6G URLLC를 지향한 교차 상관 관계 중첩 코딩을 사용하는 비직교 다중 접속의 향상된 총 전송률에 관한 연구 (A Study on Improved Sum Rate of Cross-Correlated SC NOMA toward 6G URLLC)

  • 최근 비직교 다중 접속에 대해, 단지 자체 상관 중첩 코딩 기법만 고찰되었기 때문에, 본 논문은 비직교 다중 접속에 대한 교차 상관 관계 중첩 코딩 기법을 제한한다. 먼저, 제안된 교차 상관 관계 중첩 코딩 기법의 총 전송률의 폐쇄형 수식을 유도한다. 다음 수치 해석을 기반으로 하여, 제안된 교차 상관 관계 중첩 코딩 기법의 총 전송률이 기존의 자체 상관 관계 중첩 코딩 기법의 총 전송률보다 향상된 것을 입증한다. 또한, 강 채널 사용자에 대해, 기존의 자체 상관 관계 중첩 코딩 기법과 비교하여, 제안된 교차 상관 관계 중첩 코딩 기법의 SNR 이득이 대략 15 임을 보여준다. 결론적으로, 제안된 교차 상관 관계 중첩 코딩 기법은 6G URLLC를 위한 유망한 기술로 고려될 수 있다.

이동 목표물의 효율적인 위치 추정을 위한 파티클 필터 신호 처리의 GPU 기반 가속화 (GPU-based Acceleration of Particle Filter Signal Processing for Efficient Moving-target Position Estimation)

  • Time of difference of arrival (TDOA) method using passive sonar sensor array has normally been used to estimate the location of a concealed moving target in underwater environment. Particle filter has been introduced for effective target estimation for non-Gaussian and nonlinear systems. In this paper, we propose a GPU-based acceleration of target position estimation using particle filter and propose efficient embedded system and software architecture. For the TDOA measurement from the passive sonar sensor, we use the generalized cross correlation phase transform (GCC-PHAT) method to obtain the correlation coefficient of the signal using FFT and we try to accelerate the calculation of GCC-PHAT based TDOA measurements using FFT with GPU CUDA. We also propose parallelization method of the target position estimation algorithm using the GPU CUDA to update the state of each particle for the target position estimation using the measured values. The target estimation algorithm was verified using Matlab and implemented using GPU CUDA. Then, we realized the proposed signal processing acceleration system using NVIDIA Jetson TX1 as the target board to analyze in terms of the execution time. The execution time of the algorithm is reduced by 55% to the CPU standalone-operation on the target board. Experiment results show that the proposed architecture is a feasible solution in terms of high-performance and area-efficient architecture.

혼성층의 두께가 three-step과 self-etching 상아질 접착제의 미세인장결합강도에 미치는 효과 (THE EFFECT OF HYBRID LAYER THICKNESS ON MICROTENSILE BOND STRENGTH OF THREE-STEP AND SELF-ETCHING DENTIN ADHESIVE SYSTEMS)

  • The purpose of this study was to evaluate the correlation between hybrid layer thickness and bond strength using confocal laser scanning microscope and microtensile bond strength test of two adhesive systems. The dentin surface of human molars. sectioned to remove the enamel from the occlusal surface. Either Scotchbond Multi-Purpose(3M Dental Product, St. Paul, MN, U.S.A) or Clearfil SE Bond (Kuraray, Osaka, Japan) was bonded to the surface. and covered with resin-composite. The resin-bonded teeth were serially sliced perpendicular to the adhesive interface to measure the hybrid layer thickness by confocal laser scanning microscope. The specimen were trimmed to give a bonded cross-sectional surface area of $1\textrm{mm}^2$, then the micro-tensile bone test was performed at a cross head speed of 1.0 mm/min. All fractured surfaces were also observed by stereomicroscope. There was no significant differences in bond strengths the materials(p>0.05). However. the hybrid layers of three-step dentin adhesive system, SM, had significantly thicker than self-etching adhesive system. CS(p<0.05). Pearson's correlation coefficient showed no correlation between hybrid layer thickness and bond strengths(p>0.05). Bond strengths of dentin adhesive systems were not dependent on the thickness of hybrid layer.

