The purpose of this study was to investigate the process and meaning of the expansion of the technology education curriculum of general high school. For the study, research problems were set up according to the procedure of case study method, and cases suitable for research were identified and data were collected through interviews with the teachers of the schools. The examples used in the study were two high schools in Gyeonggi - do, and the collected data were visualized in concept form through semantic analysis process. The results of the two schools are summarized as follows. First, the revision of unit school curriculum has been started through crisis and challenge awareness. Second, it is necessary to use the free lecture system suggested in the 2015 revised curriculum. Third, students should change their perceptions of students and curriculum by enhancing class through various skills and education activities suitable for high school level. Fourth, we must continuously strive to develop professionalism as a technology teacher. It is difficult to expand the curriculum of the school because there is only one technology teacher in the general high school. However, through the cases of this study, it is expected that the importance of the technology subject and the change of awareness will be realized as various education activities for the career choice in the high school credit system. do.

Insolvency of construction companies that play the role of main contractors can lead to clients' losses due to non-fulfillment of construction contracts, and it can have negative effects on the financial soundness of construction companies and suppliers. The construction industry has the cash flow financial characteristic of receiving a project and getting payment based on the progress of the construction. As such, insolvency during project progress can lead to financial losses, which is why the prediction of construction companies is so important. The prediction of insolvency of Korean construction companies are often made through the KMV model from the KMV (Kealhofer McQuown and Vasicek) Company developed in the U.S. during the early 90s, but this model is insufficient in predicting construction companies because it was developed based on credit risk assessment of general companies and banks. In addition, the predictive performance of KMV value's insolvency probability is continuously being questioned due to lack of number of analyzed companies and data. Therefore, in order to resolve such issues, the Bayesian Probabilistic Approach is to be combined with the existing insolvency predictive probability model. This is because if the Prior Probability of Bayesian statistics can be appropriately predicted, reliable Posterior Probability can be predicted through ensured conditionality on the evidence despite the lack of data. Thus, this study is to measure the Expected Default Frequency (EDF) by utilizing the Bayesian Probabilistic Approach with the existing insolvency predictive probability model and predict the accuracy by comparing the result with the EDF of the existing model.

We are all too aware of the ravages of scientific misconduct in the Korean academic community. Plagiarism and fabricated research have become an important issue after many figures such scientist Hwang Woo-suk, former Education Minister Kim Beong-joon and former Korea University President Lee Phil-sang were involved in research ethics scandals. Recent case of falsified data is the instance of Seoul University investigator Hwnag Woo-suk admittted full responsibility for the fabrication and use of false data in a paper published in 2005. Another important lessons learned by Hwang case were that the need of international accepted standards about research misconduct, the matter of authorship, proper allocation of credit, respect for human subjects in scientific research and conflict of interests. And Education Minister Kim Byong-joon have drawn the attention of the general public to the issue of self-plagiarism. Important lessons learned by Kim case were that the need of clear criteria on what is considered plagiarism and historical application. Most recently, Korea University president Lee Phil-sang plagiarized his pupils' academic work. Important lessons learned by Lee case were that the need of after penalty about research misconduct, research mentoring, and desirable whistleblowing. And I suggested three major lessons learned by synthesized review. The fist is the need of public system and institution, the second is the role of media, and the third is the need and direction of research ethics education. The government, universities and research centers are aware of the matters and lessons learned about reseach ethics of Hwang, Kim and Lee cases. And they suggest to set up education programs, guidelines and institutional measures for research ethics.
Point of interest (POI) of the city is a special place that has what importance to the user. For example, it is such landmark, restaurants, museums, hotels, and theaters. Because of its role in the social and economic life of us, these have attracted a lot of interest in location-based applications such as social networks and online map. However, while it can easily be obtained through the Web, the basic information of POI such as geographic location, another effort is required to obtain detailed information such as Wi-Fi, accepting credit cards, opening hours, romper room and the assessment and evaluation of other users. To solve these problems, a new method for correcting position error is required to link location-based social network service (LBSNS) data and POIs. This paper attempts to propose a position error correction method of POI and LBSNS data to enrich POI information from the vast information that is accumulated in LBSNS. Through this study, we can overcome the limitation of individual POI information via the information fusion method of LBSNS and POI, and we have discovered the possibility to be able to provide additional information which users need. As a result, we expect to be able to collect a variety of POI information quickly.

