalline structure and mechanical properties of PP filament treated with dry heat treatment at different draw ratio has been studied. Crystalline structure and mechanical properties of annealed PP filament at different draw ratio has been examined by XRD, UTM, and density method. Heat treatment has been carried out $100^{\circ}C$, $120^{\circ}C$$140^{\circ}C$ for 30min. in dry oven. From the results of this study, it found the following facts. It was found that the crystallinity and crystallite size of (110) plane of sample were increased with increasing of annealed temperature and draw ratio. The crystalline form of annealed sample which was undrawn showed ${\alpha}$, ${\beta}$ mixing form below $120^{\circ}C$ and showed ${\alpha}$ form at $140^{\circ}C$. But the crystalline form of annealed sample which was drawn showed ${\alpha}$ form at $120^{\circ}C$. Initial modulus and tensile strength were increased with increasing of annealing temperature, and the degree of orientation was decreased with decreasing of annealing temperature.

We have studied the temperature dependent magnetic properties and crystalline phase transitionn in small amount Fe doped nickel chromite. The Crystalline structure of $NiCr_{1.7}Fe_{0.3}O_4$ is spinel cubic (Fd-3m) structure with a lattice constant $a_0=8.317\AA$ at room temperature. The magnetic $N\acute{e}el$ temperature $(T_N)$ of the Fe doped nickel chromite sample is determined to be 250 K. The $M\ddot{o}ssbauer$ spectra exhibit that there are two magnetic phases with the two different sites for the $Cr^{3+}$ ions. The spectrum at 4.2 K is fitted to two magnetic components of the magnetic hyperfine fields $H_{hf}=496$ and 485 kOe. From the spectrum at 295 K, the electric quadrupole splittings are observed with large values of 0.49 and 0.50 mm/s, respectively. The values of the isomer shifts at all temperature ranges show that the Fe ions are ferric states. We are suggested that the dynamic Jahn-Teller distortion and anisotropic magnetic relaxation effects due to the crystalline phase transition.
In order to grow the crystalline solar cells industry continuously, development of alternate low-cost manufacturing processes is required. Plasma doping system is the technique for introducing dopants into semiconductor wafers in CMOS devices. In photovoltaics, plasma doping system could be an interesting alternative to thermal furnace diffusion processes. In this paper, plasma doping system was applied for phosphorus doping in crystalline solar cells. The Plasma doping was carried out in 1~4 KV bias voltages for four minutes. For removing surface damage and formation of pn junction, annealing steps were carried out in the range of $800{\sim}900^{\circ}C$ with $O_2$ ambient using thermal furnace. The junction depth in about $0.35{\sim}0.6{\mu}m$ range have been achieved and the doping profiles were very similar to emitter by thermal diffusion. So, It could be confirmed that plasma doping technique can be used for emitter formation in crystalline solar cells.
In this paper, we analyzed the electrical characteristics with crack pattern in crystalline solar cell. crystalline solar cells with a thin substrate, even small shocks can be easily damaged. Before the module goes through many processes, because the solar cells are at risk of a crack. That occurred early in the PV module micro-crack is not easily detection by eye test or output test. Because the EL (Electroluminescence) device has been detected using. PV module is made by laminated of a variety of materials. By different properties of each material will affect the crack. For this reason, the crack will grow and affect the output. And We analyzed the three crack patterns in crystalline solar cell. A growth of cracks on crystalline solar cell was interpreted by analysing generated cracks on the PV modules. Based on this interpretation, an electrical output value was calculated by mathematical modeling on electrical output characteristic with each crack patterns.

Novel low temperature deposition process for nano-crystalline Si thin film is developed with the hyper-thermal neutral beam (HNB) technology. By our HNB assisted CVD system, the reactive particles can induce crystalline phase in Si thin films and effectively combine with heating effect on substrate. At low deposition temperature under $80^{\circ}C$, the HNB with proper incident energy controlled by the reflector bias can effectively enhance the nano-crystalline formation in Si thin film without any additional process. The electrical properties of Si thin films can be varied from a-Si to nc-Si according to change of HNB energy and substrate temperature. Characterization of these thin films with conductivity reveal that crystalline of Si thin film can increase by assist of HNB with appropriate energy during low temperature deposition. And low temperature prcoessed nc-Si TFT performance has on-off ratio as order 5.
A proper estimate of solar cell efficiency is of great importance for the feasibility analysis of solar cell power plant development. Since solar cell efficiency depends on temperature, several methods have been introduced to measure it by operating temperature modulation. However, the methods either rely on the external environment or need expensive equipment. In this paper, a thermoelectric module was used to control the operating temperature of crystalline silicon solar cells effectively and precisely over a wide range. The output characteristics of crystalline silicon solar cells in response to operating temperatures from $-5^{\circ}C$ to $100^{\circ}C$ were investigated experimentally. Their efficiencies decreased as the temperature rose, since the decrease in the open circuit voltage and fill factor exceeded the increase in the short circuit current. The maximum power temperature coefficient of the single crystalline solar cell was more sensitive to temperature change than that of the polycrystalline solar cell.
It is important to reduce a reflection of light as a solar cell is device that directly converts the energy of solar radiation to electrical energy in oder to improve efficiency of solar cells. The antireflection coating has proven effective in providing substantial increase in solar cell efficiency. This paper investigates the formation of thin film PSi(porous silicon) layer on the surface of crystalline silicon substrates without other ARC(antirefiection coating) layers. On the other hand the formation of $SO_{2}/SiN_x$ ARC layers on the surface of crystalline silicon substrates. After that, the structure of PSi and $SO_2/SiN_x$ ARC was investigated by SEM and reflectance. The formation of PSi layer and $SO_{2}/SiN_x$ ARC layers on the textured silicon wafer result about 5% in the wavelength region from 0.4 to $1.0{\mu}m$. It is achieved on the textured crystalline silicon solar cell that each efficiency is 14.43%, 16.01%.
Luminscence spectra and decay of crystalline hexahydro-1,3,5-trinitro-1,3,5-s-tetrazine (RDX) are observed at 90 K and the effects of photochemical reaction on the luminescence of RDX are investigated. The uv light from high power Hg lamp is used for the photochemical reaction of RDX. While no significant changes are observed in the luminescence spectra after the photochemical reaction, the intensity profile of the spectra changes with the progress of chemical reactions. The biexponential decay of luminescence is modified by chemical reactions. Features of the electronic states of crystalline RDX are discussed in relation to the luminescence.
This paper was investigated the frequency property for optimal operating conditions of mono-crystalline Si solar cell. An internal impedance of mono-crystalline Si solar cell was influenced frequency. An optimal operating conditions of solar cell was under about 10[kHz].