Real-Time Temporal Dynamics of Bicistronic Expression Mediated by Internal Ribosome Entry Site and 2A Cleaving Sequence

  • Multicistronic elements, such as the internal ribosome entry site (IRES) and 2A-like cleavage sequence, serve crucial roles in the eukaryotic ectopic expression of exogenous genes. For utilization of multicistronic elements, the cleavage efficiency and order of elements in multicistronic vectors have been investigated; however, the dynamics of multicistronic element-mediated expression remains unclear. Here, we investigated the dynamics of encephalomyocarditis virus (EMCV) IRES- and porcine teschovirus-1 2A (p2A)-mediated expression. By utilizing real-time fluorescent imaging at a minute-level resolution, we monitored the expression of fluorescent reporters bridged by either EMCV IRES or p2A in two independent cultured cell lines, HEK293 and Neuro2a. We observed significant correlations for the two fluorescent reporters in both multicistronic elements, with a higher correlation coefficient for p2A in HEK293 but similar coefficients for IRES-mediated expression and p2A-mediated expression in Neuro2a. We further analyzed the causal relationship of multicistronic elements by convergent cross mapping (CCM). CCM revealed that in all four conditions examined, the expression of the preceding gene causally affected the dynamics of the subsequent gene. As with the cross correlation, the predictive skill of p2A was higher than that of IRES in HEK293, while the predictive skills of the two multicistronic elements were indistinguishable in Neuro2a. To summarize, we report a significant temporal correlation in both EMCV IRES- and p2A-mediated expression based on the simple bicistronic vector and real-time fluorescent monitoring. The current system also provides a valuable platform to examine the dynamic aspects of expression mediated by diverse multicistronic elements under various physiological conditions.

한국어판 플러턴 어드밴스드 균형 척도의 신뢰도와 타당도 연구 (Reliability and Validity Study on the Korean Version of the Fullerton Advanced Balance Scale)

  • Background: The assessment tool developed in other countries should be translated into Korean language using rigorous methodological approaches in order to be used in Korea. Because these procedures are insufficient for establishing the cross-cultural and linguistic equivalence, the need for statistical methods is raised. The Fullerton Advanced Balance Scale was translated into Korean and the content validity was verified through the back translation method, but the reliability and validity have not yet been proven by statistical methods. Objects: The purpose of this study was to investigate the reliability and validity of the Korean version of the Fullerton Advanced Balance Scale (KFAB) by statistical methods in elderly people. Methods: A total of 97 elderly adults (39 males and 58 females) participated in this study. Internal consistency of the KFAB was measured using Cronbach's alpha and an intraclass correlation coefficient (ICC) was used to assess test-retest reliability between the two measurement sessions. Concurrent validity was measured by comparing the KFAB responses with the Korean version of the Berg Balance Scale (KBBS) using the Spearman correlation coefficient. Construct validity of the KFAB was measured using the exploratory factor analysis to evaluate the unidimensionality of the questionnaire. The significance level was set at ${\alpha}=.05$. Results: The internal consistency of the KFAB was found be adequate with Cronbach's alpha (.96), and test-retest reliability was excellent as evidenced by the high ICC (r=.996). Concurrent validity showed high correlation between the KFAB and KBBS (r=.89, p<.001). Construct validity was evaluated using exploratory factor analysis. The result from Bartlett test of sphericity was statistically significant (p<.001), and the value of Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin measure of sampling adequacy was .93. Exploratory factor analysis revealed the existence of only one dominant factor that explained 76.43% of the variance. Conclusion: The KFAB is a reliable, valid and appropriate tool for measuring the balance functions in elderly people.

요양보호사의 노인에 대한 지식정도, 태도 및 요양업무 능숙도에 대한 융복합적 접근 (Convergence Approach about the Knowledge, Attitude toward the Elderly, and Competence of Carers)

  • 본 연구는 요양보호사를 대상으로 요양보호사의 노인에 대한 지식, 태도, 요양업무 능숙도 간의 관계를 파악하고자 장기요양시설에 종사하는 요양보호사 145명을 대상으로 2014년 6월부터 9월까지 구조화된 설문지를 사용하여 요양보호사의 노인에 대한 지식, 태도, 요양업무 능숙도에 대해 조사하였다. 본 연구에서 사용한 통계방법은 서술통계, ANOVA, 독립 t-검정, Pearson correlation coefficient를 사용하였다. 연구 결과 노인에 대한 지식수준, 태도와 요양업무 능숙도는 서로 양의 상관관계가 있음을 확인하였다. 따라서 요양보호사에 대한 교육내용을 개발할 때 요양보호사의 낮은 지식수준을 고려하여 쉬운 교육내용과 다양한 교육방법을 활용하는 것이 필요하다. 그리고 요양보호사의 근무환경 개선을 통해 노인에 대한 긍정적인 태도를 증진시켜 노인 요양서비스의 능숙도를 높이는 것이 필요하다.