In order to establish a balanced development plan at the local government level, it is necessary to understand the current urban spatial structure. In particular, since the central area is a key element of balanced development, it is necessary to accurately identify its location and size. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to identify the central area system for Busan and to derive underprivileged areas that were alienated from the service areas where the functions of the central area could be used. To identify the central area system, four indicators(De facto Population, Land Price, Commercial Buildings, Credit Card Consumption) were used to calculate the central area index, and Getis-Ord Gi* and DBSCAN analysis were performed. Next, the hierarchy of the central areas were classified and the service areas were derived through network analysis by using it. As a result of the analysis, a total of 12 central areas were found in Seomyeon, Jungang, Yeonsan, Jangsan, Haeundae, Deokcheon, Dongnae, Daeyeon, Sasang, Pusan National University, Busan Station, and Sajik. Most of the underprivileged areas affected by the central area appeared in the Eastern area of Busan and the Western area of Busan, and were derived from old industrial areas, residential areas, and some new cities. Based on the results of the study, we can find three meanings. First, we have made a new attempt to apply a machine learning methodology that has not been covered in previous studies. Second, our data show the difference between the actual data and the existing planned central areas. Third, we not only found the location of the central areas, but also identified the underprivileged areas.

The purpose of this study is to propose implications by analyzing the textiles and clothing curriculum of vocational high schools. Literature and data were analyzed, surveys and FGI were conducted, and the following research results were derived. First, many schools chose 'Basic dress design' or 'Basic dress composition' as basic subjects. Through this, it was confirmed that technical training for practice is a priority for vocational schools, and that more discussion is needed regarding the lack of theoretical subjects. Second, similarly to the basic subjects, practical subjects offered are concentrated on 2 to 3 subjects. The teachers asserted that some subjects such as 'Knit apparel production' and the 'Leather and fur design production', which require a lot of equipment and advanced technology, cannot be offered without support from the government. Third, the NCS competency unit of the practical subjects is easy to proceed with the class or is closely concentrated on the type of manpower training presented by each department. Fourth, this study proposes that for technical education to expand students' choice, it is necessary to cultivate teachers competencies linked to the industry. The results of this study are expected to provide basic data on the organization of the next textiles and clothing professional curriculum and help understand vocational education at vocational high schools. In addition, it is believed that this study will contribute to developing and settling various subjects when the high school credit system is implemented by expanding students' choice of major-related subjects.

The purposes of this study were to examine the current status of the establishment of home economics-related departments in colleges and universities and the changes required in the home economics curriculum of secondary schools, and to structure the elective courses of home economics subject(group) that can be organized in the next high school curriculum. To achieve these purposes, related literature and data were analyzed, and a questionnaire survey and FGI were conducted by home economics experts. The research results are as follows. First, home economics was considered to be highly related not only to the human ecology but also to social sciences, education, engineering, and arts and physical education. The numbers of technical colleges and 4-year universities with departments related to home economics were 1,405 and 961 respectively in 2019. Therefore, it was confirmed that there is a sufficient basis for opening home economics subject(group) elective courses in high school. Second, in the secondary school home economics curriculum, the concepts of culture, relations, independence, and sustainability were emphasized based on the changing life patterns and values. It was proposed that the contents of the home economics course would be structured in a way that allows deep and high-level thinking and helps students to enjoy culture. This demand can be implemented by diversifying, specializing, and structuring the elective courses of the home economics subject(group). Third, a total of 18 elective subjects and subject outlines were structured in the fields of child/family, food/nutrition, clothing, housing, consumption/family management, and home economics integration. This study results will contribute to the establishment of the high school credit system by providing basic information for organizing the next home economics curriculum, and expanding the options for home economics subject(group) to high school students.
