ITO 이행단계 성공요인에 대한 가치체계모형 연구 (Value Structure Model of the Success Factor of ITO Transition)

  • Although the demand for IT outsourcing (ITO) has increased recently because of the recent recession, concerns about business discontinuity in the transition phase cause companies to hesitate to adopt ITO. Therefore, a guideline to improve the prospects is needed. However, studies on the success factors of the transition phase in ITO are lacking. In this study, we develop an expert hierarchical value map (HVM) of the success of the transition phase in ITO by using cognition scientific methodologies. We empirically verify how success factors affect the success of the transition phase. Specifically, we derive an HVM of main stakeholders by using in-depth interviews and approaches, such as repertory grid technique (RGT) and laddering, based on means-end chain theory. We validate the success factors empirically through a bipolar analysis of RGT. Finally, we determine the most important cluster of success factors through cluster analysis.

Mask R-CNN을 활용한 반도체 공정 검사 (Semiconductor Process Inspection Using Mask R-CNN)

  • In semiconductor manufacturing, defect detection is critical to maintain high yield. Currently, computer vision systems used in semiconductor photo lithography still have adopt to digital image processing algorithm, which often occur inspection faults due to sensitivity to external environment. Thus, we intend to handle this problem by means of using Mask R-CNN instead of digital image processing algorithm. Additionally, Mask R-CNN can be trained with image dataset pre-processed by means of the specific designed digital image filter to extract the enhanced feature map of Convolutional Neural Network (CNN). Our approach converged advantage of digital image processing and instance segmentation with deep learning yields more efficient semiconductor photo lithography inspection system than conventional system.

  • 정보검색시스템에서 가장 중요한 것은 사용자의 요구에 부합하는 결과를 도출하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 사용자의 질의와 연관된 모든 문서들을 추출하게 되는데, 이 많은 결과 문서들 중에서 사용자가 원하는 문서는 소수이고, 원하는 문서를 찾는 것도 쉽지 않다. 따라서 적절한 결과 문서를 도출하기 위하여 연관된 문서들끼리 그룹화 시키는 클러스터링 방법이 많이 이용된다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 문서내의 색인어 보다는 그 의미에 기반하여 클러스터링 하였다. 이를 위하여 LSI 모델을 적용하였고, 문서 클러스터링 방법으로 많이 사용하고 있는 K-Means 알고리즘을 이용한 클러스터링과의 차이점을 비교, 분석하였다.

FTA의 도래에 따른 국제통상의 활성화방안에 관한 연구 (An Approach on the Global Commerce Activation by the Use of FTA)

  • The rapid expansion of regionalism has resulted in the creation of blocs of the global economy, so that those countries not belonging to one or more blocs can be discrimiated. Though signed on the bill of FTA with Chile, Korea is actually alienated from major stream of the blocs. Therefore, Korea government makes efforts to contract more FTAs with countries such as Singapore and Japan, others. FTA is believed to be an important method to secure export and national competitiveness. Therefore, we need to exactly understand critical issues and the long-run effort of FTA. This paper tries to find out important issues and potential strategies relating to electronic commerce in Korea's FTA with other countries. In these means, relationship between FTA and e-Trade are closely related to global business chance. In these means, we should use FTA potentials for encouraging global commerce by e-Trade and develop e-FTA in the foreseeable future.

플립러닝이 간호학생의 비판적 사고성향, 학업성취도 및 학업적 자기효능감에 미치는 효과: 혼합연구 설계 적용 (Effects of Flipped Learning on the Critical Thinking Disposition, Academic Achievement and Academic Self-efficacy of Nursing Students: A Mixed Methods Study)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of lessons based on flipped on nursing students' critical thinking disposition, academic achievement, and academic self-efficacy. Methods: The study design was a mixed methods paradigm. Participants were 82 nursing students (experimental group=41, control group=41) for the quantitative study, and nine nursing students for the qualitative study. A flipped learning lesson and lecture were provided in a class titled Critical Thinking and Nursing Processes to compare the effects of the flipped learning lesson. Quantitative data were analyzed with a chi-square test and an independent t-test. Qualitative data were analyzed by means of content analysis. Results: The critical thinking disposition (t=-5.90, p=.004) of the experimental group with flipped learning increased significantly, but their academic achievement (t=0.38, p=.078) and academic self-efficacy (t=-0.24, p=.053) did not show any significant change. From the content analysis after the flipped learning lesson, four categories and 13 sub-categories were derived. Conclusion: The results of this study showed that flipped learning is an effective teaching-learning method for improving nursing students' critical thinking disposition. Therefore, it will be necessary to consider teaching-learning management strategies for applying flipped learning in the nursing education field.

  • Accurate estimation of concrete strength development at early ages is a critical factor to secure structural stability as well as to speed up the construction process. The temperature generated from the heat of hydration is considered as a key parameter in predicting the early age strength. Conventionally, concrete temperature has been measured by temperature sensors installed inside concrete. However, considering the measurement on building structures with multiple floors, this method requires reinstallation and repositioning of hardware such as sensors, data loggers and routers for data transfer. This makes the temperature monitoring work cumbersome and inefficient. Concrete temperature monitoring by using thermal remote sensing can be an effective alternative to supplement those shortcomings. In this study, image processing was carried out through K-means clustering technique, which is a unsupervised learning method, and the classification results were analyzed accordingly. In the future, research will be conducted on how to automatically recognize concrete among various objects by using deep learning techniques.

A deep learning framework for wind pressure super-resolution reconstruction

  • Strong wind is the main factors of wind-damage of high-rise buildings, which often creates largely economical losses and casualties. Wind pressure plays a critical role in wind effects on buildings. To obtain the high-resolution wind pressure field, it often requires massive pressure taps. In this study, two traditional methods, including bilinear and bicubic interpolation, and two deep learning techniques including Residual Networks (ResNet) and Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs), are employed to reconstruct wind pressure filed from limited pressure taps on the surface of an ideal building from TPU database. It was found that the GANs model exhibits the best performance in reconstructing the wind pressure field. Meanwhile, it was confirmed that k-means clustering based retained pressure taps as model input can significantly improve the reconstruction ability of GANs model. Finally, the generalization ability of k-means clustering based GANs model in reconstructing wind pressure field is verified by an actual engineering structure. Importantly, the k-means clustering based GANs model can achieve satisfactory reconstruction in wind pressure field under the inputs processing by k-means clustering, even the 20% of pressure taps. Therefore, it is expected to save a huge number of pressure taps under the field reconstruction and achieve timely and accurately reconstruction of wind pressure field under k-means clustering based GANs model.

  • RMQC, rail mounted quay crane, lifts and moves large container by means of hoist and trolley motion on the dock. Our company is trying to develop advanced RMQC applying the concepts of elevator hoist and container conveyer for the automation and high efficiency in handling the boxes. Prior to the development of new products, it is necessary to check the capacity of conventional crane for reference. The program simulates container-handling rates and gives some design factors for the conventional cranes.

  • The current conduction and dielectric breakdown properties of oxide grown on phosphorous-doped polysilicon have been investigated by means of the ramped I-V measurements. The effective barrier heights of polyoxide grown by different silicon deposition and oxidation conditions were calculated from the Fowler-Nordheim tunneling characteristic. The average critical fields were also obtained for each film. From the results, the high temperature oxided polyoxide grown on amorphous silicon film shows superior electrical characteristics comparing to the other films.