유동장 계측을 위한 디지털 입자 홀로그래피 시스템 (Digital Particle Holographic System for Flow-Field Measurements)

  • 본 연구에서는 입자의 크기 및 3차원 속도를 측정할 수 있는 디지털 업자 홀로그래피 시스템을 개발하고, 개발된 시스템의 효용성을 검증하기 위하여 층류 채널 유동장에 적용하여 보았다. 디지털 홀로그램을 기록할 수 있는 이중 펄스 홀로그래피 시스템을 구축하였고, 상관계수법을 이용한 초점면 결정, Wiener 필터를 사용한 잡음 제거, 두 개의 이진화값 및 분할 이진화방법 등을 사용하여 기록된 홀로그램 및 재생이미지를 처리하였으며, 동일 입자의 추적은 입자가 액적처럼 큰 경우는 일치확률법을, 유동장의 추적 입자처럼 작은 경우는 상호상관법을 사용하였다. 개발된 시스템을 사용하여 층류 채널 유동의 축방향 속도를 측정하였으며, 이론적 예측식과 비교하여, 디지털 입자 홀로그래피 시스템의 유용성을 확인하였다.

지역사회 거주 노인의 우울과 연하장애의 관계 (The Relationship between Depression and Dysphagia among Community-Dwelling Older Adults)

  • 본 연구는 지역사회 재가노인을 대상으로 우울과 연하장애의 수준과 그 관련성을 확인하기 위한 목적으로 시행한 횡단적 조사연구이다. 연구대상은 2개 도시에서 65세 이상의 노인 159명을 편의추출 방법으로 모집하였다. 수집된 자료는 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient, Stepwise multiple regression으로 분석하였다. 분석결과에 의하면 대상자의 우울은 평균 4.56점이었고, 우울과 연하장애는 통계적으로 유의미한 정적 상관관계가 있었다. 또한 다중회귀분석을 통해 우울에 영향을 미치는 변수는 주관적 건강상태(𝛽=-.210, p=.019), 연하장애(𝛽=.202, p=.006), 만성질환 수(𝛽 =.188, p=.015), 구강상태(𝛽=-.174, p=.041)인 것으로 밝혀졌고, 이 변수들의 설명력은 23.9%였다. 그러므로 노인의 우울 감소를 위해 주관적 건강상태, 연하장애, 만성질환, 구강상태를 고려한 구체적이고 실질적인 건강관리 전략이 모색되어야 할것이다.

여학생의 의복가치관과 속옷에 대한 태도 및 착용행동 (Relationships between Clothing Values, Wearing Behaviors and the Attitudes toward Underwear for Female Students)

  • This study examined the relationships between clothing values, wearing behaviors and the attitudes toward underwear for female students. A survey of female middle and high school students was conducted. 584 questionnaires, collected from April to May, 2009, were analyzed using descriptive statistics, cross tabulation analysis, t-test, factor analysis, and Pearson's correlation coefficient. Economic and aesthetic value were found to be significantly higher than other clothing values amongst older students while students in coeducational schools regarded aesthetic properties of clothing as being more important (p<.05). Girl students' most pursued attitudes toward underwear was modesty. According to age of students and the type of school they attended there were significant differences in students' underwear wearing behaviors. A high level of correlation between clothing values and attitudes toward underwear was found. Aesthetic value out of the clothing values showed a high correlation with esthetics/sexual attractiveness out of the attitudes toward underwear. Aesthetics/sexual attractiveness out of the attitudes toward underwear was shown to be most influential on underwear wearing behaviors. There would be a necessity for emphasizing the wearing of girdle and slip.

층간의 상관관계를 고려한 다중 층응답스펙트럼 해석 (Floor Response Spectra Analysis Including Correlations of Multiple Support Motions)

  • 주구조물의 여러층에 지지점을 가지는 부구조물의 응답스펙트럼 해석방법에 대하여 연구하였다. 본 연구에서는 지지점 입력간의 상관관계를 고려할 수 있으며, 실무에서 부구조물의 내진설계에 쉽게 적용할 수 있는 다중 응답스펙트럼 해석방법을 제시하였다. 다중 응답스펙트럼과 지지점 입력간의 상관계수 스펙트럼은 추계론적 진동이론을 이용하여 설계지반응답스펙트럼으로부터 직접 유도하였다. 예제해석 결과 본 연구에서 제안한 방법은 지지점 입력간의 상관관계를 고려하지 않는 통상의 다중 응답스펙트럼 해석방법보다 정확한 지진응답을 예측함을 알 수 있었다.
