실천적 문제중심 가정과 수업에서 청소년들의 비판적 사고력 수준에 따른 의사결정 능력의 차이 (The differences in adolescents' decision making abilities according to the level of critical thinking in terms of practical problem-based instruction of Home Economics)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 '소비 생활' 단원의 실천적 문제중심 가정과수업에 있어 비판적 사고력 수준에 따른 청소년의 의사결정능력의 차이에 대해 알아보는 것이다. 본 연구의 대상자는 대구 K여고 147명의 학생들로 2개 학급 학생들에게는 전통적 강의식 수업을 실시하고, 3개 학급 학생들에게는 실천적 문제중심 수업을 4주간에 걸쳐 학급별로 총 8차시의 실험수업이 이루어졌다. 본 연구에서 자료 분석은 적률상관관계 분석과 이원공변량분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과 실천적 문제중심 가정과수업을 받은 청소년이 전통적 강의식 가정과수업을 받은 청소년보다 대안단계와 가치단계에서의 의사결정능력이 더 많이 향상된 것으로 나타났으며, 비판적 사고력 수준이 높은 청소년이 낮은 청소년보다 평가단계의 의사결정능력이 더 많이 향상된 것으로 나타났다. 또한 비판적 사고력 수준이 높은 청소년들에게 있어서는 강의식 수업이 평가단계의 의사결정능력 향상에 더 효과적이나 비판적 사고력 수준이 낮은 청소년들에게 있어서는 실천적 문제중심 수업이 평가 단계의 의사결정능력 향상에 더 효과적 인 것으로 나타났다.

만성 기침환자에서 기관지 과민성, 아토피와 비만의 상관관계: 두 기관 연구 (The Association of Obesity, Airway Hyperresponsiveness and Atopy in Chronic Cough Patients: Results of a Two-Center Study)

  • Background: The rising prevalence of asthma worldwide may be associated with the rising prevalence of obesity in developed nations. Although several studies have suggested a relationship between asthma and obesity, controversy still remains. The aim of this study was to examine the relationship between obesity and asthmatic factors such as atopy, eosinophilia, serum total Ig E and bronchial hyperresponsiveness in chronic cough patients. Methods: This study was a retrospective, observational study in two centers done between January 2007 and June 2008. The subjects included individuals who had a chronic cough. We examined body mass index (BMI) to measure obesity and pulmonary function. We did a metacholine provocation test for airway hyperresponsiveness (AHR), a skin prick test for atopy, and tests for blood eosinophils and serum IgE. Results: A total of 1022 subjects were included. Airway hyperresponsiveness was not related with obesity (p=0.06), and atopy incidence was significant higher in non obese patients (p=0.00). There was no significant difference in serum IgE and blood eosinophil counts between obese and non obese patients. Forced expiratory volue in one second ($FEV_1$)/forced vital capacity (FVC) was significantly reduced in obese patients (p=0.03), but FEV1 and FVC were no significant difference between obese and non obese patients. Conclusion: There is no relationship between obesity and bronchial hyperresponsiveness. The nonobese group appears to have more atopy. The relationship between obesity and bronchial hyperresponsiveness and atopy need further investigation.

시뮬레이션 기반 실습 교육이 간호대학생의 비판적 사고성향, 의사소통능력, 임상수행능력에 미치는 효과 (The Effects of Simulation-Based Practice on Critical Thinking Disposition, Communication Skill, and Clinical Performance for Nursing Students)

  • 본 연구는 간호대학생의 핵심역량을 향상 시킬 수 있는 시뮬레이션 기반 실습교육을 개발 적용하여 비판적사고 성향, 의사소통 능력, 임상수행능력에 미치는 효과를 파악하기 위하여 시도되었다. 단일군 사전-사후설계의 실험 연구로 G도 소재 간호대학생 4학년 53명을 대상으로 자가보고식 설문지를 이용하여 2016년 6월10일 부터 8월19일 까지 자료를 수집하였다. 시뮬레이션 기반 실습 교육은 4개의 실습 모듈을 이용하여 6-8시간/일, 총 60시간 적용하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS WIN 18을 이용하여 빈도, paried t-test, Pearson's correlation coefficients으로 분석하였다. 연구결과 시뮬레이션 기반 실습 전 후 임상수행능력은 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났으나 비판적 사고성향과 의사소통 능력은 유의한 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 시뮬레이션 실습 교육 후 임상수행능력은 비판적 사고성향(r=.628, p<.001), 의사소통(r=.716, p<.001)과 정의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 비판적 사고성향과 의사소통(r=.650, p<.001)도 정의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 추후 임상수행능력 향상을 위해 비판적 사고성향과 의사소통능력을 높일 수 있는 시뮬레이션 기반 실습 교육의 개발 및 효과를 검증할 수 있는 연구가 필요하다.

임상실습과 임상실습대체 교내실습 간의 간호과정 수행능력, 비판적사고성향, SBAR 기술지식에 대한 비교 연구 (A Comparison study of Nursing process competency, Critical thinking disposition and SBAR technique knowledge between Clinical practice and Alternative clinical practicum)

  • 본 연구는 임상실습과 임상실습대체 교내실습 간의 간호대학생의 간호과정수행능력, 비판적사고성향, SBAR 기술지식의 차이를 비교하기 위해 시도되었다. 임상실습에 참여한 간호학과 3학년 학생 20명, 임상실습대체 교내실습에 참여한 학생 18명을 대상으로 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 빈도와 백분율, 평균과 표준편차를 구하였고, t-test, ANOVA, 비모수 검정인 Mann-Whitney U-test, Kruskal Wallis test로 분석하였다. 연구결과 임상실습과 임상실습대체 교내실습 교육에 따른 간호대학생의 간호과정수행능력, 비판적사고성향, SBAR 기술지식 간에는 유의한 차이가 없었다. 임상실습에서 대학생활만족도가 높은 경우에 간호과정 수행능력과 SBAR 기술지식이 유의하게 높았고, 임상실습대체 교내실습에서는 간호학 만족도가 높은 경우에 비판적사고성향과 SBAR 기술지식이 높았고, 학점이 높을 때 비판적사고성향이 높았다. 향후 팬데믹 상황에 대비하여 간호과정 수행능력과 비판적사고성향 및 SBAR 기술지식 능력을 향상시킬 수 있는 체계화된 임상실습대체 실습교육 방안이 마련되어져야 할 것이다.

문제중심학습이 자기주도성과 비판적 사고성향에 미치는 효과 (Effects of PBL(Problem-Based Learning) on Self-Directed Learning and Critical Thinking Disposition of Nursing Students)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of PBL on self-directed learning and critical thinking disposition. Method: The research design was a nonequivalent control group pretest-posttest design using two groups of first-year students from two nursing schools in Gwangju, South Korea. PBL was conducted for one semester. Result: Significant difference was found in self-directed learning between the two groups after PBL (p<0.05). but, not in critical thinking disposition. Conclusion: The findings indicate that there is a need for paradigm shift in nursing education from the traditional teacher-centered methods to a more learner-centered approach. PBL program will facilitate the development of abilities to become self-directed in learning.

주행시험대 구속조건에 따른 영향 분석 (The Influence of the constraint condition on the Roller-rig)

  • This paper describes the influence on the nonlinear critical speed results of a specific railway vehicle depending on various constraint conditions. In the roller-rig tests, proper constraints are inevitable to safely hold the test vehicles. Particularly, the test results using KRRI roller-rig are more sensitive to constraint conditions because it is a kind of semi-full car type. In this study, nonlinear critical speed of specific vehicle with regards to several constraint cases were predicted by computational analysis and these results were compared to find the suitable constraint conditions. And also the deviation of semi-full car model from actual full car model was investigated. According to the bifurcation analysis, the nonlinear critical speed are dependent with the constraint condition and car-body yaw motion should be free to achieve more accurate results. And the difference between semi-full and full car model was so small that KRRI's semi-full car model are valid as long as the stability is concerned.

  • To enhance the critical current of superconducting coil, the magnetic field experienced by superconductors in a coil should be minimized. This is true for both low $T_{c}$ and high $T_{c}$ superconductors, and the difference between the two lays in their isotropic/an-isotropic characteristics. In this paper, we propose a shape optimization algorithm to reduce radial magnetic field components in HTS solenoid to enhance the critical current of a solenoid. In the algorithm, finite element method and continuum shape design sensitivity formula were employed. The objective function is to minimize the maximum radial magnetic fields in a solenoid with a constraint of constant solenoid volume condition. In this paper, the details on algorithm are introduced and the calculated optimized shapes are presented.

  • Safety critical systems are those in which a failure can have serious and irreversible consequences. Nowadays digital technology has been rapidly applied to critical system such as railways, airplanes, nuclear power plants, and vehicles. The main difference between analog system and digital system is that the software is the key component of the digital system. The digital system performs more varying and highly complex functions efficiently compared to the existing analog system because software can be flexibly designed and implemented. The flexible design make it difficult to predict the software failures. This paper reviews safety standard and criteria for safety critical system such as railway system and suggests development methodology, ordering management and assessment process for railway software with more detail description.

케네스 프램턴이 건축 현상학에 끼친 영향 (A Study on the Kenneth Frampton's Contribution to Architectural Phenomenology)

  • The aim of this study is to find phenomenological characteristics in the background and contents of Kenneth Frampton's architectural theories and their contribution to architectural phenomenology. His theories reflect on the interpretations of Modern architecture synchronically and diachronically. This difference makes Frampton have more concrete direction for architectural phenomenology. Hanna Arendt, who contribute to form Frampton's architectural theory, introduced various concepts of Heidegger's phenomenology to Frampton. And criticism of image centered late capitalism also act as a background for Frampton to relate to phenomenology. Frampton emphasized the importance of 'critical regionalism' and 'tectonic' as a poetics of construction as the resistance of globalization. All of these have relations to 'place' and 'perception' that are main themes of phenomenology. Frampton explains his theory with phenomenological terms and above all things, he assimilates concerns of architectural phenomenology with critical thinking. In these aspects, his theories can be recognized as playing an important role to the development of architectural phenomenology.
